Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh dari penggunaan strategi What’s My Line terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa kelas V SD Negeri 07 Pontianak Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, dan bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas pada kontrol sebesar 58,53 sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 71,27. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan t-test Polled Varian diperoleh thitung 4,67 dan ttabel 2,012 (taraf signifikan (α) = 5% dan dk = 48) menunjukkan bahwa thitung (4,67) > ttabel (2,012), maka Ha dinyatakan diterima. Dari perhitungan effect size (ES), diperoleh ES = 0,79 (kriteria sedang). Hal ini berarti strategi What’s My Line memberikan pengaruh yang sedang terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa kelas V SD Negeri 07 Pontianak Kota. Kata Kunci : strategi What’s My Line, hasil belajar, pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.   Abstract : This study aims to analyze how much the influence of What's My Line strategy to the improvement of Social Sciences learning outcomes of fifth grade students of State Elementary School number 07 Pontianak City. The method used is an experimental method, and the shape of the quasi-experimental study is Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Based on the data analysis, obtained an average grade of student learning outcomes in the control class are 58.53 while the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class are 71.27. The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained Polled Variant ttest 4.67 and ttable 2.012 (significance level (α) = 5% and df = 48) showed that the t-test (4.67) > ttable (2.012), then Ha is accepted. From the calculation of effect size (ES), ES = 0.79 is obtained (moderate). This means that the strategy of What's My Line provides moderate impact on Social Sciences learning outcomes of fifth grade students of State Elementary School number 07 Pontianak City. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the dance movements of the Sireh Party Secretary by Alm. Yanis Chaniago in 1974 in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, denoted the dance movements of the Sireh Party Secretary by Alm. Yanis Chaniago in 1974 in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, and described the contribution of the teaching material of the Sireh Secretariat Dance by Alm. Yanis Chaniago in 1974 in Pontianak, West Kalimantan as teaching material in the learning of Cultural Arts. Sireh's Secretary's Dance is a type of popular traditional dance, which is a dance that is still based on elements of prehistoric culture. Sireh's Secretary's dance as an offering dance, because the main function of the Sireh Secretary's dance is for the opening of an event or celebration. The concept of offering to welcome guests is seen in the presentation form and supporting elements of the dance, carrying a golden yellow copper bowl filled with yellow rice as the property, as well as the floor pattern forming a horizontal pattern facing the guest, after which it separates towards two sides and form a horizontal floor pattern from the right and left as an opening for the arrival of guests who are respected and received. Keywords: Motion Structure, Sireh Secretariat Dance

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber informasi belajar pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah komunikasi tidak langsung (angket). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber informasi belajar oleh mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi FKIP universitas tanjungpura dikategorikan cukup baik yaitu sebesar 57%, hal ini terlihat dari jawaban angket yang diberikan. Dari keenam indikator pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar yang paling besar tingkat presentasenya adalah lingkungan sosial. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan, Internet, Sumber Informasi Belajar Abstract: This study aims to examine the use of the Internet as a source of learning outcomes on student economic education FKIP Tanjongpura University. This research is descriptive denagn survey form. The data collection technique used is the indirect communication (questionnaire). Based on the research use of the Internet as a source of information learned by the students of the university economic education FKIP Tanjongpura categorized quite good by 57%, it is seen from the answers to the questionnaire given. Abstract

Abstract  This research aimed to improve students’ vocabulary using realia to class VII F students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya in Academic Year 2017/2018. This research was conducted based on the problems found in the classroom. It was found that students had difficulties in understanding on meaning of words, spelling and pronunciation. This research was conducted through a Classroom Action Research in two cycles to 32 students of class VII F. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and measurement technique. The tools of collecting data were observation checklist, field notes and test. The qualitative data were analyzed using the following procedure: organizing the data, describing the data and building interpretation. For the quantitative data were analyzed by finding and comparing the mean score of the test in cycle 1 and cycle 2. Based on the findings in this research, it was  found that using realia in teaching and learning improved students’ understanding on meaning of words, ability in spelling and ability in pronuncing the words. Besides, the presence of the things interests the students in teaching and learning in the classroom. Keywords: Improve, Vocabulary, Realia.

Abstract

AbstractThe main role of librarians is to contribute to the mission  and purpose of library institutions including evaluation procedures and devaloping and implementing the mission and abjectives of the library. This stady aims to determine the role the librarians have perfomed in omproving  perfomance in the SMP Negri 8 Pontianak library. The data  collection method used is by interview, observation,and  documentation. Analysis  of the data  used is quqlitqtive  analysts. The role  that  librarians have taken in improving perfomance in the SMP Negri 8 Pontianak library includes educators,managers,administrators and supervisors. There are a number of things that became obstacles for librarians to improve library perfomance towards a better one.the contraints faced include inadequate sources of human resources(HR), librarians having difficulty withdrawing library finds by 5% from school operational assistance funds(BOS),lack of collections of library materials about novels and fiction, also inhibiting librarians from improving perfomance library. There needs to be attention from the school to help librarians improve the perfomance of the Pontianak National High School 8 library toword a better one. Keywords: the role of librarians,School library

