AbstractThis research was conducted on Grade VIII Students of Semester 2 of SMP Negeri 7 Tayan Hilir of Sanggau Regency. The research carried out on learning materials to write text persuasion. In particular, this study uses guided writing strategies and contextual learning approaches. The guided writing strategy and the contextual learning approach are intended to improve the ability to write persuasion texts.This research uses descriptive research method with qualitative research form. The first stage is, pre action, second stage is cycle I, third stage that is, cycle II, and fourth stage that is, cycle III Based on the research conducted, got the conclusion that there is an increase to the result of writing the text of persuasion. The persuasion text produced by the students has improved in several aspects, namely the spelling aspect consisting of the use of punctuation, letter writing, and word writing, then the dictionary aspect consisting of, the special diction and the general diction in the persuasion text. Here is the average increase in each cycle. Originally the average value on the pre-action of 67.5 to 70 in the first cycle increased by 2.5%. Then, on the second cycle there was an increase in the average value of 70 to 77 in the second cycle has increased by 7%. In the third cycle there was an average increase of 77 to 82 in the third cycle of 5%. Keywords: Persuasion Text. Guided Approach and Contextual Learning Strategy.

AbstractThis study aims to find out about, "Shifting the Meaning of Iban Dayak Tribal Tattoo Culture in Young Generation". The research method used is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. Data sources of this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation techniques, while the data collection tools used were observation guides, interview guides and documentation. The analysis in this study was presented in a descriptive qualitative manner using 4 informants consisting of the oldest people in Batu Lintang Village 2 people and 2 young people. The shift in meaning of Iban tattoos to the younger generation really does occur among the younger generation because, it has been seen when generations make tattoos by adding new motifs or tattoo strokes and when making tattoos Iban young generation also no longer need to migrate or labor in the forest. Sehingga dimasa sekarang ini tato Iban sudah tidak memiliki arti bagi masyarakat Dayak Iban.Keywords: Teaching Method, Lectures, Question and Answer

AbstractThis research is aimed to determine the effect of Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model type on SPLTV material to the mathematical communication ability of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The form of this research is quasi experiment with posttest only control group design. The technique to be used is measurement techniques via written tests in the form of essays. The result of data analysis obtained from the students? mean score, the students? mean score of mathematical communication ability test of experiment class was 55,29 and the students? mean score of mathematical communication ability test of control class was 38,10. From the results of t test calculations, obtained tcount > ttable or 3.83 > 1.99 thus the students? mathematical communication ability with Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning type significantly higher than students with conventional learning. Based on the effect size, the effect size score was 0.94, so the contribution of Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model type is included in the high criteria. Based on these data it can be concluded that Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning type effect on the students? mathematical communication ability in SPLTV material in X grade students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Virtual Laboratory berbasis multimedia interaktif pada sub materi penanaman dan pengecatan bakteri, mengetahui kelayakan media tersebut, dan mengetahui respon siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan Virtual Laboratory. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Development Research (penelitian pengembangan). Development Research terdiri atas dua tahapan yaitu preliminary (persiapan dan desain) dan formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert reviews, small group, dan fields test). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 37 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh validator ahli media dan materi, Virtual Laboratory dikategorikan valid dengan RTVTK 3,55. Sedangkan persentase respon positif siswa sebesar 84,15%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Virtual Laboratory layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.  Kata Kunci: Virtual Laboratory, Multimedia Interaktif, Respon  Abstract: This research aims to produce Virtual Laboratory as interactive multimedia on sub material the cultivation and staining of bacteria, knowing about adisability of Virtual Laboratory, and knowing about student responses grade X SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak whom get be taught with Virtual Laboratory. The research method that used is a Development Research. This method includes two stages: a preliminary (the preparation and design) and formative evaluation (self-evaluation, expert reviews, small group, and test fields). The study subject is 37 students. Be based on result of validation by validator of media and matter, Virtual Laboratory get catagorized as valid with the RTVTK is 3,55. Meanwhile the percentage of student responses at 84.15%. AbstractThis study aim is to learn how much the influence of entrepreneurship course towards interest in entrepreneurship for economics education student in FKIP UNTAN Pontianak. The research method used is an explanatory method with a form of causality research. The object source of this research is from PPAPK Semester IV economic education students and the form of data in this study is a questionnair, guidelines and results of interviews with lecturers of entrepreneurship courses. The results of research showed that the influence of entrepreneurship courses on the interest of student entrepreneurship was 52%, which meant that the entrepreneurial course is "Rather Strong " affected the interest of student entrepreneurs. Abstrak: Masalah penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh media bola voli terhadap kemampuan renang gaya dada kelompok umur pemula di Pontinak Swimming Club. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media bola voli terhadap kemampuan renang gaya dada kelompok umur pemula di Pontinak Swimming Club. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian Pre-eksperiment design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mengambil seluruh atlet kelompok umur pemula di Pontinak Swimming Club yang berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 6 orang. Analisis menggunakan analisis uji-t. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai dari ttest lebih besar dari nilai ttabel atau 8.000 > 2.571 artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh media bola voli terhadap kemampuan renang gaya dada kelompok umur pemula di Pontinak Swimming Club. Adapun persentase peningkatan adalah sebesar 29.11% . Kata Kunci: Media Bola Voli, Kemampuan Renang Gaya Dada, kelompok umur pemula  Abstract: The problem of this research is there any influence of media on the ability volleyball swimming breaststroke novice age group in Pontianak Swimming Club. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the ability of the media pool volleyball breaststroke novice age group in Pontianak Swimming Club. The method in this study is an experimental method to form Pre-experimental research design. The population in this study took the entire age group athletes starters in Pontianak Swimming Club which amounted to 6 people. Engineering samples with saturated sampling technique which amounted to 6 people . Analysis using t-test analysis . The result showed the value of ttest greater than the value ttable or 8,000 > 2,571 means that the hypothesis is accepted that there is the media's influence on the ability volleyball swimming breaststroke novice age group in Pontianak Swimming Club. AbstractThis research aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes between students’ are given learning by practicum method and conventional methods, the magnitude effect of practicum method toward learning outcome and to describe students’ motivation of 7th grade SMP Santo Fransiskus Asisi Pontianak are given learning by practicum method in the chemical mixture material. The research method was quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The study sample was determined by Random sampling technique. The instrument that used were as a test of learning outcome in the form of essays and students’ motivation questionnaire. Based on data analysis using the U Mann-Whitney test, obtained value Asymp. sig. ((2-tailed) .006 indicating that there was a difference in students’ learning outcomes. The practicum method gave the effect of 21.90% on improving students’ learning outcomes. Motivation of students on learning practicum method in the chemical mixture material obtained approval levels by an average of 74.27% were classified as high.  Keywords: Chemical Mixture, Learning Outcomes, Motivation, and Practicum

