Abstract

Maintaining harmony among pancak silat organizations is very important. Because lately the potential for conflict between organizations is so strong, which in many cases is driven by hoax information and the issue of inter-group synthesis. In this context, a leadership social communication model is needed to anticipate and reduce the potential for division. The purpose of this research seeks to reveal the integration of the leadership social communication model in an effort to maintain harmony between martial arts college organizations. This research uses a qualitative-explorative approach and is designed in the frame of phenomenological studies. The data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation. Then, after the data was collected, the researcher analyzed the data using framework analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: Leadership social communication models in an effort to maintain harmony between martial arts colleges include: social communication built with youths of youth organizations, social communication built when doing sports with village youths, social communication built in coffee shops, social communication built when there are mutual cooperation activities, social communication built when there are community celebrations, social communication built when religious holidays arrive, and social communication built during the commemoration of independence day. So that based on the integration of the leadership communication model, there is almost no conflict that comes to the surface, both between the administrators and members of the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) martial arts college and the Tunas Muda Winongo Madiun martial arts college. This reinforces that the social communication model built by the Village Head as the Village leader gets a positive response from the community. They consider that the leadership social communication model carried out has proven successful in efforts to maintain harmony between existing martial arts organizations.

Abstract

Teacher creativity in teaching writing skills to learners’ in the classroom is very important. Because not all learners’ have the same ability in writing, especially writing Exposition texts which are notoriously difficult, narrative in nature, and require critical thinking skills. Therefore, in teaching teachers need to apply appropriate learning strategies that can facilitate students' learning needs and interests, one of which is using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. PBL is one of the well-known learning models that has potential implications in facilitating students' learning difficulties in writing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of lower grade students' exposition text writing skills using the PBL model. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is qualitative in nature. The research subjects were lower grade (X) students of SMAS Sunan Drajat Sugio. The research instruments and data used were observation sheets, student questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets, response questionnaire sheets, and student learning test results. The technique used was descriptive qualitative data analysis technique. (1) The results of the observation of student activity increased from cycle I to cycle II. The increase was 45.16%. This indicates that student activity while using the PBL model is very effective, because in cycle II 96.77% of students were actively involved in learning. The results of observing student responses have increased from cycle I to cycle II. The increase was 29.04% which indicates that students' positive response to this learning is good (3) Student learning outcomes using the PBL model have increased, this can be seen from the initial condition value of students who are complete at 45.16%. Then in cycle I it became 64.51%. Increased in cycle II to 100%. Thus, the use of the PBL model has a major positive impact and is successful in an effort to improve students' activities, responses, and exposition text writing skills in the classroom.

Abstract

The concept of narrative holds a pivotal position in the Qurʾān, yet it has been subject to inadequate scrutiny and insufficient representation in pedagogical discourse concerning Islamic education. The present work aims to address this knowledge gap by utilising the constructivist grounded theory method to examine the Qurʾān and major exegeses. It specifically focuses on analysing the term qaṣaṣ, which conveys the concept of narrative. This paper delves into the profound tracts and maqāṣid (objectives) that qaṣaṣ hold in the Qurʾān and contemplates their exhortation for education on Islam and modern pedagogy. The analysis reveals that the qaṣaṣ present in the Qurʾān serves as a fundamental framework that directs the essence of the narrative pedagogy model of teaching and learning between pedagogue and learner. Through typological figuration, the listener’s contemplation leads to a re-evaluation of conventional notions surrounding the dynamics between pedagogue and learner and the dissemination of narrative within a pedagogical setting. The triad of truth, beauty and explication are fundamental pillars within this Islamic framework for narrative pedagogy, representing the essence of the human condition concerning education. Because these domains emerge from the concept of qaṣaṣ, the integration of the framework into Islamic education is a matter of utmost importance, given its centrality in the Qurʾān to foster and perfect the principles of Muslims and their sense of self.

Abstract

Family consultation services provided by Malaysian Islamic Religious Offices have emerged as a highly beneficial and practical approach to addressing family difficulties, enhancing well-being, and achieving positive outcomes for Muslim marriages in Malaysia. These services play a vital role in nurturing healthy family relationships and ensuring the overall welfare of Muslim families within the context of religious beliefs. This research seeks to assess the practicality of these services in the current context and propose solutions to enhance overall service delivery. While family consultation holds significant potential, it is essential to address its practical challenge with a focus on its service accessibility. This research attempts to illuminate the usefulness of family consultation services provided by Malaysian Islamic Religious Offices, contributing to the ongoing discourse on its effectiveness for Muslims in the present time. The findings of this study can assist in enhancing the practicality and maximizing the benefits of family consultation services provided by the authority. By gaining insights into the strengths, limitations, and benefits and fostering positive impact, counselors can devise strategies to better meet the needs of Muslim families seeking support. Family consultation services also can continue to contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of Muslim families in Malaysia.

