Abstract:This research is to know how influence member participation to success of cooperative. Variable in this research is independent variable (X) that is with aspect of member participation in decision making, capital contribution, utilization and member participation in cooperative supervision. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this research is all employees of Cooperative Tirta Dharma Khatulistiwa PDAM Pontianak city. Data collection techniques are indirect communication techniques and documenter study techniques. While the data collection tool is questionnaire data (questionnaire).Data analysis technique in this research use statistic version 16.0. The results of the findings based on questionnaire data (questionnaire), to analyze the data of researchers using SPSS. AbstractThis research was conducted based on the question of how authentic assessment implemented in thematic learning for public primary schools. It was aimed at describing the knowledge of teachers and principals about the implementation of authentic assessment in thematic learning at public primary schools. This research was a qualitative descriptive one with its subject of: teachers, students, and principals. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed by reduction, presentation, and conclusion, preceded by the technique of triangulation data validity checking. The results of the research: 1) the teachers and principals comprehended authentic assessment in thematic learning; 2) the teachers performed authentic assessment in thematic learning by focusing on attitude competency, knowledge, and skill through integrated assessment. Assessment on the students? attitude was done through observation techniques, self-assessment, and peer assessment. The knowledge assessment was done through written test and assignments, while the skill assessment was performed through performance assessment techniques and portfolio assessment.Key words : authentical assessment, thematics learning

AbstractThe background of this study were unsatisfying achievement of students and boring method. The purposes of this study were to determine whether there was a significant difference of achievement of students taught using pictorial card assisted cooperative learning model and cooperatif learning model, to determine effect size of pictorial card assisted cooperatif learning model. The form of this study was quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. From three of XI classes of SMAN 9 Pontianak, two sample were selected. According to cluster random sampling technique XI MIA 2 was selected as experimental class and XI MIA 1 was selected as control class. Achievment test, instrument quideline, and observation sheet were used to collect data. According to U-Mann Whitney test, probability of significant value was 0,006 which meant there was a significant difference of concept understanding between students who taught using pictorial card assisted cooperative learning model and cooperative learning model. According to calculation using glass formula, the effect size of pictorial card assisted cooperative learning model towards concept understanding was 0,71 which categorized as medium..Keywords: Cooperative, Pictorial Card, Concept Understanding

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak Kota Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian randomized pretest-posttest comparison group design. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antar pretest dan postest, yakni menggunakan pendekatan saintifik (pretest : 61,78% ; postest :69,33 %) dan menggunakan pendekatan CTL (pretest 58,50 % ; postes 65,89 %). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa menggunakan pendekatan saintifik lebih besar daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang menggunakan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning dan kontribusi pendekatan saintifik terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa tergolong sedang. Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Saintifik, Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis. Abstract : This research aims to obtain information about the effect of instruction using scientific approach on the improvement of mathematical problem solving ability among students of State Junior High School (SMP Negeri) 13 Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The method used in this research was experiment research with a randomized pretest-posttest comparison group design. The results of data analysis showed that there were significant differences between the pretest and the posttest, namely using the scientific approach (pretest: 61.78%; posttest: 69.3 3%) and using CTL approach (pretest 58.50%; posttest 65.89%). This suggests that the improvement of the students’ ability in the mathematical problem solving using scientific approach is higher than the ability in the mathematical problem solving using contextual teaching and learning, and the improvement of the students’ ability is classified as moderate. Abstract The aim of this research is to describe the procedural fluency mathematic of students in solving algebraic operations. In this research, the procedural fluency based on two aspects: the students’ knowledge of procedural and the knowledge of using the procedural in the proper time to solve algebraic operations. The method of research used case study as the qualitative method. The subject of research were some junior high school students who lived around the researcher’s environment. The instrument of research consist of major instrument (the researcher) and supporting instrument (test and interview). Based on the result of research, the researcher found that the students’ knowledge of procedural fluency mathematic was not fluent enough. It is proven by the students’ answers. Most of them made mistake in answering the circumference of a rectangle and in operating unlike terms. Moreover, the students also confused when and how to use the procedural in solving algebraic operations. They were not consistent in operating like terms and unlike terms. In addition, they could not explain the correct reasons in using the procedural mathematic to solve algebraic operations. Keywords: Procedural Fluency, Problem Solving, Algebraic Operations

AbstractThis study describes (1) the lesson plan of biography text based of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak, (2) the implementation of teaching and learning biography text of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak, (3) the result of biography text teaching and learning of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak.The method used in this study is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data sources of this study were the teacher of Indonesian language and tenth grade students of IIS 1, they were 31 students. The data in this study are in the form of planning, implementation, and the results of teaching learning biography text. Data collection techniques of this study were observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data collection tools are observation guidelines and recording device. Data analysis in this study includes three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and data inference.The results of the study found that the lesson plan of teaching learning biography text still had weaknesses; specifically the teacher did not arrange teaching indicators lead to the demand of basic competence. AbstractThe aim of this research was to find out the effectiveness of self-talk strategy in teaching writing recount texts to Year – 8 students of SMPN 18 Pontianak in Academic Year 2017/2018. The population of this research was all of Year – 8 students of SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak in Academic Year 2017/2018. The writer took the sample by using cluster random sampling to determine the participant of research which is consisted of 36 students. The data were collected by using measurement technique and the tool of data collection was written test. Referring to the research findings, the data showed that the effect size of treatment was 2.208. It was categorized as a strong effect (ES > 0.8). Thus, the writer positively recommends the teacher to use self-talk as a variation of strategy in teaching process, especially in the teaching writing recount texts.Key Words: Self-Talk Strategy, Recount Texts, Writing.

