Fokus publishes original research or theoretical papers about teaching and learning in Guidance and Counseling study program of IKIP Siliwangi Bandung on current science issues, namely: Guidance and Counseling educator in elementary, secondary and high school level. Guidance and Counseling observers and researchers. Educational decisions maker on regional and national level. We recommend classroom action research, qualitative, descriptive, or quantitative. We may process manuscript of didactic development research (DDR) or research and development (RnD). Our publication could be research on teaching method, an experiment of teaching aid or media, and even effectiveness of lesson study. We accepted any manuscript derived from research of Guidance and Counseling in Indonesia. We will not process manuscript from research approach of school management.

Perilaku menolong dalam kamus besar bahasa indonesia (KBBI) dijelaskan bahwa menolong berarti membantu untuk meringankan beban (penderitaan, kesukaran, dan sebagainya). Perilaku menolong dapat disebut juga perilaku prososial yaitu suatu tindakan menolong yang menguntungkan orang lain tanpa harus menyediakan suatu keuntungan langsung pada orang yang melakukan tindakan tersebut, bahkan melibatkan suatu resiko bagi orang yang menolong. Fenomena saat ini di kalangan remaja banyak sekali ditemukan remaja yang tidak mau menolong sesama individu, baik sesama teman atau lingkungan di sekitarnya. Dalam hal ini peran guru bimbngan dan konseling sangat berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kepedulian tolong menolong siswa. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik konseling teman sebaya. Kata Kunci: Peran guru bimbingan dan konseling, perilaku menolong, siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh layanan bimbingan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX SMPN 2 Kadungora. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen desain one group pretest posttest Polulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMPN 2 Kadungora. Melalui teknik probabilitas sampling ditentukan sampel penelitian sejumlah 52 orang. Alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket motivasi belajar dan lembar observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 22 untuk diuji paired sample t-test. Berdasarkan skor pretest posttest diketahui rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa setelah dilakukan layanan bimbingan belajar mengalami peningkatan. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari layanan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX SMPN 2 Kadungora ( p=0,00). Kata Kunci: Motivasi belajar, layanan bimbingan belajar.

Career selection is very important for students so that they know where they will continue after graduating from school, therefore there is a need for individual counseling or counseling for the maturity of students' career choices. The technique used in this individual counseling is client cantered, which is to provide guidance so that students can solve the problems they face. Researchers used two students as subjects in implementing individual counseling services withtechniques client centered , because not a few students had problems in the form of difficulties in determining secondary schools. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation, response and constraints in the implementation of individual counseling usingtechniques client centered for students who have problems in determining careers. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that individual counseling usingtechniques client centered can help determine the secondary school according to their wishes, talents and interests. After attending individual counseling services, students often seek information and ask questions about secondary schools.Keywords: : Career, Client Centered

Career maturity is the ability of students to make decisions, plan and choose jobs for themselves, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which competes with technological advances. Online group guidance using discussion techniques is an approach to guidance and counseling provided by counselors or BK teachers to counselees or students by exchanging ideas and information between group members in which there are activities to share information about careers, discussions and online questions and answers. which is done in groups by paying attention to the principles of group guidance. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of online group guidance services for class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Assakinah. Qualitative descriptive with triangulation research design is the method used in this study. The subjects in this study were ten students of class XII at Madrasah Aliyah Assakinah. Based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies, there are differences in students before being given online group guidance services on career maturity using discussion techniques. Students who have been given online group guidance services on career maturity using discussion techniques show better career maturity. Social skills are skills needed by every student. By having good social skills, students can also establish good relationships with the environment and peers. This study aims to describe the social skills of SMP Negeri 5 Lembang students who are in the adolescent phase, seen from the indicators of social skills of verbal responses, non-verbal responses and cognitive processes based on gender and class. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. In this study, data were collected using a Likert scale social skills questionnaire based on the theory proposed by Michelson. The samples in this study were students of SMP Negeri 5 Lembang in grades VII, VII, and XI. The results showed that students' social skills based on verbal, non-verbal responses and cognitive processes seen from gender and class were in the moderate category, it was seen from verbal responses, positive or negative expressions and thoughts of students that could determine whether or not communication and interaction was good. This study aims to describe the implementation of treatment, response and constraints of group counseling services with brainstorming techniques on students' interpersonal communication. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were students of class X SMKN 2 Cimahi. namely 3 students. Data analysis techniques used are collection, reduction, presentation and conclusion of data. The results obtained in the study, namely the brainstorming technique in group counseling services are an effort made by BK teachers as assistance to students who have low interpersonal communication, the services carried out are divided into 3 stages, namely the formation stage, the activity stage and the termination stage. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is one of the therapy to change irrational thoughts into rational ones. Purpose of this study is to determine the technique of rational emotive behavior therapy in dealing with social anxiety of victims of bullying on students. One of the consequences of bullying behavior is social anxiety, therefore victims of bullying must be dealth with immediately. Therapy lasted for six meetings with a time of 45 minutes each counseling. These research subjects were students of class XII SMA. The type of research was used descriptive qualitative with data collection through the observation, interviews, and documentation of counseling results. The results of this study are the use of rational emotive behavior therapy with three techniques can handle the anxiety of victims of bullying in students. This is evident from the changes after the implementation of counseling services, students can think more logically and want to go back school.Keywords: Anxiety Social, Bullying, Rational emotive behavior therapy.

This paper covers the forms of cyberbullying prevention measures in adolescents. Cyberbullying is sometimes still underestimated by some people, even though the impact of this cyberbullying will have a huge impact on teenagers. This study aims to describe several forms of cyberbullying prevention measures at the age of teenagers. The object of this research is the parents of teenage children. This study uses a quantitative method approach that will use an inductive mindset to conclude. Then, using a questionnaire for data collection methods. From the data collected through filling out the google form, it can be concluded that the form of parental action taken to prevent cyberbullying behavior is by providing education about social media to children, often communicating with children, and emotionally supporting children such as giving love. to children, applying time restrictions on the use of gadgets and in using social media to children, conducting social media checks. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Tiktok social media on increasing Islamic knowledge among students. The object of this research is the students with the number of participants involved are 43 students from 20 universities. Data collection was carried out by a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions. The data collection process is carried out using the Google form platform method. The results showed that quantitatively the students had a positive influence between the influence of Tiktok and Islamic knowledge. In this study, the results showed the numbers 0.70-0.140 which means the effect is in the medium effect. Meanwhile, it is measured using psychological and related indicators to see the effect of Tiktok and Islamic knowledge among students using the SPSS Pearson statistics. This research was motivated by reports from subject teachers related to cheating behavior. Through online group guidance with discussion techniques, it is expected to be able to prevent students' cheating behavior in class XI IPS MA Al-Mukhtariyah Mande. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of online group guidance services for students to prevent cheating behavior, to determine student responses to online group guidance services to prevent cheating behavior, to find out the obstacles or difficulties experienced by class students when participating in online group guidance services aimed at preventing cheating behavior, knowing the obstacles or difficulties faced by guidance and counseling teachers during the preparation and implementation of online group guidance services for students to prevent cheating behavior. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that online group guidance services with discussion techniques helped students in preventing cheating behavior. The responses of the five students stated that they were happy to know information about the impact of cheating.