Abstract

Islamic medical practice employs a variety of techniques and approaches. Some have been well established and widely practiced, and some are not yet being explored and understood in depth. The use of Al-Jaldah (الجلدة) and Ad-Ḍarbah (الضربة) in treating patient is rarely discussed. It raises the question whether such practice has basis in Islam. This study aims to examine whether such treatment complies with Islamic teachings or not. The methodology applied is purely qualitative as it involves cross-field studies in Sharia and Islamic medical practice. The information was gathered through library research and interview with practitioner of the technique. The findings of this study are: (i) Al-Jaldah (الجلدة) and Ad-Ḍarbah (الضربة) as a form of treatment have their roots in the Al-Quran, Al-Hadith and practice of prominent Muslim scholars (Spiritual Healing in Islam); (ii) despite its sound fundamental, such treatment must adhere to a set of care guidelines. The findings of this study will resolve any issue surrounding the subject of such treatment. This study will also assist the relevant authorities in addressing current concerns that call for in-depth research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai kasus kekerasan yang terjadi antar pelajar dan guru di sekolah. Seperti kasus terbaru tentang kekerasan terhadap peserta didik yang terjadi di SDN Gondanglegi 3 Malang, di mana terdapat peserta didik yang melalukan kesalahan dan diberi sanksi dicubit oleh temannya satu kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model 4-D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan dan Sammel dengan 4 tahapan yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran, tetapi pengembangan dalam penelitian ini belum sampai pada penyebaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis nilai-nilai Peace Education di SDN Olak Alen 1 Selorejo Blitar. (2) untuk mengetahui kevalidan modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis nilai-nilai Peace Education di SDN Olak Alen 1 Selorejo Blitar. (3) untuk mengetahui efektifitas modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis nilai-nilai Peace Education di SDN Olak Alen 1 Selorejo Blitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul PAI yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini Modul Pendidikan Agama Islam dinilai “valid”. Hal ini terlihat dari penilaian dua validator yang menghasilkan nilai rata-rata total kevalidan sebesar 3,38 yang berarti baik dan dapat digunakan dengan sedikit revisi. Modul Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dinilai “efektif”. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, respon siswa dan hasil belajar. Aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif” dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,8. Aktivitas siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif” dengan persentase rata-rata 72,5%. Respon siswa terhadap pengembangan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif” dengan persentase rata-rata respon positif siswa sebesar 92,86%. Hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif”. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai tes belajar 12 siswa terdiri dari: 8 siswa mengalami kenaikan sedang, dan 4 siswa mengalami kenaikan rendah dengan rata-rata peningkatan kelas adalah 0,41 kategori sedang.

Abstract

This discussion aims to delve deeper into the Challenges and Opportunities of Multicultural Dynamics in Contemporary Society. The purpose is to gain a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the dynamics of multiculturalism in contemporary society. This research is a type of library research, where data is derived from literature related to the research object and then analyzed for its content. This study asserts that multiculturalism refers to the existence and interaction among various cultural or ethnic groups within a society. In contemporary society, the challenges and opportunities of multiculturalism can be complex and varied depending on the context. Some of the challenges include: conflicts of values and beliefs, lack of understanding, social isolation, policy conflicts, communication challenges, social and economic inequality, globalization and cultural homogenization, radicalization, and extremism. As for the opportunities, they include: innovation and creativity, economic growth, rich education, increased intercultural awareness, the strength of global collaboration, growth in tourism and the creative industry, increased tolerance and appreciation, and the strengthening of national identity.

Abstract

Indonesia diproyeksikan menjadi negara maju pada tahun 2045 dengan tantangan globalisasi, revolusi industri 4.0, dan perubahan sosial budaya yang dinamis. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peranan strategis dalam membentuk karakter bangsa yang religius, toleran, dan berdaya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kebijakan pembelajaran PAI dalam dalam kurikulum Merdeka yang berfukus pada integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dengan kebangsaan, perkembangan teknologi, serta penyesuaian terhadap keberagaman budaya Indonesia. Transformasi Kebijakan pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak generasi unggul yang siap menghadapi tantangan dan peluang masa depan. Dalam konteks ini, pembelajaran PAI sebagai salah satu pilar pembentukan karakter bangsa, harus mampu beradaptasi dan berinovasi agar relevan dengan dinamika lokal dan global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis literature review. Data dianalisi menggunakan analisis konten yang kredibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan PAI perlu menekankan pada pengembangan kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang kontekstual, pelatihan guru yang inovatif, serta optimalisasi teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat diperlukan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan kebijakan yang tepat, pendidikan PAI dapat berkontribusi positif dalam mewujudkan generasi Indonesia Emas 2045 yang beriman, bertakwa, berdaya saing global, dan tetap menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kebangsaan.T antangan, peluang, dan strategi implementasi kebijakan PAI yang relevan dengan visi pembangunan nasional juga dibahas.

Abstract

Human opinion, practical attitude, emotion, and egoism have dominant affects upon the actualization of a basic concept. To anticipats the probable changes or deviation one needs to contemplate or review the basic concept and content of Islamic educaton from the most esensial point of view, i.e. ontological, epistimologi and axiological point of view. By epplying a descriptive-comparative method, critical historical analisis, and reflective-inductive-deductive thinking, we will be able to  discover a new ontological, epistimologi and axiological synthesis and view about Islamic education that can bring us to the understanding of the philosophy of Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran berbasis screencast untuk pengajaran teks prosedural dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan mengevaluasi daya tarik, efektivitas, serta dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) model prosedural, dengan mengikuti tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, validasi, dan uji coba di kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner (kuantitatif dan kualitatif), serta pre-/post-test untuk menilai peningkatan kognitif. Validasi ahli mengonfirmasi kesesuaian video (konten, desain media, dan kegunaan), sementara umpan balik siswa menunjukkan daya tarik yang tinggi (tingkat keterlibatan 85%). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teks prosedural siswa (p < 0.05, Cohen’s d = 1.2), hal ini berarti penerapan video pembelajaran sangat efektif. Temuan ini menyoroti kelayakan video screencast dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis prosedural dan merekomendasikan integrasinya ke dalam lingkungan blended learning dan pembelajaran mandiri siswa.
