Abstract

Salah satu kompetensi utama yang diperlukan saat ini adalah HOTS. Dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan berbagai kendala pencapaian HOTS dalam kelas pembelajaran, termasuk pula kendala pada aspek kemampuan guru. Peningkatan HOTS tidak dapat terjadi secara serta merta dan tiba-tiba, melainkan melalui suatu pembiasaan, dan eksplorasi terhadap kognitif yang mendasari HOTS. Dalam penelitian ini disusunlah suatu treatment yang mana dirasa dapat menyentuh tingkat paling dasar kognitif mahasiswa, dalam hal ini disebut sebagai memori semantik, sehingga harapannya dapat diperoleh pemahaman yang bermakna tentang materi, sebagai landasan yang kokoh untuk mencapai kemampuan berpikir pada level tertinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan produk berupa lembar kegiatan mahasiswa (LKM) berbasis eksplorasi memori semantik pendukung HOTS. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa LKM memenuhi kategori sangat valid dan memiliki karakteristik praktis digunakan. Dari hasil uji tes HOTS diketahui bahwa ada peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa yang memiliki kemampuan HOTS yang mulanya seluruh mahasiswa berada pada level kognitif lower order thinking skills (LOTS), menjadi 10 mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan HOTS dengan kategori menganalisis dengan level pengetahuan konseptual; 8 mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan HOTS dengan kategori menganalisis dengan level pengetahuan prosedural, 8 mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan HOTS dengan kategori mengevaluasi dengan level pengetahuan konseptual.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. Efforts that can influence student learning outcomes are that a teacher can or uses various learning methods or models that can create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere and environment. However, in reality on the ground, teachers are less optional in using media and learning models. Teachers often apply lecture, question and answer and discussion methods which are usually called conventional learning models, and teachers in the learning process only use books and students only listen to the teacher's explanations, take notes and repeat lessons at home and memorize when there are tests. Teachers dominate too much in the learning process and students are given less space to talk, express opinions, ask questions and express opinions. The type of research used is experimental research. The approach used is a quantitative method approach. The research design used is Quasi Experimental Design or pseudo-experiment. The form of this research design is a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population and sample in this research was determined to be all class V students at SDN 36 South Pontianak for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 58 students. This research data collection method uses tests, observation, documentation and interviews. The data collection instruments for this research are test questions and documentation. The data analysis technique for this research uses descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis. Based on the research, research data was obtained which showed that the average pretest score for the experimental class was 56.55 and the average post-test score for the experimental class was 80.34.

Abstract

In an effort to achieve the welfare of village communities, BUMDes carries out its activities in accordance with the business potential that exists in the village. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as business entities whose capital is wholly or largely owned by the Village have the obligation to manage assets, services and other businesses for the greatest welfare of the village community. One of the information needed by BUMDes is the presentation of financial information related to sales reports. One of the problems with recording sales is that it is still done manually, which is prone to recording errors which can make it difficult to calculate sales, this can disrupt BUMDes operations. Optimizing accurate sales reports using Microsoft Excel is the right choice, using this application will make the sales recording process more efficient and accurate. Microsoft Excel's various features, such as formulas and functions, make calculations easy and present sales reports in a neat and organized manner. So that recording errors can be reduced, operational efficiency can be achieved, and data reliability can be increased.

