Women's empowerment is a process of awareness and capacity building for greater participation, greater power and oversight of decision-making and transformational action in order to produce greater equality between women and men. Empowerment of women is an important strategy in increasing the role of women in increasing their potential so that they are more capable of being independent and working. Reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, which is not merely free from disease or disability, in all matters relating to the reproductive system, as well as its functions and processes. Based on data from the World Health Organization 2010 (WHO), poor women's reproductive health problems have reached 33% of the total burden of disease suffered by women in the world, one of which is vaginal discharge. The number of women in the world who have experienced vaginal discharge is 75%, while European women who experience vaginal discharge are 25%. This figure is greater than reproductive problems in men which only reached 12.3% at the same age as women. These data show that vaginal discharge in women in the world, Europe, and in Indonesia is quite high. The method used is Pre Test and Post Test using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the counseling there was an increase in respondents' knowledge of reproductive health which was in the good category as many as 33 (70.2%). In conclusion, there is a significant increase in respondents' knowledge after being given counseling.

This study aims to describe the skills of managing agriculture for urban farming groups in the village of Keben Permai Malang after receiving empowerment through mentoring and training on how to manage agriculture. These skills include skills in cultivating land, making planting media, caring for plants, making natural fertilizers, harvesting, and processing post-harvest production. The population of this research is the urban farming group in the village of Keben Permai Malang, which consists of 20 people. This research is an action research, namely providing action in the form of empowerment through mentoring and training. Data on farm management skills are obtained through observation sheets of farm management skills. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the skills of managing agriculture for the urban farming group of Kampung Keben Permai Malang in the category are very good, which means members of the Keben Permai urban farming group already have very good skills to manage agriculture.

To speed up the performance of registration officers in health services, education is carried out for patients regarding this medical identity card (KIB) so that patients realize the importance of bringing KIB when going for treatment. This community service activity was carried out at the Batam Botania Health Center, with the aim of providing counseling to patients about the importance of carrying KIB in order to speed up services and make services of a higher quality. The method used in this service is in the form of outreach, where the audience are patients who come to visit at the time of this counseling. Socialization is delivered through lectures with the help of audio-visual media, so that the material can be conveyed properly. The results of the activity show that socialization is going well and it is hoped that patients can receive material and raise awareness of the importance of carrying KIB during treatment.

Spirulinabatam.Id is a digital MSME engaged in organic health and beauty. The purpose of this research is to analyze segmentation and consumer data on the development of Spirulinabatam.Id MSMEs. This study used observation and survey methods in the form of a questionnaire. Data obtained from interviews with Spirulinabatam.Id partners and questionnaires were distributed online via social media. The respondents used were 42 people who were consumers or customers who had purchased at Spirulinabatam. The results after implementation indicated that Spirulinabatam.Id experienced considerable development with increased transactions made and an increase in new audiences and followers before and after implementation.

The rapid development of digital technology and social media has had a huge impact on the business world, including medium-sized businesses. The strategy for trade promotion through digital media and multimedia products is more prospective because it attracts potential customers to obtain information about products being sold and transactions via the internet. So far, the partner namely Warung Miso Medan requires buyers to come directly to the location or order via WhatsApp. The purpose of this activity is to accompany and provide training to Warung Miso Medan on promotional strategies through digital media. The stages of the activity are: (1) Introduction to social media (2) Introduction to marketplace (3) Documentation of multimedia products (4) Receiving orders and sending (5) Designing banners. The results of Community Service activities are partners who have social media, are registered on the marketplace, and have an understanding of promotion strategies through social media and are able to manage them.

The Panacea Clinic is a level I health facility for referral patients, the Panacea clinic has a place to store medical records. However, the storage area does not yet have security in accordance with existing regulations. This community service activity aims to socialize concepts and regulations related to storing, filing and securing medical record documents (DRM). This activity is carried out exclusively with socialization-based methods. Fifteen people participated in this activity, including employees from related departments at Panacea Clinic and students of Awal Bros University. As a result, the program becomes more interactive, as participants can ask questions and engage in discussions regarding DRM storage and security systems. In accordance with what was outlined in the PPT format for the dissemination and delivery of information regarding DRM storage, filing, and security systems, the achievement of the objective material discussed by the speakers indicated that all information had been submitted. This can be seen from the participants' understanding of the topic as indicated by the results of the pre-test and post-tests. The conclusion of this program is that the participants' understanding of the material provided has been achieved, as evidenced by the average posttest result score which increased from 80 to 99. In the future mentoring activities will be carried out related to the implementation of DRM storage, alignment, and security activities so that this community service activity will continue.

Customer Relationship Management/CRM is a program and system that focuses on identifying and building a relationship with a valued customer. CRM can make it easier to develop a loyal customer base and increase the percentage of customer purchases. The partner who is the place of activity is a business engaged in the culinary field located in the city of Jambi. Culinary products sold by partners have the Salsabila Cake brand. Partners sell various cakes, especially with batik motifs. This community service activities are carried out using the lecture method or online socialization through the zoom application which includes a basic understanding of CRM, CRM goals, repeated CRM process cycles to make customer data into loyal customers and repeat purchase habits. The results of the activities carried out run smoothly, partners get stock of knowledge about customer relationship management, in an effort to increase customer loyalty.

The main competition from business people besides product quality issues is a matter of marketing strategy. The marketing strategy carried out by competitors for packaged coffee products is totality, massive, and very brave in terms of spending promotional resources, so companies really need to adjust marketing competition so that the product is not left behind and continues to exist. The activity partners are engaged in the coffee business with the sweet fragrant brand. In his activities facing problems, especially in terms of knowledge about marketing strategies. For this reason, this community service activities aim to assist partners in an effort to increase their knowledge of marketing strategies. The method offered in this activity is training/socialization by coming directly to the partner's location. Social Media Marketing is described as a form of Internet marketing that utilizes social media as a marketing tool whereby users produce and share content to help businesses enhance their brand experience and expand their customer reach. The purpose of the activity is to help business owners have the provision of knowledge about the importance of understanding marketing strategies through social media, in increasing sales and facing increasingly tough competition. SMEs as Partners who are the venue for activities are the Philosopia Pastry culinary business in Jambi engaged in the field of pastry business under the Pastry Philosopia brand. Based on initial observations online with zoom meetings, partners do not understand social media marketing, as a medium that is a partner's product communication to consumers without large costs. The method offered in the activity is training/socialization on a basic understanding of marketing and social media marketing, the types and benefits of social media marketing. The results of the activity show that partners have acquired the provision of knowledge about the use of social media in marketing products and can introduce products to a wider market.

For small and large businesses, financial reports are very important. By examining the available financial reports, strategic business development decisions can be made. Because they find creating financial reports difficult and time consuming, small business owners often overlook this. Big businessmen who have carefully completed financial reports are exempt from this. Businessmen can determine the state of the company and whether it is making a profit or loss from the income statement. MSMEs will find it easier to decide on strategies to achieve profit goals and increase business efficiency and effectiveness if they use income statements. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about the importance of income statements for MSMEs and the stages in making profit and loss reports so that partners really understand making profit and loss reports. This activity was carried out by the MSME partner VEZARA COLLECTION, located at the Cililitan Glosir Center, East Jakarta. The implementation is carried out using Zoom, which is attended by partner owners, and by the community service team, which is carried out on holidays. The results of this community service activity can run optimally according to the targets set and in accordance with the objectives of the community service.
