Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to measure self-directed learning using blended learning in the reading subject in higher education. The researcher employed the descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Self-directed learning was the sole focus of the investigation. In line with Williamson, S. N., five aspects were to measured self-directed learning: awareness, learning strategies, learning activities, evaluation, and interpersonal skills. The researcher acquired data on self-directed learning through a questionnaire. The study's population comprised English students at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat during the 2022 academic year, totaling 55 students. Employing purposive sampling, the entire population of 55 students was included in the sample. Upon analyzing the collected data using SPSS 22, the researchers employed the percentage formula to ascertain the students' score distribution. The findings indicated a noteworthy 76% overall score, signifying a high level of self-directed learning. These outcomes suggest that students at Universitas PGRI Sumatra Barat exhibited robust traits of responsibility, persistence, self-control, discipline, and effective learning strategies.

Abstract

This research explores the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers, especially teachers of SMK Dharma Karya in trying to improve the character of students based on the values of the Pancasila Student Profile. This study aims to explore the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the person a lity of students, increasing moral understanding, and strengthening religious identity in accordance with the values of the Pancasila student profile. The subject of Islamic Religious Education has a very significant position in making the personality of students, in line with the values of Pancasila as the ideological foundation of Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Obtaining data by means of observation, then direct interviews with Islamic Religious Education teachers, curriculum analysis during daily teaching and learning activities, and documentation of extracurricular activities at SMK. The results of the study are that the Islamic Religious Educati on teacher at SMK Dharma Karya actively practices an approach that is oriented towards the values of Pancasila in improving the character of students. These efforts are related to the use of teaching modules that are relevant to the values of Pancasila, organizing extracur ricular activities, and implementing various interactive education to increase students' understanding of the moral values of Pancasila

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the results of the project assignment for making a simple jidor musical instrument and the relationship between the project assignment and the ability to develop 4C skills in PGSD students. The subjects of this research were PGSD students at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. The data collection technique uses product assignments for simple jidor art imitation tools. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive by describing the results of assignments which are supported by the results of literature studies to find connections between project assignments and developing 4C skills. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the jidor art ethno science project assignment in learning sound concepts for PGSD students is able to develop 4C skills well.

Abstract

Penggunaan campur kode oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran sangat sering terjadi. Campur kode adalah keadaan ketika seseorang menggunakan lebih dari satu bahasa dalam suatu pembicaraan atau pembicaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis campur kode dan alasan mahasiswa menggunakan campur kode dalam proses pembelajaran di Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Bahasa Inggris semester enam di Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan observasi untuk mengetahui jenis campur kode yang digunakan siswa dan menggunakan wawancara untuk mengetahui alasan siswa menggunakan campur kode tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga jenis campur kode yang digunakan oleh siswa bahasa Inggris dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu campur kode penyisipan, campur kode bergantian, dan leksikalisasi kongruen. Pencampuran kode penyisipan merupakan jenis yang dominan digunakan siswa bahasa Inggris dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu 14 ucapan termasuk penyisipan kode campur, 3 ucapan termasuk pergantian dan 1 ucapan termasuk leksikalisasi kongruen. Sedangkan alasan siswa menggunakan campur kode dalam proses pembelajaran adalah faktor situasional dan sikap berbahasa.

Abstract

The development of this learning video media was carried out as an effort to solve student learning problems. This learning media can be used as an alternative to reduce problems in learning. This research aims to produce products for class VIII physical education subjects and determine the quality, validity and practicality of the products developed so that they are suitable for use. This type of research is development research, known as Research and Development (R&D), using the ADDIE development model. The development procedure in this research consists of 4 stages, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The product validity test was carried out by 3 validators, namely 1 material expert validator and 2 media expert validators. The practicality test was carried out on 15 class VIII students at SMP Angkasa Lanud Sutan Sjahrir Padang. The development of learning video media using the Kinemaster application for Physical Education subjects for class VIII SMP has been carried out in accordance with development procedures which produce learning media in video form. This product has gone through the validation stage. Based on the results of the material validation assessment from the physical education teacher at Angkasa Lanud Padang Middle School and media validation, namely the Curriculum and Education Technology lecturer, the validation results from media expert I have been categorized as "very valid" with an average of 4.94 and the results from media expert II were categorized as "very valid" with an average of 4.64. Meanwhile, the final validation results from material experts were categorized as "very suitable" with an average of 4.75. The practicality test results for learning media products averaged 4.64 in the "Very Practical" category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning video media using the Kinemaster application in Physical Education subjects is declared to be very valid and very practical.

