This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of the Virtual Reality (VR) based forehand smash training model in improving forehand smash technique skills in table tennis athletes aged 12-16 years. In this study, the VR training model is designed to provide more immersive, flexible, and interactive training, which is expected to accelerate the learning process of forehand smash techniques without space and time limitations. This study used a research and development (R&D) approach involving 30 table tennis athletes who underwent trials of VR-based training models. The results showed that the use of VR had a significant impact on improving forehand smash skills, with an increase in scores between 15% to 30% in the pretest and posttest trials. Statistical analysis using t-test showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p-value = 0.000), indicating that VR is effective in improving speed, accuracy, and consistency of forehand smash technique. VR technology was also shown to increase athletes' motivation and engagement in training, which are important factors in technique mastery. However, although VR is effective for athletes who are still in the beginner or intermediate stages, this study also showed that highly skilled athletes experienced smaller improvements, which suggests that VR may be more effective for basic technique development. This study suggests continuing to develop VR technology by adjusting the difficulty level of the exercises according to athletes' abilities, as well as improving the comfort and user interface of VR devices. Overall, this study provides strong evidence that VR can be an effective training tool.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Workload on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation among administrative staff at private higher education institutions in Tebing Tinggi City. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, which seeks to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study consists of 38 administrative staff members, with a total sampling technique used: 24 from STIE Bina Karya and 14 from STAI Tebing Tinggi Deli. The data analysis technique applied is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis process includes the evaluation of the outer model to assess instrument validity and reliability, and the inner model to examine the relationships among latent variables, supported by t-tests and R². The findings reveal that Work-Life Balance and Workload significantly influence Work Motivation. Additionally, Workload has a direct positive effect on Job Satisfaction, while Work-Life Balance does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Moreover, Work Motivation does not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, nor does it mediate the relationship between either Work-Life Balance or Workload and Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and financial technology on financial behavior among Shopee PayLater users among students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI). The background of this study is based on the increasing use of digital financial services such as Shopee PayLater which facilitates transactions, but has the potential to encourage consumptive behavior and unwise financial management, especially among students who are in the transition phase towards financial independence. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative descriptive method. The sample used was 367 respondents who were active UMMI students who used the Shopee PayLater service, and was determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, as well as validity, reliability, classical assumptions, t-tests (partial), and F-tests (simultaneous). The results of the study showed that partially lifestyle had a significant effect on financial behavior, with a calculated t value greater than the t table. Likewise, financial technology also has a significant effect on financial behavior. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on students' financial behavior, with an R² value of 0.513. This shows that 51.3% of the variation in students' financial behavior can be explained by lifestyle and use of financial technology. This study emphasizes the importance of financial literacy in dealing with easy access to digital credit services so that students are able to make wise financial decisions in today's technological era. Diabetes is a non-communicable disease with a prevalence that is increasing globally and nationally. Diabetes is characterized by blood glucose levels exceeding normal limits (>200 mg/dl). Blood glucose levels must be controlled to prevent serious complications in the human body. One method of controlling blood glucose levels is to use herbal medicines derived from plants. Exploration of herbal plants as antidiabetic agents remains limited. The Bhee fruit (Melastoma sp) is a widely distributed plant in Aceh, particularly in West Aceh, yet it has not been extensively utilized. The Bhee fruit holds potential as a herbal medicine; however, research confirming its antidiabetic properties remains scarce, necessitating further studies on its potential. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Bhee fruit water extract in lowering blood glucose levels in STZ-induced diabetic mice. The research method was a laboratory experiment using a completely randomized design. A total of 24 mice were divided into six groups with four replicates. The groups consisted of a normal control, a diabetic control, a drug control, a 100 mg/kg body weight extract dose, a 200 mg/kg body weight extract dose, and a 400 mg/kg body weight extract dose. The results showed that administration of Bhee fruit extract could lower blood glucose levels, particularly at the 400 mg/kg body weight dose.

This study aims to examine the strategic role of the food processing industry in forming a national food security policy framework in Indonesia. In the context of increasingly complex global dynamics and domestic challenges, the food processing sector is one of the key elements in supporting the availability, affordability, and sustainability of food. This study uses a literature review method by examining various scientific sources, government policies, and secondary data related to industry performance and national food policies. The results of the study show that the food processing industry not only plays a role in increasing the added value of agricultural products, but also in creating an efficient distribution system, expanding market access, and strengthening strategic food reserves. Furthermore, this industry has a significant contribution to the formation of policies that are responsive to the food crisis, increasing nutritional security, and achieving sustainable development goals. Thus, close integration between the industrial sector and public policy is an important prerequisite for strengthening national food security in the future.

This study investigates the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure, leverage, and asset management efficiency on the profitability of energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2023-2024. A quantitative approach was employed, using panel data analysis on a sample of 50 financial reports. The findings revealed that while ESG disclosure does not have a significant direct impact on Return on Equity (ROE), and leverage has a significant negative impact on the ROE, total asset turnover (TATO) does significantly and positively influence ROE. This suggests that asset management efficiency is the primary driver of profitability in the Indonesian energy sector, while ESG practices and leverage strategies require further development to demonstrate a tangible impact on financial performance.
