Abstract

Workshop literasi digital ini bertujuan untuk membagikan pengetahuan kepada pengelola desa wisata di Desa Gari, Kecamatan Wonosari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul tentang pentingnya literasi digital untuk pemasaran sebuah desa wisata. Kegiatan PPM yang berfokus pada kegiatan ceramah dan diskusi tentang pentingnya meningkatkan literasi digital ini diikuti oleh 30 pengelola desa wisata. Peserta dipilih atas rekomendasi kepala desa yang juga terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Peserta workshop antusias dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber, dan kegiatan tanya jawab dapat secara nyata melibatkan peserta secara aktif. Kedua kegiatan tersebut kemudian ditutup dengan kegiatan evaluasi untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta tentang literasi digital. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui pretest dan postest, pemahaman pengelola desa wisata telah meningkat terutama dalam aspek literasi digital, digitalisasi promosi, strategi promosi digital, pembuatan KPI, dan kesadaran tentang pentingnya menerapkan promosi digital. Aspek-aspek tersebut secara langsung berhubungan dengan kreativitas pemasaran digital untuk desa wisata yang dikelola.

Abstract

Mangunsari Village is one of the goat farming centers in Gunungpati District, Semarang. They raise goats from generation to generation and based on experience, so care patterns are often not uniform from one to another. In addition to feed, animal hygiene and health are very important to implement in enforcing biosecurity in the pen and its surrounding environment. The goal of this activity is to improve goat health and the safety of the pen environment through biosecurity. The community service is divided into two: providing materials and training followed by practice. Twenty participants, members of the Mekar Sari 2 livestock farmer group, were accompanied by a team of nine lecturers, technicians, and students. The activity began with filling out a questionnaire, theory, and ended with practice. Data obtained showed that 53.8% were aged > 50 years and 23.1% were < 40 years. In addition, 84.6% of participants had been members of the livestock farmer group for a long time (≥ 10 years). There was a 0.2% increase in knowledge regarding infectious diseases, a 2% increase in leaf and grass feed, a 61.6% increase in forage that must be wilted, and a 7.7% increase in pen cleanliness. Participants also understood that forage is best not provided wet (40.5%). The results concluded that this activity improved knowledge about biosecurity components and the participants' skills in physical examination of goats and pen cleanliness.

Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar menuntut guru untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada deep learning, yaitu pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga membentuk keterampilan berpikir kritis, kesadaran penuh, dan sikap positif peserta didik. Guru di Gugus Muh Syafe’i, Kecamatan Pringapus, Kabupaten Semarang, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip Meaningful, Mindful, and Joyful Learning (MMJL) ke dalam pembelajaran, sekaligus menangani permasalahan nonakademik siswa yang semakin kompleks. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan MMJL serta pembekalan keterampilan dasar bimbingan konseling dengan Personalized Counseling Approaches (PCA). Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Organizational Learning (OL) yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi, dan internalisasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN Klepu 01 pada 31 Mei 2025, dengan melibatkan 62 guru dan kepala sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi guru, dengan penguasaan MMJL meningkat dari 73,5% menjadi 96,5% dan PCA dari 74% menjadi 96%. Selain itu, 83,9% guru berhasil mengintegrasikan MMJL dalam RPP, sedangkan 78% mampu menerapkan keterampilan konseling melalui simulasi kelas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa program pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru untuk merancang pembelajaran berbasis MMJL sekaligus menerapkan PCA guna menangani masalah nonakademik siswa.

