Abstract

The government provides educational institutions with support for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum through six interventions. Schools must ensure that all teachers understand the Merdeka Curriculum to successfully implement it. Strategic planning is necessary for schools to develop human resources to implement the Merdeka Learning Curriculum successfully. This study focuses on the School of Movement's strategic planning to develop human resources for implementing the Merdeka Learning Curriculum at SD Negeri Batursari 5. The research aims to: 1) analyze the strategic planning of human resource development for implementing the Merdeka Learning Curriculum at SD Negeri Batursari 5. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data triangulation was used to test validity. Data analysis techniques include condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. The research findings show that the school principal makes strategic plans by involving all school stakeholders, including the principal, teachers, and the school committee, in six stages: 1) establishing the school's vision, mission, and goals; 2) conducting internal analysis (strengths and weaknesses); 3) conducting external analysis (opportunities and threats); 4) formulating policies and strategies to be used; 5) evaluating and reflecting; and 6) taking action based on the results of the evaluation and reflection. This study concludes that strategic planning in human resource development is necessary to implement the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

In the context of education, assessment is a basic guideline in understanding the condition of each individual. Individuals are a very diverse part, it requires the role of counselors in understanding, identifying the problems faced. The results of this assessment can be used by counselors, psychologists and counselors. Guidance and counseling teachers play a role in assessing and analyzing the behavioral actions of the individual. So the purpose of this study provides an overview related to the purpose of the assessment as additional data collection so that it can provide accurate information when undergoing counseling services. This article uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach that comes from valid data sources. So it is hoped that it can provide an understanding of the assessment test in the field of education, especially when organizing the counseling process. Therefore, this assessment test is an important part in compiling the services that will be provided by students.

Abstract

This study discusses learning barriers of students in the learning process in grade IV of SD Negeri 2 Sokaraja Banjarnegara. The main focus of the study includes cognitive, behavioral, and environmental aspects that affect the learning process in the classroom. The method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study showed that students had difficulty in understanding memorization material, reading story problems, and constructing sentences when writing. Students' concentration was low, they were easily distracted by their surroundings, and tended to be passive. Students were unable to respond optimally to teacher explanations. Several students showed hyperactive behavior, one of whom was identified as having asperger syndrome. This study aims to identify the forms of learning barriers experienced by students and the teacher's efforts to overcome these barriers in the classroom environment. Learning media are limited to pictures, videos, and textbooks. The learning methods applied are lecture-based and less varied. The learning environment at home is less supportive, students do not get tutoring because they live with their grandparents. Dependence on gadgets is high, repetition of material at home is rarely done. School facilities are minimal, there are no special programs for students with learning disabilities. Teachers have tried to establish personal communication, but it has not had a significant impact. Learning evaluations show that most students have not been able to solve problems independently. The learning process is not running optimally and has not answered the learning needs of all students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematical reasoning ability of students and the lack of students' knowledge about local wisdom around them. In addition, teachers also find it difficult to create teaching materials that can increase student motivation and mathematical reasoning abilities. This study aims to produce valid, practical, and effective teaching materials to improve elementary school students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This study uses research and development. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model or Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects of the study were fourth grade students of SDN 035 Taraibangun. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and tests. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the geometry teaching materials based on the ethnomatics of Kampar Malay culture have met the criteria of very valid, very practical, and effective in improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Discovery Learning learning model to improve student learning outcomes in the Science subject of Class V SDN 13 Ambon. This study uses the Classroom Action Research method and the sample used was 21 fifth grade students. The results of the study show that the application of the discovery learning model can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by improvements in the number of students who achieve the minimum completion criteria (KKM). In cycle I it reached 68.81% and there was an increase in cycle II, namely 80.62%. From these results, it can be concluded that the use of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model to improve the ability to use the discovery learning method carried out by teachers from cycle I to cycle II has increased, this shows the success of teachers in managing learning.

Abstract

This study examines the emotional literacy of fifth grade elementary school students, focusing on the dimension of managing emotions. The background of the research is based on the importance of good emotion management to support learners' academic and social development. This research uses a qualitative approach with the classroom ethnography method. Data were obtained through observation of 31 learners, as well as in-depth interviews with 4 learners and a teacher in one of the elementary schools in Tasikmalaya City. The results show that most learners still face difficulties in controlling emotions, especially in situations that cause emotional distress. Negative emotions such as anger and disappointment are often expressed through impulsive behavior, such as speaking harshly, hitting or staying away from social interactions. Despite teachers' efforts to provide support through personal and empathic approaches, these results confirm the need for systematic integration of emotional literacy in the learning process to help learners recognize, understand and manage emotions more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of interactive learning media based on APK 2 Builder in improving the critical thinking skills of elementary school students. The media was developed by utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and iSpring Suite, then converted into an Android application using APK 2 Builder. This study uses a quantitative method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, the population is grade IV elementary school students with a research sample of grade IV SD Negeri 1 Saban as an experimental group and grade IV SD Negeri 1 Mlilir as a control group. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used tests, with the research instrument being a critical thinking skills test. The results of data analysis showed that interactive learning media based on APK 2 Builder effectively improved students' critical thinking skills in the moderate category. Thus, interactive learning media based on APK 2 Builder is effectively used to support the development of students' critical thinking skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of traditional bentengan games on the character profile of Pancasila, which consists of six dimensions. This type of research uses quasi time series experimental research design in the form of one group pretest posttest design. group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling, obtained sample members as many as 22 students. Data collection using an observation guideline instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire which consists of 20 statements. Data analysis techniques using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), namely Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) testing. From the results data 6 aspects of the Pancasila student profile obtained, namely the average sig value of pretest and posttest 0.00 <0.05, it can be said that there is a significant difference before and after treatment. after treatment. The results of the normality test pretest 0.450 and posttest of 0.064 and the results of the pretest and posttest homogeneity test amounted to 0.826. Meanwhile, from the results of the calculation of hypothesis testing with independent sample t-test is known sig value. 0.00. In accordance with the decision-making rules for the Independent Sample t- test that the sig value. <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of bentengan games on the formation of the profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using YouTube video tutorial media on students' learning activities in the subject of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) for tenth- grade students at SMAN 2 Sukatani. The background of this research is based on the low level of student engagement in PJOK classes, which are still largely dominated by conventional teaching methods, resulting in decreased interest, focus, and learning motivation among students. In the digital era, the use of innovative learning media such as video tutorials has become an alternative to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 70 students from classes X-1 and X- 2. The research instrument used was a learning activity questionnaire, which included internal factors (psychological, physical, personal), external factors (family, school, and social environment), and aspects of learning activity using digital media. Data analysis showed that the use of YouTube video tutorials significantly increased students’ learning activity. This media helped students to become more focused, motivated, and actively engaged in PJOK learning. The findings of this study indicate that video tutorial-based digital media can be an effective alternative in improving student participation and motivation. Therefore, PJOK teachers are encouraged to be more creative in integrating technology, particularly video tutorials, into the learning process. This study also provides practical contributions to the development of more engaging, interactive, and relevant teaching strategies in line with technological advancements.
