Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Relationship Marketing (RM) and Brand Image (BI) on Customer Loyalty (CL) and Customer Retention (CR) in English language courses. Specifically, this study analyzes the direct influence of RM and BI on CL and CR, as well as the mediating role of CL in the relationship between antecedent variables and CR. The research approach used is quantitative, with data obtained through a survey of 421 parents of active students using an online questionnaire at twenty learning centers of LKP Build Better Communication e. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that Brand Image had a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty (β = 0.533; p < 0.000) and Customer Retention (β = 0.102; p = 0.037). Relationship Marketing also has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (β = 0.314; p < 0.000) and Customer Retention (β = 0.128; p = 0.006). In addition, Customer Loyalty has a strong and significant effect on Customer Retention (β = 0.727; p < 0.000). The mediation analysis results show that Customer Loyalty significantly mediates the relationship between Brand Image and Customer Retention (β = 0.402; p < 0.000), as well as between Relationship Marketing and Customer Retention (β = 0.228; p < 0.000). Overall, Brand Image and Relationship Marketing play an important role in increasing Customer Loyalty and maintaining Customer Retention, with Customer Loyalty as the main explanatory mechanism. These findings indicate that training institutions need to prioritize relationship-based strategies and brand image strengthening to increase long-term customer retention.

Abstract

This study examines the position of religion in development through a descriptive-qualitative approach using literature review. Religion is not only understood as a spiritual belief system but also as a source of ethics, social guidance, and cultural power that shapes public policy and the direction of national development. In the Indonesian context, religion is closely linked to Pancasila and national identity, meaning that development is not entirely secular but grounded in divine values, social justice, and humanity. The findings indicate that religion contributes significantly to education, economy, socio-cultural life, politics, and environmental sustainability through institutions such as Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), zakat and waqf systems, religious philanthropy, interfaith moderation, and eco-theology. However, religion also faces challenges including secularization, politicization of faith, radicalism, commercialization of religion, and moral decline. Therefore, a constructive integration between religious values, scientific knowledge, and public policy is essential to achieve holistic, ethical, and sustainable development. Consequently, religion should not be seen as an obstacle to modernization but as a moral compass that guides development toward justice, dignity, and civility. Keywords: religion, development, ethics, Indonesia, religious moderation.

Abstract

The transformation of Indonesia's political landscape is marked by the emergence of millennials (born 1981-1996) and Gen Z (born 1997-2012) as new political forces reshaping electoral participation dynamics. This study analyzes the political engagement patterns of young voters in Indonesia's democratic system using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through surveys of 850 respondents aged 17-40 across five provinces, in-depth interviews with 45 key informants, and social media content analysis. Findings reveal that millennials and Gen Z exhibit distinct participation patterns from previous generations, characterized by digital platform utilization, issue-centric orientation, and skepticism toward traditional political institutions. Results show that 67.3% of young voters prioritize specific issues over party affiliation, 72.8% use social media as their primary source of political information, and 58.4% demonstrate preference for independent or non-partisan candidates. This study identifies three major transformation dimensions: digitalization of political activism, depersonalization of partisan loyalty, and democratization of political information access. The theoretical implications enrich discourse on political participation theory in digital society contexts, while practical implications provide guidance for political elites and democratic institutions in accommodating young voters' aspirations.

Abstract

Writing is a crucial skill in Indonesian language learning, requiring the integration of cognitive, linguistic, and psychomotor aspects. However, the reality on the ground shows that students' mastery of writing skills is still suboptimal due to internal and external factors. This article discusses optimizing writing skills through the integration of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and visual learning media. PjBL provides an authentic framework that motivates students through the completion of real projects and systematic stages, from determining fundamental questions to reflection. The integration of visual media serves as a visual stimulus that simplifies abstract information, stimulates critical thinking, and helps students organize ideas systematically into written text. The teacher's role transforms into a facilitator, mentor, and motivator who accompanies each phase of the project to ensure the achievement of learning objectives. Through this synergy, writing learning becomes more concrete, interactive, and meaningful for students.

Abstract

Housing that is far from decent is still widely used as a place of residence. People in SBB district who are less fortunate do not have land to build a house, especially since land currently has high economic value. The purpose of writing as an indicator in analyzing the extent of the Livable Housing Assistance Program at the Housing and Settlement Area Service of West Seram RegencyPolicy implementation theory is used to answer problems with a qualitative research approach as a form of approach method to conduct in-depth studies on natural object conditions. The results show 1. The resource aspect in the PERKIM field of SBB Regency is quite available in terms of skills and abilities, besides that they are given the opportunity to develop knowledge capacity in improving personality abilities through further education at a higher level. 2. The attitude of the implementer is greatly influenced by the level of knowledge and understanding of the policy and the level of problematic issues that must be resolved as a priority. 3. Communication channels are a form of information used in the interaction of policy implementers and subordinates, namely vertical communication built between leaders and subordinates and coordinative communication with the community receiving the policy. However, what is of serious concern is that communication must be carried out intensively and with full concern and empathy. 4. There is a division of tasks based on SOP, starting from proposals for the construction/repair of RTLH from the Village/Sub-district, RTLH Management, RTLH Verification, Preparation of Recipient Decrees for Assistance, Preparation of RTLH Assistance Administration Documents, Supervision and Distribution Process of Assistance, Implementation of Supervision of RTLH Activities and Construction or Repair, as well as evaluation and reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development model of tiered language rules in text-based Indonesian language learning, and describe the implementation of the development model of tiered language rules learning in text-based Indonesian language learning in junior high schools. In collecting data, observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation methods were used. The method of data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method, using content analysis techniques. This study describes the development model of tiered language rules targeted at obtaining results in the form of students' abilities in mastering language concepts gradually from mastering the smallest rules, namely spelling, continued with word order and finally sentence order. All levels of these language rules in their learning implementation are based on texts taught in Indonesian language learning in junior high schools. Learning tiered language rules refers to a systematic and gradual approach to learning Indonesian, starting from the most basic material to more complex ones. The main components in learning language rules include linguistic elements, language structure, and rules of language use. Linguistic elements include words (referential, standard, adjective, verb, adverb), phrases, and conjunctions (connecting words). Language structure relates to the arrangement and combination of linguistic elements into a correct pattern. Learning linguistic rules, especially in the context of Indonesian, involves several important stages. These stages include understanding concepts, identifying linguistic elements, applying them in texts, and evaluating understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the deep learning approach in Al-Qur'an Hadith learning at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Punggur Besar, as well as to examine the supporting factors, obstacles, and implications for the quality of learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teachers have designed learning plans that integrate the analysis of the meaning of verses and hadith, reflective activities, case studies, and the use of simple digital media, thereby encouraging students to think critically, reflect on values, and connect religious teachings with the context of real life. Supporting factors for the implementation of deep learning include teachers' readiness to innovate, students' openness to reflective methods, and the characteristics of Al-Qur'an Hadith material that support deep meaning, while obstacles include time constraints, teachers' administrative burdens, inadequate digital facilities, and variations in student abilities. The research findings confirm that the successful implementation of deep learning is highly dependent on institutional support, teacher training, strengthening of digital facilities, flexibility in learning time, and systemic integration into the curriculum and lesson plans. Overall, the deep learning approach has proven to be relevant and strategic in shaping reflective, contextual Al-Qur'an Hadith learning that is oriented towards strengthening student character in line with the demands of 21st-century education.
