Abstract

Purpose - This study investigates the relationship between teacher stress and self-efficacy, with gender as a moderating factor, among teachers working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Enugu State, Nigeria. Method- A correlational survey research design was employed, guided by two research questions and hypotheses. The study sample comprised 300 teachers purposively selected from special and conventional schools across various educational levels in Enugu State. The participants included 133 (44.3%) males and 167 (55.7%) females. Data were collected using the Teachers' Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES), with a reliability coefficient of 0.97, and the Rosenberg’s Teachers’ Stress Assessment Scale (RTSAS), with a reliability coefficient of 0.83. Both instruments contained 15 items measured on a four-point Likert scale. Results - The findings indicated a significant positive but weak relationship between teacher stress and self-efficacy among teachers handling children with ASD. This suggests that increased stress may correspond to increased self-efficacy levels, possibly due to the development of adaptive skills and functional coping mechanisms. Additionally, gender did not moderate this relationship, suggesting that observed differences in favor of males might be attributed to chance. Implications - The results highlight the importance of targeted support programmes for teachers working with children with ASD. Enhancing teacher self-efficacy while addressing stress levels can contribute to improved teaching outcomes and teacher well-being. Originality/Value - This study contributes to the understanding of the dynamics between stress and self-efficacy among teachers of children with ASD in a Nigerian context. It highlights the critical need for interventions tailored to this unique teaching environment. *** Tujuan - Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan antara stres guru dan efikasi diri, dengan gender sebagai faktor moderator, di antara guru yang bekerja dengan anak-anak dengan gangguan spektrum autisme (ASD) di Negara Bagian Enugu, Nigeria. Metode- Desain penelitian survei korelasional digunakan, dipandu oleh dua pertanyaan penelitian dan hipotesis. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 300 guru yang dipilih secara purposif dari sekolah khusus dan sekolah konvensional di berbagai tingkat pendidikan di Negara Bagian Enugu. Para peserta terdiri dari 133 (44,3%) laki-laki dan 167 (55,7%) perempuan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Teachers' Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES), dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,97, dan Rosenberg's Teachers' Stress Assessment Scale (RTSAS), dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,83. Kedua instrumen tersebut berisi 15 item yang diukur dengan skala Likert empat poin. Hasil - Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan namun lemah antara stres guru dan efikasi diri di antara para guru yang menangani anak-anak dengan ASD. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan stres mungkin berhubungan dengan peningkatan tingkat efikasi diri, mungkin karena pengembangan keterampilan adaptif dan mekanisme koping fungsional. Selain itu, jenis kelamin tidak memoderasi hubungan ini, menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan yang diamati dalam mendukung laki-laki mungkin disebabkan oleh kebetulan. Implikasi - Hasil penelitian menyoroti pentingnya program dukungan yang ditargetkan untuk guru yang bekerja dengan anak-anak dengan ASD. Meningkatkan efikasi diri guru sambil mengatasi tingkat stres dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil pengajaran dan kesejahteraan guru. Keaslian/Nilai - Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang dinamika antara stres dan efikasi diri di antara para guru anak-anak dengan ASD dalam konteks Nigeria. Penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan kritis akan intervensi yang disesuaikan dengan lingkungan pengajaran yang unik ini.

