Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the priority suppliers in the repackaging division. The main problem is that there are no results of the assessment of the existing criteria, namely one criterion with other criteria is considered to be superior in selecting a vendor. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis tool. The results of this assessment are the supplier's performance to the company using the AHP method based on the right criteria, namely, Dynastyindo with very good results and World Expert with quite good results. The Dynastyndo vendor is classified as very good for March 2021, while the World Expert vendor can improve its performance further. The key findings are, the criteria that are considered most important at this time are price and both services. So that these two things can be focused which can then be seen in terms of which sub-criteria or indicators need to be repaired from vendors who have problems.Policy recommendations as a follow-up to research that still has limitations, it is necessary to carry out actual vendor assessments for all vendors that work with PT. DG Pack Wahana Multi Logsitk using actual data from the current month.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the number of incidents of marine pollution caused by the disposal of dirty oil waste from commercial ships docked and berthed at the pier as a result of marine pollution. This study will also investigate whether they have an impact on the disruption of shipping safety and the marine environment. The method of data analysis is Structural Equation Modelling with Smart PLS version as its tool. The population in this study was 131 officers in the field of guarding, patrolling, and investigating. A sample of 99 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. The results show that the supervision of marine pollution has a positive effect on the performance of the harbormaster. Marine pollution supervision can improve the harbourmaster’s performance and positively impact shipping safety. Abstract

This research aims to measure service quality and timeliness which has an impact on passenger loyalty and passenger satisfaction on the Argo Parahyangan train. Some problems, such as the frequency of use of the Bandung-Jakarta Argo Parahyangan Railway transportation services, have not shown a minimum limit every weekend. There is still a difference between the departure and actual arrival of the Argo Parahyangan train against the schedule that has been set. The arrangement of the operating plan has not been maximized due to limited facilities. Research with a sample of 89 respondents and data analysis method using the method of path analysis. The results show that passenger satisfaction can mediate the indirect effect of service quality on passenger loyalty. Passenger satisfaction is able to mediate the indirect effect of punctuality on passenger loyalty. The key finding of this research is the perception of passengers who feel they have never received other services as comfortable as rail transportation and state that they will not switch to using rail transportation.

In addition, the Bus Rapid Transit program, commonly referred to as Trans Mataram Bus, was also aimed to reduce congestion and the number of private vehicles. By reducing the private vehicles on the road, it was expected that the air pollution would also be reduced. The fact that the program is no longer running, considering the large fund spent to build the program and some goals mentioned, this research aim is to find out why the Mataram Bus Rapid Transit program is currently not running using the perception of Mataram people. The research method used Descriptive with a Quantitative approach. The data was taken using observation, interview, literature review and questionnaire. The results show that the Bus Rapid Transit program in Mataram is not working due to the lack of public interest in public transportation services. There are some reasons related which are the Bus Rapid Transit routes or services, at that time, did not cover all areas in Mataram, there is no specific lane for Bus Rapid Transit, the location of the bus stop is far from the residential area and the lack of socialization related to the program so that many communities did not get clear information.
