Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi covid 19 menjadikan cara belajar bagi peserta didik melalui daring. Pembelajaran melalui daring memiliki dampak negatif, salah satunya ialah penurunan kualitas pendidikan. Penurunan tersebut disebut dengan loss learning. Dikarenakan efek penurunan tersebut maka menteri pendidikan merencanakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas memiliki pekasanaan yang berbeda seperti pembelajaran sebelumnya. Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas ini diperlukan persiapan yang matang. Tujuan dari webinar ini ialah menginformasikan pada para pendidik, dan lembaga mengenai kesiapan lembaga PAUD yang tepat dan sesuai dengan standar yang baik. Webinar ini dilakukan secara online melalui Zoom Pro dengan berbagai peserta yang tersebar di Indonesia. Pendaftar webinar sebanyak 172 peserta dan diikuti oleh 83 peserta. Webinar ini memiliki respon yang baik yang terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan dan tanggapan dari para peserta.Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has made online learning a way for students. Learning through online has a negative impact, one of which is a decrease in the quality of education. This decrease is called loss learning. Due to the decreasing effect, the minister of education planned limited face-to-face learning. The limited face-to-face instruction has a different atmosphere from the previous learning. This limited face-to-face instruction requires careful preparation. The purpose of this webinar is to inform educators and institutions about the readiness of early childhood education institutions that are appropriate and in accordance with good standards. This webinar was conducted online through Zoom Pro with various participants spread across Indonesia. There were 172 participants for the webinar and 83 participants. This webinar has a good response which can be seen from the many questions and responses from the participants.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sri Rejeki Desa Bogo merupakan kelompok yang dibentuk oleh Bumdes Desa Bogo dalam bidang produksi berbagai macam produk berbasis kelor, antara lain teh dan serbuk kelor. Kualitas dan desain kemasan kedua produk yang selama ini digunakan masih terbatas dari segi stabilitas dan belum memberikan ciri khas produk. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program pengembangan desain kemasan ini adalah untuk melakukan perbaikan kemasan kedua produk melalui pemilihan bahan kemas yang optimal, pemilihan komposisi warna yang meningkatkan atensi konsumen, penambahan logo ciri khas produk dan informasi produk. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan konsep desain kemasan, pendampingan penyusunan prototipe kemasan, dan aplikasi kemasan baru pada produk. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melibatkan KWT Sri Rejeki, tim PPDM Sentra Kelor, Bumdes Langgeng Makmur, dan Pemerintah Desa Bogo. Hasil program ini adalah kemasan baru untuk produk teh dan serbuk daun kelor dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, desain yang lebih menarik, dan terdapat informasi serta ciri khas produk. Penjualan produk mengalami peningkatan dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk meningkat setelah digunakan kemasan baru luaran program ini.  Abstract:  Sri Rejeki Farming Women Group of Bogo village (KWT) is a group formed by Bumdes Desa Bogo in the production of various types of moringa-based products, including tea and moringa powder. The quality and packaging design of the two products which was previously used are still limited in terms of stability and do not yet provide product characteristics. The aim of implementing this packaging design development program is to renew the packaging of the two products by selecting optimal packaging materials, adjusting color compositions that increase consumer preferences, implementing product characteristic logos and product information. The method of implementing these activities is carried out through training on packaging design concepts, assistance in the preparation of packaging prototypes, and application of new packaging to the products. The implementation of this activity involved KWT Sri Rejeki, PPDM Sentra Kelor team, Bumdes Langgeng Makmur, and the Bogo Village Government. The result of this program is the new packaging for tea products and Moringa leaf powder with better quality, more attractive design, additional product information and, product characteristics. Product sales have increased and consumer confidence in product quality has increased after the use of new packaging resulted from this program.

