Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of learning objectives and achievements in Indonesian Language teaching under the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 193 Mandalan, Makassar, using a qualitative descriptive approach on grade 4 teachers, students, and learning documents through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Findings reveal that teachers have developed Learning Objective Pathways (ATP) and teaching modules based on Learning Achievement Standards (CP), yet objective formulations remain general, diagnostic assessments are suboptimal, and digital literacy is hindered by limited facilities. Implementation shows positive progress but requires advanced teacher training and facility improvements to achieve integrated literacy competencies (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Abstract

The transformation of learning based on digital technology has become an essential need in the world of education, including at the elementary school level, in line with technological advancements and educational policies that promote the digitalization of learning. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects include teachers and fourth-grade students at SDN 193 Mandalan. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and student group discussions. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that digital technology-based learning has begun to be implemented through the utilization of digital media such as instructional videos and interactive presentations, which are capable of enhancing student engagement and learning motivation. However, the digital learning transformation has not yet progressed optimally due to limitations in facilities and infrastructure, low digital literacy among some teachers, and the absence of a school culture that supports sustainable digital learning. This research concludes that the transformation of digital technology-based learning in elementary schools requires school policy support, enhancement of teacher competencies, and systematic lesson planning to ensure that digital learning can run effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

The phenomenon of informal parking attendants is a growing social reality in line with increasing urban mobility and limited formal employment opportunities. The presence of parking attendants in Makassar not only serves as a source of livelihood for marginalized groups but also raises issues of social order and the use of public space. This study aims to analyze the economic role of parking attendants and their implications for social order in urban spaces. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with seven informants five parking attendants and two parking service users and field observations at several parking activity points. Data were analyzed using thematic reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results indicate that informal parking activities have become a primary survival strategy due to limited education and access to formal employment. This practice results in narrowing traffic space, uncertainty about fares, and potential disruption to social order. This study concludes that the phenomenon of parking attendants is a structural problem that requires integrative management policies, not just a regulatory approach. Therefore, adaptive regulations are needed that can accommodate the economic needs of informal workers while maintaining order in urban spaces.

Abstract

The Majelis Taklim Contact Body (BKMT) has become an organization spread across almost all regions of the Republic of Indonesia, one of which is BKMT Desa Kota Karang led by Mrs. Khorita. The work program of the Majelis Taklim Contact Body (BKMT) Desa Kota Karang is divided into two: Short-Term Work Program and Long-Term Work Program. Through the Majelis Taklim Contact Body (BKMT) Desa Kota Karang, it can be seen from various activities that have been organized, which include: (1) providing broad religious insights to members, (2) strengthening silaturrahim relations among Muslims (ukhuwah islamiyah), (3) cadreizing prospective ulama in the surrounding area, (4) creating a society that is pious and has akhlaqul karimah, (5) giving birth to individuals who are responsible. The household in Islam plays a role as a center for faith education and akhlakul karimah, where spiritual values are instilled to form a generation that is obedient as reflected in the Al-Qur'an surah At-Tahrim. Which explains the house as a place of worship and education, but in the modern era, Muslim families face complex challenges such as the influence of globalization, digital technology that can trigger changes in children's behavior, and urbanization that reduces family interaction. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to increase the understanding of the congregation about the concept of "My Home is My Heaven" as a field of reward and introduce the value of "Metaphysics of the Qur'an" in household life that emphasizes the spiritual dimension in building family harmony. The implementation method includes Islamic studies, interactive lectures, and discussions at Majelis Taklim involving approximately 60 participants, especially mothers in Desa Kota Karang. In conclusion, this research has a positive impact on the mindset of the congregation, encourages the application of Islamic values in daily life, and contributes to the formation of a more harmonious society.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in reducing teachers' administrative burden at SD Islam Hasyim Asy'ari Cisarua through a qualitative case study. High administrative burden often hinders teachers' focus on learning activities. The method involves in-depth interviews with four key informants: Vice Principal for Curriculum, Treasurer, and two Program Coordinators. Data were analyzed using thematic-descriptive analysis to identify time efficiency, output quality, and challenges. Results show that AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini reduced lesson plan preparation time by 40-50% (from 2-3 hours to 45-60 minutes), evaluation questions, and report narratives. Output quality improved in structure, consistency, and formal language, but requires teacher curation for Islamic context. Challenges include digital literacy gaps, limited infrastructure, and technology dependency. Research novelty lies in AI integration with Islamic values, impacting teacher productivity and digital transformation. Recommendations: Strengthen TAM-based training, Kemdikbud infrastructure policies, and further mixed methods research for scalability.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is a learning model that positions students as the main subjects in the learning process through the completion of contextual, collaborative, and meaningful projects. This model is believed to be effective in developing higher-order thinking skills while simultaneously fostering students’ character development. However, the implementation of PjBL in elementary schools is often not supported by a comprehensive evaluation system, particularly in measuring students’ character formation. This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the project-based learning evaluation model in shaping the character of elementary school students at SDN 40/I Bajubang Laut. This research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The research subjects included teachers and students at SDN 40/I Bajubang Laut who implemented project-based learning. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing by applying source and technique triangulation. The results show that the PjBL evaluation model was implemented systematically through four main components, namely process evaluation, product evaluation, attitude (character) evaluation, and learning reflection. The character values developed among students include responsibility, cooperation, discipline, honesty, independence, and creativity. This evaluation model provides a comprehensive overview of students’ character development and supports the implementation of authentic assessment in elementary schools
