Abstract

This study investigates the impact of compensation on turnover intention among employees of PT ASN, with a specific focus on Generations X, Y, and Z. A sample of 100 respondents was drawn from a population of 315 employees using non-probability sampling through a purposive sampling technique. The research adopted a quantitative framework with survey data collection, utilizing an ordinal Likert scale. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 application using structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal an adverse effect of Compensation towards Turnover Intention, suggesting that higher suitable compensation leads to a reduced Turnover Intention. Based on these results and available resources, HR at PT ASN may consider implementing a compensation strategy tailored to the preferences of each generation. For Generation X, which values long-term benefits such as pensions, insurance, and stability, the company could prioritize these forms of compensation. Generation Y may place more excellent value on recognition for contributions and opportunities for career development through training and growth. Finally, for Generation Z, PT ASN could offer more flexibility in its compensation structure, including project-based incentives and provisions for technology usage. Notably, Generation Z exhibits the lowest satisfaction with the current compensation policy, highlighting a need for more adaptable compensation options such as project-based incentives and greater access to technology. Addressing these issues may reduce turnover intention among Generation Z employees. A diversified compensation approach could strategically reduce turnover rates across these three generations. Compared to existing literature, this study provides a novel contribution to understanding the impact of compensation on turnover intention for X, Y, and Z generations. However, the quantitative approach does not fully capture other factors influencing turnover intention, such as psychological factors, job satisfaction, or organizational culture. In order to investigate these extra aspects in greater detail, future research should use a mixed-methods strategy that integrates both quantitative and qualitative techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on academic achievement with the learning environment as a moderating variable. The research approach used is quantitative, with a questionnaire as the main instrument. A total of 114 Economics Education students at Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University were selected using a stratified random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques, followed by classical assumption tests and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to assess the effect before and after the inclusion of moderating variables. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significant effect on student academic achievement. Similarly, learning motivation has a significant influence on academic achievement. In addition, the learning environment acts as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy, learning motivation, and academic achievement. It shows that a conducive learning environment can increase self-efficacy and have a positive impact on academic achievement. In addition, a supportive and productive learning environment can increase learning motivation, encouraging enthusiasm to achieve better academic results.

Abstract

The study aims to identify how anti-bullying policies can build student resilience in dealing with bullying. This resilience functions as a fortress that protects students from the impact of the mistreatment they receive. This research method uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative approach was chosen to obtain broad and in-depth information about building student resilience through anti-bullying risk management—a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type is used to examine subjects such as behavior, motivation, and actions. The study results indicate that student resilience can be built through anti-bullying risk management by identifying bullying risks and receiving support from caregivers, counselors, and teacher support so that students can build resilience well. The implications of this study indicate that by placing bullying risks early on and providing support from caregivers, counselors, and teacher support, students can obtain better emotional protection and build mental strength to face difficult situations. Another aspect is that Islamic boarding schools need to establish a secure, encouraging, and supportive setting for students' growth.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the evolution of quality management paradigms and investigate their integration potential within Islamic educational institutions. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology following PRISMA guidelines, the researchers examined 18 high-quality articles from Scopus-indexed journals. The findings reveal that traditional quality theories remain relevant but require thoughtful adaptation in the digital era. Three main themes emerged: the evolution and potential tensions between quality management theories, the transformative and empowering role of statistical process control in educational assessment, and the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on quality assurance in Islamic education contexts. The researchers propose an "Islamic Education Quality 4.0" framework that integrates technological advancements with Islamic educational principles, balancing data-driven decision-making with ethical considerations rooted in Maqasid Syariah. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding and practical implementation of integrated quality management approaches in Islamic educational institutions, emphasizing the need for contextually appropriate quality models that enhance operational excellence while preserving core spiritual values.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of religious and general education in the curriculum development of modern Islamic boarding schools in Kerinci, Indonesia. Interviews, observations, and document analysis were used to gather information from curriculum managers, staff, and teachers using a descriptive qualitative approach and a thorough case study method. The findings reveal that both Arafah and Nurul Haq Islamic boarding schools implement integrated curricula to balance Islamic and secular education. Arafah applies an interdisciplinary approach that connects religious and general subjects, while Nurul Haq uses a multidisciplinary model that embeds Islamic values across subjects. Government policies support these integration efforts and aim to equip students with strong religious foundations and practical life skills. In conclusion, the integration of curricula in these institutions reflects efforts to maintain the relevance of Islamic education in modern contexts. This suggests that such models can be replicated in similar educational settings seeking to harmonize faith and modernity.
