Abstract

Artikel ini fokus mengkaji bagaimana memodelkan strategi penegakan aturan kelas melalui pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model strategis penerapan aturan sekolah melalui pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah Islam terpadu kota makassar dilaksanakan melalui tahapan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar dan mengkomunikasikan peraturan sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman. dan suasana sekolah yang tenteram, sehingga selama proses belajar mengajar siswa, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan merasa berada dalam lingkungan yang kondusif. Aturan yang dimaksud antara lain: peraturan disiplin sekolah, tata busana, kegiatan belajar mengajar dan kegiatan ibadah. Abstract

This study proposes a new approach to learning for third-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah NW Talun, East Lombok. The main objective is to enhance students' intelligence levels through the development of innovative teaching methods. The research combines a thematic approach with information technology to create a more interactive and engaging learning experience. Involving teachers, students, and technology, this method is designed to enrich conceptual understanding and stimulate the creativity and curiosity of students. The research results demonstrate a significant improvement in academic achievement and student engagement, fostering a more dynamic and collaborative learning environment. These findings contribute to the development of a more adaptive and relevant curriculum, providing practical insights for educators and educational institutions seeking to enhance the quality of elementary-level learning.

Abstract

Providing education is important in any country in the world. Educational institutions as a forum where the educational process takes place have a strategic role in making educational activities a success. Through education, humans are forged and formed into individuals who have competitive abilities in the midst of society. Teachers as drivers of education have a complex task in creating quality education. Thus, teachers should receive special attention from various parties, especially the government. This attention must at least be realized in the form of providing compensation and rewards to teachers. Because compensation and rewards will be able to build work motivation so that quality education will be realized. This article will describe compensation and rewards in improving employee performance. The study method in this paper is using the library research method. Library research is a research method that uses literature and documents to reveal the problem that is the research topic. From the results of the study, it was found that compensation and rewards have a very big impact on teachers. Rewards can boost teacher performance and build teacher trust in institutional leaders. Compensation and rewards are a form of appreciation for teachers for their services in educating, guiding and developing students

Abstract

Education today has become an integral part of the public sphere. For example, how the government created and implemented the National Examination (UN) policy and then turned it into a Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) activity, an evaluation program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This evaluation program is intended to improve the quality of education by photographing the input, process and output of learning in all educational units. This policy has advantages and disadvantages. This means that the national exam is not only a concern for certain people or groups, but also a concern for Indonesian society as a whole, therefore a new policy has emerged, namely the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK). The aim of writing this journal is to examine educational policy research so that it can be used as a consideration in making educational policies in the future. Meanwhile, the writing method in this journal uses the library method, where the study sources come from literature that discusses education policy research

Abstract

In this article, we discuss how to evaluate and reward teaching staff through transfers, rotations, demotions and promotions. Educators need to pay great attention to developing and improving teacher qualifications, if we want to improve the quality of education. Organizations use rotations, transfers, demotions and promotions to meet internal change needs, increase human resources and optimize workforce placement in the hope that teaching staff will develop further. This article also discusses the aims and benefits of implementing transfers, rotations, demotions and promotions in an effort to improve the quality of teaching staff. Thus, the implementation of transfers, rotations, demotions and rotations is very important to achieve national education goals and the progress of educational institutions

Abstract

This research aims to foster and develop professional educators and education personnel. The research method used involves literature study, by collecting and analyzing literature related to this topic. In order to realize the success of education, teachers must become human resources (HR) who are the main development priority. Today's increasingly fierce competition requires tenacity, patience, the ability to anticipate, speed and accuracy in thinking and acting so that you can continue to play an active role in the educational process itself. Educational personnel are employees, namely those who fulfill the requirements specified in the applicable laws and regulations, are appointed by authorized officials and are entrusted with other state duties determined based on the applicable laws and regulations. The development of educational staff can be carried out through training and non-training channels, training channels such as continuing education, upgrading, seminar activities, workshops, etc., non-training channels, for example, can take the form of promotions, giving bonuses and incentives, reprimands and punishments

Abstract

This article aims to know the concept of education management of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari through the values developed by K.H. Hashim Asy'ari and identify the tendencies of K.H. Hashim Asy'ari thinking. This research uses qualitative methods with ibrary research. The data used in this study came from journals and books related to the collection of the Qur'an. The data collection method involves collecting data from relevant readings or literature materials according to the research topic. The results of this study show that the concept of Islamic education management K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari with his pesantren in developing the curriculum is almost entirely oriented to the religious curriculum (fiqh oriented) and an education system that maintains tradition in teaching classical books. The uniqueness of KH. Hashim Asy'ari with his pesantren, with its conventional traditional teaching and learning traditions that will face the reality of modernity that demands all kinds of changes, will be able to cause turmoil which if not immediately overcome will threaten the existence of traditional education itself. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, is one of the figures with the concept of education management thinking that is always related to current conditions. This statement is proven through his works that are always favored by many people and are taken from the essence to solve various educational problems.

Abstract

The type of research used in the research and development or R&D which aims to determind the feasibility of HOTS based LKPD media for the thematic lesson that wil be developed. This research uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 step analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation sheets and student response questionnaires. The Result of the HOTS based thematic LKPD research show that the development results are very suitable for use in thematic learning. This is based on the results of media experts getting 95 in the interval X>92,28 with very good categories and validation from material experts getting 94 in the interval meanwhile, in the limited field trial, 5 people as respondents got an average scor of 65,2 at the interval is in the interval X>58,74 it can be seen that the HOTS –based thematic LKPD media is in the very good category. So the final conclusioncan be drawn that the development of HOTS based LKPD is very suitable for use as a learning medium in thematic lessonsin class VI Islamic Elementary School NW Lendang Bunga.

Abstract

One of the characters that became the pillar of the Indonesian nation is religious character. In schools, religious character education is implemented through school culture. School culture is a step to train students through repeated habituation. One of the schools that has implemented religious character education, namely the value of worship and morals through school culture is MI NW Bagik Nyala. However, in its implementation, there are still problems found. This study aims to determine the cultivation of religious character of grade v students through school culture. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study show that religious character education through school culture in MI NW Bagik Nyala includes a culture of ideas, behavioral culture, and artifact culture in the form of worship and moral values. The strategies used in carrying out religious character education on the value of worship and morals are habituation, example, motivation, and punishment. The problem with character education at MI NW Bagik Nyala comes from the internal students themselves, namely the lack of self-awareness to implement school cultural programs. Thus, it can be concluded that religious character can be formed through school culture if supported by the right efforts and strategies. However, the problems found during the implementation of religious character cultivation cannot be avoided so that the involvement of principals and teachers is needed in religious character cultivation activities through school culture.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of the way modeling method on the learning outcomes of class IV students at MI Hidayatul Ikhwan NW Bungtiang. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental type of research and the research design used is posttest-only control group desigen, that is, this research consists of an experimental group and a control group and the two groups were not given a pre-test because the two groups were selected. randomly so that they are considered the same before treatment is given. By using the modeling the way learning method, the sample for this research was 27 class IV students. This research was carried out for 2 weeks. The data collection technique used in this research is a test of student learning outcomes which are analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The data obtained is also analyzed and processed using the SPSS v 24 program. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the modeling the way learning method on lesson learning outcomes Indonesian language for class IV students at MI NW Bungtiang, which means that the influence of the modeling the way learning method is very effective in improving the learning outcomes of Indonesian language lessons for class IV students at MI NW Bungtiang.