Abstract

Purpose - This study examines the complex relationship between career decision-making and mental health challenges among adolescents, with a focus on the sociocultural factors that influence their experiences. Method - A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with adolescents aged 15 to 18. Secondary participants, including teachers, counsellors, and parents, provided additional perspectives. Results - The findings reveal that adolescents' career choices are shaped by parental expectations, peer influences, cultural norms, and gender roles. These factors contribute to increased stress, anxiety, and indecision. Urban adolescents reported feeling overwhelmed by societal expectations and the abundance of career options, whereas rural adolescents faced restricted opportunities and societal pressure to follow traditional career paths. Furthermore, inadequate access to career guidance and mental health support services exacerbated these challenges. Implications - The study highlights the necessity for culturally adapted interventions that integrate career counselling and mental health support. Such interventions can empower adolescents to make informed career decisions while addressing their emotional well-being. Originality/Value - This research provides constructive insights into the underexplored relationship between mental health and career decision-making within sociocultural contexts in Nigeria. It highlights the importance of addressing sociocultural dynamics to develop effective support systems for adolescents in diverse settings. *** Tujuan - Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan kompleks antara pengambilan keputusan karier dan tantangan kesehatan mental di kalangan remaja, dengan fokus pada faktor sosiokultural yang memengaruhi pengalaman mereka. Metode - Desain penelitian kualitatif digunakan, dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dengan remaja berusia 15 hingga 18 tahun. Partisipan sekunder, termasuk guru, konselor, dan orang tua, memberikan perspektif tambahan. Hasil - Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pilihan karier remaja dibentuk oleh harapan orang tua, pengaruh teman sebaya, norma budaya, dan peran gender. Faktor-faktor ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan stres, kecemasan, dan keraguan. Remaja di perkotaan melaporkan bahwa mereka merasa terbebani oleh ekspektasi masyarakat dan banyaknya pilihan karier, sedangkan remaja di pedesaan menghadapi kesempatan yang terbatas dan tekanan masyarakat untuk mengikuti jalur karier tradisional. Selain itu, akses yang tidak memadai terhadap bimbingan karier dan layanan dukungan kesehatan mental memperparah tantangan-tantangan ini. Implikasi - Studi ini menyoroti perlunya intervensi yang disesuaikan dengan budaya yang mengintegrasikan konseling karier dan dukungan kesehatan mental. Intervensi semacam itu dapat memberdayakan remaja untuk membuat keputusan karier yang tepat sambil menangani kesejahteraan emosional mereka. Keaslian/Nilai - Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan konstruktif tentang hubungan yang belum dieksplorasi antara kesehatan mental dan pengambilan keputusan karier dalam konteks sosiokultural di Nigeria. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya menangani dinamika sosiokultural untuk mengembangkan sistem dukungan yang efektif bagi remaja di lingkungan yang beragam.

Abstract

Purpose – This study investigated the influence of emotional intelligence on the academic performance of senior secondary school students in Edo State, Nigeria. Method – A Descriptive survey research design was adopted, and 200 students constituted the sample for the study.   The emotional intelligence questionnaire (EIQ) was used to collect data for the study. The data was analyzed using regression analysis. Result – The findings showed that emotional intelligence significantly influenced the academic performance of the secondary school students. There was a significant difference in emotional intelligence by sex and age among students in their academic performance. Based on the study's findings, it was concluded that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on students’ academic performance. Implication – It was recommended that school counselors should provide skills acquisition training on emotional intelligence and also place an emphasis on strengthening emotional intelligence skills for both sexes. Originality/Value – This study contributes novel empirical evidence from the Nigerian educational context by demonstrating the significant predictive role of emotional intelligence on academic performance among secondary school students, while uniquely revealing gender and age-related variations that inform targeted counseling interventions for improving educational outcomes in West African learning environments. *** Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi akademik siswa sekolah menengah atas di Negara Bagian Edo, Nigeria. Metode – Desain penelitian survei deskriptif digunakan, dengan 200 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Kuesioner Kecerdasan Emosional (EIQ) digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil – Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional secara signifikan mempengaruhi prestasi akademik siswa sekolah menengah atas. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kecerdasan emosional berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia di antara siswa dalam prestasi akademik mereka. Berdasarkan temuan studi ini, disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik siswa. Implikasi – Disarankan agar konselor sekolah memberikan pelatihan pengembangan keterampilan kecerdasan emosional dan juga menekankan pada penguatan keterampilan kecerdasan emosional bagi kedua jenis kelamin. Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris baru dari konteks pendidikan Nigeria dengan menunjukkan peran prediktif yang signifikan dari kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi akademik siswa sekolah menengah, sambil secara unik mengungkap variasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia yang dapat menjadi dasar intervensi konseling yang ditargetkan untuk meningkatkan hasil pendidikan di lingkungan belajar Afrika Barat.

