Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap profitabilitas bank yang diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA) pada bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui metode dokumentasi dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang diakses melalui situs resmi BEI dan website masing-masing perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan selama 6 tahun pengamatan sehingga diperoleh 150 data, dan setelah dilakukan uji outlier menjadi 120 data observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial BOPO dan GCG berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan CAR, LDR, dan NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada bank umum konvensional di Indonesia periode 2018–2023.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel seperti pengalaman berorganisasi, pengalaman magang, dan soft skills yang mempengaruhi persiapan mahasiswa Yogyakarta untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Strategi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam desain penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah purposive sampling. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman berorganisasi, pengalaman magang, dan soft skills secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi persiapan mahasiswa Yogyakarta untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Setelah penyesuaian, nilai R2 adalah 0,638%. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa tiga variabel independen, pengalaman magang, pengalaman berorganisasi, dan soft skills dapat digunakan untuk mewakili seberapa siapnya mahasiswa Yogyakarta untuk memasuki dunia kerja.

Abstract

Intense competition in the sweetened condensed milk industry necessitates a deep understanding of consumer behavior to secure market share. This research addresses the discrepancy between the extensive marketing efforts of Dairy Champ the second largest market player and its suboptimal consumer purchase realization in Pamekasan Regency. The study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix elements and brand image on purchase decisions within the local market. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach data were collected through semi structured in depth interviews with purposively selected informants and validated using source triangulation. The findings reveal that purchase decisions for Dairy Champ in Pamekasan are driven primarily by economic rationality competitive pricing and ease of access are the decisive factors. Furthermore recommendations from store owners were found to be significantly more effective in establishing consumer trust than mass media advertising. The research concludes that economic incentives and access convenience supersede emotional brand loyalty in this segment. Practically the study suggests that the company should pivot its strategy toward Trade Marketing specifically by strengthening relationships with merchants and conducting direct education to mitigate product quality concerns. An. Hamid This study investigates the successful expansion of BMT Nusantara in Bangkalan Regency which relies on a community-based approach amidst intense financial industry competition. The objective is to analyze the role of Word-of-Mouth (WOM) in marketing strategies and identify the communication processes influencing customer decisions. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method collecting data through in depth interviews, observation and documentation with active customers selected via purposive sampling. The results indicate that customer decisions are dominated by social interaction and validation from religious figures rather than formal promotion. Positive WOM is driven by altruistic motivation and the spirit of Islamic economic advocacy. Conversely instant messaging platforms like WhatsApp serve as effective channels for spreading negative sentiment regarding operational constraints. The study concludes that WOM is not merely a promotional tool but a vital mechanism for social and religious validation essential for the institution's sustainability. Consequently the research recommends implementing Community Influencer Marketing by formally involving religious figures and establishing responsive service recovery management to mitigate digital reputation risks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and workload, both partially and simultaneously, on cyberloafing among Gen Z employees in Bandar Lampung. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 100 selected Gen Z employees in Bandar Lampung. The questionnaire consisted of 30 items with a 5-point Likert scale. The sampling method used in this study was probability sampling with the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis techniques used in this study included descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing, all processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 software. The results showed that work stress and workload had a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the higher the level of work stress and workload experienced by Generation Z employees, the higher their tendency to engage in cyberloafing behavior in the workplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors causing delays in the loading, unloading, and delivery of coal during transshipment activities at PT Varia Usaha Dharma Segara and their impact on the company's operational efficiency.The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with the research location at PT Varia Usaha Dharma Segara. Data collection was conducted through direct observation of coal loading, unloading, and shipping activities, in-depth interviews with informants directly involved in transshipment operations according to the research criteria, and documentation of company operational data. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on field findings. The results of the study show that delays in coal delivery are caused by suboptimal coordination between the loading and unloading processes and the readiness of the truck fleet, inconsistent operational scheduling, and external factors such as weather conditions and field dynamics. These delays have resulted in increased waiting times, suboptimal utilization of operational resources, and decreased efficiency in the distribution process. The results of this study indicate that strengthening operational control, improving work coordination, and developing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strategic steps to minimize delays and improve the company's operational efficiency

