Abstract

This research aims to describe teachers' strategies in developing 5 aspects of development at the Darma Wanita Jenggala State Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a qualitative-descriptive method and approach. The techniques used in this research are interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research results show teacher strategies in developing 5 aspects of development, that teacher strategy is a very important component to be carried out by teachers in PAUD or Kindergarten level institutions, because whether or not a learning goal is achieved depends on the strategy used. Through PAUD and Kindergarten educational institutions, teachers are expected to be able to stimulate 5 aspects of good development Development of Religious and Moral Values, Physical-Motor Development, Cognitive Development, Language Development, and Social-Emotional Development, at the Darma Wanita Jenggala State Kindergarten, we always prioritize strategies to support learning and methods and media that are good and appropriate to support the learning process that is carried out and adapted to the themes that will be presented at each learning meeting.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and collect information about the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at SMAN 1 Taliwang. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to explain the subject's situation and data obtained during observations and interviews so as to produce information that readers can understand about the independent curriculum implemented at SMAN 1 Taliwang. The data analysis technique consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMAN 1 Taliwang is running optimally. However, attention is still needed to meet the availability of facilities and infrastructure, but overall, the learning process is running well.

Abstract

A teacher must uphold the teacher’s code of ethics, both when carrying out professional obligations in the school environment or outside the school, so that he can carry out his duties and responsibilities as a professional teacher well. This research aims to (1) find out how the teacher code of ethics is implemented in SMP/MTs and SMA/MA/SMK in Cirebon Regency and City, and (2) find out the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the teacher code of ethics. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with data collection using questionnaires, observation and interviews. The subjects of this research were 125 Mathematics teachers in SMP/MTs and SMA/MA/SMK in Cirebon Regency and City. The research results show that Mathematics teachers in Cirebon Regency and City have implemented the teacher code of ethics very well with average questionnaire scores of 4.62 and 4.52 respectively. Mathematics teachers in Cirebon Regency and City also show a very good category in implementing each aspect of the code of ethics, namely the relationship between teachers and students, with parents/guardians of students, with the community, with colleagues, and with their profession. Obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the teacher's code of ethics include (1) the diversity of students' characters and backgrounds in one class, (2) differences in educational patterns between parents/guardians and difficulties in communicating with parents/ student guardians, (3) a feeling of reluctance to remind teachers not to take actions that demean the dignity of the teaching profession, (4) lack of opportunities for some teachers to develop the quality of the teaching profession, and (5) communities seem indifferent and don't care about the development of education around them.

Abstract

Volleyball coaching includes various aspects involving players, coaches, training models and training programs needed to develop abilities and skills in volleyball. The aim of this research is a model of passing training in volleyball games. This research study uses 3 experts divided into several expert fields as lecturers who teach volleyball courses and volleyball coaches. Of the 15 top passing training models developed, only 12 training models were approved to be implemented and implemented. Recapitulation of the percentage of training models from expert lecturers was 80%, trainer 1 was 78% and trainer 2 was 75%. The research method used is research and development, research and development activities which aim to develop and create a more effective and efficient training model. It is hoped that this research can help the world of sports, especially volleyball in Indonesia, so that it can trigger the emergence of new ideas in developing other volleyball training models in the future.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore different learning models employed in Indonesian language classes via a literature review. The approach entails performing a structured search of the Google Scholar database utilizing terms like "learning models," "Indonesian language education," and "teaching methods." Research articles concentrate on learning the Indonesian language in higher education were chosen for examination. This study examined nine research articles that highlighted various learning models applicable in Indonesian language classes. These models consist of online learning approaches that focus on collaboration and courtesy, problem-focused learning models, project-oriented learning models, seminar simulation learning models, multiliteracy educational models, and jigsaw methods grounded in lesson study. The research finds that utilizing various learning models improves the efficiency of Indonesian language teaching; nevertheless, there is a need for improved alignment with student requirements and technological progress. Additional studies are suggested to create models that are better aligned with the context of contemporary education.

Abstract

The development of a school information system aims to make it easier for all school members to access information efficiently and effectively, therefore a school management information system must be implemented in a school to make decisions. The education section has an important role in the education management information system, especially in planning, monitoring, monitoring, evaluation. Apart from that, this research aims to discuss further the implementation of management information systems to improve the quality of learning services in vocational schools. A qualitative approach is used in this research. The research population at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools in Bandung City. This research aims to find out how to plan the implementation and evaluation of information systems in schools. improve the quality of learning in schools based on research results showing that the use of school management information systems has been implemented well by schools and can improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

