Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the information and communication technology strategy of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in empowering micro, small and medium enterprises based on Islamic and sharia education in East Aceh Regency. This research method is qualitative-descriptive which is applied with a phenomenological approach. Based on the research results, researchers found that the use of communication technology by the East Aceh Regency Cooperative and SME Trade Service through the use of web pages as a means of communication and information, shows their commitment to facing the challenges of the digital era as well as showing efforts to encourage the development of sharia-based Islamic education. In an effort to optimize the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in East Aceh Regency, the Cooperative and SME Trade Service has formulated a strategy that includes providing the latest information through communication technology, especially through website pages tailored for SMEs. This strategy not only emphasizes conveying information, but also ensures direct involvement of SMEs in the process, so that they can easily access empowerment programs that are relevant to their needs and interests.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang internalisasi pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama islam yang inovatif pada era perkembangan zaman dengan menggunakan multipel intelegensi sebagai strategi pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam, khususnya di SD Plus al-Kautsar dan SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kota Malang. Kajian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengembangkan intelegensi siswa yang akan berdampak pada pemahaman siswa pada suatu materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan strategi pengembangan kurikulum PAI berbasis multipel intelegensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian multi situs untuk menganalisis dan menemukan strategi pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang relevan dengan kemajuan zaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum PAI berbasis multipel intelegensi dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman terdapat pada desain kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Kesimpulannya menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kurikulum PAI berbasis multipel intelegensi sebagai suatu upaya dalam melakukan pengembangan intelegensi siswa guna menghadapi perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the education management of the Gontor 10 Islamic Boarding School in Saba' as a consideration for the proposal to establish the Student Islamic Boarding School of the Center for Islamic Studies, Jambi University. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research approach and literature study. Primary data were obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data was in the form of a SWOT analysis to evaluate the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges in the education management of Gontor 10 Islamic Boarding School. The population of this study was Pondok Pesantren Gontor 10 Saba', with a research sample consisting of the head of the Islamic boarding school caregivers, teachers (ustadz), administrators, and students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to describe questionnaire and interview data findings. The results showed that the education management of Gontor 10 Islamic Boarding School has advantages in maintaining the values of modern boarding schools and improving the quality of education and teaching. However, there are weaknesses, especially in the availability of facilities and infrastructure and funding independence. Therefore, it is recommended that investment in the construction of facilities and infrastructure be increased, as well as diversification of funding sources to ensure the sustainability of superior programs.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan pada tingkat sekolah dasar Islam sangat menentukan kemampuan dasar anak, di tengah degradasi moral pendidikan, sekolah dasar Islam diharapkan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dasar Islam terpadu dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan menghadapi isu degradasi moral pendidikan yang saat ini terjadi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali lebih dalam tentang strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan dasar dengan menggunakan paradigma Islam. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan kepala sekolah dasar Islam terpadu Al hijrah 2 kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang. Untuk memperkuat data analis, penelitian ini juga menggunakan beberapa hasil penelitian penting lainnya guna untuk memperkuat argumentasi yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pentingnya strategi yang digunakan untuk mencapai pendidikan yang baik dan unggul, ada beberapa strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dasar Islam terpadu Al hijrah 2 yaitu; pertama, pengembangan kurikulum; kedua, peningkatan SDM tenaga pengajar; ketiga, kolaboratif pendidikan; keempat, kerjasama dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya; kelima, Inklusifitas pendidikan; dan Keenam, kesejahteraan para guru. Beberapa strategi tersebut sangat mendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada sekolah dasar Islam terpadu Al hijrah 2 kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang

Abstract

This research is based on issues related to teacher performance from the perspective of the variables of professionalism, organizational climate, and work motivation. The research method used is quantitative, employing an ex post facto approach. The research population consisted of 757 teachers from Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Batubara Regency, with a selected sample of 238 teachers spread across 53 madrasahs. The research results indicate: (1) professionalism (X1) has a direct influence on work motivation (X3) of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency by 45.00%; (2) organizational climate (X2) has a direct influence on work motivation (X3) of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency by 66.90%; (3) professionalism (X1) has a direct influence on teacher performance (X4) by 33.00%; (4) organizational climate (X2) has a direct influence on teacher performance (X4) of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency by 59.80%; (5) work motivation (X3) has a direct influence on teacher performance (X4) of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency by 37.50%; (6) professionalism (X1) has an indirect influence on teacher performance (X4) of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency through work motivation (X3) by 61.40%; and (7) organizational climate (X2) has an indirect influence on teacher performance (X4) of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency through work motivation (X3) by 65.60%.