Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to find and describe the similarities and differences in curriculum planning for the Integrated Islamic School Network in the Formation of Religious Character at SMP It Al-Hijrah, SMP IT Jabal Noor and SMP IT AL Khansa Deli Serdang, and 2) to find and describe the similarities and differences in the implementation of the Integrated Islamic School Network curriculum in the Formation of Religious Character at SMP It Al-Hijrah, SMP IT Jabal Noor and SMP IT AL Khansa Deli Serdang. This research approach uses qualitative research. This research is classified as a type of field research, where the research objects and studies are carried out in the field. The results of this research are 1) Curriculum planning at SMP IT Al Hijrah, the curriculum is designed to not only focus on general subject matter but also intensively align Islamic values ​​into every aspect of learning. This includes not only classroom lessons but also extracurricular activities, all of which aim to support the development of consistent Islamic character. And 2) The implementation of the curriculum at SMP IT Al Hijrah includes the integration of Islamic values ​​in every subject as well as actively involving parents and the community in the educational process, creating a supportive environment. Jabal Nur IT Middle School implements a religious routine every morning and a structured Islamic Personal Development program, ensuring that Islamic character education permeates students' daily activities. At Al Khansa Khalifah IT Middle School, the focus is more on daily religious practice activities and the integration of Islamic values ​​in each subject, with extracurricular activities that support strengthening these lessons.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tujuan, Materi, strategi/metode, serta evaluasi keberhasilan kurikulum Pesantren Salafiyah dalam proses kaderisasi ulama pada tiga pondok pesantren di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif multi situs. Untuk mendapatkan data yang benar proses pengumpulan data dengan wawancara secara mendalam berupa serangkaian pertanyaan, observasi berupa pengamatan, serta pengumpulan dokumen dengan teknik analisi berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menginformasikan bahwa pesantren salafiyah di Sumatera Utara memiliki tujuan yang terfokus pada kaderisasi ulama dengan penekanan pada pemahaman Islam dan pembentukan karakter; Materi pembelajaran didasarkan pada ajaran Islam otentik dan mengacu pada sumber-sumber klasik (kitab kuning); Strategi/metode pembelajaran beragam, namun tetap berorientasi pada pembentukan ulama berkualitas; Evaluasi pembelajaran menakankan pada kemampuan membaca, memahami kitab kuning. Dengan demikian penelitian ini berhasil mengungkapkan secara mendalam tujuan, materi, strategi/metode, dan evaluasi keberhasilan kurikulum pesantren salafiyah. Temuan penelitian memberikan kontribusi baru dengan menyoroti fokus pesantren pada kaderisasi ulama yang tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek keilmuan, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penekanan pada pemahaman Islam otentik dan penerapan metode pembelajaran yang beragam namun tetap berkualitas, serta evaluasi yang menitikberatkan pada kemampuan membaca dan memahami kitab kuning.

Abstract

This study examines the role of religious moderation in shaping attitudes of tolerance, respecting differences, and creating harmony between religious communities. This research uses qualitative research methods by conducting library research and processing literature relevant to the research topic. Researchers were the main instruments in this study, and data collection was carried out using the triangulation method. Data is collected through literature such as books, magazines, articles, and readings relevant to the discussion. The data is then analyzed and compiled to form accurate conclusions. The results of this study show that religious moderation has an essential role in maintaining balance in carrying out religious teachings, avoiding extremism, and creating harmony between religious communities. The principles of religious moderation include tawassuth (neutrality), tawazun (balance), i'tidal (straight and firm), tasamuh (tolerant), musawah (egalitarian and non-discriminatory), aulawiyah (prioritizing), tahaddhur (civilization), and tathawwur wa ibtikar (dynamic, creative, and innovative). Implementing religious moderation is expected to create a harmonious, peaceful, and tolerant society, according to the spirit of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore psycholinguistic analysis in Arabic language learning in a multicultural society in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with a case study approach to investigate the interaction between Arabic language learning between cultural resistance and religious identity representation. The theory used is social interaction from Vygotsky which states the importance of interaction between individuals and their environment, especially in the context of learning and cognitive development of a person. The findings of the paper reveal that Arabic language learning in multicultural societies faces cultural challenges, dialect variation, language structure, limited resources, individual environments with diverse values, norms, and perspectives in using Arabic as well as cultural resistance and representation of religious identity. Where some Lombok community groups are resistant to cultural influences that are considered threatening to their identity, but on the other hand experience religious identity representation dominated by religious beliefs reinforced by institution such as Islamic boarding school that play a role in teaching Arabic. In psycholinguistic analysis, Arabic language learning in a multicultural society in Lombok between cultural resistance and religious identity representation plays a role because psycholinguistic analysis provides a framework for individuals in acquiring, understanding, and producing language. Psycholinguistics examines linguistic processes in the brain, mental use of language, memory work in storing and retrieving words, as well as affective factors such as motivation, anxiety, and attitudes in influencing Arabic learning in a multicultural society in Lombok

