Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sistem keuangan merupakan kebutuhan mendesak bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mencapai efisiensi, transparansi, dan kesinambungan usaha. Namun demikian, pelaku UMKM di daerah perdesaan masih mengalami hambatan serius dalam aspek literasi keuangan dan penerapan teknologi pencatatan digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di RT 3 RW 3 Desa Ndudak Sidodadi, Kecamatan Mijen, Kota Semarang, dalam menerapkan pencatatan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi sederhana seperti Si APIK, BukuKas, dan Microsoft Excel. Metodologi kegiatan mencakup tahap observasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berbasis partisipasi. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa 80% peserta sudah mulai melakukan pencatatan transaksi secara teratur, 60% telah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan dasar, dan 65% dapat menjalankan aplikasi digital secara mandiri. Fakta ini memperlihatkan bahwa metode pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung dan kontekstual lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional dalam menjembatani kesenjangan digital. Hambatan yang masih ditemukan antara lain adalah kurangnya kepercayaan diri dalam mengakses teknologi, terbatasnya jaringan internet, serta ketergantungan terhadap pendamping. Oleh karena itu, keterlibatan mentor lokal menjadi solusi strategis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil meletakkan dasar bagi digitalisasi keuangan UMKM di tingkat komunitas perdesaan, dan model ini memungkinkan untuk diadaptasi di wilayah lain dengan kondisi serupa.Digital transformation in the financial system is an urgent need for MSMEs to achieve efficiency, transparency, and business sustainability. However, MSMEs in rural areas still face serious obstacles in financial literacy and the implementation of digital recording technology. This community service activity aims to improve the capabilities of MSMEs in RT 3 RW 3, Ndudak Sidodadi Village, Mijen District, Semarang City, in implementing financial recording using simple applications such as Si APIK, BukuKas, and Microsoft Excel. The activity methodology includes observation, technical training, mentoring, and participatory evaluation. The implementation results show that 80% of participants have started recording transactions regularly, 60% have been able to prepare basic financial reports, and 65% can run digital applications independently. This fact shows that hands-on and contextual training methods are more effective than conventional approaches in bridging the digital divide. Barriers that are still encountered include a lack of confidence in accessing technology, limited internet access, and dependence on mentors. Therefore, the involvement of local mentors is a strategic solution to ensure the sustainability of the program. This initiative has successfully laid the foundation for the digitalization of MSME finance at the rural community level, and this model can be adapted to other areas with similar conditions.

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) adalah masalah kesehatan umum yang berdampak pada kualitas hidup dan produktivitas masyarakat. Faktor risiko LBP, seperti postur tubuh tidak ergonomis dan kurangnya aktivitas fisik, sering kali tidak disadari. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan kader kesehatan tentang postur ergonomis, teknik peregangan, dan gaya hidup sehat. Kader bertindak sebagai fasilitator yang memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat. Evaluasi mencakup peningkatan pengetahuan kader, perubahan perilaku masyarakat, dan penurunan keluhan LBP. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2024 (1 bulan), di RW 12 Kelurahan Bangetayu Kulon yang dihadiri oleh 23 peserta, Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan kader kesehatan sebesar 85%, dengan dampak berupa perubahan kebiasaan masyarakat menuju perilaku ergonomis. Penurunan keluhan LBP sebesar 30% dicapai dalam dua bulan pasca-program. Kesimpulan, pemberdayaan kader kesehatan terbukti efektif sebagai intervensi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mencegah LBP. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara luas guna meningkatkan kesadaran dan kualitas hidup masyarakat.Low Back Pain (LBP) is a common health problem that impacts the quality of life and productivity of the community. Risk factors for LBP, such as non-ergonomic posture and lack of physical activity, are often not recognized. The activity was carried out through training health cadres on ergonomic posture, stretching techniques, and a healthy lifestyle. Cadres acted as facilitators who provided counseling to the community. Evaluation included increasing cadre knowledge, changing community behavior, and reducing LBP complaints. The activity was carried out in December 2024 (1 month), in RW 12, Bangetayu Kulon Village, attended by 23 participants. The results showed a significant increase in health cadre knowledge by 85%, with an impact in the form of changing community habits towards ergonomic behavior. A 30% reduction in LBP complaints was achieved within two months after the program. In conclusion, empowering health cadres has proven effective as an intervention in community service to prevent LBP. This program is recommended for widespread implementation to increase community awareness and quality of life.