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the views of universities in preventing drug abuse, how university programs arrive at the solutions provided for preventing drug abuse on private campuses in Asahan. The type of research in this study uses qualitative research, namely research using data collection techniques without using numbers or other nominal fractions, because this requires data in the field. Then more research was collected and was in the form of information or information obtained based on informants. This research took place at private campuses/universities throughout Asahan Regency. Data collection techniques use interviews, field observations and documentation studies. Data processing and analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research time starts from the initial research on July 20 2023. The results of the research found that the view of university administrators regarding the prevention of drug abuse in Asahan Regency is the need for active participation and participation in carrying out activities to prevent narcotics abuse carried out in the campus environment, reporting all forms of possession, distribution or abuse of drugs that occur in the campus environment, actively in participating in training, seminars, workshops on preventing drug abuse both carried out by campus and outside campus, establishing good communication with peers and other campus residents (Rector, Dean, Lecturers, parents, and campus security officers), and What students can do to play a role in this industrial era and take steps and take a place as the driving force of this country is to develop critical thinking patterns and not be easily eroded by negative influences. Then the program uses three approaches, namely a communicative approach, an informative approach, and an educational approach.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication patterns of islamic religious instructors in improving family resilience in bireun district. This research method is qualitative-descriptive. The time required to conduct research on communication patterns of Islamic religious instructors in fostering family resilience is carried out for 6 months, namely from March 2023 to September 2023. Based on the research results, researchers found the communication pattern of Islamic religious instructors with the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience is carried out by direct and indirect communication by the instructor to the community. Communication messages carried out by Islamic Religious Counselors with the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience are messages related to problems that occur in husband and wife families. Barriers to Islamic religious instructors' communication patterns with the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience are psychological barriers, because husband and wife do not want to be honest about all the problems that occur in their household, so that the problems are resolved quickly and do not become drag on. The result of communication between Islamic religious instructors and the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience is the awareness of each married couple in communicating with the instructors regarding various problems that occur in their household, so that this makes it easier for the instructors to carry out his duties.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning model to enhance religious moderation. The research was conducted at IPB University using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and document studies involving lecturers and students as the research subjects. The findings indicate, among others: (1) the PAI learning model is established before lectures, starting from planning, scheduling, assistant assignments, teaching materials, and conditioning learning facilities; (2) the curriculum used in PAI learning integrates the national MBKM curriculum with IPB University's curriculum, (3) the core material of PAI courses at IPB University consists of Islamic material integrated with various disciplines (science) and technologies that can positively impact openness to perspectives, critical thinking, moderation, implemented in daily morality on campus, (4) Religious moderation among students has been implemented conducive manner. This is influenced by several factors, including guidance, correct understanding of religion, a healthy academic climate, students' maturity in behaviour demonstrating friendship, and the exemplary behaviour of lecturers in interacting with fellow campus citizens by teaching theories and practices of tolerance among religious communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa saat ini terjadi dekadensi moral, oleh karena itu pemerintah mencanangkan program pendidikan karakter untuk mengantisipasi krisis moral yang lebih serius. Pada pendidikan Islam, karakter merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat diperhatikan dalam al-Qur'an. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan pendidikan karakter yang sesuai dengan al-Qur'an mutlak dilakukan dalam kehidupan khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter di sekolah dalam al-qur’an kajian atas tafsir al-ibriz dan al-misbah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif berdasarkan penelitian lapangan, data penelitian dihimpun melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, analisis, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan pendidikan karakter menurut Tafsir Al-Ibriz tetap relevan dengan pembinaan karakter generasi muda saat ini. Era modern yang dipenuhi dengan tantangan moral dan budaya membutuhkan landasan kuat berupa nilai-nilai etika dan kebajikan yang diajarkan oleh Tafsir Al-Ibriz. Adapun dalam kajian tafsir al-misbah bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam surat al-Ahzab ayat 21 meliputi: siddiq merupakan sebuah Kenyataan yang benar yang tercermin dalam perkataan, perbuatan atau tindakan, dan keadaan yang ada pada diri Rasul, amanah adalah sebuah kepercayaan yang harus diemban dalam mewujudkan sesuatu yang dilakukan dengan penah komitmen, kompeten, kerja keras, dan konsisten, fathanah adalah sebuah kecerdasan, kemahiran, atau penguasaan bidang tertentu yang mencakup kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual, serta tabligh adalah sebuah upaya merealisasikan pesan atau misi tertentu yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan atau metode tertentu. Dari keempat nilai pendidikan karakter ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the names of educators during the Abbasid Dynasty and to find out who the caliphs were during. The historical method consists of data collection, source criticism, interpretation and finally historiography. The research approaches used in this research are a geographic approach, a sociological approach, an educational approach and historical education.
