Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop a marketing strategy that can be implemented for Queen Laundry Bogor MSMEs. By using the Business Model Canvas approach as an analytical tool and then from the results of the analysis findings, it is continued with internal and external analysis of the company to obtain more comprehensive results, namely SWOT matrix analysis, Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), this research is descriptive research that describes and analyzing data obtained during research with a qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that the business model used by UMKM Queen Laundry Bogor has not fully utilized technological advances for marketing. After being given direction in the marketing strategy, a decision was obtained from the business owner with the target of consumers serving the market share of all segments using alternative strategies obtained to improve laundry facilities, improve product quality and service to attract consumers, improve management capabilities and cooperation for company goals. providing special packages or services, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers or areas around the laundry. The recommended priority marketing strategy is to maintain the company's image, providing services to promote pick-up and drop-off services.

Abstract

Research scientific articles are made using language as a tool. Therefore, lecturers as writers must understand and implement language rules. Both in terms of the use of spelling, diction, effective sentences, and paragraphs. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the form of errors in the use of spelling, diction, effective sentences, and paragraphs in the scientific articles of UIN Raden Intan Lampung lecturers for the 2021 Fiscal Year. Related to this, this study aims to describe the forms and number of errors in the use of Indonesian language rules in a scientific article by a lecturer at UIN Raden Intan Lampung for the 2021 Fiscal Year. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data were taken from 48 scientific articles researched by UIN Raden Intan Lampung lecturers for the 2021 Fiscal Year. The results showed that there were 537 errors in the use of Indonesian language rules in the research articles by UIN Raden Intan Lampung Lecturers for the 2021 Fiscal Year. The details are 1) 247 spelling errors, which include: errors in the use of capital letters, errors in prepositions in and to, errors in the use of punctuation marks, and errors in writing absorption elements; 2) there were 215 errors found related to diction; 3) there are 67 errors found related to effective sentences; and 4) there were 8 errors found related to paragraphs.

Abstract

This inquiry aimed to explore and make sense of the stories of an English language teacher’s experiences using the CEFR framework to design the DI of speaking activity instruction. More specifically, the research was intended to understand the usage of CEFR in designing differentiated learning of speaking activity instruction. To achieve the purpose of the research, a narrative inquiry is employed. One English language teacher at a junior high school in Indonesia participated in this research and shared her experience using CEFR as a tool for designing differentiated learning. The data were collected through the online interview to collect information from the teacher's Zoom application and analyzed qualitatively in steps. The findings showed that in narrative research, limited attention has been paid to how English teachers constructed their differentiated teaching-speaking instruction through a CEFR framework. this narrative inquiry indicated that CEFR accommodated students’ needs and fostered students’ competencies, effectively designing differentiated teaching and speaking instruction. English teachers had different stories in constructing differentiated instruction (DI) tailored to different learner needs within the CEFR framework.

Abstract

The Mis-tagging recently is common issue surround Indonesian netizens. Exploding trending topic on social media platform easily often rush to share. This study proposes to describe the mis-tagging phenomena and Impoliteness expression of Indonesia netizens particularly on Instagram. Descriptive qualitative implements as a research method together with cyberpragmatic approach. Source of data were selected comments on Instagrams which describe impoliteness expression. Culpeper’s impoliteness strategies are used for analyzing the research finding. Thus, result of this study describes three strategies on expressing impoliteness; bald on record impoliteness, negative politeness, and sarcasm or mock politeness. Mis-tagging persistently indicate by Indonesian netizens because of uncontrol speed information sharing thus, verifying information before sharing is a key to reduce the mis-tagging phenomena.

Abstract

This research was conducted from observation (observation) and literature. The author collects various information from national and international journals, news in the media, articles, e-books, modules, diktats, and other research results related to the topic of discussion, namely the communication system and stakeholder mapping (stakeholders), then analyses in depth to be able to answer the formulation of the problem raised in this paper. Support or involvement of stakeholders in accelerating the 2024 national shrimp production program is needed, there is no stakeholder support, so the acceleration of achieving production targets will not be implemented. The stakeholders and actors detected to have a role in this program are central and regional governments, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, banks or investors, private companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), farmers, and surrounding communities.

