Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the learning management in training preparation for Japan internship program at LPK Wakashio Gakkou, which includes planning, implementation, coaching, and evaluation of learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation of sources, methods and theories. Data analysis techniques include by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusions. The results of this study, know that learning planning is prepared by tutors based on user requests. Learning implementation is carried out intensively by using the dormitory as a compulsory residence for students, coaching is conducted relating to aspects of student's attitude / discipline during training activities. Evaluation of the results learning is carried out periodically, students are satisfied with the training activities provided by LPK Wakashio Gakkou for gaining knowledge in Japanese, work skills, good physical and disciplinary that are useful as provisions for internships to Japan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe management, and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of TBM Taman Pintar OI Kudus. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects included the chairman, 2 managers, 3 volunteers and 1 visitor, while the informants included 2 visitors. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis uses interactive models according to Miles and Huberman. The technique for checking the validity of data uses the theory, source and method triangulation techniques. The results showed that the management at TBM Taman Pintar OI Kudus was able to run well. Supporting factors include good and adequate facilities, good and adequate teaching and educational staff, support from the community and BPK OI, as well as funds from donors and contributions from BPK OI Kudus members. Inhibiting factors include boredom and laziness of children, as well as various activities that are owned by the managers and volunteers.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze attitudes, learning interests, learning motivation, attitudes towards learning motivation, the influence of interest in learning to learn motivation, and influence attitude and interest to learn motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires and documentation of the ex-post facto research type, and its analytical techniques are double linear regression techniques. The population in this study is a student of education equality package C SKB Jepara. Sampling in this study uses probability proportionate random sampling. The results showed the level of attitude, interest, and motivation to learn students Package C SKB Jepara is said to be "good enough". The results of the analysis of known score F count = 39.403 is greater than F table = 3.06 so that inference learning attitudes and interests affect the motivation of learning. The magnitude of learning attitude and interest in learning motivation reaches 74.50%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan keterampilan otomotif angkatan tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang dilaksanakan oleh Panti Sosial Bina Remaja Indralaya Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 14 orang dan sampel seluruh populasi diambil menjadi objek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan keterampilan otomotif dilihat dari sepuluh indikator yaitu warga belajar, instruktur belajar, sumber belajar, metode belajar, fasilitas belajar, tempat belajar, dana belajar, kelompok belajar, program belajar dan hasil belajar kriteria baik. Akan tetapi dari sepuluh indikator tersebut masih terdapat kekurangan pada fasilitas belajar yaitu alat mesin motor masih kurang seperti piston, cincin torak, poros engkol, dan pihak panti tidak memberikan kesempatan pada warga belajar untuk magang dibengkel otomotif yang ada di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of caring for children under five in working mothers from the aspect of care and aspects of the role of mothers in the village of Pedamaran V, Ogan Komering Ilir district. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are mothers who work more than 8 hours per day with work as fishermen, laborers, and traders and also 3 people who help in the process of caring for children under five. The results of this study the role of mothers goes well because there are other people who help mothers both from the aspect of care and aspects of the role of the mother is the process of caring for children under five in working mothers has been done well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi pendekatan partisipatory rural appresial pada program pelatihan pengolahan hasil pertanian dan model pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian PRA, lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Masalle Kabupaten Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi Subjek penelitian adalah pengelola PKBM, tokoh masyarakat, mitra dan peserta pelatihan. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan PRA efektif dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan rumah produksi berbasis teknologi informasi. Model PRA yang diformulasikan dengan pengelola PKBM menemukan bahwa pada tahap refleksi perlu dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi pada tahap perencanaan dan tindakan agar dapat diketahui output dan outcome dari kegiatan pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan kegiatan project class pada program Paket C PKBM di homeschooling Kak Seto, Bintaro, Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan juga studi kasus. Subjek penelitian mencakup tutor, kepala bidang kurikulum, dan warga belajar. Disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan program project class untuk meningkatkan sikap percaya diri peserta didik homeschooling Kak Seto dilakukan dengan melibatkan semua elemen yang terlibat termasuk warga belajar. Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran project class mendapatkan respon yang baik dari peserta didik, dengan adanya antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Kegiatan project class berdampak pada peningkatan sikap percaya diri dalam aspek tingkah laku , religius, dan emosional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of family capacity building programs in improving family welfare in Sawah Luhur, Sub-District Kasemen Serang, City Banten Province. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where data obtained from interviews, the source of research data are the coordinator, a companion and 21 participants. The results showed that the effectiveness of the program to increase family capacity in improving family welfare in the Sawah Luhur Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten Province was quite effective, with not many obstacles passed during the program, this was based on information from relevant parties. The results of the program to increase family capacity in improving family welfare have been achieved participants have increased in terms of knowledge, attitudes and independent life skills. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the program held include the level of attendance of learning residents less than the maximum of the organizers there are shortcomings with limitations in the provision of learning media.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis karakter kewirausahaan mahasiswa jurusan PLS FIP UNNES. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PLS Angkatan 2016-2018. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik proportional stratified random sampling, dan teknik penghitungan sampling menggunakan Isacc dan Michel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengenalan diri mahasiswa prodi PLS termasuk pada kategori kuat. Karakter kewirausahaan mahasiswa Prodi PLS berada pada kategori potensi sedang. Strategi pembelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan pada prodi PLS dinilai efektif untuk membekali keterampilan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa jurusan PLS FIP UNNES.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to This study aims to describe the empowerment process and supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the economic empowerment of the community through BUMDES in Lerep Tourism Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the method of data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 2 BUMDES managers as key informants, 4 BUMDES members as additional informants. The data validity technique uses source triangulation and methods. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The results of the study show that the empowerment process has 7 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the assessment of alternative planning programs or activities, the perfomalization of the action plan, the implementation of programs or activities, evaluation and termination; the drivers of empowerment are abundant natural resources, support from the community and the government, as well as the intentions and enthusiasm of empowered individuals. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of human resources who understand the BUMDES, the budget is still minimal, and the community lacks confidence in the importance of the BUMDES.
