This research is motivated by the improvement of the multiball method on forehand service skills in table tennis extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Cilebar Karawang. This study aims to determine the effect of multiball forehand service training on skills that can improve forehand service results in table tennis games. This research is an experimental study. The population of this study were 30 table tennis extracurricular students, with data collection using pretest and posttest instrument sheets for table tennis forehand service skills. In this study, this design, the researcher used only one group that was given treatment, then measurements were taken before (pretest) and after (posttest) treatment to see the changes that occurred in multiball training on improving table tennis forehand service in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest. Experimental research method is a research method that is carried out by experiment, which is a quantitative method used to determine the effect of independent variables (treatment) on dependent variables (results) under controlled conditions. This data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, through normality testing with the Shapiro Wilk test, homogeneity testing with the Bartlett test and using hypothesis testing with the Faired Simple T-test. The results of the table tennis forehand service data analysis technique with the multiball method with hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained based on the paired sample t-test table obtained a significant value = 0.000 less than the significance level (a) = 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant difference between the previous average value and the average value after being treated. From these results, it can be concluded that the multiball method has an effect on the forehand service table tennis game at SMP Negeri 1 Cilebar.

Manners are a fundamental aspect in Islamic boarding school education that reflects the respect and discipline of students towards asatidz and asatidzah. However, the dynamics of the times and external influences can affect the behavior of students in interacting with educators. The shift in the values of student manners weakens the emotional bond between students and asatidz and asatidzah. Although it does not occur evenly, this phenomenon requires special attention in maintaining the traditional values of Islamic boarding schools.

This study examines the moral development strategy of Akidah Akhlak teachers in class VIII.B MTsN Kota Palopo and its effectiveness in instilling honesty, discipline, and politeness. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study focuses on one object to understand the behavior and understanding of students, without aiming to generalize the results. Data were collected from various related sources. The results of the study indicate the effectiveness of teacher strategies in fostering students' morals. This success is supported by several key factors. First, the role of teachers as role models who inspire students. Second, the use of a persuasive approach that builds positive communication and understanding. Third, the consistency of teachers in implementing moral development strategies. However, the study also found that external factors, such as the family environment and socializing outside of school, also influence the effectiveness of moral development. The interaction between internal factors (teacher strategies) and external factors (environment) determines the success of character formation in students. Therefore, cooperation between schools, families, and the surrounding environment is very important to support optimal moral development. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach in shaping the character of students with noble morals.

In the era of technological and information development that is currently growing and advancing, it has an impact on increasing the need for easy information search effectively, quickly, and precisely. This study aims (1) to develop an archive storage and search system so that archives can be managed effectively and efficiently. (2) To improve employee performance in storing and searching archives electronically. (3) To see the effectiveness of the implementation of the ARCHERY system in improving employee performance at the Public Works and Bina Marga Service of East Java Province in the field of development. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which is used to produce and test the effectiveness of a product. The results of this study are (1) an explanation of the ARCHERY (Archive Search) design, (2) based on the results of trials from both experts regarding several elements, the average percentage obtained from the two experts was 83% who agreed that the product was suitable for use, (3) ARCHERY is declared effective in improving employee performance. This is shown based on the results of interviews with several employees. Where the implementation of the ARCHERY website shows a significant contribution to increasing time efficiency in the archive retrieval process. In the test, the time needed by employees to find archives only takes an average of 30 seconds. So it is stated that the effectiveness of archive retrieval can be said to be significant.

Vina Albarsyah, The Influence of the STAD Learning Model on the Learning of Straight Kick Techniques in Pencak Silat for Grade VII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Cabangungin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the STAD learning model on the learning of straight kick techniques of pencak silat students in class VII at SMP Negeri 1 Cabangungin. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with an experimental research method. The sample in this study was students of SMP Negeri 1 Cabangbungin Class VII H totaling 41 students. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique and the research design used one group pretest-posttest The research instrument used an assessment of the stages of the straight kick technique consisting of the initial position, the implementing position, the form of the straight kick and the final position. The results of the study obtained from the pretest data had an average value of 68.24 and the post-test value had an average of 72.90. The results of the paired sample t-test analysis with the data obtained were a sig value (two tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so HO was rejected and Ha was accepted. This study aims to determine the effect of peer teaching model on learning straight kick techniques of class viii students at SMPN 1 Cabangbungin. This type of research is Quantitative with the research method used is the experimental method. The experimental method can be interpreted as a research method used to seek the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. The subjects in this study amounted to 40 class viii students at SMPN 1 Cabangbungin. The instruments used were pretest and posttest with 4 aspects of assessment. So, the results showed that, peer teaching model has a significant influence on learning straight kick techniques of VIII grade students at SMPN 1 Cabangbungin. With a t value of 14,112> t table 2.02269 and a significance value showing 0.000 <0.05. The pretest data has an average value of 65,55 and the posttest value has an average of 70,83.

