Abstract

The growth of social media has had an impact on economic growth. One of these social media platforms is TikTok, which offers tools that facilitate the ability of users to conduct buying and selling transactions. TikTok offers a live-stream feature that makes it simpler for sellers to advertise their goods and allows customers to view and engage with sellers in real time. However, many TikTok users are less engaged in shopping through TikTok live-stream because of trust issues. Using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory, this thesis examines the impact of streamers’ credibility and interactivity on Generation Z TikTok buyers’ perceived risk and purchase intention in the context of live-stream e-commerce. This research was conducted in Indonesia. The study utilizes a quantitative research approach, collecting 127 data from Generation Z TikTok users through an online survey. Data analysis is conducted using statistical techniques to test research hypotheses. The findings indicate that streamers’ credibility significantly reduces perceived risk, while interactivity does not significantly influence it. Perceived risk, in turn, negatively affects purchase intention. Furthermore, streamers’ credibility and interactivity have a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention. These results contribute to understanding consumer behavior in the context of TikTok live-stream e-commerce and have implications for marketers and researchers targeting Generation Z consumers.

Abstract

  Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran audiovisual dan metode bernyanyi meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa pada materi wacana dengan menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), menggunakan model Kemmis dan MC Taggart. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena nilai hasil belajar siswa rendah dibandingkan dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Pendekatan PTK terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Penelitian ini melibatkan 38 siswa dari kelas III B SDN Citapen 01. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah 80% siswa dapat mencapai KKM 73. Hasil pra siklus menunjukkan hanya terdapat 16 (42%) siswa yang mencapai KKM 73 dari 38 siswa. Dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran audiovisual dan metode bernyanyi, maka siklus I menyatakan bahwa 28 (74%) siswa mencapai KKM, sedangkan pada siklus II memperoleh data sebanyak 34 (89%) siswa mencapai KKM. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan sebesar 32% dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan 15% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 47% dari prasiklus ke siklus II, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual dan metode bernyanyi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada materi wacana kelas III SD.

Abstract

Standar keadilan seringkali dijadikan tolak ukur keberhasilan penerapan hukum yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggali perspektif-perspektif yang muncul mengenai tahapan hukum acara dalam kasus kekerasan seksual di Kota Malang yang dilakukan pihak-pihak terkait dengan tahapan hukum acara dalam proses hukum tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Subyek penelitian ini adalah dosen Fakultas Hukum, penyidik, pengacara, dan aktivis pendamping kekerasan terhadap perempuan yang berafiliasi dengan lembaga swadaya masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga permasalahan yang muncul mengenai tahapan hukum acara dalam kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan, yaitu: permasalahan mengenai kecukupan alat bukti, ketidakmampuan hukum untuk kepentingan korban, dan potensi inkonsistensi antara proses penyidikan dan proses hukum. hasil penyidikan terhadap pelaku pemerkosaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the experience of active tiktok users in shopping through the tiktok shop in Banyumas Regency. The Tiktok application is one of the social media platforms that is very popular with the public. The reason is that the tiktok application is able to provide shopping features, making it easier for tiktok users to buy products directly. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed using google form. The questionnaire was distributed to active tiktok user communities in Banyumas Regency. The research was analyzed using the rapidminer application. The results of the research show that people who use tiktok shop in Banyumas Regency feel satisfaction in their shopping experience and most respond to satisfaction by selecting the “Agree” of “Strongly Agree” options. The results of the research show that people who use tiktok shop in Banyumas Regency feel satisfaction in their shopping experience and most respond to satisfaction by selecting the “Agree” or “Strongly Agree” and “Neutral” options. The characteristics of individuals who choose the “Agree” or “Strongly Agree” and “Neutral” options are based on gender, occupation, age, and experience in shopping on Tiktok. Female respondents have a relatively high sense of satisfaction. Meanwhile, male respondents have a more neutal attitude due to individual chatacteristics that are less interested in the features in the tiktok shop.Therefore, tiktok needs to improve its features and collaborate with various parties such as the government, police, and bank. Also, the existence of gender preferences increases satisfaction for active tiktok users in their online shopping experience.

Abstract

CALL draws attention for teachers’ EFL classroom due to its captivating power for enhancing language learning. Several studies prove that CALL is extremely able to promote learners’ skills, yet, there are some obscures ideal practices. The study aims at investigating teachers’ perception on challenges and strategies on CALL practice in the EFL secondary classroom. This study utilises qualitative methods with oral semi-structured interview as the data collection. It involves 6 English teachers who have accustomed their teaching with CALL. They possess different teaching experiences, school infrastructures, and setting ; 2 urban public school, 1 suburban public school, 2 urban private school, and 1 suburban private school. The data are analysed through three phases for ensuring demanded results which can depict challenges and strategies on the basis of teachers’ perception. It results that teachers encounter challenges on insufficient school facilities, inadequate lesson time, unfavourable instructional culture, and disproportionate technological competence. Pertaining to the strategies, they recommend the fulfilment of school facilities, plan-b design, and forum group discussion among teachers. As the summary, this study has deemed a light on how technology is integrated through CALL in EFL Secondary Classroom that eventually brings about preventive action plan for granting the desired outcome. The teachers’ perception might depend on their background knowledge related to the issue, their current workplace, and teaching experiences.

