Abstract

This research uses PTK (Classroom Action Research). Where the model used is Kemis & Deadline. This research focuses on improving student learning outcomes through learning media. The results obtained regarding the effectiveness of the animated video media used experienced quite high significance in each cycle, reaching 63% and 82%. In terms of completeness, students' learning outcomes also increase in each cycle with a percentage gain of 71.88% to 84.37%. So from the results of this research it was concluded that applying animated video media to the material on the parts of the eye and their functions was proven to be effective in improving the learning outcomes of class V students.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are one of the essential competencies that students must master to face the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, characterized by the rapid development of technology and automation. Immersive learning, which utilizes technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), is considered effective in enhancing students' creative thinking skills. This article aims to review the literature on the role of immersive learning in improving students' creative thinking skills through five main stages: topic selection, literature search, literature selection, analysis and synthesis, and organizing the writing. The literature review findings show that immersive technology facilitates students to learn in interactive and multidimensional environments. This condition allows students to think critically, generate new ideas, and solve problems innovatively. Furthermore, the literature review results indicate that immersive learning plays an important role in enhancing the aspects of creative thinking skills, including fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration, through its interactive features and environments that provide various simulations

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop learning assessments using the Kahoot educational game and determine the increase in students' critical thinking skills in the science and science subject of the independent curriculum. The method used in this research is the Borg and gall model. The data obtained was calculated using a Likert scale, normality test, N-gain test to determine the feasibility of the data. The results of the validation test on the material obtained a percentage of 88% and the validation test on the media obtained a percentage of 90%. This can be categorized as "Very Eligible". Based on research and data processing of the normality test with a sig of 0.05, it was found that the average increase in pretest questions was 32.7 and posttest 82.3, there was an increase in scores of 51.1% in the normal distribution category. This is also an assessment of the teacher's response to the use of Kahoot educational games getting a percentage of 95% and student responses to the use of Kahoot educational games getting 92% "Very Appropriate". It can be said that Kahoot educational games can improve student learning. After carrying out the normality test, it is known that student learning outcomes can improve critical thinking skills in the Science and Technology subject, tested using N-Gain, the data results obtained are an ideal score of 100 with an N-gain score of 0.75 which can be categorized as high. It can be concluded that the use of Kahoot educational games as a learning assessment is very practical and effective in learning

Abstract

This study aims to examine the objectives and benefits of studying the systems approach in educational management. The systems approach is used to understand how various components in the education system, such as students, teachers, curriculum, and facilities, are interrelated and influence each other. The main objective of this approach is to improve the effectiveness of education management through comprehensive analysis, so that it can produce more appropriate policies and sustainable solutions. The benefits of this approach include improving the quality of education management, optimizing resources, better decision-making, and the ability to face complex challenges in education in a more systematic way. The research method used is the literature review method or literature review researchers identify, collect, and review relevant scientific works to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic being studied without collecting primary data directly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Think Pair and Share model in science learning (IPAS) for fourth-grade students in Cluster 3 Jangkar. The research subjects consisted of SD Negeri 1 Kumbangsari as the control group and SD Negeri 2 Kumbangsari as the experimental group. The study employed a Quasi-Experimental method with a Post-Test Only design. The results showed that the use of the Think Pair and Share model had a positive effect on students' learning outcomes in the material of changes in the state of matter in science lessons. Based on the normality test, the data were normally distributed with a significance value of 0.200 for the experimental group post-test and 0.094 for the control group post-test. The homogeneity test showed that the data were homogeneous, with a significance value of 0.623 based on the mean. The t-test results indicated a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, meaning H0 was rejected, and H1 was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Think Pair and Share model significantly affects the learning outcomes of fourth-grade science students in Cluster 3 Jangkar.

Abstract

To become an individual figure as expected, the teacher should always improve the quality of himself. Because to produce a quality generation, of course it must be preceded by the creation of quality teachers as well. The professional abilities of teachers must be improved both by the teachers themselves, as well as by other parties who are related and have a relationship, either directly or indirectly. And this was done at UIN Sunanan Kalijaga Yogyakarta for PAI master students with a field study program. This study aims to analyze how the analysis of the role of field study (teaching practice) in improving the teaching competence of megisiter students at PAI UIN Sunan Kalijaga by using a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The respondents are PAI Masters students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga who practice teaching. by using observation techniques, and interviews. Furthermore, data reduction and presentation are carried out, then conclusions are drawn. The results of the analysis show that the field of study has a very important role in improving students' teaching competence. This is evidenced by the stages carried out, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of the learning carried out.

Abstract

The family environment consisting of father and mother is the first educator for children. The formation of a child's personality is obtained from an early age from family environmental education. Parents' behavior will be seen and implemented in their lives so that parenting styles affect the growth of children's character. This study aims to describe the influence of parenting style given to children in shaping their personality. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students in elementary schools with an age range of 11-12 years. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained by interviewing the parents of research subjects and observational data using a random sampling technique consisting of 8 students. In the results of this study it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between parenting style and the formation of the character of their children. Good parenting will form a good personality and be liked by the environment. While the wrong parenting style will shape the character of the child who is not good. Parents are expected to be able to apply good parenting in order to create good children's character for themselves and their environment.

Abstract

In today's digital era, learning has undergone a significant transformation. Instructional design plays a crucial role in creating an effective and engaging learning experience. This journal discusses instructional design concepts, the key components that influence them, as well as strategies that can be used to improve the quality of learning in a digital environment. This research aims to identify the basic principles of instructional design that can be the key to success in learning in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach method with literature analysis that discusses various instructional design models and their applications in the context of digital learning. The results of research in institutional design provide the key to successful learning in the digital era, namely by applying learning component components including design, process, and evaluation.

Abstract

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, technology and digitalization present new challenges for education, especially in shaping the character of the younger generation. Pancasila-based character education is very important so that the younger generation has intellectual intelligence and strong moral values. Pancasila, with values ​​such as divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and social justice, needs to be integrated into the curriculum and daily practice, including through digital media. In this way, it is hoped that students can understand and apply Pancasila values ​​in life, so that they are able to face modernization without losing national identity. The qualitative research method is based on literature studies which examine various sources regarding the role of Pancasila education in the implementation of education in the 4.0 era where the author collects data and information in the form of relevant journals, documents, dialogue books, magazines, articles, etc. The expected results in Pancasila-based character education are expected to produce a young generation who is not only academically intelligent but also has good morals and ethics, ready to face the challenges of globalization and technological developments without losing national identity.

Abstract

This applied research aims to improve students focus and concentration in learning Social Studies in grade VII-I of SMPN 36 Surabaya by using the Pomodoro Technique. This research was conducted due to the many problems found regarding the lack of focus and concentration in learning among students in grades VII-I. Therefore, the researcher conducted this research using the classroom action research method. The actions in collecting data applied interview, questionnaire, and observation techniques. The research results showed that the percentage of student activity in cycle 1 was 13% in the high category and 15% in the medium category by applying the conventional method, lecturing. On the other hand, in cycle 2 activities, 25% were in the high category and 3% were in the medium category by using the Pomodoro Technique. Thus, it can be concluded that learning using the Pomodoro Technique is effective in helping students improve their focus and concentration in learning Social Studies with the material Understanding Location through Maps in grade VII-I of SMPN 36 Surabaya.