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to analyze: 1) Institutional planning for religious affairs-based higher education at UNIVA Medan; 2) Organizing religious-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan; 3) Direction of Islamic-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan; 4) Leadership of Islamic-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan; and 5) Supervision of religious-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, where the results obtained in this research are: 1) Value-based planning consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and kealwashliyahan. Making the values of worship and mumtaz as basic values, establishing the vision of mumtaz, improving infrastructure, accreditation, spirituality, opening postgraduate studies, digitalization, university identity, RIP, research university, WCU, GUG, development of KKNI + ma'had aly, as well as the development of Tri Dharma into Catur Dharma; 2) Value-based organizing consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and religious beliefs. Organizing is carried out by setting common goals, professional and proportional, fit and profitable, and building trust; 3) Value-based guidance consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and religious beliefs. 3T+1H directing method, direct involvement, coordination, determination of technical guidelines, community unity, focus on goals, Tri Dharma and Catur Dharma; 4) Value-based leadership consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and kealwashliyyah. Leaders must have competence, emulate the leadership of the Prophet, motivation, and apply digital leadership, and 5) Value-based supervision consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and religious beliefs. Supervision is carried out using a dual system consisting of internal and external, involvement of the parent organization, supervision of Tri Dharma & Catur Dharma, as well as supervision based on katauhidan values.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal: 1) How to conceptualize Management Development- Based Higher Education Deeply religious Facing the Era of Society 5.0 at Al Maksum College of Teacher Training and Education Step; 2) How to Implement Management Institution- Based Higher Education Religious in Facing the Era of Society 5.0 in Schools Al Maksum Teacher Training and Education College Step; and 3) What are the Implications Management Higher Education Based Institutions Religious in Facing the Era of Society 5.0 at the Al Maksum Teacher Training and Education College Langkat. The results of this research are: 1) The management concept at STKIP Al Maksum Langkat is based on SN DIKTI, implementing the tri dharma of higher education based on the belief in Almighty God which has the characteristics of character, integrity, innovative, creative, religious and scientific; 2) Implementation management based religion in the era of society 5.0. 3) Implications management at STKIP Al Maksum Langkat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of extroverted personality on job satisfaction; (2) the influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction; (3) the influence of extroverted personality on teacher morale; (4) the influence of emotional intelligence on teacher morale; and (5) the influence of job satisfaction on teacher morale. Subject study is Medan City State Madrasah Aliyah teachers with a total sample size 184 people. Taking sample done with proportional simple random sampling. Method study nature path analysis which aims to test theory and obtain information about research. Based on testing hypothesis can be concluded: (1) exists influence straight extroverted personality with job satisfaction of 0.03 (3%); (2) exists influence direct emotional intelligence with job satisfaction of 0.05 (5%); (3) exists influence direct extroverted personality with teacher's enthusiasm for work of 0.02 (2%); (4) exists influence direct emotional intelligence with teacher's enthusiasm for work amounted to 0.07 (7%); and (5) exist direct influence job satisfaction on teacher morale as big as 0.01 (1%). The research results provide an overview of personality Extroversion, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction influence teacher morale by 20% and the rest is determined by other circumstances.

Abstract

The development of information technology has a huge impact on boarding schools. Because it will provide digital information that can be accessed directly by students. For students not to be contaminated with bad information. such as the doctrine of liberalism, materialism, and hedonism, it is necessary to have an education based on Sufism values to internalize Islamic education. This is done by TMI Al-Amien Prenduan so that students have sincerity and distance themselves from the nature of liberal, material, and hedonism. For this reason, in this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach with social construction theory, and this type of research used case studies. For data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. while data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. So the result of this study is the social construction of students based on Sufism value education at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan through the practice of sholawat tarekat tijaniyah, istighosah, and habituation of congregational prayer. While the supporting factor is the deliberation and assistance of the kyai and teachers to the students for 24 hours. As for the obstacles, there are violations of cottage discipline committed by the students and also due to cultural differences between the students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financing of educational investments in two types of Islamic boarding schools, namely Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Raudatul 'Ulum in Aek Nabara, Labuhan Batu, North Sumatra, and Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Abraar in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. The study employs a multisite approach to understand various aspects influencing educational financing in these boarding schools. The research reveals that both boarding schools have different financing models but share the common goal of enhancing educational quality. Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Raudatul 'Ulum relies on endowment funds (wakaf), community donations, and contributions from students and alumni. In contrast, Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Abraar combines funds from various sources such as regular donors, scholarships, and income from productive economic activities managed by the boarding school. Findings indicate that despite having different financing strategies, both boarding schools face similar challenges in managing funds and ensuring the sustainability of quality education. The study suggests the need for diversifying funding sources and adopting more professional financial management to enhance the effectiveness of educational financing in boarding schools. This research makes a significant contribution to the literature on educational financing in Islamic boarding schools and serves as a reference for other boarding school administrators in developing effective and sustainable financing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program moderasi beragama STAI Musaddadiyah Garut Indonesia melalui pembelajaran PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam). Lalu, tujuan lainnya adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang ada di STAI Musaddadiyah Garut Indonesia. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Lalu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan pendekatan studi deskriptif, dengan mengakses beberapa sumber data yang bersifat sekunder yang memuat literatur-literatur, buku, jurnal, karya tulis Ilmiah terkait data moderasi beragama di STAI Musaddadiyah Garut. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa konsep moderasi beragama di STAI Al-Musaddadiyah Garut ini dapat disalurkan melalui proses penyampaian pembelajaran PAI. Upaya STAI al-Musaddadiyah dalam mengimplementasi program moderasi beragama dengan memperkaya literasi-literasi moderasi beragama, media sosial atau website, merealisasikan keaktifan mahasiswa dalam memperkaya produk literasi itu sendiri melalui karya tulis ilmiah seperti jurnal, skripsi, hingga tesis. Rasionalisasi implementasi moderasi beragama di STAI al-Musaddadiyah karena adanya faktor tantangan yang muncul dari pihak eksternal seperti kemajemukan masyarakat Indonesia. Adapun nilai moderasi beragama yang ditanamkan diantaranya sikap perdamaian, derajat persamaan Islam, tidak melakukan hal yang zalim, kepedulian, cinta dan kasih sayang terhadap seluruh makhluk.
