Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis korelasi antara variabel grit dan fear of failure di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Kota Bukittinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 377 mahasiswa. Alat pengumpulan data berupa skala Grit-S untuk mengukur grit dan Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI) untuk mengukur fear of failure. Proses analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment Pearson melalui bantuan software SPSS versi 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = -0,335 dengan tingkat signifikansi p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara grit dan fear of failure pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Kota Bukittinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Educandy media on student interest in learning grade V mathematics in SDN cluster III Bengkulu City. This quantitative research uses the quasy experiment method and the Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of class VB students of SDN 03 Bengkulu City as the experimental class and class V students of SDN 57 Bengkulu City as the control class obtained through cluster random sampling. Non-test instruments to measure interest in learning in the form of a final questionnaire and initial questionnaire. The results of hypothesis testing in the experimental class showed that the tcount value using Equal Variences Assumed = 2.587 and the Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.013 and the ttable distribution value is 2.021, so that the tcount> ttable (2.587> 2.021) and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.013 < 0.05. So there is an influence on this study.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) yang didukung oleh media Educandy terhadap minat belajar siswa dalam pelajaran matematika di kelas V SDN Gugus III Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi dan desain penelitian "The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design". Sampel penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VB SDN 03 Kota Bengkulu yang berfungsi sebagai kelompok eksperimen, serta siswa kelas V SDN 57 Kota Bengkulu yang berperan sebagai kelompok kontrol, yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket untuk mengukur minat belajar siswa yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah intervensi pembelajaran. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berdasarkan uji hipotesis. Nilai thitung diperoleh sebesar 2,587 dengan nilai Signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,013, di mana nilai distribusi ttabel adalah 2,021. Dengan demikian, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,587 > 2,021) dan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari model TGT berbantuan Educandy terhadap minat belajar siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif seperti TGT dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di bidang matematika.

Abstract

In 21st-century learning, students must have higher-order thinking skills, namely problem-solving competencies. Therefore, a learning approach that can accommodate differences in student characteristics is needed to make the learning process more effective. This study focuses on analyzing the needs of differentiated learning to improve problem-solving competencies in science learning. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods are interviews and documentation. Participants are second-grade teachers and second-grade students from one of the elementary schools in the Kutowinangun district, totaling 5 out of 16. The selection of participants uses purposive sampling. The research data analysis technique starts from data reduction, data presentation to conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows the need for differentiated learning to improve problem-solving competencies in science learning. This is indicated by the diverse levels of readiness, interests, and learning styles of students who require a teaching approach adapted to this diversity. The conclusion of the study is a study of the need for differentiated learning to improve problem-solving in science learning.Pembelajaran abad ke-21, murid harus mempunyai pemikiran tingkat tinggi yaitu kompetensi problem solving. Oleh karena itu, membutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu mengakomodasi perbedaan karakteristik murid agar proses pembelajaran lebih efektif. Penelitian berfokus pada analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi problem solving dalam pembelajaran IPA. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengambilan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Partisipan adalah guru kelas II dan murid kelas II dari salah satu SDN di kecamatan Kutowinangun berjumlah 5 dari 16. Pemilihan partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik menganalisis data penelitian yaitu dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data hingga kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi problem solving dalam pembelajaran IPA. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari beragamnya tingkat kesiapan, minat, dan gaya belajar murid yang memerlukan pendekatan pengajaran yang disesuaikan dengan keberagaman. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah studi kebutuhan pembelajaran diferensiasi untuk meningkatkan problem solving dalam pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memfasilitasi munculnya hubungan sosial dalam bentuk pertemanan daring (online friendship), terutama di kalangan remaja yang aktif di media sosial dan anggota komunitas game online. Remaja memiliki kebutuhan sosial yang tinggi, salah satunya adalah need to belong dorongan mendasar untuk diterima dan terhubung dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi need to belong terhadap online friendship pada remaja anggota komunitas game online. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 remaja berusia 14–19 tahun yang dipilih melalui teknik convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online menggunakan Google Form, yang terdiri dari dua skala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa need to belong memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap online friendship (Sig. p < 0,05), dengan kontribusi sebesar 5,4%. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kebutuhan psikologis dasar dalam membentuk hubungan sosial digital, khususnya di kalangan remaja komunitas game online.

