This study aims to examine the effectiveness of self-management techniques in eliminating academic procrastination in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak. The research method used is quantitative in the form of a Pre-Experimental Design research with a Pre-test "“ Post-test One Group Design research design. The total population is 198 students. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique, the sample size was 12 students with high levels of procrastination. Based on the calculations, the average pre-test before being given treatment was 97 and the post-test after being given treatment was 59. Then, the T count was obtained using the Paired Sample T-test sample, namely 18,709 with a sig. (2 tailed) 0.00 0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus there is a significant difference in student academic procrastination before and after being given Self Management. So it can be concluded that the Self Management technique is effective for eliminating academic procrastination in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak

Students describing learning to write poetry in class V SDN 52 Singkut Buluh. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The source of the data for this research is the fifth grade teacher at the 52 Singkut Buluh State Elementary School. The data of this research are the results of interviews about the implementation of poetry writing learning. The results of the analysis show that the teacher-made lesson plans are assessed sequentially,assessed from the formulation of learning objectives to the assessment of learning outcomes. The learning objectives contained in the lesson plan are that students can write free poetry by using the appropriate choice of words. The learning objectives are appropriate, which are guided by competency standards, namely expressing thoughts and feelings in free poetry. The basic competence is to write free poetry by using the appropriate choice of words. The learning objectives areconsistent with the indicators provided in the competency standards and basic competencies, ensuring that the indicators and learning objectives are consistent with the stipulations in the Learning Implementation Plan. The way to solve the problem of learning to write poetry is with the ASTUTI learning model (observe, select, find, try, add and tie).

AbstractThe purpose of doing this thesis is to know the studying strategy in drum class in Pontianak Junior Yamaha Music School where found junior class that the students are under 15 years old. Therefore, in teaching them how to play drum in a proper way, technic and special way is needed and one of it is studying strategy. Yamaha music school also has international standard that makes the writer wanted to know the strategy of teaching drum in junior class. The method used in this research is descriptive method in form of qualitative research. From the interview result, the writer know that the teaching strategy in junior class Yamaha Music School are expository teaching strategy which means teaching or explaining and inquiry means practicing or exercising. Abstrack This study aims to find out the relationship of intellectual intelligence with economic learning outcomes in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive method. The form of research is interelationship studies. The population in this study was all grade XI students consisting of 11 learning rombels, grade XI MIA 6 rombel and class XI Social 5 rombel. The sample of the study was 35 students in grade XI Sos 1. The results showed: 1) Intellectual intelligence in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak amounted to 93.8, can be seen from the intellectual intelligence benchmark in students categorized as "Excellent". 2) The results of economic learning in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak were obtained 91.28, can be seen in the existing benchmarks, then obtained economic learning results in students categorized as "Excellent". 3) There is a relationship of intellectual intelligence with economic learning results in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak, the calculation result is rxy count = 0.426 while rxy table for n = 35 at the level of trust 95% is 0.334 (Arikunto, 2009:333). So from the conclusion there is a relationship of intellectual intelligence with the results of economic learning in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak, the category of relationship "Medium" Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Economic Learning Outcomes

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of using the Cisco Webex application in onlinephysics learning on the material of quantities and units on student learning outcomesat SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak. This research is a quantitative research. The datacollection technique was carried out using pretest-posttest questions. The experimentaldesign used is a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. Thesample in this study was 33 students of class X MIPA 1 for the academic year2021/2022. Statistical analysis used was Shapiro Wilk test to test the normality of thedata, and Wilcoxon signed Rank to test the hypothesis. Based on the student learningoutcomes data, it shows that the Z value (Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test) is -3.244 with ap value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increasein student learning outcomes in the material of quantities and units in online learningat SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak after learning using the cisco webex application. So it ishoped that the results of this study can improve the quality of online learning during theCOVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: Cisco Webex Application, Learning Outcomes, Quantities and Units.

Abstract This research was motivated to learn about symbols and meanings of dance jepin Aircraft. The purpose of this study was. To describe the symbol and meaning of dance jepin Pesawat Terbang In Kota Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Descriptions of the contribution of research results in junior high school level learning unit. The method used was descriptive method with qualitative terms and use etnokoreologi approach, with the data source Juhermi Tahir Anwar Djafar who knows about symbols and meanings of dance jepin Pesawat Terbang. The data that was colleceted using observation, interview and documentation. validity of data in the form of triangulation sumber. Tari jepin Pesawat Terbang there is some movement, which has meaning and symbols. Step bekayuh bekayuh presents symbols and meanings that the dancers began to enter on the left and right of the stage. Motion stunted step Delivers fast symbols and motion stunted step Delivers fast symbol. Motion unusual step of walking and presenting symbols have meaning that life must have humility in the mix and behave. The sliding motion sewing needle presents symbols and meaning of human life should be lived with a view not to be affected straight bad things. AbstractThe purpose of this research described peristilahan, related the terminology, the lexicalmeaning, the cultural meaning, and implementation in learning and teaching materials astext description and the Indonesian language subject class VII 2013 curriculum based onhandicrafts weaving. This research uses the method description with the qualitativestudy. The approach that was used in research is to approach semantic. The subject ofstudy the native speakers language dyaks of Simpakng Hulu aged 35-85 years. Datacollection techniques using, observation, interview and recorded. Data analysis by doinga transcription, interviews then translated in indonesian language, classified, anddrawing conclusions. The results of the study data obtained some 41 term used inweaving handicraft activities. The term was divided into three namely the weaving, 21terms related to seven term used in weaving material, and four terms used in a weaving.In the formation of the term there are three, form namely monomorfemis, polimorfemis,and phrases. The implementation of material text learning using peristilahan in anactivity handicrafts weaving applied to text description and text procedure.Keyword: Terminology , Weaving , the Community Simpakng Hulu

AbstractThis study aims to describe the relationship between learning discipline and learningmotivation with student learning outcomes in the thematic learning of class VElementary School 35 South Pontianak. The research method used is descriptivemethod with the form of correlation study research. The subjects in this study were allfifth grade students, totaling 109 students and the sample used was random by taking30% of the population, namely 33 students. The data collection technique used is anindirect communication technique or by means of an intermediary tool by providing aquestionnaire of learning discipline and learning motivation to students and adocumentary technique that uses the average value of thematic learning of fifth gradestudents at SDN 35 South Pontianak. The results showed that the average studentlearning discipline was 77.91, the average student learning motivation was 81.71, theaverage student learning outcome was 75.80, and the correlation between learningdiscipline and learning motivation with results student learning of 0.280. Based onthese data, it can be concluded that there is a low correlation between learningdiscipline and learning motivation with student learning outcomes in the thematiclearning of class V at SDN 35 South Pontianak.Keywords:Correlation, Learning Discipline, Learning Motivation, LearningOutcomes, and Thematic Learning

This study investigates the impact of digital multimedia books on students' learning outcomes concerning global warming among seventh-grade students at mts nadhalatut thalabah wuluhan. The research employs a quantitative experimental approach, involving two groups: one utilizing digital books and the other using traditional textbooks for learning. Pre-tests and post-tests were administered to assess students' knowledge before and after the intervention. Results indicate that students who engaged with digital books achieved significantly higher post-test scores (85) compared to those who used conventional textbooks (72). Furthermore, surveys revealed that students found digital books more engaging and motivating, which enhanced their learning experience. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant difference between the two groups (p 0.05). The findings suggest that incorporating digital multimedia resources into education can effectively improve students' understanding of environmental issues, highlighting the need for further integration of technology in teaching practices.