Abstract

Abstrak: Darah merupakan komponen penting dalam tubuh manusia, sekaligus identitas seseorang jika mengalami sakit atau membutuhkan komponen darah. Mengingat pentingnya mengetahui golongan darah seseorang dan masih banyak ibu yang belum memahami pentingnya golongan darah serta belum mengetahui golongan darah anak dan untuk proses pembelajaran di lapangan dan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat bagi dosen, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan dan pemeriksaan golongan darah pada ibu dan anak. Pada pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini telah dilakukan pendampingan dengan memberikan materi tentang manfaat dari identitas golongan darah dan pentingnya dilakukan pemeriksaan golongan darah untuk mengetahui golongan darah dari ibu-ibu diusia produktif dan anak-anak dibawah 11 tahun guna mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas dan menghindari kesalahan jika akan di lakukan transfusi darah. Kegiatan PKM ini diikuti oleh 103 responden dimana 72 diantaranya melakukan pemeriksaan golongan darah dan untuk responden target sendiri yaitu ibu dan anak sebanyak 29 responden. Semua responden antusias untuk mendengarkan penjelasan tentang pentingnya identitas golongan darah dan melakukan pemeriksaan serta mendapatkan kartu golongan darah yang bias disimpan dan dapat digunakan sewaktu-waktu jika diperlukan.Abstract:  Blood is an important component in the human body, as well as a person's identity if they are sick or need a blood component. Considering the importance of knowing a person's blood type and there are still many mothers who do not understand the importance of blood type and do not yet know the child's blood group and for the learning process in the field and the implementation of community service for lecturers, health education activities and examination of blood groups in mothers and children are carried out. In the implementation of this Community Service, assistance has been carried out by providing material about the benefits of blood group identity and the importance of blood group testing to determine the blood group of mothers of productive age and children under 11 years of age in order to get quality health services and avoid mistakes. if going to do a blood transfusion. This PKM activity was attended by 103 respondents in which 72 of them carried out blood type checks and for the target respondents themselves, namely mothers and children, as many as 29 respondents. All respondents were enthusiastic to listen to the explanation about the importance of blood type identity and carry out checks and get a blood type card that can be stored and can be used at any time if needed.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masa pandemik COVID-19 mengharuskan pembelajaran daring. Masalahnya bencana yang datang tiba-tiba menyebabkan guru-guru SD Darul Ilmi Murni kurang memiliki persiapan untuk mengatasi pembelajaran daring. Untuk itu kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan berupa workshop mengenai aplikasi Google Classroom kepada guru-guru SD Swasta Darul Ilmi Murni yang bertujuan untuk membantu guru membuat pembelajaran daring efektif dimasa pandemik COVID-19. Banyak peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan PKM ini adalah 15 orang guru dari SD Swasta Darul Ilmi Murni. Dari hasil test evaluasi praktek penerapan aplikasi Google Classroom diperoleh 85% guru berhasil membuat pembelajaran daring efektif menggunakan aplikasi google classroom. Guru-guru memiliki keterampilan untuk mengelola pembelajaran daring menggunakan Google Classroom. Prestasi siswa meningkat setelah guru menerapkan Google Classroom pada pembelajaran daring. Respon siswa, orang tua dan guru sangat baik terhadap media pembelajaran daring Google Classroom.Abstract:  The period of the COVID-19 pandemic requires online learning. The problem is that the sudden disaster caused the teachers of primary school Darul Ilmi Murni to be less prepared to handle online learning. For this reason, PKM activities are carried out in the form of workshops on the Google Classroom application for teachers of Darul Ilmi Murni Primary School which aims to help teachers make online learning effective during the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of participants participating in this activity was 15 teachers. From the results of the test evaluation of the practice of implementing the Google Classroom application, it was found that 85% of teachers succeeded in making online learning effective using the google classroom application. Teachers have the skills to manage online learning using Google Classroom. Student achievement increased after the teacher implemented Google Classroom in online learning. Student, parent and teacher responses are very good to Google Classroom online learning media.

