Abstract

In the context of globalization and technological developments today, various challenges must be faced by students to build a strong personality. This research aims to explain the role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers in shaping students' personalities through the example of Jesus, inspired by the Bible text 1 Peter 2:21, to face the challenges of today's times. Through an approach using observational qualitative research methods, researchers directly interact with the school and students in the classroom learning process by teaching material that matches the title of the research. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of how the role of PAK teachers and the example of Jesus can influence the formation of students' personalities in facing the challenges of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of the exemplary Christian Religious Education Teacher (PAK) on the formation of the character of students at SMA Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin in accordance with the will of God as stated in Psalm 1:1-2. This verse emphasizes the importance of staying away from the ways of the wicked and meditating on God's words day and night as the basis for the formation of a godly character. The purpose of this study is to examine how PAK teachers become role models in daily life and in teaching, as well as how this affects the character of students. The research method used was through in-depth interviews with PAK teachers, classroom observations, and questionnaires distributed to students. The results of the study show that the example of PAK teachers who live in accordance with Christian values, such as honesty, love, and integrity, play a significant role in shaping students' character that reflects the will of God. Teachers who consistently live the teachings of the Bible in their daily interactions and in their teaching methods are able to inspire and motivate students to live a life in accordance with Christian teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keyakinan siswa terhadap kemampuan mereka sendiri. Dalam situasi seperti ini, siswa cenderung mencari cara cepat untuk mengurangi tekanan akademik, seperti menyontek. Perilaku menyontek dilakukan dengan melirik jawaban teman dan berbicara berbisik. Tujuan studi ini ialah menyimpulkan adakah hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku menyontek siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 12 Semarang. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif yang berfokus pada analisis korelasional, dengan populasi 238 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan 127 sampel, dengan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis memakai korelasi Product Moment ditemukan pada angka sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan perilaku menyontek siswa. Ditemukan bahwa angka koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar -0,613, yang menunjukkan taraf negatif. Itu berarti dengan kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi maka lebih sedikit perilaku menyontek. Selanjutnya tingkat kontribusi kepercayaan diri dan perilaku menyontek sebesar 37,57%. Berlandaskan hasil penelitian ini, masukan yang bisa diberikan untuk merendahkan perilaku menyontek siswa adalah dengan cara pemberian layanan oleh konselor sekolah guna membangkitkan kepercayaan diri.

Abstract

Perilaku menyontek merupakan suatu masalah yang sering kali muncul pada siswa di sekolah. Perilaku ini muncul karena adanya beberapa faktor salah satunya lingkungan. Keinginan mencapai nilai tinggi dengan kesadaran yang rendah untuk berusaha membuat siswa memilih jalan pintas dengan menyontek. Peran guru BK pada masalah ini tentu sangat dibutuhkan agar senantiasa dapat membimbing siswa mencapai perkembangannya kearah yang lebih baik. Namun, kekurangan didapat jika status guru BK yang bukan pada bidangnya sehingga membuat masalah siswa tidak tertangani dengan maksimal. Pemberian layanan konseling kelompok menjadi pilihan dalam rangka mengentaskan permasalahan siswa. Penggunaan teknik kontrak perilaku juga berfungsi menerapkan perjanjian yang dibuat oleh klien dengan kesepakatan bersama. Kontrak tersebut harus dilakukan secara bersungguh-sungguh dalam rangka mengubah perilaku maladaptif kepada perilaku adaptif.

Abstract

Budaya sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Pedoman IASP 2020 mendorong implementasi budaya sekolah yang kuat, namun implementasinya di lapangan masih menghadapi tantangan. Penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan berbasis budaya sekolah di MAN 1 Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan MAN 1 Kota Cimahi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan berbasis budaya sekolah, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 1 Kota Cimahi dengan fokus pada program-program yang diterapkan untuk membangun budaya sekolah, serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasinya. MAN 1 Kota Cimahi menerapkan strategi komprehensif untuk membangun budaya sekolah yang positif, meliputi pembinaan karakter, pembinaan berbasis iman dan taqwa, pembinaan berbasis life skill, pembinaan kepemimpinan, pembinaan prestasi, pembinaan lingkungan, pembinaan sosial, dan pembinaan tata tertib. Faktor pendukung implementasi strategi ini meliputi tim pendidik yang berdedikasi, kepemimpinan yang kuat, dan dukungan komunitas. Namun kurangnya komitmen yang kuat, kendala sumber daya tantangan struktural menjadi penghambat. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi berharga bagi MAN 1 Kota Cimahi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi budaya sekolah. Rekomendasi meliputi memperkuat komitmen, alokasikan sumber daya secara efektif, sekolah perlu menemukan cara untuk beradaptas. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori dan praktik manajemen strategik dalam konteks pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model on the ability to think creatively with the help of mind mapping. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design in the form of the non-equivalent control group design. The population in this research are all MI Al Mustajab students. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique which is taken by purposive sampling. The research sample was classes IIIA and IIIB at SDIT Cahaya Ummat. Data collection techniques in this research are test and non-test techniques. The test technique uses pretest and posttest while the non-test technique uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include normality test, homogeneity test, one way anova test, simple linear regression test, independent sample t test and paired sample t test. The results of the research show: (1) There is a difference in the use of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model assisted by mind mapping on creative thinking abilities, as evidenced by the significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 using the independent t test (2) There is an influence of the use of the Creative Problem learning model Solving (CPS) assisted by mind mapping on creative thinking, proven by a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 using a simple linear regression test (3) There is an increase in the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model assisted by mind mapping on creative thinking, proven by the level of significance, namely 0.000 < 0.05 using the paired sample t test. The conclusion of this research is the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model assisted by mind mapping on students' creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