Abstract

Pekerja migran Indonesia di Taiwan merupakan kelompok rentan yang menghadapi tekanan fisik dan psikososial, termasuk jam kerja panjang, kurang tidur, dan keterbatasan akses layanan kesehatan. Program TANGGUH (Tumbuh Adaptif dan Guyub Untuk Hidup Sehat) dikembangkan untuk memperkuat resiliensi pekerja migran melalui pendekatan komunitas yang mencakup edukasi kesehatan, skrining gula darah sewaktu, dan konseling psikososial individual. Sebanyak 40 peserta (30 perempuan dan 10 laki-laki; usia 26–55 tahun) mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil skrining menunjukkan 45% peserta berada dalam kategori prediabetes (140–199 mg/dL) dan 5% dengan kadar gula darah ≥200 mg/dL. Hasil konseling mengungkapkan bahwa 45% mengalami stres kerja, 25% gangguan tidur, dan 30% merasa kesepian akibat sistem kerja tinggal bersama. Evaluasi pengetahuan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 21,9% setelah intervensi, mencakup aspek manajemen stres, tidur, gaya hidup sehat, dan resiliensi sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi sederhana berbasis komunitas dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan, memperkuat kemampuan koping, serta membangun dukungan sosial di antara pekerja migran. Program TANGGUH berkontribusi dalam memperkuat ketangguhan individu dan kolektif pekerja migran Indonesia di Taiwan serta berpotensi direplikasi pada komunitas rentan lainnya.Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan represent a vulnerable group facing physical and psychosocial pressures, including long working hours, disrupted sleep patterns, and limited access to healthcare services. The TANGGUH Program (Tumbuh Adaptif dan Guyub Untuk Hidup Sehat — Growing Adaptively and Living Harmoniously for Better Health) was developed to strengthen their resilience through a community-based approach integrating health education, random blood glucose screening, and individual psychosocial counseling. A total of 40 participants (30 females and 10 males; aged 26–55 years) joined the program. Screening results showed that 45% of participants had blood glucose levels within the prediabetic range (140–199 mg/dL) and 5% had levels ≥200 mg/dL. Psychosocial counseling revealed that 45% experienced work-related stress, 25% suffered from sleep disturbances, and 30% reported loneliness due to live-in caregiving arrangements. The pre–post evaluation indicated an average 21.9% increase in knowledge scores after the health education session, covering stress management, sleep hygiene, healthy lifestyle, and social support. These findings demonstrate that simple community-based interventions can effectively improve health awareness, coping capacity, and social connectedness among migrant workers. The TANGGUH Program contributes to strengthening both individual and collective resilience of Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan and serves as a potential model for replication in other vulnerable communities.

