Abstract

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat berkembang pesat di era globalisasi saat ini. Sehingga kehidupan manusia saling berdampingan dengan teknologi yang dapat membantu kehidupan sehari-hari. Seperti internet kita dapat mengakses semua pengetahuan disana. Melalui teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ini pula Pendidikan berkembang seperti penggunaan powerpoint dalam menerapkan materi belajar. Terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam penggunaan power point yaitu, tampilan warna yang tidak sesuai, serta kurangnya waktu dalam menampilkan powerpoint di depan kelas. hal ini dipengaruhi oleh proses pemasangannya membutuhkan waktu yang lama. dan terdapat beberapa siswa yang tidak memahami pembelajaran melalui penggunaan powerpoint. Tujuan penelitian adalah mencari kelebihan dan kekurangan pemanfaatan penguna powerpoint dalam menerapkan materi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Physical fitness is the body's ability to perform an activity without feeling excessive fatigue. Students in following a series of lectures have not shown good physical fitness performance. The effort made is to evaluate physical fitness through the Harvad step test. So that students can improve their training and detect their own fitness level. The purpose of this study was to evaluate physical fitness through the Harvard step test on physical education students health and recreation Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Abulyatama. This type of research is evaluative with a quantitative descriptive approach. Collecting data for this study through the Harvard step test. The population and sample of this study were 30 students of Physical Education Health and Recreation class 2022. The results showed physical fitness through the Harvard step test with an average of 33.47 (very poor), with the following details: 1) Moderate category with a frequency of 1 student (3.33%), 2) Less category with a frequency of 2 students (6.67%), and 3) Very less category with a frequency of 27 students (90.00%). The research concluded that the evaluation of physical fitness through the Harvard step test on students of physical education health and recreation of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Abulyatama was in the category of very poor

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a Physics textbook at the upper secondary level that reflects the values of Islamic education. The development of this physics book is also enrichment material using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) approach model. In developing the learning materials, 5 physics teachers were involved for five high schools in Aceh Besar, where 10 students were taken per school for a total of 50 students. At the analysis stage, researchers use self-evaluation to ensure the feasibility of the analysis. Apart from that, prototype II was also developed in the form of several chapters involving one religious lecturer. Furthermore, these chapters were tested directly on all students to see the students' cognitive and behavioral mastery over the centuries and whether their attitudes reflected correct Islamic values and were in accordance with the religious demands of being a Muslim. The results of the research show that: (1) the development of Islamic-based physics material can build students' cognitive and affective domains which are characterized by good behavior and mutual respect, (2) Physics books with an Islamic character curriculum make students appear polite and confident, (3) Teachers as curriculum developers and implementers feel responsible for taking anticipatory steps so that physics books in schools can truly reflect Islamic values as a whole, both in terms of validity and practicality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Strengthening, Orientation, Investigation, Evaluation (SOIE) strategy on students' chemical literacy at SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in classes XI-1 and XI-4. The type of research used is quasi-experiment (quasi-experiment) with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The sample in this study was class X1-I as an experimental class with a total of 36 students and class XI-4 as a control class with a total of 33 students. The research sample has been tested for normality and homogeneity requirements. The data collection technique uses essay questions. The test was carried out at the end (posttest) in the experimental class and control class. Hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney test, obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05 on posttest results. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the SOIE strategy on students' chemical literacy at SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe and the SOIE strategy can contribute positively to students' chemical literacy on reaction rate material according to the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 and strengthens understanding of concepts and encourages active involvement of students in the chemistry learning process.

