Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada saat ini menjadi perhatian semua pihak baik pemerintah dengan berbagai upaya antara lain dengan memperbesar alokasi belanja pemerintah dibidang pendidikan, memperbayak sekolah, meningkatkan kemampuan. Namun yang paling penting adalah upaya meningkatkan hasil pendidikan dan pengajaran yang langsung menyentuh kepada kemampuan peserta didik. Tujuan kajian ini adalah :”Meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PKN dengan Metode Simulasi. Dengan menggunakan metode simulasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode simulasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik terhadap materi pelajaran PKN peserta didik kelas II semester I SD Negeri Ngadirejo 01 Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo Tahun 2018/2019. 2) Dapat dibuktikan dari 23 orang peserta didik pada pelajaran PKN di SD Negeri Ngadirejo 01 Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2018/1019 ada 23 peserta didik atau 100 % yang sudah dapat dinyatakan tuntas.

This study identifies the determinants of leadership behavior using LBDQ XII and job satisfaction with a sample of bank staff and managers in the island of Central Java. The leadership style in a country is characterized by cross-cultural as a form of national culture that plays an important role in the application of the leadership theory in a country. The role of leadership on the job satisfaction of supervisors and managers is very important to know to see their performance, which will result in organizational performance. The data collection in this study was conducted by distributing online questionnaires to 60 entrepreneurs in the banking sector. LBDQ XII containing 100 instruments and job satisfaction using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) containing 20 items in the study population. The results show that Indonesian banking practitioners, especially in Central Java, have leaders who are persuasive, production emphasis, predictive accuracy, tolerance for freedom and initiative for structure have the most role in the job satisfaction of banking supervisors and managers in Central Java, respectively Java.

The millennial generation is a member of society who has received a gift in the midst of globalization. All aspects of their lives cannot be separated from their gadgets and the rapid flow of information in cyberspace. This certainly has an influence on the formation of their perspective on politics. This paper provides an overview of the perspectives of students of the History Education Study Program, FKIP Mulawarman University about the ideal leader in the eyes of the millennial generation. The survey results show that their ideal leader is an open, critical and able to communicate with the millennial generation, especially through cyberspace.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika dengan penerapan pembelajaran kooperaktif berupa metode diskusi kelompok yang menyenangkan. Penyebab rendahnya aktifitas dan pemahaman siswa dalam belajar adalah keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran masih belum maksimal. Guru lebih banyak mendominasi kegiatan dan menganggap siswa sebagai pihak yang harus diberi ilmu. Pembelajaran matematika yang sesungguhnya tidak menuntut siswa untuk menghafal, pada kenyataannya lebih dipaksa untuk menghafalkan. Pada saat menghadapi soal yang berhubungan dengan perhitungan siswa akan mengalami kesulitan. Makin meningkat kompetensi dasar yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa makin besar kesulitan yang dialami. Sampai pada akhirnya dianggap pelajaran matematika merupakan pelajaran yang sulit dan membosankan, bahkan menakutkan. Diperlukan sebuah pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan kesan menyenangkan siswanya dalam belajar, dengan meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif berupa metode diskusi kelompok yang menyenangkan.

Entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the order of life refers to the world of the digital industry, as well as the fields of Science and the Environment. The industrial revolution 4.0 requires each individual to run fast to develop literacy skills in technology, data and human resources. These three things become the basic capital in developing various self-competencies for each individual. The development and progress of Science and the Environment today cannot be separated from the mastery of these three literacies. The development of Science and the Environment that is not balanced with the foundation of the nation's fundamental foundation, will in fact contribute more to negative than positive influences. Misuse of Science and the Environment will threaten the existence of human life in the future. Therefore, weapons are needed to ward off various negative possibilities for the development of Science and the environment, one of which is Pancasila. Pancasila powers are not only limited to being the basis of the state, guidelines for life, and unifying the Indonesian nation, but also as a guiding star in all aspects of life, including the development of Science and the Environment. The basic values contained in Pancasila must serve as basic guidelines in the development of Science and the Environment. Pancasila is used as the basis for the development of Science and the Environment and is expected to have a broad impact on the benefit of the life of the Indonesian nation. Science and the Environment may develop and advance, but must be balanced with maintaining and implementing the noble values of the nation's ideology in all aspects of the life of the nation and state.

Gorontalo is one of the provinces located on the island of Sulawesi, at that time Gorontalo was still part of North Sulawesi but they decided to separate and create a new province. This paper describes how a son of Gorontalo was able to show his sense of nationalism and leadership towards the struggle for Indonesian independence, especially in pre-independence times in Gorontalo. Nani Wartabone is now a national hero. Nani Wartabone is the son of Gorontalo who began actively fighting for Indonesia since junior high school and he also worked a lot of leadership in the field of politics, social, education and economy. The method used in this writing is the study of literature from journals and books relevant to this article. The purpose of this literature review is to explore further the leadership of Nani Wartabone. From the results of this literature study can be drawn conclusions where the leadership attitude of Nani Wartabone can be used as a suri tauladan for high school students as a booster of leadership character in the future.

This research is based on the problems that occurred at SDN Margaluyu. Through observations that have been made at SDN Margaluyu that the learning process is less attractive without the use of media. The scores of students in social studies subjects are still much below the KKM with KKM IPS scores of 75. In connection with these problems, the researchers conducted research with the aim of improving learning outcomes in social studies using animated video media. The population of this study was grade IV students, amounting to 26 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling of 10 students. The method used is classroom action research. The data collection technique used multiple choice test sheets. Obtained from the results of the analysis in cycle I, the number of students who met the KKM was 6 students or 60%, while the results of the analysis in cycle II had an increase in all students completing the KKM or 100%. So it can be concluded that learning using animated video media can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects on economic activity material in class IV SDN Margaluyu.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mupel IPA di sekolah dasar kelas IV dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak dua siklus. Dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 16 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 68,75%, dan pada siklus II naik menjadi sebesar 87,5% (kategori baik sekali). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode eksperimen pada pelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 161/X Simbur Naik, Muara Sabak Timur, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur.

This article describes efforts to improve mathematical learning outcomes through concrete object media to facilitate the understanding of learners. The use of concrete material media in mathematical learning will become more interesting and the material delivered is easier for students to understand. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) concrete material media (2) improved mathematical learning outcomes. The result of this study is (1) Concrete media is everything that can be used to channel messages from sender to recipient so as to stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention and interests of learners so that the learning process can run more effectively and efficiently towards achieving the expected goals. (2) Learning outcomes can be defined as learning achievements achieved by learners in the process of teaching and learning activities by bringing about a change and formation of one's behavior in a particular educational system. By using concrete material media can improve the learning outcomes of learners.

This study aims to describe the related planning, implementation, assessment, and obstacles the webbed type integrative thematic learning approach. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that (1) the webbed type integrating thematic learning planning that was carried out was in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22/2016 on Basic and Secondary Education Process Standards. (2) the implementation of webbed type integrative thematic learning the teacher has carried out the three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. (3) assessment of the webbed type of integrated thematic learning in the teacher learning process using observation sheets and assessment reflections, while the assessment at the end of teacher learning uses written tests and oral tests. (4) the obstacles experienced by the teacher, namely the determination of time allocation, the delivery of material in class I that is not in accordance with the situation and condition of the students, the teacher must be able to understand the methods and strategies
