Abstract

This study aims to produce H5P-based instructional media incorporating heuristic strategies that achieve validity, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students' mathematical problem-solving abilities on algebraic expressions in Grade VII at SMPN 10 Sungai Kakap. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research subjects consisted of 23 seventh-grade students. The instruments used in this study included expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and a post-test. The results showed that the validity level of the instructional media, based on expert assessments, obtained an average percentage of 86.67%, categorized as very valid. The practicality level, based on teacher and student response questionnaires, obtained an average percentage of 91.25%, categorized as very practical. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the media based on students’ post-test results showed a classical completeness rate of 85.71%, categorized as effective. Thus, the H5P-based instructional media with heuristic strategies is declared feasible and effective for use in the mathematics learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the initial speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Wanasari 13 Cibitung, Bekasi Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data in this study were obtained from teachers and fourth-grade students. Data were collected using observation techniques, informal interviews with teachers, and oral tests. The results obtained revealed that most students still have low initial speaking skills, both in terms of word choice (diction), intonation, fluency, use of facial expressions and gestures, and reasoning. This condition indicates the need for more supportive treatment or learning approaches, such as project-based learning, role-playing, simple interviews, adlibbing methods (spontaneous speaking), and the use of media such as podcasts and audiovisuals can also be applied as innovative and fun learning approaches. This study is expected to provide a basis for designing more effective methods or approaches to speaking learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work environment on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediating variable, among public junior high school teachers in Temanggung Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving 291 teachers from 11 public junior high schools selected through stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with IBM SPSS 25, and the Sobel test was conducted to examine the mediating variable. The results indicate that servant leadership and work environment have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, servant leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment significantly and positively influence teacher performance. Indirectly, servant leadership and work environment also exert a significant positive effect on teacher performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran e-comic berbasisFlipbook berbantuan Canva untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa kelasII SD terhadap sifat-sifat bangun datar. Rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswaterhadap materi bangun datar menjadi latar belakang utama, seringkali disebabkanoleh media pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif. Oleh karena itu, e-comic ini diharapkan menjadi solusi inovatif yang memanfaatkan teknologi untukmenciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih visual dan menyenangkan. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitianadalah siswa kelas II SD. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi angket kebutuhan,lembar validasi ahli materi dan media, serta tes pemahaman konsep siswa.Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi presentase 92,5%, ahli media presentase 92,5%,dan ahli bahasa presentase 96,87% dengan kategori kelayakan “sangat layak”,berdasarkan uji kepraktisan oleh guru dengan presentase 92,5%, oleh peserta didikdalam uji coba terbatas presentase 95,31%, dan oleh peserta didik dalam uji cobaluas presentase 96,99% dengan kategori kepraktisan “sangat praktis”, sedangkanuji keefektifan mencapai 76,22% dengan kategori “efektif”. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian bahwa media e-komik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pendidikanpraktis tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkanpemahaman konsep siswa dalam matematika, sehingga menawarkan solusi yanglayak bagi para pendidik

