Abstract

The educational planning at MI Maarif Budiluhur is a well-planned and collaborative process involving various stakeholders to ensure education is conducted effectively and sustainably. This study focuses on the implementation of systematic planning mechanisms at MI Maarif Budiluhur, including quality policies, the management of human and non-human resources, as well as additional programs like Quranic recitation and extracurricular activities. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The research findings indicate that strategic planning at MI Maarif Budiluhur involves a four-year timeframe with annual reviews, ensuring good relevance and integration within the educational program. A commitment to discipline and student character development is a key element that attracts parents' interest and creates a conducive educational environment for the overall development of students. This holistic approach ensures that the madrasah can meet students' needs and create a sustainable positive impact in education.

Abstract

Science is one of the subjects at elementary school (SD) level, which studies important events in nature by studying living things and the surrounding environment. The results of initial observations at SDN Kandangan 1 Ngawi, problems with Class V science learning have been revealed. This problem arises because teachers' skills are not yet optimal and there is a lack of variety in learning methods and use of media, resulting in low student activity and low learning outcomes. students who have not completed their learning objectives. This research aims to improve students' science and science learning outcomes on food chains in terrestrial ecosystems, through cooperative learning standards of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by flannel puzzle media for grade V elementary school students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). ). The subjects in this research were class V students at SDN Kandangan 1 Ngawi Regency with a total of 17 children. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, tests and documentation. The research data analysis technique uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research on the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model assisted by flannel puzzle media showed that there was a significant increase in each cycle. This is proven by the pre-cycle or before using the TGT type cooperative learning model assisted by flannel puzzle media. It is known that only 5.88% of students or the equivalent of 1 child have achieved the aim of learning science and technology on terrestrial ecosystem food chains. Furthermore, in cycle 1 there was a significant increase in learning outcomes as evidenced by 52.94% of students or the equivalent of 9 children having achieved the learning objectives. Continuing in the second cycle, learning outcomes also increased, amounting to 82.35% or the equivalent of 14 students having achieved this learning objective.

Abstract

This research discusses the level of intelligence in students, which in essence there are various types, one of which is social intelligence. Social intelligence has an important role in supporting student success in the future. Social intelligence can be developed in the family and school environment. In the school environment, social intelligence can be developed through science learning. The aim of this research is to describe the level of social intelligence of students in class V science and science learning at elementary schools in Alak District, Kupang City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a single variable, namely students' social intelligence. The population in this study were all fifth grade elementary school students in Alak District. The sampling technique used the One Stage Cluster Sampling technique with a sample size of 75 students. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires as the main collection tool and observation as data support. The data analysis technique uses descriptive percentage analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the social intelligence of students in class V science and science learning at SD in Alak District, Kupang City can be seen that 1 student has social intelligence in the very good category, 43 students in the good category and 31 students in the fair category. Overall the level of social intelligence of students with an average score of 57% is in the good category. The conclusion of this research is that the level of social intelligence of students in class V science and science learning at SD in Alak District is in the good category. Suggestions for teachers and schools are to pay more attention to the development of students' social intelligence, both through habituation and integration in science learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of school principals in the development of multi-curriculum in elementary schools. The main focus of this research is to understand how principals design, implement, and evaluate multi-curriculum. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide a deeper insight into the strategic role of principals in curriculum development and to offer practical recommendations that can be applied to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Caruban, Madiun City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The subjects of the study include the principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was conducted through steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with verification. The findings reveal that the principal plays a crucial role in the development of multi-curriculum, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. The principal collaborates with the teaching team to design an integrative curriculum, facilitates its implementation by providing resources and training, and conducts periodic evaluations to ensure the curriculum's effectiveness. The experience of MIM Caruban shows that visionary leadership and strong collaboration among all school stakeholders are essential for the successful implementation of multi-curriculum.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research aimed at determining the significant influence between Wordwall media on student learning outcomes on plant body material in grade IV SD Inpres Tuadale. This research uses the Pre-Experimental design method with the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population used in this study was grade IV students of SD Inpres Tuadale which amounted to 16 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample where all populations are sampled. Data collection techniques are tests, observations and document studies. This research was conducted at SD Inpres Tuadale West Kupang. Furthermore, the results showed that the normality test showed a significant value of 0.200 > 0.05 so that the data was normally distributed, the homogeneity test results showed Levene's (sig) of 0.578 > 0.05 so that the data obtained were homogeneous. The results of the hypothesis test, using paired sample T-test showed that the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000. This shows that at the level of significance (2-tailed) < 0.05. In accordance with the basis of decision making due to the value of sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05, there is a significant influence between Wordwall media on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Students' failure to cooperate is a problem in this research. This is caused by students who cannot solve problems and the lack of diverse learning models and media. To overcome this problem, the SPIRIT model and TTS media are used. The aim of this research is to improve students' ability to work together. Class III students at SDN 3 PALAM Banjarbaru, totaling 12 people, were the research subjects. Qualitative data from student collaboration skills observation sheets were analyzed for this research, using descriptive techniques, tables and percentage interpretation. The results studied showed an increase from 42% to 92% from meeting 1 to 4, so that the SPIRIT model and TTS media could improve students' collaboration skills from meeting 1 to meeting 4 with the criteria of "very skilled". The results also show that the SPIRIT model and TTS media can be used as a reference for learning models.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe anti-corruption values ​​in the folklore of the Origins of Malang as a school literacy movement. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of discourse analysis research. The data collection technique used is the documentation study technique. The main instrument in this research is the human instrument. The research method was carried out using the content analysis method. The procedure is as follows: (1) read carefully the text of the Asal Usul Malang folklore repeatedly, (2) study key words related to anti-corruption values ​​in the Asal Usul Malang folklore, then (3) write down the values anti-corruption that appears in the folklore of the Origin of Malang. The anti-corruption values ​​that appear in the folklore of the Origin of Malang include honesty appearing four times, caring appearing once, independence appearing three times, discipline appearing four times, hard work appearing four times, and courage appearing six times. The anti-corruption values ​​that do not appear are responsibility, simplicity and fairness.