This study aims to examine the effect of audiovisual media on passing skills in football learning among students of class X IPA 2 and X IPA 3 at SMAN 3 Tambun Selatan. The research was motivated by findings that many students struggle to master basic passing techniques, such as lack of accuracy, improper kicking force, and poor coordination. These issues are believed to be caused by the conventional teaching methods still widely used in physical education classes. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two classes, each receiving different treatments: one with conventional learning and the other with audiovisual media-based learning. Data were collected through passing skill tests conducted before and after the treatment. The results showed a significant improvement in the passing skills of students taught using audiovisual media compared to those taught conventionally. Statistical analysis using a t-test revealed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of audiovisual media in football learning significantly enhances students' passing skills. This study recommends the use of audiovisual media as an innovative alternative in physical education instruction, particularly to improve students’ basic motor skills such as football passing.

Numeracy skills are the ability to solve everyday problems using various symbols and numbers related to basic mathematics. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using the Toko Survey learning media on the numeracy skills of elementary school students. This research employs a quantitative experimental method using a One-Group Pretest and Posttest design. The sample of this study consists of third-grade students at SDIT Baiturrahman Citra. The research shows positive results, as there is a significant increase with an average pretest score of 94.24 and a posttest score of 98.24. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank-Test also indicates a significance value of 0.003 < 0.005, which means there is a significant effect between the pretest and posttest scores. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Toko Survey media has a real impact on students' numeracy skills in the material of sorting and comparing data.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan global, pendidikan tidak hanya bertujuan mencetak individu yang cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif serta berdaya saing tinggi. Literasi menjadi bekal penting dalam membentuk masyarakat yang literat, beradab, serta mampu berkontribusi dalam pembangunan nasional dan global. Oleh karena itu, sekolah perlu menggiatkan gerakan literasi secara efektif dengan cara mengembangkan kebiasaan membaca dan pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sarana literasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat perpustakaan sebagai sarana literasi dan dampak dari pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sarana literasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Tirtayasa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Tenaga Perpustakaan dan Guru kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah telah berperan aktif sebagai sarana literasi melalui berbagai aspek seperti penyediaan bahan bacaan, layanan perpustakaan, pengelolaan koleksi dan pelaksanaan program literasi sekolah. Proses pengelolaan perpustakaan dilakukan oleh guru yang ditunjuk sebagai tenaga perpustakaan, meskipun belum memiliki latar belakang kepustakawanan. Gedung perpustakaan berada dalam kondisi baik, dilengkapi ventilasi dan AC yang mendukung kenyamanan belajar. Koleksi buku cukup beragam terdiri dari buku pelajaran dan buku nonpelajaran serta didukung dengan pojok baca di setiap kelas. Faktor pendukung dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan yaitu kebijakan Kepala Sekolah, Sarana Prasarana yang memadai, dan keterlibatan guru. Sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya tenaga perpustakaan profesional dan belum optimalnya kedisiplinan siswa dalam menggunakan perpustakaan. Pemanfaatan perpustakaan secara maksimal berdampak pada budaya literasi terhadap peningkatan minat baca, kemampuan berpikir kritis serta prestasi belajar.

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya disiplin dan upaya peningkatannya pada tenaga pendidik di Pondok Pesantren Darul Istiqamah Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil wawancara mengungkapkan beberapa faktor penyebab rendahnya disiplin: (1) Kegiatan lain di luar pondok pesantren; (2) Peraturan pondok pesantren yang kurang ketat; (3) Sikap yang santai dalam bekerja; (4) Kendaraan terbatas; dan (5) Jarak yang jauh dari rumah. Sebagai upaya peningkatan, pimpinan pondok pesantren telah dan akan menerapkan beberapa strategi: (1) Pemberian motivasi; (2) Pertemuan bulanan; (3) Pemberian sanksi/teguran; (4) Pengawasan peralatan; dan (5) Pertemuan rutin mingguan. Beberapa upaya masih dalam tahap perencanaan. Kesimpulan awal menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya disiplin dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal (sikap santai, kurangnya komitmen) dan faktor eksternal (aktivitas lain, keterbatasan kendaraan, jarak tempuh yang jauh). Upaya peningkatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala pesantren membutuhkan konsistensi dan dukungan dari seluruh staf pengajar. Saran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas antara lain: peningkatan komunikasi, pelatihan profesional, peningkatan kesejahteraan, fasilitas yang memadai, dan evaluasi berkala. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan di pesantren.
