The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Neonatal Mortality Rate (NMR) are significant public health concerns in Indonesia. The elevated Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Neonatal Mortality Rate (NMR) adversely affect the quality of life within the community, particularly for mothers and children. Mitigating maternal mortality rates (MMR) and neonatal mortality rates (NMR) has emerged as a priority to fulfil the Sustainable Development Goals and enhance the quality of healthcare services. Despite a reduction, the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and neonatal mortality rate (NMR) in Indonesia remain substantial, necessitating expedited efforts to achieve the 2024 objectives. Maternal and neonatal mortality are interconnected, as the mother's health status influences the infant's health status. This research used the Geographically Weighted Bivariate Generalised Poisson Regression (GWBGPR) model utilising Adaptive Bisquare and Adaptive Tricube Kernel weights to analyse maternal and neonatal mortality rates. The estimate of the GWBGPR model parameters use Maximum Likelihood estimate (MLE) with the Newton-Raphson iterative approach, alongside hypothesis testing via Maximum Likelihood Ratio Test (MLRT). This study's sample population comprises data on maternal and newborn death rates and their contributing factors throughout 34 provinces in Indonesia for the year 2022, sourced from the Profile of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The analysis indicates that the GWBGPR model utilising the Adaptive Tricube Kernel is the most effective model, evidenced by the lowest AIC value. The primary independent variables influencing maternal and newborn mortality rates are the percentage of K4 prenatal care visits (X1) and the percentage of mothers getting Fe3 pills (X2).

Students' problem-solving skills in solving social arithmetic are still experiencing difficulties, namely in terms of identifying problems, designing solutions in applying the right concepts and there are still errors in reasoning. In addition, in the current learning proces, it is necessary to utilize technology to motivate students to learn, but the media that has been applied so far has not been able to adjust to the needs of students. The existence of these problem requires a learning model assisted by media with nuances of local wisdom to be able to practice problem-solving skills. So this study aims to determine the implementation of the PBL model assisted by Arso media with nuances of local wisdom to improve mathematical problem-solving skills. This research is an experimental research in one of the private MTs in Bandungan. The data collection technique uses mathematical problem-solving ability test (pretest and posttest). Based on the mathematical problem-solving ability test, the average pretest score of 47.38 and posttest 80.66 and the n-gain value of 0.6163 with medium criteria were obtained, so it was stated that Arso media with nuances of local wisdom with PBL model can improve students mathematical problem-solving ability with moderate criteria.

This study aims to determine the influence of the problem-based learning model on the mathematical problem-solving ability of vocational school students. This study uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method by reviewing as many as 20 articles from journal publications from January 2019 to March 2024. The data analysis techniques taken used the interaction model (Miles & Huberman), namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The application of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model has a positive effect on the mathematical problem-solving ability of vocational school students, there is a better difference in the value of the experimental class that is treated with the PBL model compared to the control class that is treated with the conventional learning model, and is worth testing along with supporting learning media. The science of statistics is required to continue to develop following the times, because the more the characteristics of the data available in the field are increasingly diverse. The more types of data, the more statistical analysis methods are developed, including hierarchical structured data. P3KE data is new data complementing DTKS which is the basis for the government in distributing social assistance. P3KE data becomes a reference in determining KPM BLT DD. Wanasari is a village that is accustomed to determining KPM BLT DD based on the results of deliberations at the kedusunan level (Musdus). In Wanasari Village, there is often a problem of inconsistency between the KPM candidates from the Musdus and the P3KE data from BKKBN provided through the Cianjur District government. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the components that have a significant effect on the Welfare Decile of Wanasari Village P3KE data. The data is considered to be hierarchically structured with ordinal response variables. Therefore, multilevel ordinal logistic regression analysis with Bayesian parameter estimation will be used to obtain the best model. Normal (0.10) and Cauchi (0.2.5) priors were compared to find the best model. The results show that the P3KE data of Wanasari Village is hierarchical data because the results of two-level logistic regression analysis are better than one level. The study also concluded that Bayesian parameter estimation is better when using Cauchy prior (0.2.5) both for β coefficient estimation and inter-departmental diversity estimation. The best model obtained is able to explain the diversity between neighborhoods by 1.07 and has an accuracy of 63.23%. Predictor variables that have a significant effect include civil registration equivalents, having money/jewelry/livestock/etc. saved, wall type, cooking fuel, drinking water source, stunting risk, and number of households.