Abstract

Salah satu tahapan penting dalam mencari pekerjaan adalah wawancara kerja. Wawancara kerja merupakan tahapan yang harus dijalani dalam proses rekrutmen dan sering kali ditakutkan oleh pencari kerja. Karena itu, tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan siswa tentang bagaimana teknik wawancara kerja di perusahaan. Peserta adalah siswa kelas X,XI, dan XII dari SMA Baiturrahman dan SMK Mandiri berjumlah 16 orang. Metode kegiatan berupa pelatihan dengan teknik tutorial, diskusi, dan bermain peran. Kegiatan berlangsung pada 29 April 2025. Hasil kegiatan ini memperlihatkan bahwa siswa SMA Baiturrahman dan SMK Mandiri masih kurang dalam berkomunikasi verbal dan nonverbal ketika bermain peran wawancara  kerja. Mereka masih kurang percaya diri, kurang meyakinkan dan kurang spesifik dalam menjawab pertanyaan. Namun, secara kuantitatif,  hasil tes menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa mengenai teknik wawancara kerja. Untuk kegiatan selanjutnya, diperlukan pendampingan mengenai berkomunikasi secara persuasif, persiapan wawancara, dan etiket wawancara.One of the important stages in finding a job is the job interview. Job interviews are a stage that must be passed and are often feared by job seekers. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to enhance students' knowledge and understanding of job interview techniques in companies. The participants of this activity consisted of 16 students from grades X, XI, and XII from Baiturrahman High School and Mandiri Vocational School. The methods used in this activity included training using tutorial techniques, discussions, and role-playing. This activity was held on April 29, 2025. The results of this activity showed that students from Baiturrahman High School and Mandiri Vocational School still lacked verbal and nonverbal communication skills when conducting mock job interviews. They still lacked confidence, persuasiveness, and specificity in answering the questions. But, quantitatively, the test results showed an increase in students' knowledge of job interview techniques. Future activities require guidance on persuasive communication, interview preparation, and interview ethics.

Abstract

Menwa (Resimen Mahasiswa) yang akhir-akhir ini kurang peminatnya perlu sekali digalakkan keberadaannya untuk menjadi generasi yang handal karena merupakan komponen cadangan dalam pertahanan Negara Indonesia. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Fakultas Hukum Unissula bekerja sama dengan Resimen Mahasiswa Unissula bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang kepemimpinan generasi muda. Peserta pelatihan adalah  Camen (Calon Resimen) dan Anggota Menwa serta Alumni Menwa yang tergabung dalam IARMI (Ikatan Alumni Resimen Mahasiswa Indonesia) Unissula serta Menwa dari Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Kota Semarang. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah, pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Hasil evaluasi pengabdian menunjukkan antusiasme dari peserta sangat tinggi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya peserta yang ikut hadir dan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Sehingga dari hasil pengamatan, diskusi dan tanya-jawab selama kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) berlangsung, dapat diketahui adanya peningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam pelatihan kepemimpinan militer resimen mahasiswa yang mengedepankan disiplin berwawasan kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air.Menwa (Student Regiment), which has recently been lacking in interest, needs to be encouraged to become a reliable generation because it is a reserve component in the defense of the Indonesian State. The community service program implemented by the Unissula Faculty of Law community service team in collaboration with the Unissula Student Regiment aims to improve the knowledge and skills of leadership of the younger generation. Training participants are Camen (Prospective Regiment) and Menwa Members as well as Menwa Alumni who are members of IARMI (Indonesian Student Regiment Alumni Association) Unissula as well as Menwa from Universities in the City of Semarang. The implementation method used in this service is training, counseling and mentoring. The results of the service evaluation show that the enthusiasm of the participants is very high, this can be seen from the large number of participants who attended and asked questions. Thus, from the results of observations, discussions and questions and answers during the PKM (Community Service) activities, it can be seen that there is an increase in the knowledge and abilities of participants in the military leadership training of the student regiment which prioritizes discipline with a national perspective and love for the homeland.