Abstract

Abstrak: Saat ini, dunia dihadapkan pada pandemic Covid-19, yang memaksa perubahan pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran daring. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu guru-guru PAUD memiliki pengetahuan, dan keterampilan dalam mengggunakan Google Classroom dan Google Slide sebagai media pembelajaran di masa pandemic Covid-19. Pelaksanaan PkM dilakukan melalui bimbingan teknis yang terdiri dari: 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, dan 3) evaluasi, dengan diikuti sebanyak 164 orang guru PAUD. Hasil pelaksanaan pengbadian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru PAUD dalam menggunakanGoogle Classroom dan Google Slide sebagai media pembelajaran virtual yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini. Diperoleh kepuasan peserta sebesar 100% peerta puas dengan adanya kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bimbingan teknis penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru PAUD untuk menciptakan pembelajaran anak usia yang kreatif dan inovatif.Abstract:  Right now, the world is faced with the Covid-19 Pandemic, which is forcing a shift from face-to-face learning to virtual learning. The purpose of this community service activity is that PAUD teachers have the knowledge and skills in using Google Classroom and Google Slides as learning media during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The implementation of PKM is carried out through technical guidance which consists of 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) evaluation, with 164 PAUD teachers participating. The result of the implementation is an increase in the skills of early childhood teachers in using Google Classroom and Google Slides as virtual learning that is by the characteristics of early childhood. Participants were 100% satisfied with this technical guidance activity. Thus, community service activities for technical guidance on the use of ICT-based learning media provide benefits to increase the knowledge and skills of PAUD teachers to create creative and innovative learning for young children.

Abstract

Abstrak: Ibu yang mengeluhkan sakit pinggang atau nyeri selama persalinan membutuhkan pijatan untuk meringankan keluhan. Teknik pijat yang dianjurkan untuk mengatasi nyeri dalam kehamilan dan persalinan adalah teknik Massage Endorphin. Massage endorpin yaitu terapi sentuhan ringan dan pemijatan ringan, ini penting diberikan kepada Ibu hamil, diwaktu hamil dan menjelang melahirkan. Dengan melakukan pemijatan yang benar dan tepat akan menyebabkan tubuh menghasilkan hormone endorphin yang menyebabkan turunnya rasa nyeri pada ibu dan munculnya perasaan nyaman. Tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi Ibu Hamil dengan melakukan pemberian informasi, konseling tentang kesehatan persalinan dan pemberian pelayanan pijat Ibu Hamil, mengajarkan teknik massage endorphin.  Metode dari pemberdayaan ini dilaksanaan dengan 3 tahapan yaitu penyuluhan (pemberian informasi, materi), Peer Group Diskusi (konseling), dan Demonstrasi (pemberian pelayanan pijat dengan mengajarkan teknik massage endorphin kepada Ibu hamil) kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 kali pertemuan. Jumlah peserta kegiatan pemberdayaan ini yaitu 20 orang ibu hamil. Hasil: setelah pemberian penyuluhan, konseling dan demonstarsi didapatkan hasil dari evaluasi Ibu hamil dapat mengetahui, memahami, serta dapat mengajarkan kepada keluarganya agar keluarganya bisa memberikan pijatan dengan teknik massage endorphin ketika Ibu hamil tersebut membutuhkan pijatan dirumah. Sehingga nantinya tercapaikan persalinan yang aman dan sehat.Abstract: Mothers who complain of pain in the waist or pain during childbirth need massage to relieve complaints. In providing massage the parts that can be touched include the head, back, and legs. The massage technique that is more recommended to deal with pain in pregnancy and childbirth is the Endorphin Massage technique. Endorphin massage, which is light touch therapy and light massage, is given to pregnant women, during pregnancy and before giving birth. By doing the right and proper massage, it will cause the body to produce endorphins which cause a decrease in pain in the mother and a feeling of comfort. The purpose of this empowerment is to facilitate pregnant women by providing information, counseling about health and providing massage services for pregnant women, teaching endorphin massage techniques. The method of empowerment is carried out in 3 stages, namely counseling (providing information, materials), Peer Group Discussion (counseling), and Demonstration (providing massage services by teaching endorphin massage techniques to pregnant women). The number of participants in this empowerment activity is 20 pregnant women. Results: after providing counseling, counseling and demonstrations to get results from the evaluation pregnant women can know, understand, and can teach their families so that their families can provide massage with endorphin massage techniques when pregnant women need massage at home. This will ensure a safe and healthy delivery.