Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru. Namun, pendekatan supervisi yang bersifat formal dan kurang reflektif sering kali tidak memberikan dampak yang optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, SDN Kejambon 2 melakukan berbagai inovasi dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kompetensi guru. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk inovasi supervisi pendidikan yang diterapkan di SDN Kejambon 2 serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan supervisi digital, supervisi berbasis coaching dan refleksi, serta pelaksanaan lesson study mini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas supervisi. Inovasi-inovasi tersebut mendorong keterlibatan aktif guru, memperkuat budaya reflektif, dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisi yang inovatif perlu diadopsi lebih luas sebagai strategi pembinaan profesional guru yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Learning Pancasila Education in elementary schools has an important role in the formation of character and morals of elementary school students. However, in reality not all students have an interest in learning Pancasila Education. Low interest in learning Pancasila Education can be caused by several things, one of which is the use of media that is not interesting enough so that students find it difficult to learn Pancasila Education. This development research aims to produce a card game learning media for the Pancasila Education subject on the subject of Indonesian Cultural Diversity and to determine the feasibility of the product from the results of expert validation. This study involved 25 fifth grade students from SD Negeri Harapan Baru 2, Bekasi City. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) and uses the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The results of the trial based on media expert validation obtained a value of 85%, included in the very feasible category, 67% of the validation of the Language expert was included in the feasible category and 93% of the validation of the material expert was included in the very feasible category. Then, a one-to-one evaluation trial was conducted involving 3 students and achieved a percentage of 90.9%, including in the very feasible category. And a small group trial and field test evaluation were conducted with an acquisition of 88.6%, which is included in the very feasible category. So it can be concluded that the developed learning media is suitable for use by fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktifberbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) guna mendorong motivasi belajar siswa kelas IVSDN 105375 Sukasari pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research andDevelopment) level 1 menurut Sugiyono, yang mencakup enam tahapan utama,yaitu: identifikasi potensi dan masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan informasi,desain produk, validasi ahli, serta uji coba terbatas. Produk dikembangkanmenggunakan aplikasi Canva dengan dukungan fitur AI seperti Magic Write danMagic Animate dalam bentuk presentasi digital interaktif. Instrumen pengumpulandata berupa angket motivasi belajar yang disusun berdasarkan teori HierarkiKebutuhan Abraham Maslow dan telah divalidasi oleh ahli dengan skor kevalidansebesar 87%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasibelajar yang signifikan setelah siswa menggunakan bahan ajar interaktif berbasisAI. Skor rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan bahan ajar adalah50,12, termasuk dalam kategori “Kurang Baik”. Setelah penggunaan bahan ajar,skor rata-rata meningkat menjadi 91,66, masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”.Peningkatan ini mencerminkan efektivitas bahan ajar dalam membangun rasapercaya diri, kenyamanan, serta semangat siswa dalam belajar matematika.Dengan demikian, bahan ajar interaktif berbasis AI terbukti efektif sebagaialternatif inovatif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi pecahan.

Abstract

This study emphasizes the importance of instilling Pancasila values ​​through PPKn learning in elementary schools as a provision for students to face challenges in the digital era. Amidst the flood of information and foreign cultural influences, the formation of children's character becomes very important. The results of the literature review show that elementary school is the right time to form values ​​such as divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and social justice. The challenges faced include the entry of foreign ideologies, hoaxes, and declining morals. Therefore, Pancasila learning needs to be strengthened in an interesting way and in accordance with the times. In conclusion, Pancasila education at the elementary level is a strategic step to form a generation with character and ready to face the digital era.