Abstract

Vitamin D merupakan vitamin larut lemak yang memiliki peran krusial dalam mengatur metabolisme kalsium dan fosfor, serta mendukung fungsi sistem imun dan pencegahan berbagai penyakit. Meski Indonesia kaya akan paparan sinar matahari, defisiensi vitamin D tetap menjadi masalah, terutama pada kelompok rentan seperti wanita lansia dan pekerja dalam ruangan. Kekurangan vitamin D dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, seperti osteoporosis, preeklamsia pada kehamilan, dan melemahnya sistem imun. Penyuluhan mengenai vitamin D menjadi langkah penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang fungsi, manfaat, dan sumber vitamin D. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dengan metode pretest, penyuluhan, pelatihan, sesi tanya jawab, posttest, serta pemeriksaan kadar vitamin D pada peserta dari Puskesmas Pandanaran, Puskesmas Halmahera, dan Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta, terbukti dari peningkatan nilai pretest dan posttest (p<0.001). Dengan demikian, edukasi tentang vitamin D terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran peserta di ketiga lokasi tersebut.Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism, supporting immune system function, and preventing various diseases. Despite Indonesia’s abundant sunlight exposure, vitamin D deficiency remains a significant issue, particularly among vulnerable groups such as elderly women and indoor workers. A lack of vitamin D can lead to various health problems, including osteoporosis, preeclampsia during pregnancy, and weakened immune function. Public education on vitamin D is an essential step in raising awareness about its functions, benefits, and dietary sources. This program aimed to enhance public knowledge using methods such as pretests, health education sessions, training, interactive Q&A, posttests, and vitamin D level assessments among participants from Puskesmas Pandanaran, Puskesmas Halmahera, and Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital. The results indicated that the education sessions significantly improved participants’ understanding, as reflected in the increase in pretest and posttest scores (p<0.001). Thus, education about vitamin D has proven effective in raising awareness among participants at the three locations.

Abstract

Per November 2024, Halo Gamers telah berkolaborasi dengan 16 merek untuk menghasilkan reviu berbagai produk gaming, memiliki sekitar 2700 pelanggan aktif, dan menghasilkan sekitar 200an video ulasan serta memenuhi syarat monetisasi dari Google. Andreas, pemilik channel, menekankan pentingnya peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam pencapaian ini. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, tim PkM mengembangkan website untuk memberikan luaran berbasis produk kepada Halo Gamers untuk menindaklanjuti kebutuhan Halo Gamers karena tidak tersedianya media terpusat untuk mengelola semua konten reviunya, dimulai dari wawancara dan pengumpulan informasi awal (perencanaan kebutuhan). Referensi situs yang relevan juga dibahas dengan pemilik Halo Gamers. Pengembangan website dilakukan dengan mengikuti kebutuhan atau permintaan fitur dari pemilik channel. Mitra (pemilik Halo Gamers) aktif menyediakan semua data dan terlibat sampai pada pengujian awal sistem hingga selesai. Evaluasi berulang dilakukan untuk memastikan situs berfungsi sesuai permintaan mitra. Dengan demikian, PkM ini berhasil dilaksanakan oleh tim PkM, hal ini terlihat dari semua fitur yang dibutuhkan oleh pemilik telah terakomodasi dengan baik. Dan website ini siap digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis Halo Gamers yang dapat diakses melalui situs www.halogamers.info.By November 2024, Halo Gamers had collaborated with 16 brands to produce reviews of various gaming products, had around 2700 active subscribers, and produced around 200 review videos and met Google's monetization requirements. Andreas, the channel owner, emphasized the importance of continuous improvement in this achievement. In this regard, the community team developed a website to provide product-based output to Halo Gamers to follow up on Halo Gamers' needs due to the unavailability of centralized media to manage all of its review content, starting from interviews and initial information gathering (needs planning). Relevant site references were also discussed with the Halo Gamers owner. Website development was carried out by following the needs or feature requests from the channel owner. Partners (Halo Gamers owners) actively provided all data and were involved until the initial system testing was completed. Repeated evaluations were carried out to ensure the site functioned according to partner requests. Thus, this PkM was successfully implemented by the PkM team, this can be seen from all the features needed by the owner that have been well accommodated. And this website is ready to be used to meet Halo Gamers' business needs which can be accessed via the website www.halogamers.info.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada UMKM An-Nisa 36 dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi serta memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha berbasis makanan halal. Tahap awal dilakukan melalui survei untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mendesak, yang menunjukkan keterbatasan sarana produksi, khususnya kompor gas. Sebagai solusi, tim pengabdian memberikan bantuan kompor gas yang langsung dimanfaatkan dalam produksi pesanan, seperti untuk kegiatan posyandu anak dan lansia. Selanjutnya, pada momentum 17 Agustus, tingginya permintaan tumpeng mendorong pemberian tambahan bantuan berupa loyang brownies untuk mendukung diversifikasi produk. Pendampingan yang dilakukan tidak hanya berfokus pada penyediaan sarana, tetapi juga melibatkan proses produksi, manajemen waktu, serta penerapan prinsip halalan toyyiban. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, produktivitas, serta kesadaran pentingnya menjaga kehalalan produk. Dengan adanya program ini, UMKM An-Nisa 36 diharapkan semakin mandiri, berdaya saing, dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pasar secara berkelanjutan.This community service program was carried out at UMKM An-Nisa 36 with the aim of increasing production capacity and strengthening the sustainability of halal-based food businesses. The initial stage was conducted through a survey to identify urgent needs, which revealed limitations in production facilities, particularly the absence of a gas stove. As a solution, the team provided a gas stove that was immediately utilized in fulfilling orders, such as for community health center (posyandu) events for children and the elderly. Furthermore, during the Independence Day celebration on August 17, the high demand for tumpeng encouraged the provision of an additional tool in the form of a brownie pan to support product diversification. The assistance program not only focused on providing equipment but also involved direct participation in production, time management, and the application of the halalan toyyiban principle. The results showed improvements in efficiency, productivity, and awareness of the importance of maintaining product halal integrity. Through this program, UMKM An-Nisa 36 is expected to become more independent, competitive, and capable of meeting market demands sustainably.