Abstract

Teacher and student readiness is an important factor in the implementation of quality learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of teachers and students in elementary schools in the literacy-based SRBP learning model towards scientific literacy and problem solving in science learning. The research method uses a Mix Method approach with data collection through Percipsive Sampling. Participants numbered 30 respondents consisting of one teacher and 29 fourth-grade students at an elementary school in Kebumen district. Data collection techniques in this study were tests and non-tests. The test was in the form of essay questions related to problem solving for students. For non-tests in the form of questionnaires and interviews for teachers and students related to the readiness of the SRBP model, scientific literacy, and problem solving. The data analysis technique in this study used a 5-level Likert scale for quantitative data and for qualitative data with three stages: Data reduction, Data display (data presentation), and Conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study indicate that teachers and students are quite ready in the SRBP learning model towards scientific literacy and problem solving but need continued training and the provision of reading books that suit their needs. Therefore, this research recommends the application of the SRBP model to science literacy and problem-solving, taking into account both student and teacher abilities in science instruction in elementary schools to determine its impact on learning.Kesiapan guru dan siswa menjadi fator penting dalam terselengaranya pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah Menganalisis kesiapan guru dan siswa di sekolah dasar dalam model pembelajaran SRBP berbasis literasi terhadap literasi sains dan problem solving pada pembelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dengan pengambilan data melalui Perpisive Sampling. Partisipan berjumlah 30 responden yang terdiri dari satu guru dan 29 siswa kelas IV pada salah satu SD di kecamatan Kebumen. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes dan non-tes. Tes berupa soal uraian yang berkaitan dengan problem solving bagi siswa. Untuk non-tes berupa angket dan wawancara untuk  guru dan siswa berkaitan dengan kesiapan model SRBP, literasi sanis, dan problem solving. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert 5 tingkat pada data kuantitatif dan pada data kualitatif dengan tiga tahap yaitu Data reduction, Data display (penyajian data), dan Conclusion drawing/ verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa sudah cukup siap dalam model pembelajaran SRBP terhadap literasi sains dan problem solving namun perlu adanya pelatihan berlanjut dan penyediaan buku bacaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Jadi rekomendasi penelitian ini perlu adanya penerapan model SRBP terhadap literasi sains dan problem solving dengan memepertimbangkan kemampuan siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low speaking skills of students due to the lack of speaking skill development in the classroom. Therefore, podcasts were chosen as an innovative strategy for their potential to train students to speak actively and creatively. The aim of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, and results of learning speaking skills through a biographical podcast project for Grade X students at SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with documentation, observation, and testing techniques. The results show that (1) the teaching module was systematically designed with complete components based on student needs, (2) the implementation ran optimally with observation scores of 91% for teacher activities and 86.3% for student activities, categorized as Excellent, and (3) 33 out of 34 students achieved scores above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC), with a 90.01% success rate. Thus, the podcast project effectively improves students’ speaking ability, confidence, and collaboration skills.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berbicara siswa akibat kurangnya pengembangan keterampilan berbicara di kelas sehingga podcast dipilih sebagai strategi inovatif karena potensinya dalam melatih siswa berbicara aktif dan kreatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan, penerapan, dan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara materi biografi melalui proyek podcast pada siswa kelas X SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan berupa modul ajar disusun sistematis dengan komponen lengkap berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa, (2) penerapan berjalan maksimal dengan presentase hasil observasi aktivitas guru 91 dan siswa 86,3 yang masuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik dan (3) hasil belajar siswa menunjukan 33 dari 34 siswa mencapai nilai di atas KKM dengan presentase ketuntasan 90,01 dan kategori Sangat Baik. Dengan demikian, proyek podcast terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan kolaborasi siswa. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapakan guru dapat terus mengembangkan podcast sebagai alternatif pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara yang inovatif dan menyenangkan, serta peneliti selanjutnya dapat menerapkan proyek podcast pada materi lain seperti eksposisi, pidato, atau cerita inspiratif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools in Purworejo Regency from the perspective of school management. The research employed a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as the instrument. Validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, normality testing, and correlation testing were conducted to analyze the data. The findings indicate that all instruments were valid and reliable. Descriptively, the curriculum and student affairs aspects achieved relatively high performance, while the HR, facilities and infrastructure, community participation, and financing aspects remained low. Correlation analysis revealed that all seven management aspects were significantly associated with the effectiveness of inclusive education implementation (p < 0.05). The strongest relationships were found in community participation (r = 0.939) and HR (r = 0.936). The study also shows that most schools have gradually attempted to implement management functions, although challenges remain in teacher training, limited facilities and infrastructure, and support from policymakers. Nevertheless, principal initiatives, teacher collaboration, and parental involvement serve as key supporting factors in sustaining inclusive education implementation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest and skills in writing fictional works of grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan due to the use of less interesting and conventional learning media. This study aims to describe the innovation of animated video-based learning media called Ankafiks (Animated Fiction Works) in improving students' ability to write fictional works. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the study showed that the use of Ankafiks media increased students' enthusiasm for learning, made it easier to understand the structure and elements of fictional works, and encouraged students' creativity in writing short stories. This media also received positive responses from teachers and students regarding content, visual appearance, and ease of use. Thus, Ankafiks is worthy of being an alternative innovative digital learning media in improving fiction writing skills in junior high school students.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat dan keterampilan menulis karya fiksi siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan akibat penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang menarik dan konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi bernama Ankafiks (Animasi Karya Fiksi) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karya fiksi siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Ankafiks meningkatkan antusiasme belajar siswa, mempermudah pemahaman struktur serta unsur karya fiksi, dan mendorong kreativitas siswa dalam menulis cerita pendek. Media ini juga mendapat tanggapan positif dari guru dan siswa terkait isi, tampilan visual, serta kemudahan penggunaan. Dengan demikian, Ankafiks layak dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran digital yang inovatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karya fiksi pada siswa SMP.