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus melalui kegiatan menempel pola gambar dengan daun kering pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Aisyiyah VI Pontianak Tenggara. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B 2 TK Aisyiyah VI Pontianak Tenggara yang berjumlah 17 anak dengan objek kemampuan motorik halus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil observasi kemampuan motorik halus sebelum tindakan rata-rata persentase sebesar 4,7 % dengan kriteria MB, mengalami peningkatan sebesar 23 % pada siklus I berada pada kriteria BSH, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30% menjadi BSB. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak mengalami peningkatan dan mencapai indikator keberhasilan lebih dari 75% dengan kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik. Kata kunci: Motorik Halus, Menempel, Daun kering Abstract: This study aims to improve fine motor skills through activities attached to the image pattern of dry leaves in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah VI Southeast of Pontianak. This research method was classroom action research with descriptive method. The subjects were children in group B 2 of kindegarten Aisyiyah VI Southeast of Pontianak which was totaling 17 children with the objects of fine motor skills. The data collection techniques which were used was observation and documentation. The data analysis was using descriptive qualitative. The observation results of fine motor skills before measuring, the average percentage was 4.7% to the criteria of the MB, an increase of 23% in the first cycle is at BSH criteria, on the second cycle increased by 30% to BSB. Based on these data, we can conclude that the child's fine motor skills have increased and achieved indicators more than 75% with the criteria of Emerging Very Good. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan disposisi matematis siswa yang ditinjau dari kemampuan problem solving. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah enam orang siswa kelas VIII J Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTs N) 2 Pontianak yang terdiri dari dua orang siswa memiliki kemampuan problem solving tingkat tinggi, dua orang siswa memiliki kemampuan problem solving tingkat sedang, dan dua orang siswa memiliki kemampuan problem solving tingkat rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan kemampuan problem solving tinggi memiliki tingkat disposisi matematis sangat tinggi, siswa dengan kemampuan problem solving sedang memiliki tingkat disposisi matematis tinggi, sementara itu untuk dua orang siswa yang memiliki kemampuan problem solving rendah, satu di antaranya memiliki tingkat disposisi matematis tinggi, dan satu lainnya memiliki tingkat disposisi matematis sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara disposisi matematis dengan kemampuan problem solving pada subjek yang diambil. Kata kunci: Disposisi Matematis, Kemampuan Problem Solving Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe students’ mathematics disposition that reviewed by problem solving ability. The method that used is descriptive method with case study. The subject of this research are six students of grade VIII J in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTs N) 2 Pontianak that consist of two students who have the highest ability of problem solving, two students who have medium ability of problem solving, and the last two students who have lowest ability of problem solving. The result of this research show that the students with high ability of problem solving have the highest mathematics disposition, the students with medium problem solving have high mathematics dispositions, whereas for two last students with low problem solving, one of them have high mathematics disposition and other have medium mathematics disposition. Based on this research we can conclude that there is no association between mathematics disposition and problem solving ability on the subject in this research. AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of a documentary film as a learning medium on the Sub Material Concept of Genes, Species, and Ecosystems Diversity in the first grade of senior high school. This research was descriptive with sampling in the form of purposive sampling. This research was tested documentary film as a learning medium validated by 3 material experts and 3 media experts as a learning medium on the Sub Material Concept of Genes, Species, and Ecosystems Diversity. The material expert was a lecture of Biology Education FKIP Untan, and a teacher of Biology in senior high school in Mempawah District, while the media expert was a lecturer of Biology FKIP Untan, a lecture of PGRI University Adi Buana Surabaya, and CEO & Founder of MIP (IT & Passion Community). Based on the results of data analysis, an average total validation of 3.8 (valid) which shows documentary film media was appropriate to used. However, documentary media films need to be tested in the learning process in the Sub Material The Concept of Genes, Species, Ecosystems Diversity in the first grade of senior high school. Keywords: Learning Medium, Documentary Film, Sub Material of the Concepts of Genes, Species, Ecosystems Diversity