Abstract

SMP IT Nurul Islam Tengaran, as part of the Nurul Islam Learning Community, faces the problem of low student motivation and engagement in numeracy learning due to the use of traditional learning media. To address this challenge, this community service program was implemented with the aim of improving teacher capacity through training in the creation of audio-visual comics themed on local agricultural wisdom. The activity was attended by 30 teachers and was carried out through several stages, namely needs analysis, comic design training, production assistance, learning trials, and evaluation. The results of the implementation showed a significant increase in teachers' ability to produce digital teaching materials, with an average score increasing from 42.5% to 88.7%. The implementation of agricultural-themed audio-visual comics in learning showed a 35% increase in student participation in class discussions and an 82% increase in numeracy literacy skills. These results confirm that local wisdom-based audio-visual comics are effective in strengthening numeracy literacy while improving the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Desa Beruk di Kecamatan Jatiyoso, Kabupaten Karanganyar, terdapat potensi wisata alam berupa aliran sungai Kali Jlantah yang dimanfaatkan destinasi wisata tubing yang diberi nama Tubing Muslim 06. Untuk meningkatkan promosi destinasi wisata Tubing Muslim 06 diperlukan pelatihan produksi dan editing video berbasis Android dengan menggunakan aplikasi CapCut serta pemanfaatan TikTok Affiliate. Pelatihan tersebut menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat dan bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pengelola wisata dalam menciptakan konten kreatif dan efektif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan dan meningkatkanpendapatan komunitas secara ekonomi. Melalui rangkaian solusi tersebut, diharapkan mitra dapat meningkatkan keterampilan digital mereka dalam produksi video promosi, memanfaatkan TikTok Affiliate sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan, serta mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif. Dengan implementasi yang tepat, wisata tubing di Desa Beruk dapat semakin dikenal dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, sehingga berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.Beruk Village in Jatiyoso District, Karanganyar Regency, has natural tourism potential in the form of the Kali Jlantah river flow, which is used as a tubing tourist destination called Tubing Muslim 06. To increase the promotion of Muslim 06 Tubing tourist destinations, training in Android-based video production and editing is needed using the CapCut application and the TikTok Affiliate. The training uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is oriented towards community empowerment and aims to empower tourism managers in creating creative and compelling content so as to increase tourist attraction and increase community income economically. Through this series of solutions, partners are expected to improve their digital skills in promotional video production, utilize TikTok Affiliate as an additional source of income, and develop effective digital marketing strategies. With proper implementation, tubing tourism in Beruk Village can be increasingly recognized and attract more tourists, thus contributing to local economic growth.