Abstract

This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA methodology to analyze 20 peer-reviewed empirical articles published between 2019 and 2024 on the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision in elementary schools. The findings indicate that coaching techniques—such as the TIRTA-Innovative Coaching Flow and the GPAR model—significantly improve teachers’ pedagogical competence, reflective practice, professional collaboration, and instructional innovation. Coaching supervision effectively shifts the role of supervisors from mere evaluators to facilitators of professional growth, thereby creating a more supportive and developmental culture in schools. Despite these benefits, the review highlights several limitations, including insufficient training for supervisors, limited institutional support, time constraints, and the lack of longitudinal evidence on sustained impact. These constraints suggest the need for stronger systemic backing and more comprehensive professional development for supervisors. The study concludes that coaching-based academic supervision has strong potential to enhance teacher development when aligned with systematic planning, policy integration at the school level, and continuous mentoring. Practical implications are offered for policymakers, school leaders, and researchers to strengthen future implementation and ensure more effective evaluation of coaching-based supervision.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning plays a crucial role in education, serving to examine and enhance the quality of teaching and learning activities. This research aims to develop a portfolio assessment tool that demonstrates high validity, usability, and effectiveness in assessing the descriptive writing skills of seventh-grade students at SMP Plus Al-Ibrohimy. Additionally, the instrument is designed to reflect multiple intelligences, with a particular focus on linguistic intelligence. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, the data were collected through observations and interviews. Findings from a study involving 21 seventh-grade student show that portofolio assessment offers a thorough insigh into students’ writing skills. From this group, a purposive sampling technique selected 8 students to represent varying proficiency levels-high, moderate, and low. The portofolio tool effectively encompasses elements such as vocabulary choice, sentence contruction, stylistic features, and the depth of descriptive content. In addition to evaluating the final outcomes, it also serves as an effective means to monitoring the learning process and track students’ progress over time.  Consequently, the portfolio functions both as an evaluative instrument and as a learning aid that supports the enhancement of students’ writing capabilities.Evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan unsur penting dalam dunia pendidikan yang berfungsi untuk mengkaji serta meningkatkan mutu proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang instrumen penilaian portofolio yang memiliki tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas tinggi dalam mengukur kemampuan menulis teks deskripsi siswa kelas VII di SMP Plus Al-Ibrohimy. Instrumen tersebut juga diharapkan mampu merefleksikan kecerdasan majemuk, khususnya kecerdasan linguistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil studi dengan populasi sebanyak 21 siswa kelas VII menunjukkan bahwa penilaian portofolio dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh terhadap kemampuan menulis siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 8 siswa yang mewakili Tingkat kemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Instrument portofolio ini mampu mencakup aspek diksi, struktur kalimat, gaya penulisan, serta kedalaman deskripsi. Selain menilai hasil akhir, instrumen ini juga efektif untuk memantau proses belajar dan perkembangan siswa secara berkesinambungan. Dengan demikian, portofolio berperan ganda sebagai alat evaluasi dan sarana pembelajaran yang mendorong peningkatan kualitas kemampuan menulis. Guru dianjurkan untuk menerapkan penilaian portofolio secara berkelanjutan dan memperluas pengembangan instrument sejenis guna menunjang keterampilan berbahasa lainnya.