Abstract

Unemployment among millennial youth in rural areas remains a significant challenge that hinders the optimization of local resources. This Community Service Program aimed to empower the youth of Tarumajaya Village through the implementation of the Village Sociopreneur model as a solution to reduce unemployment while strengthening the creative economy sector. The program consisted of several stages, including socialization, training, barista practice, digital marketing, business legality awareness, mentoring, evaluation, and program sustainability. The results indicate that participants gained not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in coffee processing, digital marketing strategies, and business legality to ensure long-term sustainability. Evaluation using questionnaires revealed a very high level of satisfaction, with the majority of participants considering the materials highly relevant to their needs. In conclusion, the Village Sociopreneur model has proven effective in enhancing youth capacity, creating new business opportunities, and opening pathways for job creation that contribute to the growth of the rural creative economy.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) “English Teaching Made Easy” bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan guru kelas MI Al Irsyad dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan kompetensi guru karena latar belakang pendidikan non-bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui observasi kebutuhan, pelatihan classroom English, penerapan metode TPR, permainan bahasa, storytelling, serta praktik media sederhana seperti flashcard dan puppet. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris dasar dan metode interaktif di kelas. Program ini efektif membekali guru dengan strategi praktis, meskipun masih diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran dan konsistensi penggunaan bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Teknologi digital menjadi aspek penting dalam pendidikan di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan society 5.0. Guru geografi di Lumajang masih menghadapi kendala dalam pemanfaatan teknologi terutama terkait keterampilan membuat media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan kemampuan visual spasial guru melalui pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan e-komik strip berbantuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) berbasis kearifan lokal. Program pengabdian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Lumajang dengan melibatkan 10 guru MGMP Geografi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Service Learning yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen angket keterampilan guru dan tes visual spasial. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dengan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,61 (kategori sedang),yang menandakan efektivitas program dalam memperkuat keterampilan guru. Dampak lain yang terlihat adalah meningkatnya kreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan materi ajar serta kemampuan memanfaatkan TIK secara lebih adaptif. Tantangan berupa keterbatasan waktu dan kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan tetap menjadi catatan penting. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi AI dengan kearifan lokal melalui media e-komik dapat menjadi strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran geografi. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada perluasan program, penguatan kolaborasi antara kampus, sekolah, dan komunitas pendidikan, serta penyediaan dukungan sarana digital yang memadai.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the production, management, and marketing capacity of Mustofa "Ade Yuli" Potato MSME in North Cimahi. The main problems include traditional production processes, weak financial records, and limited marketing and business legality. The methods used were participatory training, the application of appropriate technology, and management and digital marketing assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in production capacity of more than 60%, improvements in product hygiene and shelf life, organized financial bookkeeping, and expanded marketing through labeled packaging, PIRT permits, and digital accounts. This program has proven effective in supporting MSME competitiveness while empowering the community's economy.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has introduced significant challenges in the educational sector, particularly in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into teaching and learning processes. This community service program aimed to enhance the competencies of teachers at SD Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) in developing teaching modules based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) integrated with AI tools, aligning with the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The program encompassed a needs assessment, coordination with school leadership, preparation of training materials, and the implementation of direct training sessions focusing on the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Magic School, and Jenni AI in designing PjBL modules. Evaluation through questionnaires indicated a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and ability to integrate AI into their teaching modules. As a result, teachers successfully developed comprehensive PjBL-based teaching modules incorporating AI, which are expected to enhance the quality of education and foster 21st-century skills among students.

Abstract

PT Kahatex is a textile company that has implemented the Kaizen concept in its production process. However, in practice, partners still encounter obstacles, namely in terms of the participation of all employees in making changes and determining the right methods that are in line with the Kaizen philosophy in solving problems on the production floor. This community service activity in the form of training was carried out to provide understanding and direction to partners regarding real examples of the application of easy-to-do methods on the production floor in relation to continuous improvement. The community service activity was carried out from January 8 to 26, 2024, which consisted of the preparation and implementation stages of the training. The community service team consisted of 6 lecturers and 5 students, while the training participants consisted of 20 PT Kahatex employees. The result of this training activity was an increase in the percentage of participants who fully understand the Kaizen material and the benefits of its application as well as 5W1H and examples of its application, from initially between 15% - 25% to between 60% - 75%.

Abstract

Old coconut water is often discarded by the community as waste. This community service activity aimed to provide training on processing coconut water into nata de coco for the members of the Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK) in Sungai Kakap Village, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The implementation of this community service program consisted of several stages, including dissemination/socialization, hands-on practice, and discussion sessions. The activity began with the preparation of tools and materials at the Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Tanjungpura University (FMIPA UNTAN), followed by a field visit to the target village, participant gathering, socialization of nata de coco production materials, joint practice with workshop participants, and a discussion session. The nata de coco production training was successfully carried out at the Sungai Kakap Village Office, West Kalimantan. Based on the questionnaire results, the PKK members stated that the activity was beneficial, and many expressed their interest in applying the process and producing nata de coco for personal consumption as well as for potential commercialization.
