Abstract

This research describes the first, the position of Tradition as the culture of the Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah Babussalam Tarekat which was cultured in the Malay community (Pengamal TNKB) Langkat has been preserved to this day and has become unique local peculiarities withHaul tradition. This research uses the historical method, it is based on the attempt to describe past and present events with the aspects of a phenomenological approach and a qualitative approach, showing more observation results, current interviews. This research also uses library-research. Third, a shift in the berahoi tradition, that many people have careers in government offices, and there is no land for farming, the Haul tradition which is no longer a media for murshid association and Tuan Guru Babussalam's prominent leadership dualism, since the military aggression in 1947 by the Dutch. In line with the findings of the three facts above, researchers used the theory of Evolutionism as proposed by EB Tylor and LH Morgan. When culture develops, there will be a meeting with other cultures, so that the mutual influence between major cultures affects local culture (peripheral culture) which is called Great Tradition and Litel Tradition. The process of change did not occur suddenly, but with an evolutive mechanism, slowly but surely. Abstract

The development of technology in the digital age can’t be avoided in today's life. Nowadays social media is increasingly loved by marketers as a tool to introduce or promote their products because of low costs and can reach more audiences. The development of marketing in this digital era shows that consumers not only buy products but the experiences created and the emergence of emotions are also expected by consumers when consuming a product. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools and the data used are primary data respondents of users of Shinzu'i UME body mist products. The purpose of this study is to find out whether storytelling marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing have an influence on purchasing decisions of Shinzu'i UME body mist products. The results of this study indicate that storytelling marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions, and social media marketing has no influence on purchasing decisions. The low coefficient of determination shown by these three variables in predicting purchasing decisions for Shinzu'i UME body mist products needs to be evaluated in the future.

Customer reviews affect consumer confidence to decide on a purchase, a good brand image will increase consumer trust and create loyalty. This study uses a field approach by distributing online questionnaires as many as 160 samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique with SPSS version 16. The results show that there is no direct influence of customer reviews and brand image variables on consumer trust in the online marketplace in Binjai with partial testing and has a significant effect with simultaneous testing, while on the variable of consumer loyalty there is a direct influence of the variables of customer reviews and consumer trust either partially or simultaneously testing.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Formulation of Regional Regulation Policy Number 3 of 2017 concerning the Riau Malay Customary Institution, Dumai City. This study aims to examine the process of formulating a Perda policy by the Dumai City DPRD and related institutions. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the informants were determined by purposive sampling from various related agencies. The results of the study found that the process of determining Perda policies follows the direction of the prevailing laws, but the compilation process has not been carried out in a holistic manner, it is lacking in depth, especially in the phase of setting the policy agenda. In this context, it was found that the identification of the problem was not very deep related to the problems and peculiarities of the local cultural, customary and historical conditions. Apart from the Perda, there is also no clear framework for protecting, defending and fighting for the fate of indigenous peoples and local communities. Furthermore, in the drafting phase, it has not yet mobilized public participation, including providing public space and public discussions. In fact, this shows the openness in the formulation phase of the Perda. The interesting thing here is that the concept of the Perda in broad terms refers too much to the Perda of the Riau Provincial Malay Customary Institution. So it is advisable to clarify the concept and frame work "so that it is affective in achieving the mission and goals of the Riau Malay Customary Institution. This study concludes that the Perda is more oriented towards micro interests, namely internal organizations, besides the need to have a legal basis, it can also be used as a basis for obtaining grant allocation from the Dumai City APBD.

Abstract

The solar cell module is an electric device that can convert sunlight energy to electric energy directly. Some matters cause solar cell module produceselectric energy unoptimally. One of the problem is position of solar cell module is not vertically coming through the sunlight. This problem is caused by daily earth rotation and yearly earth surrounding the sun. Major Topics of this research are producing a fuzzy logic controlling system so that orientation of solar cell module always follows position of sun periodically. And then comparing power of solar cell module which using controlling system to power of solar cell module which in static orientation. Result of this research, controlling system using fuzzy logic controller is produced, for controlling orientation of solar cell module follows sun position, with error about 4.270, so that power of this solar cell module is higher 10.8% than power of static solar cell module. Average power of static solar cell module is about 2,957 watts, and the energy is about 23,656 watt hour. Else power of dynamic solar cell module is about 3,276 watts, and the energy is about 26,208 watt hour.

Abstract

Hospital patients can respond to meet the expectations and realities of the health service they received. If it does not meet their expectations, there will be dissatisfaction. Consumer dissatisfaction is conveyed in the form of criticism and complaints, so good complaint management is required to provide an early warning system to anticipate serious safety incidents resulting in patient dissatisfaction. This includes complaints at St. Rafael Cancar General Hospital, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara, where most patients complained about the completeness of inpatient and outpatient services, resulting in a review of the Management of Complaint Handling in Health Services at St. Rafael Cancar General Hospital. This research was conducted on internal management and external patients at St. Rafael Cancar General Hospital, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara using qualitative descriptive method with observation and interview with public relations division and patients who have been treated at St. Rafael Cancar General Hospital. The results showed that the management of complaint handling at St. Rafael Cancar General Hospital has not implemented a tiered line of responsibility for complaints. The Public Relations Department often has a role as a complaint resolution party, even though its main function is as a mediator between customers and related units in the management of complaint handling at St. Rafael Cancar General Hospital. Supervision and documentation of complaints at St. Rafael Cancar General Hospital has not developed a Hospital Complaint Management Information System for the effectiveness of complaint resolution control. Patient evaluations showed that they were quite satisfied with the service and follow up on the complaints they have submitted, but there were some service facilities that they think still lacking.

Interestingly, peeling employee job satisfaction in scientific studies is expected to provide various inputs to business managers or business owners who are controlled through work autonomy and innovative behavior in organizations. This research was conducted on the community in the Rantaurapat area around. The questionnaires collected were 100 questionnaires, the respondents in this study were 100 respondents. This research is research using quantitative methods, the researcher in this case distributes questionnaires to get data from respondents using Google Form, and then the data is analyzed using the help of SPSS 23 and AMOS version 23. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been trusted in the previous section, it can be concluded that work autonomy can increase job satisfaction in employees and be able to increase employee innovation behavior. The firm that can provide opportunities for their employees to develop and innovate without feeling pressured at work will provide satisfaction to these employees in working and advancing the company. The results of this study also indicate that job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on innovation behavior, because the direct effect of job autonomy on innovative behavior was greater than indirect effect via job satisfaction.