Abstract

This study sought to assess how social support and work-life balance affected teachers' performance at SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik. Teachers in religious schools need to balance their social and professional life in order to succeed at their jobs. A survey was employed in conjunction with quantitative methodologies. 65 teachers from SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik participated in this study, and a saturation sampling technique was used to choose the sample. A validated questionnaire was used to gather data. The following data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that teacher performance was positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance. Furthermore, teacher performance at SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik was positively and significantly impacted by social support. According to this study, teachers might perform better when they have a healthy work-life balance and good social support

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which perceived ease of use, electronic trust, and electronic security influence Generation Z's decision to use GoPay. The intense competition among digital wallets in Indonesia makes it crucial to understand the factors that influence users' choice of a particular application. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, involving 120 respondents who were active GoPay users. Data were obtained through a Likert-based questionnaire and processed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The analysis showed that the three variables ease of use, electronic trust, and electronic security had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use GoPay. The ease of understanding the application's display and information (clear and understandable) was a strong factor that encouraged users to feel comfortable making transactions. Furthermore, user trust in the platform also proved to be crucial, particularly the integrity indicator, which is the most decisive aspect in fostering user confidence. Electronic security was also an important consideration, particularly regarding personal data protection, which is a major concern for the younger generation when choosing a digital wallet service. Overall, the study's findings underscore that ease of use, trust, and security are three key aspects influencing Generation Z's decision to use GoPay. These findings are expected to provide input for e-wallet developers to continue improving aspects of user convenience, service transparency, and transaction security.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality, brand, and price on purchasing decisions at Indah Bordir Shop in Sidoarjo. Increasing competition in the embroidery retail industry requires business actors to understand the main factors that drive consumer purchasing decisions in order to maintain competitiveness and customer loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who have previously purchased products from Indah Bordir Shop. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, including instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through t-test and F-test. The results indicate that service quality, brand, and price each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality shows the strongest influence among the three variables, followed by brand and price. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that improving service quality, maintaining a strong brand image, and offering competitive pricing are essential strategies for enhancing consumer purchasing decisions at Indah Bordir Shop in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating effect of organizational culture in influencing the direct relationship between teacher competence and work ethic on teacher performance in high schools in Batam City. Data were collected from 368 teacher respondents working in high schools in Batam City using a Likert’s scale questionnaire. A quantitative Method was used with a non – probability sampling technique, and data processing was performed using SEM-PLS analysis. The result showed that Teacher Competency and Work Ethics have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Culture in high schools in Batam City. However, Organizational Culture and Teacher Competency have no positive and insignificant influence on Teacher Performance in High Schools in Batam City. These findings indicate that teacher performance improvement is not solely determined by competency and organizational culture, but is influence by factors beyond the research model. Organizational culture was unable to mediate the relationship between work    ethics and teacher performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan kajian pada kondisi ekosistem kerja gig melibatkan sektor on demand transportation services (ODTS) di Indonesia yang menghadapi tantangan dalam hal insentif, perlindungan jaminan sosial, dan komunikasi kebijakan publik. Pengemudi dalam kondisi yang rentan karena relasi kerja yang kurang simetris, kinerja algoritma dari platform, kebijakan pemerintah yang belum memiliki aturan definitif pada pekerja gig, dan tekanan produktivitas yang tinggi karena minat pasar yang meningkat. Penelitian ini mengambil kasus di tiga kota besar yakni Jakarta, Yogyakarta, dan Bali yang dapat memberikan gambaran karakteristik demografis dan geografis. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui pembicaraan dan pendapat di sosial media, analisis kebijakan publik, dan diskusi terpumpun pada komunitas pengemudi ODTS di tiga kota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengemudi memiliki persepsi skema insentif sebagai hal yang tidak transparan dan sulit dicapai sehingga berdampak pada ketidakstabilan pendapatan dan meningkatnya tekanan kerja. Akses jaminan sosial yang terbatas juga memperkuat kerentanan ekonomi secara jangka panjang. Selain itu cara komunikasi platform yang cenderung satu arah berkontribusi pada terbentuknya sentiment negative dan rendahnya legitimasi kebijakan. Disis lain, pengemudi memandang upskilling sebagai peluang strategis meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan mobilitas sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi insentif, perlindungan sosial dan komunikasi public yang partisipatif dalam membangun ekosistem kerja gig yg adil dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