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of model cooperative learning Type Student Teams Achievement Division learning outcomes towards of disc throwing on the learners of SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak. The method used was the experimental method, the study design used pre-experimental design, and the study design used the design of one group pretest-posttest design. The study population was all students of class XI (IPS 1, IPS 2, and IPA 3), SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak, 2018/2019 as many as 92 students. The research sample was 20 students. The data collection technique used was the disc throw test. Were analyzed data by descriptive analysis and using the t-test (influence test). From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there was a significant influence on the model cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Division learning outcomes towards on disc throwing of SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak. The results of the t-test analysis show that the value of tcount (9.211) and t table (2,093) or (9.211> 2,093). The magnitude of the percentage of influence given by learning using the model cooperative learning type Teams Achievement Division learning outcomes towards on disc throwing of SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak students was 39.62%.Keywords : Cooperative Learning, Disc Throwing, Learning Outcomes, Student Teams Achievement Division.

Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan stem soal berbasis multi representasi yang valid dan praktis dalam materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat di SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Zulkardi (2006). Subjek populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 3 Sukadana kelas VII yang telah menerima atau mempelajari materi penjumlahan bilangan bulat. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VII B, berdasarkan saran dan pertimbangan dari guru bidang studi yang mengasuh di SMP Negeri 3 Sukadana. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: menghasilkan stem soal berbasis multi representasi yang valid dan praktis pada materi penjumlahan bilangan bulat untuk siswa kelas VII SMP. Kevalidan stem soal berbasis multi representasi tergambar dari hasil penilaian validator, dimana setiap validator menyatakan sudah baik berdasarkan konten, konstruk dan bahasa. Kepraktisan stem soal berbasis multi representasi dilihat dari hasil pengamatan berdasarkan kemampuan siswa menyelesaikan soal yang diberikan, dimana sebagian besar siswa dapat menyelesaikan stem soal berbasis multi representasi yang diberikan.  Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Stem Soal Berbasis Multi Representasi Abstract: The purpose of this research is to produce of question stem based multi representation valid and practical in sum and minus of integer in SMP. This research is a development research that adopted from Zulkardi development research (2006). The population of this study is all twelve grade students of SMP 3 Sukadana class VII students grade that has studied about sum and minus of integer. Samples are class VII B students, based on the suggestion and consideration of the teacher in SMP 3 Sukadana. The results are: produce question stem based multi representation that valid and practical on sum integer to students of class VII. Validity of question stem based multi representation is drawing from the result of validator value, which is each validator clarify was good based on the content, construct and language. Practicality of question stem based multi representation seen from the observation result based on students’ in solving the question given, that most of the students be able to solve question stem based multi representation given.  Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengenalan sains sederhana melalui metode demonstrasi di TK Kristen Maranatha Pontianak Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan langkah-langkah yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang cukup berarti pada kemampuan pengenalan sains sederhana dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada hasil penelitian. Peningkatan ini dilihat dari hasil belajar anak diantaranya kemampuan anak mengamati benda yang terapung dan tenggelam sebanyak 10 anak (50%) Berkembang Sesuai Harapan, sedangkan kemampuan anak menyebutkan benda yang terapung dan tenggelam sebanyak 14 anak (70%) Berkembang Sesuai Harapan, kemudian kemampuan anak mengelompokkan benda yang dapat terapung dan tenggelam sebanyak 18 anak (90%) Berkembang Sesuai Harapan. Dengan demikian pembelajaran melalui metode demonstrasi mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pengenalan sains sederhana di TK Kristen Maranatha Pontianak Utara.  Kata kunci: Pengenalan Sains Sederhana, Metode Demonstrasi Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of simple scientific recognition through demonstration method in kindergarten Maranatha North Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method of research is a form of class action (PTK) with the steps: planning, action, observation and reflection. While the data collection tool used in this study are guidelines for observation, interviews, and documentation. This increase is seen from the results of children's learning including the child's ability to observe objects floating and sinking as many as 10 children (50%) Developing accordance Hope, while the ability of the child mentioned objects floating and sinking as many as 14 children (70%) Developing accordance Hope, and then the ability of children grouping objects that could float and sink as many as 18 children (90%) Developing accordance Hope. Thus, learning through demonstration method is able to improve the introduction of simple science in kindergarten Maranatha North Pontianak.  Keywords: Simple Introduction Science, Method Demonstration