This study critically evaluates the relationship between Indonesia and China from 2014 to 2023, a period marked by significant geopolitical shifts and economic collaborations. The research examines the multifaceted nature of this bilateral relationship, encompassing economic partnerships, strategic challenges, and regional dynamics. Particular attention is given to China's Belt and Road Initiative and its impact on Indonesia, as well as the complexities surrounding territorial disputes in the South China Sea. The study highlights Indonesia's efforts to balance economic opportunities with national interests, emphasizing its careful diplomatic approach and strategic positioning in Southeast Asia. This analysis provides insights into the evolving nature of Indonesia-China relations and their implications for regional stability and Indonesia's long-term development prospects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ladder drill training on the speed and agility of handball athletes. This research method uses a type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method with a One Control Pretest-Posttest design. In this study there was a total sample of 20 handball athletes and was divided into 2 groups, 1. Experimental group, 2. Control group. The instruments in this study used the 30 meter Sprint Test and the Illinois Agility Test. Normality testing using the Shapiro-Wilk test, homogeneity testing using Levene-Test and for data analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test test. The results of this study indicate that handball athletes who do training using ladder drill tools experience increased speed and agility. This study concludes that there is a significant effect of ladder drill training on the speed and agility of handball athletes. So, this ladder drill training method can be recommended to handball coaches as a new way to increase the speed and agility of athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of teaching material products assisted by learning videos of material from me for Indonesia. The method used in this research is the ADDIE method. The results of this study indicate that the media expert received an assessment with an average of 4.81 with “very feasible” criteria, the material expert received an assessment with an average of 4.79 with “very feasible” criteria, the results of the small group student response assessment obtained a score of 77% with “good” criteria, and the results of the assessment of 21 students in the large group trial 81% with “very good” criteria. This means that overall teaching materials assisted by learning videos have “very feasible” criteria for use in grade V elementary schools. Thus it can be concluded that the use of teaching materials assisted by learning videos is indeed very attractive to students to develop interest in learning and so that they are not easily bored in participating in learning if they only use the ceraah method.

Abstract

Suicide is a consciouse effort and aims to end life, the individual consciously desires and attempts to realize his desire to die. Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. Adolescence is a transtional period where it is often difficult to complete things problem. This difficulty gives rise to suicidal behavior in adolescents. Mental health refers to a good emotional and psychological condition, which allows individuals to use their congnitive and emotional abilities optimally in daily life. The aim pf this research was to determine the influence of mental health on adolenscent suicidal behavior at SMAK X. The research with a two group pretest-posttest design. The total sample for this study was 30 teenagers. The sampling technique is proposive sampling. The statistical test used is the paired samples T Test. There is an influence of mental health on suicidal behavior among teenagers at SMAK X.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to assess the effectiveness of teaching writing using the QDPR technique in grade X at MA Al-Majidiyah NWDI Majidi during the academic year 2023-2024. The study was pre-experimental in nature, with a single group pre-test and post-test. Twenty-three students participated. The data were collected from the students' pre- and post-tests, with the tests serving as the instrument. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 22 for Windows. The present researcher determined whether the data were normal using Shapiro Wilk before analyzing them using Paired Samples T-Test. The data were found to be normal and homogeneous using the Level Test for Homogeneity, which produced this result.The calculated Paired Sample T-test had a significance level of 0.00. The value was less than 0.05. This indicates that the alternative hypothesis was accepted, while the null hypothesis was rejected. Thus, during the academic year 2023-2024, that QDPR Method is helpful in teaching writing skill at MA Al-Majidiyah NWDI Majidi. Given the process and results of this study, the researcher advises that English teachers utilize this technique to teach writing.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance on CV. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 85 respondents. Based on the results of the research on the first hypothesis obtained t count value > t table or (6,749 > 1,98896) It is also reinforced with the value of Sig. < 0,05 or (0,000 < 0,05) so that partially variable Job satisfaction there is a significant influence on Employee Performance on the CV. The work of Taruna Technical Depok Java West. On the test results on the second hypotheses obtains a value of t count > t Table or (7,899 > 1, 98896) This is also strengthened with a Sig. value < 0.05 or (0.000< 0,05). Thus partially the workload variable has a significant impact on the performance of Employees on CV.

Abstract

This research is motivated by low student learning outcomes and learning that is still teacher-centered making students appear inactive in learning. This research aims to determine the effect of using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students' Indonesian language learning outcomes in Transportation Technology Development material for class III SDN Sendangguwo 01. This research uses a quantitative approach, experimental methods with the research type Pre-Experimental Designs, One-Group Pretest design. -Posttest Design. Sampling used a total sampling technique with 28 class III students at SDN Sendangguwo 01. The results of pretest and posttest data analysis on transportation technology material using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model showed that the average pretest score was 44,64, while the students' posttest was 76,43. The results of hypothesis testing with paired samples t-test statistics obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000<0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the results of learning Indonesian for class III at SDN Sendangguwo 01.
