KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah was first published in April 2013 in printed and online form published since 30 April 2018 by Department of Non Formal Education, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah equipped with ISSN (p): 2354-693X and ISSN (e): 2655-3163, published twice a year in April and October. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah education contains articles from research and/ or analytical-critical in the field non-formal education specifically edult education study, community education, training and development of human resources, counseling, and community development. The spesification purpose are intended to explore, develop and explain the knowladge of history, philosophy, principles, policies, designs, and technologies that are used and developed in non-formal education services. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah have a role and participates in efforts to support the preservation of scientific traditions derived from the theoretical study of researchers and the practical experience of education practitioners.

Abstract

This study aims to develop multimedia-based sex education media as a valid and practical parental education effort using the Research and development (RnD) research method, with the Borg and Gall development model implemented in Betung Village, Abab District. There were 21 subjects in the study, with the following stages: initial data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, and product testing. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire which produced a product in the form of animas Sex Education video media. The implementation of animated video media was carried out in two stages, namely one-to-one trials and small group trials. The results of this study are sex education media in the form of animated videos which have a validity level on the language aspect getting a total score of 28 with a percentage of 77%, material aspects getting a total score of 34 with a percentage of 94%, and the media aspect getting a total score of 35 with a percentage of 97%. . Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that the development of sex education media in an effort to educate parents is categorized as very valid or very practical

Abstract

Pulutan Tourism Village develops and empowers the community, one of the innovative models developed is educational tourism based on experiential learning. The purpose of this study is to a) describe the management strategy in developing Pulutan Tourism based on experiential learning b) supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used an exploratory case study with the sample selected using a purposive sampling method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman is used to analyze the results, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Research result; a) the strategy is carried out starting from identifying the potential and objectives of Wista Education, designing educational programs, involving local communities, training and education, infrastructure and facilities, promotion, and evaluation and improvement. b) Supporting factors; Strategic Location, Relevant Education Program and Local Community Involvement. While the inhibiting factors namely; Lack of Resources and Funds, Lack of Education and Training and Climate Change.Keywords: development, tourism, tourist village, educational tour, experiential learning

Abstract

 This research is based on the low level of student learning activity at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang. This is thought to be influenced by peer interactions. This research aims to: (1) see a picture of student peer interactions at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang; (2) see a picture of students' active learning at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang; (3) looking at the relationship between peer interactions and students' active learning at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research with a population of 30 people with samples using cluster random sampling techniques. This research shows the results, namely: (1) student peer interaction at TPQ Baiturahman is not going well; (2) student learning activities at TPQ Baiturahman are categorized as less active in the learning process; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between peer interaction and student learning activeness at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang.Keywords: peer interactions, Learning activity, Al-Quran Education Park

Abstract

Agricultural extension workers are professionals responsible for providing guidance and assistance to farmers in improving agricultural productivity and welfare. They are an extension of the government or agricultural institutions in delivering information, technology, and skills to farmers. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the role of agricultural extension workers in efforts to empower farmer groups. (2) Knowing the effect of the role of agricultural extension officers on the empowerment of farmer groups. Agricultural extension officers also play a role in coordinating agricultural activities at the local level, such as extension, training, and agricultural programme development. Apart from providing technical guidance, agricultural extension officers are also tasked with encouraging farmers to implement sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the active learning of training participants in the learning process at UPTD BLK Padang Pariaman, which was thought to be because the instructor used learning media that was less than optimal. This research aims to see a description of the use of media used by instructors in the learning process. The learning activity of trainees in the learning process and the relationship between the use of media and the learning activity of trainees at UPTD BLK Padang Pariaman. This type of research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population in this study was all training participants at UPTD BLK Padang Pariaman, totaling 32 people. Meanwhile, samples were taken using the cluster random sampling technique as much as 75% of the population of 32 people so that the sample taken was 24 people. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire which will be distributed via Google Form. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula and to look for relationships using the rank order formula. The results of this research indicate that instructors have not used media optimally in the learning process so that the trainees' active learning in the learning process is low. There is a significant relationship between media use and the active learning of training participants at UPTD BLK Padang Pariaman.Keywords: use of media, learning activity