Abstract

In carrying out its duties, Bawaslu faces several problems related to employee performance, namely problems in terms of lack of employees in carrying out supervision or handling violations, discipline in using the daily uniforms of employees, coaching and improving employees, and the management system. This has an impact on the low assessment of the performance of the employees they provide. Improving optimal, effective, and efficient employee performance at work is the main goal of human resource quality. However, basically, a shortage of human resources can lead to obstacles or failures in completing tasks and achieving goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between employee performance at the Bogor Regency General Election Supervisory Agency and the quality of human resources. The method used is quantitative associative by involving all employees, namely 18 respondents as a sample. Observations, interviews, and questionnaires were used to collect data. applied the Spearman rank correlation analysis method to data analysis. The results of this research can indicate that improving the quality of human resources can maximize employee performance. The correlation coefficient obtained of 0.830 shows that a strong and positive relationship was found between employee performance and the quality of human resources. The results of the correlation coefficient also show the same direction. This means that worker performance will increase along with the increase in the quality of human resources. Thus, this can show how effective and efficient Bawaslu employees are in carrying out their duties despite having heavy demands and a shortage of human resources.

Abstract

The formation of student character through integration between courses that are collected through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning strategy. The PjBL method directs students to be critical and work together in order to solve problems. The study used a quantitative descriptive method, data was obtained through interviews with PjBL teachers and questionnaires to students. because it describes the situation that occurs, systematically and factually with the aim of analyzing data by describing or depicting the data that has been collected as a solution to the research problem. The focus of this study is the aspect of attitude, self-confidence, and cooperation. The results of the study are as follows: in carrying out the project, students have shown attitudes and ethics in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila as one of the courses with the project learning method, students also show a sense of responsibility during the project. Students show a more confident attitude when having to communicate with the PjBL management, in addition, students are more confident when presenting because as many as 84.6%, students understand the material and practice presentations. As many as 76.9% of students agree that cooperation is carried out by assigning work based on the expertise and strengths of each team member 76.9%. Thus, project based learning is proven to be able to develop the character of engineering students.

Abstract

Women farm workers are an economically vulnerable group of rural communities. The majority of them live below the poverty line with low and uncertain incomes. This research aims to develop innovative strategies to increase the income of women farm workers through the use of weeds as raw materials for processed products of economic value. Through a research and development approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), this research produced several important findings. First, identified types of weeds that are abundant in agricultural land and have the potential to be processed into products of economic value such as processed food, organic fertilizers, and herbal medicines. Second, a comprehensive weed processing training module was developed in accordance with the needs and characteristics of women farm workers, covering aspects of production, packaging, marketing, and business management. The results showed an increase in knowledge, skills, and motivation of women farm workers in entrepreneurship through the use of weeds after participating in the training program, with an average increase in pre-test and post-test scores of 36.15 points. In addition, there was an increase in the income of women farm workers who participated in the training program and ran a weed processing business, with an average income of Rp 890,000 per month, compared to before the training where they had no income from the weed processing business. This study concludes that the use of weeds into products of economic value is an effective strategy to increase the income and welfare of women farm workers and their families. The training and mentoring model with the ADDIE approach has proven successful in equipping women farm workers with entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. This finding implies that similar models can be applied more broadly to empower groups of women farmworkers in various parts of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to design a model for the development of millennial farmer human resources in the context of sustainable agriculture in Subang Regency, West Java. The phenomenon of aging farmers and the declining interest of the younger generation in the agricultural sector are the background of this research. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model approach, this study identifies the characteristics and needs of millennial farmers, designs a human resource development model, and evaluates its effectiveness. The results of the study show that millennial farmers have a high openness to innovation and modern agricultural technology, but the number is still limited. The developed model includes components of recruitment, training, mentoring, career development, resource access, and collaboration networks. The implementation of the model showed a significant increase in the interest of the younger generation in agriculture (200%), the adoption of modern agricultural technology (275%), and the application of sustainable agricultural practices (167%). The productivity and income of millennial farmers also increased by 50%. This research makes an important contribution to the development of millennial farmer human resources and supports sustainable agriculture, and highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration and policies that support farmer regeneration.

Abstract

The issue of bullying, especially within the school context, has garnered widespread attention, primarily due to the serious consequences that can impact the psychosocial development of children and adolescents. Efforts and appropriate strategies are needed to address this issue effectively. The aim of this research is to delve deeply into the development and implementation process of a Bullying Prevention Program within a child-friendly school integrated into the Civic Education curriculum, thus providing innovation in addressing bullying within the Civic Education curriculum. This research adopts a qualitative research approach using a case study method. Data collection processes involve interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the Bullying Prevention Program within the Civic Education curriculum is supported by active involvement from Civic Education teachers, school staff, and adequate school environment facilities. The implementation of the Bullying Prevention Program within a child-friendly school integrated into the Civic Education curriculum involves efforts and innovative teaching strategies by Civic Education teachers to foster positive bullying prevention behaviors.