Primary education is a critical stage in students' development, where speaking and writing skills play an important role in their communication development and self-expression. Poetry, as a form of literary art, offers potential that has not been fully explored as a learning tool in elementary schools. This research aims to investigate whether the use of poetry in learning can improve elementary school students' speaking and writing skills. The research method used was an experimental study with a pre-test and post-test group control design. The research sample consisted of two groups, namely the experimental group who received learning using poetry as a tool, and the control group who received conventional learning. Research participants were fourth grade elementary school students in two randomly selected schools. The research results showed that the experimental group who received learning using poetry experienced significant improvements in speaking and writing skills compared to the control group. Students involved in poetry learning show an increased ability to express their thoughts verbally and in writing more creatively and expressively. This research has important implications for basic education. Using poetry in learning can help students develop their speaking and writing skills, as well as increase their interest in literature. It also shows the potential for integrating literary arts in the elementary school curriculum as an effective tool for improving student communication. In conclusion, the use of poetry in elementary school learning can effectively improve students' speaking and writing skills. The results of this research provide a strong basis for considering the use of poetry as a creative and innovative learning tool in efforts to improve basic education.Keywords:Poetry, Learning Tools, Skills, Elementary School, Experimental.Abstrak Pendidikan dasar adalah tahap kritis dalam perkembangan siswa, di mana keterampilan berbicara dan menulis memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan komunikasi dan ekspresi diri mereka. Puisi, sebagai salah satu bentuk seni sastra, menawarkan potensi yang belum sepenuhnya dieksplorasi sebagai alat pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi apakah pemanfaatan puisi dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dan menulis siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian eksperimental dengan desain kontrol kelompok pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran menggunakan puisi sebagai alat, dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima pembelajaran konvensional. Partisipan penelitian adalah siswa kelas empat sekolah dasar di dua sekolah yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan puisi mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan berbicara dan menulis dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Siswa yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran puisi menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan untuk mengungkapkan pemikiran mereka secara lisan dan tertulis dengan lebih kreatif dan ekspresif. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk pendidikan dasar. Penggunaan puisi dalam pembelajaran dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara dan menulis mereka, serta meningkatkan minat mereka dalam sastra. Hal ini juga menunjukkan potensi untuk mengintegrasikan seni sastra dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar sebagai alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi siswa. Dalam kesimpulan, pemanfaatan puisi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar dapat efektif meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dan menulis siswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk mempertimbangkan penggunaan puisi sebagai alat pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam upaya meningkatkan pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of literacy journals as a means of increasing literacy in students at SD YPWKS V. This research method is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observations. Data analysis is carried out with three lines of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of grade V SD Blok YPWKS V. The results of this study showed that in the application of literacy journals using 3 stages, namely the habituation stage, the development stage, and the learning stage. The method used in the application of literacy journals is an assignment method that aims to foster independence in students to carry out literacy activities both at school and at home, so that students can increase interest and ability in literacy activities.

Abstract

Education has a very important role for the progress of a nation. In life, education has become a basic need for everyone. Therefore, various  efforts in various programs to make education better and advanced are always carried out by the central and regional governments. As an ideal in creating a quality community life, universities have a very important and strategic role. To produce quality scholars, professional and competent educators are needed in carrying out their duties. One of the central government programs through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia in achieving the quality of quality undergraduate graduates is by holding a Teaching Practitioner program. The Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Palangka Raya is one of the study programs that runs the program. There are several professional practitioners who have taught in several courses. The purpose of this study is to describe the Perception of PJKR FKIP UPR Students on Practitioner Performance in the Teaching Practitioner Program 3 in 2023. In this study, descriptive quantitative methods were used. A total of 114 students of PJKR FKIP UPR as subjects in this study. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire in the form of indirect communication through google form. The conclusion of this study is that in the learning process, practitioners have created a fun learning process that has an impact on increasing student interest in learning. In the learning process, practitioners have also given rewards in the form of praise to students who have been considered successful. Practitioners have also provided maximum guidance to students during the learning process, thus having an impact on increasing student learning motivation. Reprimands are also given by practitioners to students if they do actions that are considered not good, so that students can correct mistakes that have been made during the learning process.

Abstract

Learning is a very important part of the educational process and needs attention. One lesson that can be used to simplify the educational process or teaching and learning activities is through audio-visual media. Audio visual media is media that combines audio and visuals by stimulating hearing and sight in the process of conveying messages or information. One of the audio-visual learning media is video tutorial media. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing video tutorial media in the Hair and Bun Styling course at the Department of Makeup and Beauty, FPP UNP. The results obtained in this research are the results of a hypothesis using the Test formulaℎit was found that tcount = 2.202 was greater than ttable = 2.021. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of Video Tutorial Media in the Hair and Bun Styling course in the Department of Makeup and Beauty, FPP UNP