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fundraising adalah sebuah seni yang bisa dipelajari oleh siapapun termasuk seorang pemula. Dalam kerangka fundraising, substansi fundraising berupa program yaitu kegiatan dari implementasi visi dan misi lembaga yang jelas sehingga masyarakat mampu tergerak untuk melakukan perbuatan filantropinya.secara kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan tim dosen Prodi PBI FKIP UMMAT dengan melibatkan mahasisiwa Prodi PBI atau HMPS PBI atau ESA sebanyak 15 orang dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan metode tindakan dalam pelaksanaannya di lapangan. Adapun hasil dan temuan dari kegiatan ini adalah a) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang creative fundraising dan contoh metode kreatif yang telah dilaksanakan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kreatif dan inovatif dalam diri mahasiswa umumnya dan jiwa kewirausahaan pada khususnya, b) mengembangkan kreasi, daya cipta dan pengalaman mereka untuk menggunakan creative fundraising sebagai cara atau metode dalam penggalangan dana bencana, c) dapat mengaplikasikan metode lainnya untuk kegiatan berikutnya untuk mengembangkan semua potensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa yang lebih melekatkan dasar kearah perkembangan sikap, pengetahuan, dan ketrampilan untuk menyesuaikan diri dan peka dengan kondisi lingkungan bencana yang sedang berlangsung di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, dan d) tumbuhnya sikap tepo seliro dan awareness atau sikap peduli sesama sehingga menimbulkan dampak psikologis yang bermanfaat bagi para mahasiswa selama masa pandemi ini.Abstract: Fundraising is an art that can be learned by anyone, including a beginner. In the framework of fundraising, the substance of fundraising is in the form of programs, namely activities of implementing a clear vision and mission of the institution so that the community can be motivated to do creative philanthropic deeds. Community service activities carried out involve 15 students of PBI or HMPS PBI or ESA study programs using observation and action methods in their implementation. The results and findings of this activity are a) increasing knowledge and understanding of creative fundraising and the examples of creative methods that have been implemented to foster a creative and innovative spirit in general and entrepreneurial spirit in particular, b) develop their creations, creativity and experience in raising funds for disasters, c) can develop all the potential of students who are more attached to the basis for the development of attitudes, knowledge, and skills to adapt and be sensitive to the conditions of the ongoing disaster environment in all regions of Indonesia, and d) the growing attitude of tepo seliro and awareness or a caring attitude towards others, which will have beneficial psychological effects for students during this pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Anak usia sekolah berjumlah 30% dari masyarakat di Indonesia. Anak pada usia tersebut sangat penting dibekali pemahaman tentang kebiasan perilaku hidup bersih sehat karena beresiko terkena penyakit. Upaya promosi kesehatan di sekolah akan lebih efektif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sebaya. Optimalisasi hasil dalam rangka kegiatan tersebut, perlu dibentuk dan dilatih siswa sekolah dasar menjadi kader kesehatan sekolah yang disebut Ners Cilik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pembentukan Kader Ners Cilik sebagai bentuk upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekolah dasar, sehingga dapat berperan sebagai agen perubahan penggerak perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Kader Ners Cilik dipilih dari kelas 4 dan 5 SD Uswatun Hasanah berjumlah 20 orang yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan dengan bentuk penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode permainan edukatif ular tangga yang berisikan pertanyaan seputar PHBS dan P3K. Hasil evaluasi terlihat ada peningkatan nilai rerata pre dan posttest. Rerata pengetahuan PHBS dari nilai 78,25 meningkat menjadi 91,75 dan rerata pengetahuan P3K dari nilai 61,25 meningkat menjadi 80. Pembentukan Kader Ners Cilik diharapkan dapat dibentuk sejak dini sebagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan sederhana di lingkungan sekolah.Abstract: School age-children is 30% of the people in Indonesia. It is very important for children at that age to be equipped with an understanding of clean and healthy living habits because they are at risk of getting disease. Health promotion efforts in schools will be more effective by using a peer approach. Optimizing the results in the context of these activities, it is necessary to form and train elementary school students to become school health cadres called Little Nurses. The aim of this community service activity is the formation of a cadre of young nurses as a form of community empowerment in elementary schools, so that they can act as agents of change in driving clean and healthy living behavior. The cadres of Little Nurses were selected from the 4th and 5th grades of SD Uswatun Hasanah totaling 20 people who had attended the training. Knowledge improvement is carried out in the form of health education with the snake and ladder educational game method which contains questions about PHBS and first aid. