Abstract

The cognitive stream emphasizes the importance of reasoning and interpretation in strategic actions by focusing on how people process information, create knowledge, and make decisions. On the other hand, the learning stream places strong emphasis on organizational learning, viewing it as a living and breathing entity that continuously adapts to its environment. This article examines the core ideas of both approaches and assesses their relevance to management practices. The article aims to provide deep insights into how strategies can be developed and implemented more successfully by integrating theories and models from the cognitive stream and the learning stream. This article offers practical guidance for improving organizational performance and gaining competitive advantage in a fast-moving business environment through a literature review. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the cognitive stream and the learning stream can produce successful outcomes through strategic processes and development.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) develop EMAR (Augmented Reality-Based Ethnomathematics) media and (2) determine the feasibility of EMAR media related to building materials for cube and block spaces through validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and validation questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that students have difficulties in understanding the materials of building spaces, so more creative learning media is needed. The product developed is an EMAR application which contains materials that are characteristic and volume of building space. The validation results by material experts reached 85.5% and by media experts 92.2%, both in the very feasible category. In addition, the results of the independent t-test showed a significant difference between the post-test scores of students who used EMAR media and those who did not, with a significance value of 0.033, indicating that this media was effective in improving students' spatial reasoning. This research is expected to increase students' understanding of space building materials in a fun and relevant way.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning media based on the “Parkour Kids” game to improve the gross motor skills of elementary school phase A students at MI Islamiyah Babadan. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product was developed through needs analysis, material and media design, expert validation, and small- and large-scale trials. Data collection instruments included interviews, validation questionnaires from content and media experts, and student response questionnaires. The results indicated that the PJOK learning model based on the “Parkour Kids” game (including hurdle jumps, forward rolls, crawling under obstacles, walking on beams, zigzag running, running, and jumping) is considered feasible, enjoyable, safe, and effective in stimulating and enhancing students’ gross motor skills. The developed product is deemed practical and significantly improves PJOK learning outcomes for elementary school phase A students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision of Vocational High School (SMK) graduate students to continue to training institutions. This phenomenon is important considering the world of work's need for more specific and dynamic skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis techniques. It is hoped that the research results can contribute to the development of more targeted vocational education and job training policies. The results of this research found that costs, job placement, curriculum, learning methods, facilities, and competency certificates significantly influence vocational school graduates' decisions to continue their education. Competency certificates have the greatest impact, loss in validating skills. Job placement services are also important in motivating continuing education. High costs negatively influence decisions, highlighting the need for better financial support mechanisms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran lanskap linguistik bahasa Arab di lingkungan sekolah Qurrota A’yun di Kabupaten Bekasi, dalam mendukung pembelajaran bahasa Arab serta pencapaian target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, khususnya pada aspek literasi. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lanskap linguistik berbahasa Arab tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai elemen dekoratif, tetapi juga sebagai alat edukatif yang efektif. Lanskap ini membantu siswa meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan memahami bahasa Arab, serta mencerminkan identitas sekolah sebagai institusi berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Selain itu, keberadaan lanskap linguistik memotivasi siswa untuk belajar bahasa Arab dengan lebih percaya diri. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengungkap bahwa metode pengajaran tambahan diperlukan untuk memperkuat keterampilan menulis siswa. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang integrasi elemen bahasa dalam pendidikan dan relevansinya terhadap kebijakan global seperti SDGs, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan multibahasa di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing communication strategies used by Society Coffee House in Purwokerto, focusing on how digital media, specifically Instagram, contributes to brand visibility and consumer engagement. With the rapid increase of coffee shops in the region, Society Coffee House has maintained its position by leveraging various marketing tools. This study employs qualitative methods, including interviews with owners, employees, and consumers, as well as observations and secondary data. Findings show that strategic use of social media, brand positioning, and customer loyalty programs have been key to maintaining competitiveness. The research also suggests that further integration of digital marketing tools and consumer interaction could enhance their market position.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang in developing digital literacy among lecturers and students, an increasingly critical competence in modern education. The study aims to identify the extent to which university-provided facilities, training, and policies enhance lecturers' digital competencies and to evaluate the impact of these policies on students’ learning experiences, including existing challenges and disparities. Employing a qualitative approach based on Creswell’s (2014) framework, data were gathered through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation using purposive sampling involving university leaders, lecturers, and digital learning coordinators. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns related to digital literacy development. Findings reveal that the university has made significant progress, with most lecturers rating the facilities and training as excellent or good, and reporting improvements in teaching quality. However, gaps remain in policy communication and equitable access to digital tools. Student responses also showed positive perceptions, though uneven access, limited participation, and suboptimal program outcomes indicate the need for improvement. The study implies that to fully realize the benefits of digital literacy, the university must enhance infrastructure, refine training programs, and strengthen policy outreach to ensure inclusive and effective

Abstract

The performance of civil servants at the Bali Provincial Department of Education, Youth, and Sports (Disdikpora) has not been optimal, as reflected in the decline of several performance indicators in the 2022–2023 Government Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP). This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and organizational culture on the performance of civil servants through employee integrity as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-explanatory method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 104 civil servants at the Bali Provincial Disdikpora. Data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that servant leadership and organizational culture significantly and positively influence civil servant performance directly and indirectly through employee integrity. Employee integrity also significantly and positively affects performance. The study recommends that the Bali Provincial Disdikpora implement servant leadership and strengthen an organizational culture that supports employee integrity to enhance performance.

Abstract

Teachers require learning media to implement education. With the progress in technology, educators must possess the ability to utilize technology-driven learning tools in education. This research aims to identify the factors that affect the acceptance of wordwall multimodal learning models among elementary school teachers, utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2(UTAUT2) framework. The approach employed in this research is a quantitative method utilizing a survey approach with a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed utilizing the PLS-SEM methodology. The study data was collected by distributing surveys to 105 elementary school educators. The findings of this study suggest that the variables affecting teacher acceptance of wordwall multimodal learning tools include behavioral intention, usage behavior, performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price values, and established habits. Considering the R Square value, this online multimodal learning model is effective for implementation in elementary school education.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the habituation strategies of religious activities and their impact on students’ religious character development at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kemlagi. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation process and the influence of religious habituation within the context of vocational education. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, educational staff, and students from various grade levels. The findings indicated that routinely and structurally conducted religious habituation—such as congregational prayers, Qur’anic recitations (tadarus), religious sermons (pengajian), and the management of infaq funds—significantly contributed to instilling spiritual and social values that shaped students’ character. These activities enhanced discipline and responsibility and fostered social awareness and sincerity. The success of this habituation was greatly influenced by the role of teachers as moral exemplars and the active involvement of all school elements, including support from students’ parents. However, the study also identified challenges, such as a lack of family supervision, negative social-environmental influences, and excessive use of technology, potentially hindering religious character development. The study recommended strengthening the synergy among schools, teachers, and families to maintain consistency in habituation practices and to manage technology use so that religious values could continue to grow in students’ daily lives.