Abstract

Sexual violence often occurs in society, especially among adolescents. This phenomenon is very worrying because it has an impact on their future. Parents' high activity levels ignore important things that are the vital needs of their children. Sexual violence is an unavoidable phenomenon. Shows that are not guidance, disturbing relationships are other factors. Parents' understanding of providing education about sex can still be said to be minimal, because Sex Education in society is still considered taboo. Teachers as educators in schools can help provide an understanding of Sex Education to students so that students' knowledge needs are met, especially Sex Education according to Islam. (Andriani & Yuningsih, 2023) This article discusses how the principles of social jurisprudence can be implemented as a preventive strategy against sexual violence against adolescents. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature study of sources of fiqh, data on cases of sexual violence, and the concept of Islamic education. The results of the discussion show that internalization of the values of social jurisprudence in education is very relevant to strengthening character and forming students' self-awareness in facing social challenges. This article suggests the need for guidance for adolescents from Islamic Religious Education teachers and parents to bridge the gap between Islamic principles and contemporary trends, emphasizing the importance of Islamic jurisprudence education in adolescence as a basis for living life according to Islamic values. Abstract

This study explores how the multisensory method is used in lower grade primary schools to boost student engagement. Early grade students learn best through concrete experiences seeing, hearing, touching, and moving. Through a literature review of journals from 2020-2025, the study found that this method helps students be more active and emotionally connected during lessons. It also supports children with learning difficulties like dyslexia. Still, its success depends on the teacher’s ability to design suitable and engaging activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman matematis siswa kelas V SD melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi luas dan keliling bangun datar, yang disebabkan oleh pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih bersifat tradisional. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, mengacu pada model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Subjek penelitian adalah 32 siswa kelas V SDN Cempaka Putih Timur 01 Pagi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru meningkat dari 82% pada siklus I menjadi 100% pada siklus III, sedangkan aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 75% menjadi 96%. Selain itu, ketuntasan belajar siswa juga meningkat dari 59% pada siklus I menjadi 84% pada siklus III, dengan rata-rata nilai akhir 82,84. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan keberhasilan penerapan model NHT dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kolaboratif, dan bermakna. Dengan demikian, model NHT efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the school's strategies in addressing students' indiscipline at SD Negeri 138 Palembang. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the school applies preventive strategies by emphasizing character education through learning approaches such as project-based activities, classroom agreements, and instilling values like responsibility, cooperation, and independence. Parental involvement also plays an important role in supporting students’ discipline through consistent communication and collaboration at home. However, the implementation of these strategies faces several challenges, including limited teacher understanding of character-based learning, lack of supporting facilities, and low parental participation. Therefore, stronger collaboration among teachers, parents, and school administrators is needed to ensure that student discipline strategies can be carried out effectively and sustainably

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of Indonesia's Merdeka Curriculum, a pivotal shift in national education policy promoting student-centered learning, through William Dunn's policy evaluation model. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates qualitative data from in-depth interviews with educational stakeholders—including policymakers, administrators, teachers, students, and parents—to capture rich, contextualized insights on their experiences, perceptions, and challenges. Quantitative data on student achievement, teacher performance, and school resources are analyzed to measure tangible outcomes. The findings reveal a moderate level of curriculum understanding among teachers, who express the need for more comprehensive training and resources. Key challenges identified include inadequate infrastructure, complexities in learning evaluation, disparities in student and family conditions, and inconsistencies in government policies. Addressing these issues is crucial for successful implementation and maximizing the curriculum’s potential to transform Indonesian education. The study underscores the importance of targeted interventions and support mechanisms to ensure the Merdeka Curriculum achieves its goals of improving educational quality and relevance for 21st-century learners, fostering independence, innovation, and adaptability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the integration of local wisdom values through tradition can shape students' character in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning in elementary schools. In facing the challenges of globalization that have the potential to erode the noble values of the nation, character education based on local culture is very important to strengthen students' identity and morality from an early age. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with fourth and fifth-grade students at SDN 01 Baturejo, Sukolilo, Pati Regency as subjects. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies of local wisdom-based learning modules. The results of the study indicate that local traditions such as Meron and the folk tale of Syekh Jangkung can be used as effective IPAS learning media in instilling character values such as cooperation, responsibility, honesty, and environmental awareness. Teachers felt assisted in delivering the material because students were more enthusiastic and easily understood the concepts presented contextually. Students also demonstrated positive behavioral changes and pride in local culture. Thus, the integration of local wisdom in IPAS learning has proven to strengthen students' character and make the learning process more meaningful and relevant.