Abstract

Purpose – This study examines the relationship between financial stress and mental health, focusing on adaptation mechanisms and the socio-cultural factors influencing resilience. It also identifies key research trends, emerging themes, and global collaborations. Method – A bibliometric analysis was conducted on 488 articles from the Scopus database (2019–2024). The study employed multiple linear regression and path analysis to assess the effects of financial stress on mental health, with socio-cultural factors as an intervening variable. A sample of 100 individuals was selected using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using R software and the Biblioshiny application, incorporating keyword analysis, research collaboration mapping, and thematic classification. Result – The findings indicate a significant increase in research on financial stress, mental health, and coping strategies. Cross-country collaborations have strengthened, particularly among the United States, the United Kingdom, and China. Emerging topics such as financial resilience and adaptive strategies are gaining attention. The study highlights the complex relationship between financial stress and mental well-being, influenced by economic conditions and social support systems. Implication – The study suggests integrating financial and psychological interventions to enhance coping mechanisms and improve societal well-being, offering insights for policymakers. Originality/Value – This research is the first to incorporate socio-cultural factors as an intervening variable, providing a comprehensive framework for understanding financial stress and mental health. *** Tujuan – Studi ini mengkaji hubungan antara stres keuangan dan kesehatan mental, dengan fokus pada mekanisme adaptasi dan faktor-faktor sosio-budaya yang memengaruhi ketahanan. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi tren penelitian utama, tema-tema yang muncul, dan kolaborasi global. Metode – Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan pada 488 artikel dari basis data Scopus (2019–2024). Studi ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur untuk menilai dampak stres keuangan terhadap kesehatan mental, dengan faktor sosio-budaya sebagai variabel perantara. Studi ini menyoroti hubungan kompleks antara stres keuangan dan kesejahteraan mental, yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi ekonomi dan sistem dukungan sosial. Implikasi – Studi ini menyarankan integrasi intervensi keuangan dan psikologis untuk meningkatkan mekanisme penanggulangan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, memberikan wawasan bagi pembuat kebijakan. Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini merupakan yang pertama kali memasukkan faktor sosio-budaya sebagai variabel perantara, menyediakan kerangka kerja komprehensif untuk memahami stres keuangan dan kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to measure the effectiveness of implementing the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) talking chips method in classical guidance services to increase the self-confidence of students of class X TPFL 1 at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Method – This research used a quantitative approach and the PjBL method. The research subjects were 35 Class X TPFL 1 students, and the research was conducted at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. The data analysis used a Paired T-Test. Result – The results showed that the data of the self-confidence scale results obtained an increase in the average value of the pretest of 50.23, postest 1 of 71.14, and postest 2 of 85.63, which shows that the project-based learning approach of talking chips technique in classical guidance is effective in increasing student confidence, especially with the application of interactive methods that encourage active involvement. Implication – The results of this study are expected to provide new variations for counseling teachers in conducting classical guidance learning with the talking chips technique, which can enhance student engagement in learning. Originality/Value – This research is the first to combine project-based learning and talking chip techniques in classical guidance services. *** Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penerapan metode Project-Based Learning (PjBL) talking chips dalam layanan bimbingan klasik untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X TPFL 1 di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode PjBL. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 siswa kelas X TPFL 1, dan penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Analisis data menggunakan Uji T Berpasangan. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data skala kepercayaan diri menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pretest sebesar 50,23, postest 1 sebesar 71,14, dan postest 2 sebesar 85,63, yang menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan teknik talking chips dalam bimbingan klasik efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa, terutama dengan penerapan metode interaktif yang mendorong partisipasi aktif. Implikasi – Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan variasi baru bagi guru bimbingan konseling dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran bimbingan klasik dengan teknik talking chips, yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini merupakan yang pertama kali menggabungkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan teknik talking chips dalam layanan bimbingan klasik.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to see the extent of the relationship between loneliness, nomophobia, and psychological well-being of Maulana Hasanuddin Islamic University Banten. Method – This study involved 69 students who were selected using convenience sampling techniques, class of 2020-2023. The measuring instruments used in this study were loneliness, nomophobia, and psychological well-being. Result – The results of this study indicate a negative and significant relationship between the three variables, namely loneliness, nomophobia and psychological well-being of migrant students. Based on the findings of the study, it shows that migrant students who feel lonely will be more dependent on smartphones as a source of connection to their social networks. This can lead to increased nomophobia, and reduce their psychological well-being. If migrant students experience anxiety when they cannot use their smartphones, this will worsen feelings of loneliness and reduce psychological well-being. Implication – The importance of the results of this study can be a basis for campuses and counseling service institutions to design interventions that support mental health, such as programs to improve social skills, stress management, and healthy digital literacy to prevent dependence on gadgets as an escape from social isolation. Originality/Value – This study examines the relationship between three psychological variables simultaneously, namely loneliness, nomophobia, and psychological well-being, specifically in the group of migrant students. This study provides a new perspective on the factors that influence the psychological well-being of students in the context of educational mobility and technological progress.