Differences in educational facilities can influence access to education and the quality of education in a region. The aim of this study is to map the distribution of educational facilities in Padang Pariaman Regency using the K-Means Clustering method. Data were obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) which includes the number of schools in each district. The analysis determined the optimal number of Clusters through the Silhouette Score, then Clustered districts based on the characteristics of educational facilities. The results showed that two main Clusters were identified, Cluster 1 comprised the districts with poor educational facilities and Cluster 2 included those with better educational facilities. Comparing this with the school-age population shows several districts having a large number of school-age residents in Cluster 1, implying an uneven distribution of educational facilities. Thus, it calls for policies that would equalize educational facilities more particularly in districts where there is high demand but limited access to those facilities. Among the recommendations is the construction of new schools, the upgrading of existing ones, and access to private institutions to improve access to education. Future research should also consider economic conditions, the number of educators, and the quality of educational facilities to draw more comprehensive policy recommendations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability to understand the concept of infinite series using Augmented Reality in the Geogebra application at Medan State University. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The instruments for collecting data in this research were interviews and analytical skills tests. Three students from the mathematics education study program class PSPM 23 B, Medan State University, were taken as samples for interviews and analytical skills tests. The test is carried out on infinite series material. Next, analysis of all data was carried out using the following steps: data reduction stage, data presentation stage, and conclusions. The research results show that: 1. Students with a visual learning style tend to understand concepts more easily through graphic displays and simulations provided by AR. They can identify patterns and shapes of infinite series better, but some of them have difficulty generalizing the concept and connecting it to broader theory, 2. Students with an auditory learning style rely more on verbal explanations and discussions to understand the material. Although they can grasp concepts through communication-based learning strategies, they are less than optimal in understanding the direct visualizations presented by AR. This shows that the use of AR needs to be supported with clearer narratives or guidance for students with this learning style. 3. Students with a kinesthetic learning style show the most significant increase in understanding. With AR, they can interact directly with the concepts being studied, see shape changes in real-time, and understand the growth patterns of infinite series more concretely. This proves that interactive technology-based learning is very effective for students who rely more on direct experience in understanding the material.

Technological advances in education have brought significant changes in learning methods, including the use of Augmented Reality (AR) as an interactive media to improve students' understanding of the concept of rows. This study aims to analyze the effect of using AR on the understanding of the concept of sequence in the Real Analysis course, especially in the aspects of sequence limit, sequence tail, and sequence operation. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis method, where the data is collected through tests given to three students who are the research subjects. Augmented reality developed in this study visualizes the concept of limit of a line by displaying points that are getting closer to the x-axis, as well as adding elements of the tail of the line to test students' understanding of the part of a line. The results showed variations in students' level of understanding of each concept tested, and revealed some conceptual errors that occurred during the testing process. The discussion in this study highlights the effectiveness of AR in facilitating student understanding, as well as identifying factors that influence success in understanding the concept of rows in more depth.

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is an indicator in measuring the economic growth of a region. In this research, the aim is to analyze the factors that influence GRDP in North Sumatra in 2012-2023 using the panel data regression method. Panel data regression analysis is a statistical method that combines time series and cross-section data to capture dynamics over time and differences between regions more comprehensively. The independent variables analyzed include Per Capita Expenditure, Original Regional Income (PAD), Population Density, Education Level, and Poverty Level. The selection of the best regression model was carried out through the Chow Test and Hausman Test, which showed that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was the most appropriate model. And it was found that the variables PAD, Education Level, and Poverty Level had a significant influence on GRDP, while Per Capita Expenditure and Population Density did not have a partially significant influence.
