Abstract

This study examines the impact of short-form video marketing, influencer relatability, and trust signals on Generation Z’s purchase intention in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 400 respondents aged 18 to 27 who actively engage with short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts and have made recent online purchases. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that all three variables significantly and positively influence purchase intention, with influencer relatability showing the strongest effect. The findings underscore the importance of authentic influencer connections, engaging video content, and transparent trust signals in shaping the purchasing decisions of digital-native consumers. This research offers valuable implications for marketers seeking to optimize digital marketing strategies tailored to Generation Z’s unique preferences and behaviors.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of retro-themed content, emotional resonance, and brand consistency on customer re-engagement. Using a structured questionnaire adapted from established scales, data were collected from 300 respondents and analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability testing, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple regression. The findings reveal that retro-themed content positively influences customer re-engagement both directly and indirectly through emotional resonance, which serves as a significant mediator. Brand consistency also contributes positively to customer re-engagement, though to a lesser extent. These results highlight the importance of leveraging nostalgia in marketing strategies while ensuring consistent brand messaging to strengthen emotional connections and encourage repeated interactions. The study provides theoretical and practical insights for marketers seeking to enhance customer loyalty through retro-themed campaigns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the impact of problem-based learning models on mathematical learning, namely achieving the achievement of mathematical learning goals. The method used in this study is a systematic method of literature review. From the results of the search strategy, 200 articles were found from 2010 to 2021, and were gradually systematically selected in 10 articles related to the topic of problem-based learning models in mathematics. The results of this study show that the impact of problem-based learning models claims mathematics learning. It shows that 10 tested articles can answer research questions. In other words, (1) How are mathematical learning goals achieved based on the results of reviews of research articles on problem-based learning models? (2) Do problem-based learning models affect the achievement of mathematics learning goals? The results and results of these articles show an increase in construction of mathematics learning goals after the implementation of problem-based learning models in mathematics. This means that (1) increase students' cognitive skills, (2) improve problem-solving capabilities, (3) increase student learning outcomes, and (4) increase student growth. These results demonstrate that there is an impact of problem-based learning models on mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the school climate at SMK Negeri 1 Martapura, assess the level of teacher job satisfaction, and examine the correlation between school climate and teacher job satisfaction. A survey method with a correlation approach was employed, using questionnaires distributed to 25 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Martapura as respondents. To collect data on variables X (school climate) and Y (teacher job satisfaction), a Likert-scale questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The results of this study indicated that teachers perceive their school climate as an open type; however, the intimacy dimension remains relatively low. In addition, many teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Martapura reported a moderate level of job satisfaction. The product-moment correlation coefficient test yields a count of 0.612, which is greater than the table of 0.396 at a 5% significance level. This demonstrates a positive correlation between school climate and teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the legal position of suretyship (borg) in Indonesian bankruptcy and debt suspension (PKPU) proceedings, focusing on the principle of justice. The study addresses the incomplete norms in Law Number 37 of 2004, which do not explicitly regulate petitions against sureties. Using a normative juridical method based on statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, the research finds that sureties are often treated as debtors, even though the Indonesian Civil Code defines suretyship as accessory and subsidiary. Several court verdicts have accepted joint petitions against debtors and sureties without independent proof or separate legal assessment. This precedent undermines commutative and procedural justice, as the surety does not bear primary responsibility and is not a joint and several debtors. These findings indicate the need for legal reform to ensure that the surety receives separate procedural treatment aligned with their legal capacity.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Article 127b of Permen ATR/BPN Number 16 of 2021, which pertains to the registration of Deeds of Sale and Purchase Agreements (PPJB) and Deeds of Lease on registered land at the Land Office. The legal issue raised is the discrepancy between das sein (the reality on the ground) and das sollen (the legal provisions that should apply). In the Malang Raya region, these provisions are often overlooked or not implemented as they should be, resulting in numerous disputes over land and buildings based on PPJB and lease agreements. This study employs an empirical method grounded in theories of legal effectiveness, legal certainty, and legal utility. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Article 127B has been ineffective because the three indicators of legal effectiveness—legal Substance, legal Structure, and legal culture—have not been met. The primary causes are the inadequate enforcement of regulations and a lack of understanding among relevant parties regarding the registration mechanism. Therefore, technical guidelines, as well as socialization and training, are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of implementing this article and prevent disputes in the future.
