Abstract

This study aims to analyze mathematical literacy skills reviewed from the mindset on the material of versatility and congruence. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study research form. The population in this study were all class vii d of Smp Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. By using the percussive sampling technique, a population of 31 students was obtained, with 6 samples being used as the main subjects based on the mindset category. The research aids include a mindset questionnaire, a mathematical literacy ability test and a semi-structured interview. The data is analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the study showed that students who have a growth mindset with high category mathematical literacy skills are able to meet all indicators of mathematical literacy skills for students who have a fixed mindset in the medium category in mathematical literacy skills and only a few meet the indicators of mathematical literacy skills, especially in compiling situations mathematically.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Wordwall-based interactive learning media on student learning outcomes on culturally rich Indonesian material. This research uses quantitative methods. With a nonequivalent control group design research design. The population included in this study consists of 31 students from class IV A. Meanwhile, class IV B also has 31 students. The data collection technique in this research is in the form of tests, and the analysis is conducted through descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the research show that the use of Wordwall-Based Interactive Media Influences the Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students in Science Subjects at State Elementary School 51 Sungai Raya. This is shown by the results of the t test, namely t count > t table (4,586 > 1671) with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. The average posttest score for the experimental class was 79.58, better than the average posttest score for the control class, which was 64.90 at the specified kkm, namely 70.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of thinking based on the SOLO Taxonomy on linear equation materials (SPLDV) among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Waikabubak. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, and the subjects of this study are the eighth-grade students of class VIII B at SMP Negeri 1 Waikabubak, while the object of this research is the students' level of thinking in solving SPLDV story problems based on the SOLO Taxonomy. Data collection was conducted using written tests, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, it can be concluded that the level of thinking of students on SPLDV materials based on the SOLO Taxonomy reaches different levels. According to the research results, the percentage of test results for the level of thinking of eighth-grade students class VIII B at SMP Negeri 1 Waikabubak indicates that students fall into the high category 64% of the students are in the high category, while 29% are in the medium category, and 7% are in the low category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in improving the interest and learning outcomes of class XI A6 students at SMAN 2 Pamekasan. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Data were collected through a learning interest questionnaire and learning outcome test. The data was analysed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed a significant increase in students' learning interest from an average of 78.45 (cycle I) to 85.31 (cycle II). Likewise, learning outcomes increased from an average of 75.5 with a completeness of 82.6% (cycle I) to an average of 87.8 with a completeness of 87.0% (cycle II). The implementation of the Jigsaw model has proven effective because students can work together, discuss, and share information between group members, so that learning becomes more interesting and participatory. Thus, the Jigsaw cooperative learning model is feasible to be implemented in Biology learning to improve students' interest and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher welfare and teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Persiapan Negeri (MAPN) Besitang, Langkat Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population in this study were all teachers at MAPN Besitang, totalling 23 people, as well as the research sample through the saturated sample technique. The instrument used to measure both variables is a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires directly to all respondents. The collected data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, namely Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between teacher welfare and teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.722 at the 5% significance level. This means that the higher the level of teacher welfare, the higher the teacher performance, and vice versa. The coefficient of determination of 0.521 indicates that 52.1% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by the teacher welfare variable, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, teacher welfare is an important factor that contributes to improving teacher performance at MAPN Besitang.

Abstract

The development of mobile technology has revolutionized the world of digital marketing, changing the interaction patterns between consumers and e-commerce platforms like Shopee. This research aims to evaluate the impact of mobile technology implementation on consumer behavior changes, especially in the context of digital marketing carried out through the Shopee medium. The approach used is a qualitative method with data collection through literature study. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The research results indicate that mobile technology significantly influences consumer behavior in terms of time efficiency, transaction convenience, and increased loyalty to platforms. Features such as content personalization, promotional notifications, and ease of access are the main factors driving changes in consumer behavior. Additionally, this technology also assists business actors, particularly in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reducing distribution and intermediation costs. This study concludes that the utilization of mobile technology in digital marketing, if optimized correctly, can strengthen the relationship between consumers and business actors in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of peer interaction and moral development on learning outcomes in Mathematics for fourth-grade students at SDN 09 Rangkang. The type of research used is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The population of the study consists of all fourth-grade students at SDN 09 Rangkang, totaling 104 students. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling with a sample size of 104 individuals. Data collection techniques involve tests. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The analysis results show that there is an influence between peer interaction and moral development on learning outcomes in Mathematics for fourth-grade students at SDN 09 Rangkang. Based on the results of the analysis from multiple correlation, a value of R was obtained. This indicates that the correlation between peer interaction and moral development on the learning outcomes in mathematics for fourth-grade students at SDN 09 Rangkang is classified as strong. This is because the multiple correlation values fall within a certain range. Meanwhile, the R square value obtained is 0.606. This means that the percentage contribution of peer interaction and moral development to the learning outcomes in mathematics for fourth-grade students at SDN 09 Rangkang is significant, while the remainder is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has opened new avenues for entrepreneurship, particularly among university students. As digital natives, students are increasingly engaging in entrepreneurial activities by leveraging digital platforms, tools, and infrastructures. This study aims to provide a comprehensive synthesis of existing research on student digital entrepreneurship through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA framework. The analysis focuses on identifying key factors, trends, and challenges faced by student entrepreneurs in digital environments. A total of 50 articles were initially gathered using Watase UAKE and screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. After rigorous filtering and eligibility assessment, 8 studies were included for final synthesis. Results show that digital entrepreneurship among students is driven by factors such as innovation opportunities, flexibility, and access to digital tools, but also faces barriers such as limited digital literacy, infrastructure disparities, and the need for cross-sector collaboration. The study concludes with recommendations for strengthening student entrepreneurship ecosystems and highlights areas for future research, especially in local and developing country contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of the Skyflash Tricking Academy application as a training media for the sport of tricking for extracurricular students at SMK Darussalam Karangpucung. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a simplified Borg & Gall model. This application contains tricking material from basic to advanced levels, complete with videos, photos of the steps, and supporting theories. The research sample is determined using a multistage sampling technique with a snowball pattern. Each stage of field testing uses different samples. The operational field trial is the final development testing phase that uses a larger sample size than the initial and main field trials. This research and development use descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the validation and trials indicate that this application is feasible to use and can enhance students' motivation and skills in tricking practice.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of flashcard media in improving reading skills of children with Down syndrome at SLB Negeri Purwosari. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through the stages of initial observation, planning, intervention implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this study is a second-grade student at SLB Negeri Purwosari who is 8 years old and has difficulties in reading basic words. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' reading ability after being given learning using flashcard media for 10 meetings. The average reading ability score increased from 35 to 73.4, covering aspects of recognizing letters, spelling words, and reading simple sentences. The conclusion of this study is that the use of flashcard media is effective in helping to improve the reading ability of children with down syndrome through a visual approach that is concrete, interesting, and in accordance with the characteristics of the special needs of students