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan miskonsepsi siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Pontianak pada materi gaya gesek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-eksploratif dengan instrumen Certainty of Response Index (CRI) Termodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan CRI Termodifikasi menunjukkan bahwa 11% siswa tahu konsep, 52% siswa mengalami miskonsepsi, dan 37% siswa tidak tahu konsep. Miskonsepsi yang terjadi pada siswa dikelompokkan dalam dua kategori meliputi kesalahan perhitungan matematis yang berhubungan dengan penguasaan konsep gaya gesek dan kesalahan konsep yang berhubungan dengan aplikasi gaya gesek pada objek. Berdasarkan alasan jawaban, miskonsepsi yang terjadi dilihat dari sudut pandang siswa antara lain disebabkan oleh prakonsepsi siswa, pemikiran asosiatif, pemikiran humanistik, reasoning yang tidak lengkap, intuisi yang salah. Kata Kunci : Miskonsepsi, Gaya Gesek, CRI Termodifikasi Abstract: The purpose of this research was to describe student’s misconception for friction concept on eleven grade in MAN 2 Pontianak. The method used in this research was description-exploration with Certainty of Response Index (CRI) Modification. The result showed that 11% students were known concept, 52% students were misconception, and 37% students were unknowing concept. Students misconceptions were classified in two categories. The categories were mathematics calculation error that related to student’s concept mastery and concept error that related to application of friction force on an object. Based on reasoning essay test, student’s misconceptions were caused by many factors such as student’s pre-conception, associative thinking, humanistic thingking, error reasoning, and  error intuition. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna bentuk-bentuk properti rotan pada tari Jepin Rotan dan makna pola ikat properti rotan pada tari Jepin Rotan di Kota Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam menganalisis makna properti tari Jepin Rotan yaitu pertemuan dengan narasumber yang merupakan penari dan pemusik tari Jepin Rotan serta yang mengetahui sejarah tari Jepin Rotan. Menganalisis makna bentuk-bentuk dan pola ikat tari Jepin Rotan melalui wawancara terhadap narasumber serta mendokumentasikannya. Bentuk-bentuk properti tari Jepin Rotan terdapat bentuk Melengkung, Mahkota, Empat Penjuru, Bunga dan Liku-Liku. Pola ikat tari Jepin Rotan terdapat pula pola ikat  Anyaman Rotan, Anyaman Akar Bakong, Simpang Anyam Ketupat, dan Terowongan. Kata kunci :  Makna, Properti tari, Jepin Rotan. Abstract

Abstract : Classroom Action Research aims to describe the use of problem-solving methods in improving student learning activities in mathematics in grade IV pembelajara SDN 16 Pelaik Keruap. The method used is descriptive method. Forms of research is a class act. The subject of this study is 1 person teacher and grade IV students of SDN 16 Pelaik Keruap were 10 people with the details of 3 men and 7 women people person and third-grade teacher. Data collection techniques with techniques of direct observation and indirect communication techniques. Data collection tool uses observation sheets and questionnaires satisfaction. While the technique of data analysis using the percentage formula. The results obtained showed an increase in activity as follows: physical activity increased by 30% from 62% to 92%, mental activity increased 35% from 45% to 80%, emotional activity increased 32.5% from 47.5% to 80%. Finally, the conclusions of this study are: that the problem pemcahan method capable of increasing physical activity, mental, emotional, and learning outcomes of students in learning mathematics. Abstrak : Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode pemecahan masalah dalam meningkatkan aktifitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDN 16 Pelaik Keruap. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru dan siswa kelas IV SDN 16 Pelaik Keruap berjumlah 10 orang dengan rincian laki-laki 3 orang dan perempuan 7 orang dan guru kelas IV Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan teknik observasi langsung dan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung. Alat pengumpul datanya menggunakan lembaran pengamatan, dan angket kepuasan. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktifitas sebagai berikut : aktifitas fisik meningkat 30% dari 62% menjadi 92%, aktifitas mental meningkat 35% dari 45% menjadi 80%, aktifitas emosional meningkat 32,5% dari 47,5% menjadi 80%. Akhirnya kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu : bahwa dengan metode pemcahan masalah mampu meningkatkan aktifitas fisik, mental, emosional, dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kata Kunci : Belajar, Matematika, Pemecahan Masalah.

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keterampilan menulis kalimat dan paragraf deduktif siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk kualitatif. Sumber data berjumlah 31 siswa dan guru bahasa Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik komunikasi langsung dan tidak langsung. Alat pengumpulan data adalah pedoman wawancara dan instrumen soal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data secara umum disimpulkan keterampilan menulis kalimat dan paragraf pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak sudah baik sesuai struktur dan ciri kalimat efektif dan paragraf yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan guru dapat membimbing siswa menulis kalimat efektif dan paragraf deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keterampilan menulis kalimat dan paragraf deduktif pada siswa sudah baik sesuai tujuan yang diharapkan dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci: Kalimat Efektif, Paragraf Deduktif  Abstract: This study aims to describe the skills of writing sentences and paragraphs deductive tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative form. The data source is 31 Indonesian students and teachers. The data collection technique is the technique of direct and indirect communication. Data collection tools and instruments is a matter of the interview guidelines. Analysis using descriptive qualitative techniques. Analysis of the data is generally inferred sentence and paragraph writing skills in class X of SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak already good fit sentence structure and characteristics of effective and good paragraph. Based on the results of this study are expected teachers can guide students to write effective sentences and paragraphs deductive. The results of this study demonstrate writing skills in sentences and paragraphs deductive students are well fit the overall objective of the research.  Keywords: Effective Sentences, Paragraphs Deductive

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media kartu bergambar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi jamur di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Control-Group Pre-TestPost-Test Design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas X D (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X C (kelas kontrol) tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai post-test siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Perhitungan effect size (ES) diperoleh nilai sebesar 1,45 dengan kriteria tinggi dan berpengaruh sebesar 42,65% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penggunaan media kartu bergambar memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi jamur di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang.