Abstract

BPK audits are carried out on the Central Government, Regional Government, other State Institutions, Bank Indonesia, State-Owned Enterprises, Public Service Agencies, Regional-Owned Enterprises and other Institutions or Bodies that manage state finances. The audits in question include financial audits, performance audits, and audits with specific objectives. BPK audit results express opinions on financial reports, conclusions and recommendations for implementation performance, services, activities, government programs, as well as conclusions on the implementation of the internal control system and compliance with statutory provisions. Regional Government Finance in Kotamobagu City. This research uses a qualitative paradigm approach through direct interviews and documentation studies. Researchers have an important role in selecting relevant informants as data sources, collecting data, and processing the data obtained. Next, the researcher will carry out data analysis, validate the data, and draw conclusions from the research results according to the actual situation. The results of the research found that follow-up to audit results has a strategic role in the supervision cycle of government administration, because the success or failure of supervision can be seen or measured from the progress of the follow-up, so that understanding the method/mechanism for implementing the resolution of the Follow-up to Recommendations on BPK Audit Results needs to be a concern for implementation. In accordance with the commitment, there needs to be a special team to handle follow-up, not focusing on just one person, so as to facilitate the process of coordinating and completing follow-up recommendations.

Abstract

A survey conducted by Deloitte's recently (in 2023) found data that "As Gen Zs and millennials rethink the role of work in their lives, work/life balance remains a top priority with flexible work arrangements, including part-time jobs growing in popularity". The work-life balance desired by generation Z and generation Alpha should also be accompanied by curriculum preparation that can match the output that should be produced. This research is a literature review, with a descriptive research category with a qualitative approach, this approach was chosen to see and map the potential and symptoms of education in the current information / technology era, this is considered important because our education in the future must be better prepared to play its function as an agent of change, an agent of control, the views of the figures who are the source of literature review in the study are Engku Muhamad Sjafei and Charles M. Reigeluth. 3 recommendations resulting from this literature review 1) a curriculum that focuses on producing graduates who have good qualifications in the fields of soft and hard skills; 2) flexible learning design (hybrid learning) and AI-friendly learning (artificial intelligence). 3) evaluation is seen at the micro level and scale to see the level of understanding of the learners in capturing the material that has been presented.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test a Fiqh teaching material based on the internalization of social values for 11th-grade students at SMA IT Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. The teaching material was validated by experts using four evaluation aspects: content feasibility, language feasibility, presentation feasibility, and graphic feasibility. The validation results show that the teaching material is categorized as highly valid, with an average score of 3.50. Furthermore, the practicality test was conducted by observing the implementation of the teaching process by four observers who assessed aspects such as learning syntax, interaction, classroom management, and the use of teaching aids. The practicality test results indicate that the teaching material was fully implemented, with an average score of 1.75. The effectiveness of the teaching material was measured by comparing pre-test and post-test results using the gain index. The results show that the average gain score of students is 0.80, categorized as high. The findings of this study indicate that the Fiqh teaching material based on the internalization of social values is effective in improving students' learning outcomes, and is very practical and valid for use in teaching. Therefore, this teaching material can be used as a model for developing learning resources in Fiqh education and is expected to help students understand the social concepts in Islamic law.

Abstract

PT. OCK Klub Atletik is a guidance institution physical programs, academic programs and psychology programs for interested candidate students and prepare for member entry TNI, Police and other official schools. Physical programs are physical exercise programs to improve the results of physical abilities and efforts to fulfill standardization on physical testing. The purpose of this study is to find out the results physical abilities and results standardization of physical fitness test police in students PT. OCK Klub Atletik year 2023. In this study using a method design survey forms of quantitative descriptive research by using instruments research in the form of tests. Sampling is carried out by technique total sampling so that the research subjects amounted to 152 persons. Physical test measurements according to standard instruments police. The results of the study were physical abilities with a very good category of 4 persons (3%), goodness 66 persons (43%), enough 60 persons (39%), K1 12 persons (8%) and K2 10 persons (7%) then results standardization pass limit qualified 132 persons (87%) and unqualified 20 persons (13%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas V SD yang rendah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD melalui model Discovery Learning berbatuan media Flash Card. Model Discovery Learning adalah model yang menitikberatkan pada peserta didik. Media Flash Card adalah media berbentuk kartu bergambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian Posttest only Control Group Design. Sampel diambil berdasarkan siswa kelas VB dan kelas VC SDN Dukuh Menanggal 1/424 Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang berbentuk Posttest sebanyak 10 soal mengenai materi jenis usaha dan kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia pada pembelajaran IPS Tema 2 Subtema 2 Pembelajaran 3 dengan uji-t menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (p = 0, 057 > 0,05), berarti kedua kelompok bervarian sama. Pada nilai-t baris pertama, yaitu: 4, 816 dengan Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0, 000 berarti nilai-t signifikan (p = 0, 000 < 0, 05) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model Discovery Learning berbantuan media Flash Card terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD.