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an increase in the mean pre and posttest scores. The average PHBS knowledge increased from 78.25 to 91.75 and the average P3K knowledge increased from 61.25 to 80. The formation of a cadre of little nurses is expected to be formed early on as an effort to provide simple health services in the school environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Upaya Peningkatan Personality Safety Skill dapat dilakukan dengan metode layanan tutorial melalui metode symbolic modeling. Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan teknik symbolic modeling dalam upaya peningkatan Personality Safety Skill. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan terapi langsung serta bersifat daring menggunakan paltform zoom cloud meeting. Adapun sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebanyak 35 orang siswa dan orang tua SDN 019 Pandau Jaya, Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rerata Personality Safety Skill sebelum dilakukan terapi dengan setelah dilakukan terapi Symbolic Modling sebesar 2,54 (9,60-12,14 pada skala item 17 indikator). Disarankan kepada seluruh guru dan orang tua agar dapat secara intensif melakukan terapi symbolic modeling untuk meningkatan kewaspadaan anak dalam memahami Personality Safety Skill sehingga anak-anak dapa terhindar dari resiko ancaman terhadap kesalamatan dirinya.Abstract: Efforts to improve Personality Safety Skills can be done with the tutorial service method through the symbolic modeling method. The purpose of this community service activity is to implement symbolic modeling techniques in an effort to improve Personality Safety Skills. Methods Implementation is carried out through direct and online training and therapy using the Zoom cloud meeting platform. The target of this community service activity is as many as 35 students and parents of SDN 019 Pandau Jaya, Pekanbaru City. The results of the implementation of community service activities showed an increase in the average Personality Safety Skill before therapy was carried out with after Symbolic Modling therapy was 2.54 (9.60-12.14 on a 17-indicator item scale). It is recommended to all teachers and parents to be able to intensively carry out symbolic modeling therapy to increase children's awareness in understanding Personality Safety Skills so that children can avoid the risk of threats to their safety.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tingginya kasus Covid 19 di Indonesia maka pemerintah berusaha melakukan berbagai upaya salah satunya pengadaan vaksin untuk imunisasi, namun hal ini mandapat respon beragam dari masyarakat ada yang meragukan keefektivan dan keampuhan vaksin bahkan ada yang menolak untuk di vaksin. Perawat sebagai garda terdepan dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat diharapkan dapat menyampaikan informasi dan menyakinkan kepada masyarakat bahwa vansin aman dan efektif dalam meningkatkan imun tubuh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa perawat tentang vaksinasi Covid 19. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Stikes Payung Negeri bekerjasama dengan ILMIKI (Ikatan Lembaga Mahasiswa Ilmu Keperawatan) Wilayah 1 Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk webinar daring melalui aplikasi Zoom Cloud Meeting. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang vaksinasi Covid 19 dari 40% menjadi 95% yang terlihat dari antusias mahasiswa dalam mendengarkan materi dan adanya keinginan untuk menyampaikan informasi sebagai kewajiban dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya vaksin untuk melindungi tubuh dari virus Covid 19 dimana salah satu peran perawat yaitu sebagai health promotion dan change agen.Abstract:  Because of the high case of Covid 19 in Indonesia, the government has been trying to make varios efforts, one of which is the procurement of vaccines for immunization, but this has received various responses from the community, some are doubting the effectiveness anf efficacy of the vaccine, and some even refuse to be vaccinated. Nurse as the front line in providing health services to the community are expected tobe able to convey information and convince the public that the vaccine is safe and effective in increasing the body’s immune system. The purpose of the community service is to increase students, knowledge, especially nursing students about Covid 19 vaccination. It was carried out at Stikes Payung Negeri in collaboration with ILMIKI (Nursing student Association) Region I. The result of the activity shows an increase in knowledge about Covid 19 vaccination from 40% to 90% which can be seen from the enthusiasm of students in listening to the material and the desire to convey information as an obligation in coveying knowledge to the public about the importance of vaccines to protect the body from the Covid 19 virus where one of the roles of nurses is as health promotion and agent of change.