English is not only important for students to learn at school but can also be learned outside of school either through courses or autodidactically. Therefore, this study aims to analyze hawkers' English speaking learning strategies in tourist areas. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. The research data was collected through interviews with five hawkers to understand the strategies used in learning English especially speaking and a literature study to find out the types of language learning strategies used. The results showed that learning strategies used by hawkers in learning English, especially in speaking were 1) Hawkers' strategies in learning English for the first time, especially in speaking are social strategies and affective strategies. 2) Hawkers' strategies in learning English, especially speaking, are social strategies. 3) In terms of developing or improving pronunciation, they use social strategies and cognitive strategies. 4) In terms of strategies to improve vocabulary, they use memory strategies, social strategies, and cognitive strategies. 5) In terms of improving speaking fluency, they use social strategies and cognitive strategies. 6) In terms of improving accent, they used social strategies.

Abstract

The research began by reviewing the results of interviews conducted with 4th grade educators at SDN 019 Pabaki, Bandung City and referring to the findings of observations and pretests conducted in class. The findings show that students' collaboration capacity and academic achievement are still at a low level. The aim of this research is to explain the use of cooperative learning models assisted by interactive media to improve student collaboration skills and academic achievement. The research methodology used in this research is classroom action research using the spiral model developed by Kemis and Taggart, which includes several cycles. The process consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research involved 29 students. The research instrument consists of an observation sheet to assess students' collaboration skills, an observation sheet to evaluate the implementation of the cooperative learning model using interactive media, and a test sheet. Research findings show that the implementation of a cooperative model supported by interactive media results in a significant increase in students' collaboration skills. In cycle 1 there was an increase of 71.50% and in cycle 2 there was an increase of 81%. Before the intervention, collaboration ability was at the pre-cycle level of 37.42%. Apart from that, it is known that the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 39.70% in the pre-cycle to 79.30% in cycle 1 and reached 100% in cycle 2.

Abstract

This research has a unique intuitive effect on the influence of interest in learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of class This type of research is quantitative research with post facto methods. The population of this research is a selection of class X students which consists of 9 classes with each class numbering more or less 36 students. The sample used was class X-2, totaling 35 students, with the sample taken using the simple random sampling method. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and thesis. Data analysis in this research uses simple linear regression analysis. Before carrying out a linear regression test, prerequisite tests are first carried out in the form of normality tests, linearity tests and homoscedidity tests. The research results show that the regression equation results ???? = 59.940 + 0.461???? which means that every one unit increase in the learning interest variable will result in an increase in mathematics learning outcomes of 0.461 units. Apart from that, interest in learning also has an influential contribution to mathematics learning outcomes of around 49.3%. This indicates that the increase or decrease in mathematics learning outcomes is influenced by interest in learning amounting to 49.3%, while the remaining 50.7% is influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that interest in learning has a significant influence on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students at SMA N 14 Seimarang in the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifektifitas dari penerapan metode pembelajaran TaRL terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pre-eksperimen. Teknik yang dipakai dalam menentukan sampel yaitu purposive random sampling. soal pre-test dan post-test yang telah di buat di terapkan di dalam satu kelas. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan Siswa kelas XI-A2 SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendekatan TaRL efektif dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Dalam mengukur prestasi belajar siswa pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen hasil nilai pre-test dan post-test. Hasil prestasi belajar siswa pada pre-test didapat nilai rata-rata adalah 60,30. Sesudah diberi perlakuan dengan menerapkan pendekatan TaRL, peneliti memberi post-test didapat nilai rata-rata adalah 88,27. Hasil uji normalitas didapat nilai signikan pre-test dan post-test yaitu > 0,05. Sedangkan hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan 0,7073, dimana termasuk dalam klasifikasi dengan kriteria tinggi. Sehingga hasil data ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya efektivitas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya pendekatan TaRL dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika.