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to find out how applying classical guidance services with the Think Pair Share method increases the confidence of students in class X TKP 1 at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Method – This research used a quantitative approach and Guidance Action Research (PTBK) method. The research subjects were 36 class X TKP 1 students, and the research location was held at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. The data analysis used a Paired T-Test. Result – The results showed that the think-pair share method in classical guidance services effectively increased the self-confidence of students in class X TKP 1 at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. This improvement can be seen from various indicators, such as confidence in self-ability, courage to express opinions, and ability to socialise. Implication – The result of this research is expected to provide a new variation for counselling teachers in conducting classical guidance learning with the think-pair share method, where this method can increase self-confidence in students. Originality/Value – This research is a research that discusses the implementation of classical guidance services using the think-pair share method to increase self-confidence in students. *** Tujuan – Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan layanan bimbingan klasik dengan metode Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X TKP 1 di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan (PTBK). Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas X TKP 1, dan lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode think-pair share dalam layanan bimbingan klasik secara efektif meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X TKP 1 di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. Peningkatan ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai indikator, seperti kepercayaan diri dalam kemampuan diri, keberanian untuk mengemukakan pendapat, dan kemampuan bersosialisasi. Implikasi – Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan variasi baru bagi guru bimbingan konseling dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran bimbingan klasik dengan metode think-pair share, di mana metode ini dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang membahas implementasi layanan bimbingan klasik menggunakan metode think-pair share untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of Islamic spiritual guidance as a solution to the spiritual well-being problems faced by diabetes mellitus patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug Hospital. This research focuses on the impact of holistic care involving physical, psychological, psychosocial, and spiritual dimensions.Method - This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological perspective. Data collection methods included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Participants consisted of patients and their families, along with Islamic spiritual counsellors at PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug Hospital.Result - The results showed that Islamic spiritual guidance is delivered through verbal methods (counselling, advice, and motivation), written or visual methods (Islamic-themed writings and artwork displayed in hospital rooms), and audio methods (recitation of Qur'anic verses via speakers). The guidance materials included teachings on tawakal (reliance on God), tauhid (monotheism), and worship practices (prayer and purification methods adapted for patient conditions). The study found that these methods enhanced patients' personal and communal well-being, helped them find purpose in life, and fostered positive attitudes.Implication - This method suggests that integrating Islamic spiritual guidance in healthcare settings can significantly improve the spiritual well-being of patients, enhancing their overall recovery process and quality of life.Originality - This research is the first study to comprehensively explore the integration of Islamic spiritual guidance as a holistic approach to address the spiritual well-being of diabetes mellitus patients in a hospital setting, particularly at PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug Hospital.***Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi bimbingan rohani Islam sebagai solusi terhadap masalah kesejahteraan spiritual pada pasien diabetes melitus di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug. Fokus penelitian ini adalah dampak dari pelayanan holistik yang meliputi dimensi fisik, psikologis, psikososial, dan spiritual.Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan perspektif fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan terdiri dari pasien dan keluarga pasien, serta petugas rohani di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan rohani Islam dilakukan melalui metode lisan (konseling, nasihat, dan motivasi), metode tertulis atau visual (menempatkan tulisan dan karya seni Islami di kamar rumah sakit), dan metode audio (melantunkan ayat-ayat suci Al Qur'an melalui pengeras suara). Materi bimbingan meliputi ajaran tawakal (berserah diri kepada Allah), tauhid (keimanan kepada Allah), serta bimbingan ibadah (salat dan thaharah yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi pasien). Studi ini menemukan bahwa metode ini mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan pribadi dan komunal pasien, membantu mereka menemukan tujuan hidup, dan mendorong sikap positif.Implikasi - Metode ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi bimbingan spiritual Islam dalam perawatan kesehatan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kesejahteraan spiritual pasien, sehingga mempercepat proses pemulihan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka.Keaslian - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang secara komprehensif mengeksplorasi integrasi bimbingan rohani Islam sebagai pendekatan holistik dalam menangani kesejahteraan spiritual pasien diabetes melitus di rumah sakit, khususnya di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug.

