Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using the interactive learning media Wordwall on student learning outcomes in the Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subject for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 02 Koto Salak. The background of the research is the low student motivation and achievement caused by the lack of engaging learning media. Wordwall, as an interactive digital platform, is designed to make learning more engaging and enjoyable for students.The research method used is quantitative, with a quasi experimental design. The sample consisted of who classes: the experimental class used Wordwall and control class used conventional methods. Data were collected through pre test and post-test instruments to assess the learning outcomes. The analysis using a t-test showed a significant difference in outcomes between the experimental and control classes. The results of the study indicate that Wordwall has a positive influence on student learning outcomes. The media enhances students, understanding, engagement, and motivation in learning IPAS. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers to incorporate Wordwall as an effective learning tool in primary education. Keywords: Use of Wordwall, IPAS, Experimental Research.

Abstract

Project Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Pelajar Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin (P5RA) is an important part of implementing the kurikulum merdeka in Islamic schools. P5RA is expected to be an agent for instilling good character in students. This research aims to illustrate the extent of the effectiveness of P5RA activities as a means of instilling character in students at the primary Islamic school level. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from observations, interviews, and relevant document studies. The results show that the P5RA project in primary Islamic schools not only sharpens students' life skills but also plays an active role in internalizing character-forming values within them. In each of its projects, there is a value of Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin targeted for instillation in students through guidance and habituation throughout the project completion process. This applies across all grade levels and phases. These findings highlight the importance of P5RA in character building for students.

Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of the role playing learning model in instilling tolerance in elementary school students. Tolerance is an important value that needs to be formed early on to create harmony in a pluralistic society. However, conventional learning methods are often ineffective in internalizing this value deeply. Using the literature study method, this research analyzes various scientific sources related to the application of role playing as an active learning method that provides direct experience to students in understanding and appreciating tolerance. The results show that role playing can improve students' cognitive understanding and affective aspects, such as empathy, self-confidence, and social skills. The integration of local wisdom also enriches the learning context so that the value of tolerance becomes more meaningful and relevant. The role of teachers and a supportive school environment are important factors in the successful implementation of this method. This study concludes that the role playing model is effective to be developed in character education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative model on the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education of grade IV students of SD Negeri 96 Palembang. This study is a quantitative study using a one group pretest and posttest design with a total sample of 20 students. The data collection technique used was a test consisting of 10 multiple choice questions. Based on the results of the study from the final results of the data analysis, the Posttest score had a higher average score compared to the average pretest score, namely the average Posttest score of 83.00 while the average Pretest score was 53.00. With a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.000 and a t table of 0.05, the sig. value. (2-tailed) ≤ t table or 0.000 ≤ 0.05 which means that there is an influence of the STAD type cooperative model on the learning outcomes of Pancasila education of grade IV students of SD Negeri 96 Palembang

Abstract

This study presents the role of the teachers in preserving Javanese language at SD Jatisari, a peri-urban area. The importance of Javanese language preservation in the midst of modernization and the dynamics of language use in peri-urban areas motivates this research. The purposes of this research are to identify the teacher's role in preserving Javanese language and to analyze the factors that influence these efforts. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were teachers and students with a total 20 teachers and 468 students who were taken using purposive sampling. The sample involved homeroom teachers with the criteria of being active, experienced in guiding students, and communicative. While the criteria for students are gifted and outstanding students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then validated by source triangulation. The results show that the teacher's role is realized in Javanese language learning, extracurricular activities, competitions, and the use of Javanese language in school communication. Supporting factors include teacher support, student participation, a flexible curriculum and the availability of adequate facilities and infrasturcture. Local language preservation is possible, even in areas exposed to modernization. Practices such as those at SDN Jatisari can serve as a good example for other schools in peri-urban areas in their efforts to preserve their mother tongue.