Abstract

Science learning at SDK Majamere is still conventional using the lecture method and without using learning media. This causes low student motivation to take part in learning, thus affecting students' understanding of science learning. This research aims to improve students' understanding after participating in learning using audio-visual media. The subjects of this research were 13 grade VI students at SDK Majamere. The type of research used is classroom action research. Research data was obtained through observation sheets. This research data consists of observed student activity data, namely asking questions, answering, recording important material, and providing suggestions. The results of the research showed that the results of questioning activities had increased, namely from 23.07% in cycle I to 84.61% in cycle II. Answering activity increased from 30.76% in cycle I to 76.92% in cycle II. The activity of recording important material has increased from 38.46% in cycle I to 92.30% in cycle II. The activity of providing advice increased from 15.38% in cycle I to 61.53% in cycle II. Based on the results of this classroom action research, it can be conclude that the application of audio visual media can improve the understanding of class VI students at SDK Majamere, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency

Abstract

The improvement of teaching and learning quality at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Aceh Utara is an urgent need to strengthen the Islamic education system. In this context, the implementation of formative supervision strategy becomes the main focus in enhancing the effectiveness of learning. This research aims to analyze the impact of implementing formative supervision strategy on the quality of teaching and learning at the madrasah. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were obtained through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and educational staff, as well as analysis of curriculum-related documents and learning evaluations. The results show that formative supervision is effective in improving the quality of teaching and learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Aceh Utara. With formative supervision, teachers can receive constructive feedback, support in competency development, and enhance student engagement in the learning process. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced in implementing formative supervision, including the availability of adequate resources and managerial support. Therefore, recommendations are provided to enhance teacher training in formative supervision, improve collaboration between management and educational staff, and strengthen educational infrastructure to support sustainable implementation

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors causing low interest in learning mathematics in fractions. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. "Qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects holistically. This type of research is descriptive, where descriptive research is a research method that shows the characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. Factors that cause a decrease in interest in learning mathematics in fraction material in class IV-b at Sibreh State Elementary School. The results showed that there were 4 students (50%) who did not pay attention when the teacher explained. From the results of the questionnaire obtained (47%) students were interested in taking part in mathematics lessons on fractions. And 70.23% of students agreed that learning mathematics on fractions was difficult to understand. Based on research results, the factors that cause low interest in learning mathematics in fraction material for class IV students at SDN Sibreh, namely in mathematics lessons, consist of teacher, parent and friend factors. Teachers use less media in learning and focus more on using printed books, so that students do not master the lesson

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of basic movement patterns by utilizing the N-Locomotive Circuit learning media. The study was conducted at SDN Airlangga I, Surabaya City, involving 29 students as samples. Basic movement patterns are the basis of movement that is the foundation for more complex movement agility. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with data collection through interviews, observations, and tests. The results of the study showed that the average understanding of students in the pre-action was 66.82%. In cycle I, the average increased to 68.34%, and in cycle II it reached 80.24%. This increase exceeded the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 70, indicating that the N-Locomotive Circuit learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes and encouraging better cooperation in class

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence in Physical Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Abulyatama University. The research hypothesis is that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence in Physical Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Abulyatama University. Correlation research method. The population is all Penjaskesrek FKIP Abulyatama University students, while the sample taken was 38 students. Data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique uses a correlation formula. The results of the research showed that the average value and standard deviation of emotional intelligence were 83 and 2.30 and intellectual intelligence were 3.36 and 0.22. The correlation calculation result (r) is 0.73 and the t test calculation result is 6.44. To prove the results, the t-count was 6.44 and the t-table at the 95% significance level was 1.68 (t-count = 6.44 > t-table = 1.68), so the proposed research hypothesis was accepted as correct. This means that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence in Physical Education and Physical Education students Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Abulyatama University

Abstract

Spiritual assistance for children with disabilities at the Efata Center in Kupang faces significant challenges due to limited resources and existing approaches. This research aims to explore the perceptions of social workers and religious counselors regarding the spiritual assistance strategies that have been implemented. The methodology used is focused group discussions (FGD) with six participants, consisting of social workers and religious counselors at the Efata Center.The research findings indicate that the process of spiritual assistance for children is influenced not only by a lack of religious knowledge brought from home but also by the need for a more holistic approach. The study emphasizes the necessity for state social institutions like the Efata Center to provide adequate spiritual assistance and regular counseling for social workers and religious counselors. Furthermore, utilizing richer spiritual learning methods, including interactive media, is crucial in developing the spirituality of individuals with disabilities.This research recommends enhancing the capacity of educators and religious counselors in implementing more effective assistance strategies to support the spiritual development of children with disabilities