Abstract

Purpose -  The research conducted aims to complement previous research on differences in moral cultivation carried out by parents in educating children. Method - This quantitative research was conducted to examine differences in parents' moral instilling in educating children in four regions in South Sulawesi, namely Parepare, Barru, Sidrap, and Pinrang. The research subjects were 133 parents who had children between the ages of 6 and 12 years. Results - The results showed that there were differences in the moral inculcation of parents in educating children in the South Sulawesi region with statistical similarities, namely (Sig) < 0.05 or (0.003) < 0.05. Implication - The research conducted recommends that parents be provided with pills or carry out psychoeducation regarding moral values and parenting. This aims to prepare a superior generation who is able to compete and be accepted in society amidst the increasingly rapid development of science and technology. Originality/Value - There are differences in the cultivation of morals carried out by parents in educating children in the South Sulawesi region. This is in line with research conducted by Children learn about right and wrong things from parents. The family atmosphere and the way of disciplining children are factors that play an important role. *** Tujuan - Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk melengkapi penelitian sebelumnya mengenai perbedaan penanaman moral yang dilakukan orang tua dalam mendidik anak. Metode - Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan untuk menguji perbedaan penanaman moral orang tua dalam mendidik anak di empat daerah di Sulawesi Selatan, yaitu Parepare, Barru, Sidrap, dan Pinrang. Subjek penelitian adalah 133 orang tua yang memiliki anak berusia antara 6 dan 12 tahun. Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan penanaman moral orang tua dalam mendidik anak di wilayah Sulawesi Selatan dengan kesamaan secara statistik, yaitu (Sig) < 0,05 atau (0,003) < 0,05. Implikasi - Penelitian yang dilakukan merekomendasikan agar para orang tua dibekali dengan pil atau melakukan psikoedukasi mengenai nilai-nilai moral dan pola asuh anak. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan generasi unggul yang mampu bersaing dan diterima di masyarakat di tengah perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Orisinalitas/Nilai - Terdapat perbedaan penanaman moral yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dalam mendidik anak di wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Anak belajar tentang hal yang benar dan salah dari orang tua. Suasana keluarga dan cara mendisiplinkan anak menjadi faktor yang berperan penting.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research was to examine career assessment tools for evaluating students with specific learning disabilities (SLDs).Method - The paper adopted a narrative literature review of research papers connected to assessment tools for SLD students. Among the databases looked at were Pubmed, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, and PsycINFO.Result  -  The results emphasize the need for assessment tools to take certain domains of difficulty into consideration when evaluating the interests and skills of students with SLDs and profiling the learning characteristics linked with the individual learning impairment also offers useful information for job preparation.Implication – Students with SLDs typically have limited career options so it would be crucial to consider career evaluation as part of the career planning and transitioning process for this group.Originality - This research reinforces the significance of employing career assessment tools for the evaluation of persons with SLDs in the process of career transition.***Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji alat asesmen karir untuk mengevaluasi siswa dengan ketidakmampuan belajar spesifik (SLD).Metode - Makalah ini menggunakan tinjauan literatur naratif terhadap makalah penelitian yang berhubungan dengan alat penilaian untuk siswa SLD. Di antara basis data yang ditinjau adalah Pubmed, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, dan PsycINFO.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menekankan perlunya alat asesmen untuk mempertimbangkan domain kesulitan tertentu ketika mengevaluasi minat dan keterampilan siswa dengan SLD dan membuat profil karakteristik pembelajaran yang terkait dengan gangguan belajar individu juga menawarkan informasi yang berguna untuk persiapan kerja.Implikasi - Siswa dengan SLD biasanya memiliki pilihan karir yang terbatas, sehingga akan sangat penting untuk mempertimbangkan evaluasi karir sebagai bagian dari perencanaan karir dan proses transisi untuk kelompok ini.Keaslian - Penelitian ini memperkuat pentingnya penggunaan alat asesmen karir untuk mengevaluasi siswa dengan SLD dalam proses transisi karir.