Abstract

Elementary School (SD) is an important period in the formation of children's character and intellect. Elementary school students' academic achievement is an indicator of the success of the teaching and learning process. The role of parents is fundamental in improving the academic achievement of elementary school students. This article discusses the influence of the role of parents in improving the academic achievement of elementary school students, with a focus on several important points, such as creating a conducive learning environment, building good communication, being a good role model, supporting learning activities, and providing motivation and moral support. to find patterns of parental involvement in the academic achievement of elementary school students. Here, researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods because this research explores whether or not educational assessment standards are in accordance with the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Kalongan 02. From the results of observations and questionnaires parents get children used to having study routines apart from doing homework, such as re-reading material. which has been delivered at school, practice questions and read the next lesson material. The way parents teach their children to study regularly is different in each family. Some parents have a routine study pattern where children get used to doing homework assignments in the afternoon after coming home from school. In the evening, children are accustomed to correcting their work with their parents. Children are also accustomed to reading lesson material for the next day. In other families, children's study routine is used to do homework after school and in the evening they are used to discuss the results of their work with their parents and prepare the next day's lesson schedule.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create a product developed from the 4th grade elementary school learning environment in the form of augmented reality-based comic book. In this research, ADDIE is used in a series of processes including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (research and development) of models and development methods. The measurement tools used by researchers in this research are tests and questionnaires. Product validation tests are carried out by material, media and language experts, and surveys are evaluated by class teachers. Expert validation testing shows over 87% effectiveness. The eligibility test will be carried out 100% by the class teacher. Meanwhile, the calculated average category growth rate increased by 93.6%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to produce a computational thinking module using scratch ecosystem material for class V elementary schools. The method applied in this research is Educational Design Research (EDR). The research subjects consisted of 30 class V-A students at SDN 7 Ciamis and 15 class V students at SDN 2 Sindangsari. Data collection techniques include validation sheets and student response questionnaires after using the module. The validation results from 2 validators received an average score of 83.33% which shows decent qualifications. In the first stage of testing, the questionnaire results showed a percentage of 89.17% in the very feasible category. Meanwhile, the second stage of the trial showed a percentage of 91.87% in the very feasible category. Therefore, the computational thinking module that has been developed can be used as a learning tool for computational thinking in grade V elementary school ecosystem material.