Abstract

This Community Service Activity for Real Work Lectures (PkM KKN) aims to provide knowledge and skills to the community, especially those who have businesses at Real Work Lecture locations, so they can market their businesses through various digital platforms such as Shoppi, Lazada, and other social media. The approach used in implementing this KKN PkM activity is to first make preparations, which consist of registering data on potential participants and their businesses, contacting village officials and preparing training places, contacting resource persons, then carrying out KKN PkM activities on a previously determined day and ending with evaluation. The Real Work Lecture activity, which is part of Community Empowerment or Community Service, was carried out for 2.5 months, in this regard, digital marketing training was carried out for home businesses at the KKN location on Saturday, October 28 2023, which presented speakers from business actors who use digital marketing, this activity was attended by a target group of 27 people who have various home businesses, such as a small specialty food industry from the village, so by participating in this activity it is hoped that they can market their business more widely and their income will increase. Apart from delivering material and practice, PkM activities also include mentoring provided by KKN participants so that they can truly market their businesses. After completing the activity, the participants were evaluated through observation and interviews with the results, the majority stated that this activity was very useful and felt happy, with the hope that it could be applied to increase income, apart from that they also gained new knowledge and skills, the hope was that there would be mentoring and other training, as well as understanding how to market your business products via cellphone.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the description and relationship between parental knowledge and malnutrition in children in Jorong Pasia Laweh. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was 59 parents who had children with malnutrition in Jorong Pasia Laweh. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using the Cluster Random Sampling method, so the total sample that the researchers took was 75% of the total population of 59 people, namely 44 people. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is the product moment correlation method. The results of this research are: 1.) The level of knowledge of parents about nutrition in Jorong Pasia Laweh is classified as less effective, because the answers of respondents who chose almost half of the parents who answered did not agree with the level of knowledge of parents about nutrition in Jorong Pasia Laweh. 2.) The nutritional adequacy condition of children in Jorong Pasia Laweh is classified as less effective, because almost half of the parents who answered did not agree with the nutritional adequacy condition of children in Jorong Pasia Laweh and 3.) There is a significant relationship between parental knowledge and malnutrition in children in Jorong Pasia Laweh. This is proven by r count > r table so Ho is rejected and conversely Ha is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between parental knowledge and malnutrition in children in Jorong Pasia Laweh.Keywords: Parental Knowledge, Malnutrition.

Abstract

This research was motivated by student activity in the PIK-R organization at SMA N 1 Koto This research aims to see a picture of students' understanding of the PIK-R organization, see a picture of students' activity in the PIK-R organization, and see the relationship between students' understanding of the PIK-R organization and their activity at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan. This research uses a quantitative, correlational type approach. The population of this research is all students who are members of PIK-R at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan, totaling 24 respondents. Meanwhile, samples were taken using a total sampling technique, namely 100% (24) and trials were carried out at other schools that had the same characteristics. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses percentage formulas and rank order formulas. The research results show that students' understanding of the PIK-R organization is still relatively low. Students in organizations have low activity, and there is a significant relationship between students' understanding of the PIK-R organization and their activity. This means that the higher the student's understanding of the PIK-R organization, the more active the student is in the organization, but conversely, the lower the student's understanding of the PIK-R organization, the lower the student's activeness.                                                                                           Keywords : Understanding, PIK-R organization, activeness

Abstract

Salah satu dampak dari era society 4.0 yaitu pada kehidupan manusia. Hal ini mendesak baik individu maupun kelompok atau organisasi untuk menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi. Peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia menjadi pilihan yang efektif di era society 4.0. tujuan penelitian pada artikel ini menganalisis danmendeskripsikan pentingnya diklat berbasis teknologi informasi di era society 4.0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian referensi yang pengambilan data berorientasi pada beberapa referensi yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian pada artikel ini yaitu pentingnya diklat berbasis teknologi informasi di era society 4.0.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the contribution of process standards, content standards and infrastructure standards to graduate competency standards in high schools/vocational schools/special schools in the Mentawai Islands district . This research is explanatory research because it wants to know the object in depth. The data collected in this study was arranged based on an ordinal scale. The population to be studied in this research is SMA/SMK/SLB, Mentawai Islands Regency, totaling 18 schools. The sampling technique used in this research was the total sampling technique . This research uses two variables that will be involved, namely: 1. Independent variables are variables that influence the dependent variable. The technique used to collect data. First is a questionnaire, collecting data from respondents/primary data sources by asking a list of questions. written/questionnaire. The research results show that 1) there is a contribution of Process Standards to Graduate Competency Standards; 2) there is a contribution of Content Standards to Graduate Competency Standards. 3) there is a contribution of Facilities and Infrastructure Standards to Graduate Competency Standards. 4) there is a contribution of Process Standards and Content Standards to Graduate Competency Standards. 5) there is a contribution of Process Standards and Infrastructure Standards to Graduate Competency Standards. 6) there is a contribution of Content Standards and Infrastructure Standards to Graduate Competency Standards. 7) there is a contribution of Process Standards, Content Standards and Infrastructure Standards together to Graduate Competency Standards.