Abstract

Tax evasion Indonesia remains a significant challenge within Indonesia's taxation system, directly impacting the nation's revenue. Through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, students are given the opportunity to contribute as tax volunteers in efforts to enhance taxpayer awareness and compliance. This article examines the active role of MBKM students during their four-month industrial internship at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) in Bangkalan. Activities included assistance with Annual Tax Return (SPT) filing, taxpayer education, and both online and manual data entry and reporting. The results indicate that student involvement provides effective education, improves tax literacy, and strengthens the connection between tax authorities and the public. These findings underscore the importance of synergy among educational institutions, tax authorities, and society in establishing a transparent and efficient taxation system. The MBKM internship program has proven to not only provide practical experience for students but also contribute directly to combating tax evasion in Indonesia.

Abstract

The background of this study is to improve the economy of the community in Matur District, Agam Regency, which still uses traditional processing methods with buffalo power. The slow production process and limited results result in low efficiency and producer income. Although sugar cane production has increased, dependence on collectors (toke) and the inability to determine prices and increasingly high production costs worsen the economic conditions of the community. Dependence on traditional methods and low income make it difficult for producers to invest in technology that can increase efficiency. This study shows that although this sector has great potential, challenges in access to financing and production management are still major obstacles to improving the quality of life of brown sugar producers in Matur District. Brown Sugar Producers in Matur District, Agam Regency, are the subjects of qualitative research methodology. The data collection methods used are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature reviews. The SWOT analysis method is used in data analysis. Interviews using the IFE, EFE, and SWOT matrices, as well as analysis of the weighted score table are necessary steps in determining internal and external factors. There are four strategies to improve the regional economy in the SWOT matrix. Based on the research results, W-O obtained the highest score of 3.58, followed by S-O with a score of 3.58, S-T with a score of 2.42, and W-T with a score of 2.4. There are four tactics that can be used to improve the regional economy, namely: utilizing strengths to take advantage of market opportunities, taking advantage of market opportunities, and taking advantage of market opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji leksikon flora dan fauna masyarakat Kampung Naga, Jawa Barat, yang mencerminkan hubungan budaya, bahasa, dan lingkungan. Metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mengungkapkan pengelolaan budidaya, pemanfaatan, dan aturan adat dalam konsumsi serta pengolahan hasil alam. Leksikon lokal mencerminkan pengetahuan ekologis dan nilai budaya yang berperan dalam tradisi dan upacara adat. Studi ini menunjukkan bagaimana bahasa dan budaya memelihara kearifan lokal dalam menjaga kelestarian alam dan identitas komunitas.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad ke-21 menuntut adanya inovasi media pembelajaran yang mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar. Namun hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SD, khususnya di kelas III, masih tergolong rendah akibat dominasi metode pembelajaran tradisional yang kurang melibatkan partisipasi aktif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media puzzle dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas III SD pada pembelajaran tematik integratif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber relevan seperti jurnal, buku, artikel ilmiah, dan skripsi terbitan tahun 2015 ke atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media puzzle, sebagai media pembelajaran konkret, mampu merangsang kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui aktivitas menyusun potongan secara logistik, analitis, dan sistematis. Media ini terbukti mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif, fokus, serta terlibat dalam proses analisis, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Selain meningkatkan aspek kognitif, penggunaan media puzzle juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan aspek afektif dan psikomotorik, seperti kerja sama, ketelitian, dan koordinasi visual-motorik. Meskipun memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti kebutuhan waktu dan kreativitas dalam penyusunan, kelebihan media puzzle dalam mendorong pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna menjadikan alternatif efektif dalam pengembangan pemikiran kritis siswa. Dengan demikian, media puzzle layak diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas rendah sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap tantangan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran digital terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPA. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari siswa kelas IV, guru IPA, serta orang tua yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran digital, seperti video interaktif, simulasi, dan aplikasi edukasi, memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias, aktif, dan tertarik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran IPA karena media digital menyajikan konten yang visual, interaktif, dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu, penggunaan media digital juga memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi yang abstrak menjadi lebih konkret. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan akses perangkat dan konektivitas internet, yang memengaruhi optimalisasi penggunaan media digital. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital serta dukungan infrastruktur dari sekolah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, media pembelajaran digital berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa jika didukung dengan perencanaan dan implementasi yang tepat.