Abstract

Psycholinguistics is a theory between psychology and linguistics. These theories are very different but they are related in examining language as a formal object. This article discusses linguistics, psycholinguistics and their studies. The word psychology discusses the science that studies the human soul in an abstract manner, while the word linguistics discusses language as an object of study. For this reason, psycholinguistic theory can describe the psychological processes that take place when someone utters the sentences they hear when communicating and this language ability can be obtained from humans. Therefore, the motto of profit dou tahopu profit funds is a big mistake because it has a negative value or can harm other people, either in the form of attitudes/actions, or actions that violate the law in the Islamic religion in measuring obsessions caused by desires that exceed one's abilities.

Abstract

This research explores the impact that the transformation of social media has had on human communication culture, especially through interactions between celebrities and fans in vlog content on Leslar Entertainment's YouTube channel. The focus is not only on changing digital consumption patterns, but also on the role of social media in the context of capitalism. Using social theories, such as the concepts of presumption, playboard, and digital labour, this study underscores the changes taking place in modern society driven by the logic of power accumulation and accelerated accumulation. The concept of time in labour value theory is also used to identify social media as a reflection of the changing regime of time in modern society. Theoretical and interpretive analysis methods were used in researching vlog content and interactions between celebrities and fans on Leslar Entertainment's YouTube platform. The results show that social media, particularly in the context of Lesla's YouTube.

Abstract

Violations of broadcasting ethics are actions that violate ethical principles, violations of regulations in the guidelines applicable in the broadcasting industry. Broadcast programs are dvided into two categories, namely entertainment programs aimed at entertaining the audience and information programs aimed at increasing the audience’sknowledge. In the program “Celebrity Space” on Net Tv. Including ridicule of celebrities or public figures, gossipand personal life selebaits with taxane schedule Monday – Friday at 15.00 WIB, Duration 60 minutes, and classification R13+ (For Teenagers). Qualitative Document Study using data aggregation in the form of data analysis text, literary and image studies. Conclusion: television programs on the “Celeb Space”on Net Tv must uphold high broadcasting ethics to maintain the rights to privacy, safety and positive development of their viewers,especially children and teenager. KPI provide important guidelines to ensure that broadcast programs comply with predetermined principles.

Abstract

Motivation is the inner drive a person has to move toward a goal. It is widely accepted that it plays a role in explaining why people start, continue, or stop doing particular behaviors at particular periods. Integrative motivation and instrumental motivation are the two categories of motivation. A good attitude that language learners have toward speakers of the target language and their culture is known as integrative motivation. The desire of a motivated student to master the target language in order to acquire the abilities required to accomplish realistic life goals, such obtaining a decent degree or a job that would ensure their future, is known as instrumental motivation. This research explains the differences in EFL learning motivation between female and male students at SLB-A YAPTI Makassar. There were six students in this study, 3 female students and 3 male students in class IX SLB-YAPTI Makassar. This study uses a qualitative method. Researchers modify various instruments before adopting them. Researchers conducted observations and interviews to collect data. There were 30 questions that researchers gave students. Based on the researchers' findings, female and male students have different learning motivations, there are two out of three female students who have integrative motivation and two out of three male students have instrumental motivation in learning English at SLB-YAPTI Makassar class IX. It is hoped that this research can increase our knowledge regarding the differences in learning motivation of male and male students.

Abstract

This study focuses on the phenomenon that has recently garnered public attention, namely the practice of money politics within the context of local elections (pilkada). In its general exposition, the research identifies that money politics is employed as a strategy to garner significant votes and wield influence in local elections. The research problem addressed is how regulations regarding the prohibition of money politics in local elections are structured, and the sanctions imposed on candidates found to engage in such practices. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive description of the legal framework concerning money politics in local elections and to identify the sanctions applied to violating candidates. This research utilizes a normative legal method to analyze the existing regulatory framework. The findings reveal that regulations prohibiting money politics in local elections are stipulated in Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning Local Elections. Meanwhile, sanctions for candidates proven to engage in money politics have been specified in amendments to Law Number 10 of 2016 from Law Number 8 of 2015 concerning Local Elections. Candidates who breach these regulations will face sanctions ranging from a minimum of 36 months to a maximum of 72 months of imprisonment, along with fines ranging from Rp. 200,000,000 to Rp. 1,000,000,000. Thus, this study provides a comprehensive overview of regulations and sanctions related to money politics in local elections, aiming to serve as a foundation for more effective efforts in prevention and law enforcement in the future.