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program at SDN 2 Cijulang using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The program has been implemented since 2022 as an effort to foster environmental awareness and character among students. The findings show that the program planning was carried out participatively, supported by adequate resources, and utilized the school’s surrounding environmental potential. Despite challenges related to budgeting, student awareness, and facility management, the implementation has been comprehensive through daily activities, integration into learning, and collaboration with external parties. The product evaluation reveals that students demonstrate strong understanding and active participation in environmental activities and have successfully developed innovative processed products from school-grown crops with practical and economic value. Overall, the Adiwiyata Program at SDN 2 Cijulang has succeeded in building a sustainable culture of environmental care in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning medium in the form of religious songs based on the Wordwall platform for character education in Pancasila Education, with the goal of instilling character values in first-grade students at SDN 3 Cibeureum. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Observations and questionnaires revealed that first-grade students face character-related issues such as discipline, peace-loving attitudes, and social awareness. Initial data showed that the average character assessment score was 59.7%, categorized as "fair." Meanwhile, students’ interest in religious songs was categorized as "very high" at 97.7%, with dominant learning styles being visual (42.48%) and auditory (36.60%). The learning media were developed by composing song lyrics that align with character values, integrating musical instruments, visual support, and publishing the content via the Wordwall platform. Expert validation results indicated the media were rated as "highly feasible," with scores from media experts (96%), content experts (96%), and technology experts (95.78%). The implementation of the media in the learning process received very positive responses from both students (95.55%) and teachers (96.92%). The findings indicate that the religious song-based Wordwall media are highly feasible, effective, and engaging for supporting the development of discipline, peace-loving attitudes, and social care among first-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of Wordwall learning media on the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education students in grade IV of SD Negeri 004 Samarinda Ulu. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Pancasila Education where the learning outcomes of class IV A students are below the Learning Objective Skill Criteria (KKTP) of 70, students who score below KKTP reach 67%. and the lack of use of interactive and fun learning media in the classroom. The research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 school year. This type of research is quantitative with a Pre-Experimental approach using a one group pretest-posttest design. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 004 Samarinda Ulu, Samarinda City. The population in this study is all grade IV students, and the research sample was taken by purposive sampling, namely 28 students in grades IV-A. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test to measure learning outcomes before and after treatment. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores where the average pretest score was 42.81 and the average posttest score was 67.33. The hypothesis test using a paired sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000, indicating that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. This indicates that Wordwall media has succeeded in improving students' understanding of the concept of angles better than conventional learning methods. This research is expected to contribute to the development of learning media that is more effective and relevant to the needs of students

Abstract

The writing of this research is motivated by the less than optimal learning outcomes of fourth grade students, this study aims to determine how the use of interactive learning media genially affects student learning outcomes in science learning in fourth grade elementary school before and after the use of learning media genially. This study uses a quantitative method, using the Quasi Experiment type with a Nonequivalent Control Design design. With the sampling technique in this study using a purposive sampling technique. In this study involved 38 students, fourth grade SD Negeri 1 Cipedes. The sample studied amounted to 38 in class IV A 19 students and IV B 19 students. With data collection techniques carried out by interviews, observations, tests and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the average value increased from 66 to 84. The results of the hypothesis test with the Independent Samples T Test strengthen the results of the study by obtaining a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 below 0.05. So Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the results of this study are that this Genially learning media has been proven to have an influence on improving student learning outcomes in science learning in grade IV of elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of MI Islamiyah 01 Madiun City on the topic of area of ​​flat shapes through the application of the Realistic Mathematics Approach (RMAT) assisted by concrete media. The method used is the Kurt Lewin Classroom Action Research (CAR) model which includes the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 12 students. Data were collected through observation, tests, documentation, and interviews. The results in the pre-cycle stage showed that most students had not reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), with a percentage of completion of only 8.33%. After the actions were carried out in the first cycle, the completion rate increased to 50%, although it did not meet the target. Through learning improvements in the second cycle, all students successfully achieved the KKM (100%) with an average score of 89.17. The application of RMAT and concrete media has been proven to improve students' understanding of the concept of area of ​​flat shapes, making learning more contextual and enjoyable. Thus, this approach is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes and is recommended for use in learning concrete materials.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the impact of using digital Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the Liveworksheet website on students’ learning motivation in Pancasila Education. The background of this research is based on the low level of learning motivation among fifth-grade students due to the continued use of printed worksheets and textbooks. The method used is a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects consisted of two classes: class VA as the control group using conventional worksheets and class VB as the experimental group using Liveworksheet-based LKPD. The classes were selected using a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are used as the sample. The instrument used to collect data was a learning motivation questionnaire administered to students before and after the intervention. Data analysis was carried out using an independent sample t-test with SPSS version 25. The results showed a significant difference in learning motivation between the experimental and control groups, with a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). The use of Liveworksheet digital LKPD had a positive effect on students' engagement, enthusiasm, and active participation. These findings indicate that the implemented learning approach had a positive impact on students’ motivation, where the use of interactive technology-based media can serve as an effective alternative in promoting a higher-quality Pancasila Education learning process.
