Abstract

The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) describes the factors that influence the acceptance and adoption of technology by individuals. In education management, TAM is used to understand how educators, students, and administrative staff respond to the use of technology in the educational process. The application of the Technology Acceptance Model in education management is to help educational institutions plan, implement, and support the use of technology more effectively, taking into account psychological factors and user perceptions. The variables influencing technology acceptance are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Technology, and Intention to Use. This study examines the factors that influence the acceptance of technology by UT postgraduate students toward using information technology in distance learning. The research results are used to develop distance education management, especially in developing internet technology-based learning. The results show that the variables measured have a significant effect on the use of distance learning technology. The Behavioral Intention to Use variable has the most significant influence on Actual Use (AU), followed by the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) on Attitude Toward Using (ATU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) on Attitude Toward Using (ATU).Open University, Technology Acceptance Models, Technology Based Learning Management

Abstract

This research analyzes the management of student entrepreneurial talent development at State Vocational Schools in Banda Aceh City. The research uses a qualitative case study type approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research at SMK Negeri 1, SMK Negeri 2, and SMK Negeri 3 revealed several main findings. First, entrepreneurship learning planning in the three schools is carried out effectively with different strategies and focuses. Second, the implementation of entrepreneurship education shows a good approach, where each school adopts methods according to its context, cultivating various skills in its graduates. Third, despite differences in learning management, the process still follows standard guidelines and uses learning tools according to the Independent Curriculum. Obstacles included a need for more student understanding, motivation, and practicum costs. The solution includes competency tests, mid-semester exams, market days, and project assignments tailored to student competencies. Thus, vocational schools in Banda Aceh City aim to equip students with entrepreneurial intelligence and practical skills for business success.

Abstract

This study focuses on integrating local wisdom, religious values, and universal values. This study aims at revealing various secondary school cultures in public schools. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study design at Junior High School SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. Data was collected using observation, in-depth interviews, and document study techniques. The collected data were analyzed using an interactive model, including data condensation, presentation, and verification. Triangulation techniques, extended observations, and member checks are employed to increase the validity of the data. The study revealed that five school cultures still characterize school managerial life: Gotong Royong (cooperation), Musyawarah (deliberation), Islamic Ritual, Clean and Healthy, and Discipline. These five cultures are manifestations of adherence to local values (indigenousity), religious values, and universal values. Combining these three integrated sources of values is a distinctive pattern of school culture that becomes the foundation for developing school quality at public schools at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. This research implies that integrating local, religious, and universal values in school culture enriches learning and prepares students for a globally complex world.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the process of building an electrical engineering teaching factory at SMKN 1 Paringin. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis began with condensing interview and document data, then sorting it according to the research objectives. The sorted data is presented in narrative form according to the research objectives. The narrative of the research data is summarized based on the discussion points. Data validity checks were conducted using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results show that SMKN 1 Paringin and PT Adaro collaborated to develop productive and dedicated teachers for the teaching factory. Teachers were trained to create block schedules and job sheets based on processes and outcomes, applying teaching factory standards, quality control, and community service. The community service program at SMKN 1 Paringin is an attractive model because it focuses on developing workforce skills and altruistic aspects. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the process of formulating and implementing madrasah policies in East Kalimantan. The madrasah in question is upper secondary level, or called MAN. The research objectives were achieved through phenomenological methods, descriptive approaches and interactive data analysis techniques, while data sources were obtained through documentation, interviews and observation techniques. This research concludes that there is a process of stratification of students' learning abilities and interests, not background segments. The legitimation process is marked by alignment with the vision and mission of the madrasah, as well as being in line with the policies of the Ministry of Religion. The allocation process involves determining time and location, such as allocating extracurricular activities related to arts and culture and the percentage of multicultural content in social and religious science subjects. The implications of the results of this research can be a reference for further research and practically a reference for policy-making to support the strengthening of multicultural education.
