Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the ABC running method on learning basic techniques in a short distance of 60 meters. This study aims to determine how much influence the ABC running method has on the basic motion of running in physical education learning. This research is an experimental study with the form of pre experimental design. The population in the study amounted to 98 people. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique with a total of 20 people. Data analysis with T-Test. The normality test and homogeneity test were carried out before the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, findings are found, as follows; The results showed that the t-test is t-count (11.18)> t-table (2.025) which means there is an influence of the ABC running method on a short run of 60 meters. Based on these results, it is expected that the abc running method can be used as an alternative to improve the learning outcomes of basic techniques in short-distance running on students.. Keyword: ABC running, Learning Outcomes, Method, Sprint

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is what kinds of illocutionary speech acts appear in H. Sutarmidji, SH, M.Hum's speech. Governor of West Kalimantan for the period 2018-2023 and what are the functions of the types of illocutionary speech acts that appeared in the speech of H. Sutarmidji, SH, M.Hum. Governor of West Kalimantan for the period 2018-2023. This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the illocutionary speech act data used in H. Sutarmidji, SH, M.Hum's speech. The governor of West Kalimantan for the period 2018-2023, there were 136 speeches consisting of 40 assertive illocutionary speech acts, 52 directive illocutionary speech acts, 32 expressive illocutionary speech acts, 18 commissive illocutionary speech acts, and 3 declarative illocutionary speech acts, with The function details are as follows: declare 4 speeches, inform 33 speeches, report 1 speech, receive 1 speech, boast 1 speech, order 24 speeches, order 10 speeches, suggest 5 speeches, advise 10 speeches, demand 3 speeches, acknowledge 1 thank you 6 utterances, apologize for 3 speeches, utter 3 utterances, criticize (criticize) 21 utterances, say 10 prayers, swear 1 utterance, threaten 6 utterances, sentence 3 utterances.Keywords: Speech Actions, Illocution, Speech

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and study in depth about truancy behavior in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak. The case subjects in this study were two class VIII students who often carried out truancy behavior at school. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and home visits. While the data analysis technique uses case study steps which include problem identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluation and follow-up. In giving treatment, the researcher used two different counseling models to handle two students who did truancy behavior, namely using the Reality counseling model to handle the subject of case I and the Behavioral counseling model with assertive training techniques to handle the subject case II. Based on the results of the study, there were visible changes in the subjects of case I and case II after being given three meetings of treatment. The changes seen in the subject of case I included a reduction in the habit of skipping school, being more diligent in coming to school and a growing sense of responsibility in the subject of the case for his school life. Meanwhile, the changes seen in the subject of case II were being more diligent in coming to school, reducing the habit of skipping classes and being able to be assertive when refusing friends' invitations to skip classes

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this researched to find out the form of social control by counselors to residents who are in Institusi Penerima Wajib Lapor Teratai Khatulistiwa Kubu Raya. The method used in this researched qualitative approached with descriptive methods. The data sources in this study were counselors and residents in the institution. The results showed that: (1) Preventive social control carried out by counselors to residents at IPWL Teratai Khatulistiwa is good because counselors always educate and remind about applicable regulations and provided rewards to residents who behaved well or do not violate the rules. (2) Coercived social control carried out by counselors to residents at IPWL Teratai Khatulistiwa is good because the counselors give punishment or sanctions to residents who violate the form of sanctions to clean shared facilities and written outcomes. Meanwhile, the form of control with a warning is in the form of reminding to give a shock therapy. (3) The repressive social control carried out by the counselor to the resident at IPWL Teratai Khatulistiwa good because the counselor has provided advice and psychological sanctions such as reminding and giving chair punishment.Keywords: Rehabilitation , Social Control.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how civic disposition students in MAN of Singkawang City was formed. The methodology used in this research was descriptive study in the form of qualitative research. Subjects of this research were the vice principal of students affairs, PPKn teacher, BK teacher, and students. These data subjects were selected based on certain considerations. The techniques data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis consisted data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings showed that the formation civic disposition in PPKn learning was done through lesson plan which was adapted from character building, implementing the PPKn learning which was integrated with character building and attitude assessment done by PPKn teacher. In addition, the formation civic disposition was also done outside the learning process through routine activities, spontaneity, conditioning, and exemplary. The civic disposition of the students was said to be good. It was marked by the emergence private and public characters. Private characters included self discipline, respecting the worth and dignity every human being from every individual, and being morally responsible. On the other hand, public characters included caring towards others, being polite and courteous, doing deliberation, and able to compromise.

Abstract

Abstract This study proposes the development of teaching materials with the RME approach to facilitate the achievement of elementary school students' mathematical understanding and reasoning abilities. The purpose of this research is the compilation of teaching materials with the RME approach that can be used to facilitate the achievement of valid, practical, and effective students' mathematical understanding and reasoning abilities. The method used in this research is the method of development (R&D). This research is a development research that uses the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of five steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research produces valid, practical and effective teaching materials that can be used to facilitate the achievement of students' mathematical understanding and reasoning. Valid teaching materials are seen from the validity of teaching materials, practical teaching materials seen from the results of observations of module implementation during learning effective teaching materials seen from the observations of the teacher's ability to manage learning, student activities, student response questionnaires, and student learning outcomes tests. Abstract

Based on and discussion of this research, it is known that: (1) Human Resource Development Strategy by Tirta Dharma Employee Cooperative, with motivation and training on the job and off the job. (2) The obstacles faced in developing Human Resources by the Tirta Dharma Khatulistiwa PDAM Pontianak City Employee Cooperative are educational background, constraints, and cost constraints faced by the Employee Cooperative. (3) Solutions to deal with obstacles in human resource development by the Tirta Dharma Khatulistiwa PDAM Employee Cooperative with a focus on implementing development programs and motivating employees to improve their performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency, describe the results of the analysis in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri and design a lesson plan for analyzing moral values in the Indonesian language learning process at the SMA/MA level. The method used is descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. The approach used is the sociology of literature approach. The data source of this research is the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency. The data collection technique used in this research is the technique of observation, interview, recording, recording and data collection tools used are notebooks, pencils, HandPone (HP). The technique of testing the validity of the data uses observation persistence, triangulation and reference coverage. The results of this study are about the moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency. The moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri are moral values seen from the relationship between humans and God, moral values are seen from human relationships with humans, and moral values are seen from human relationships with the natural surroundings. The implementation of the moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency for learning Indonesian in terms of curriculum, learning objectives, selection of teaching materials, and in terms of legibility is appropriate as learning material for students in class X SMA/MA.Keywords: Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansir, moral values, sociological approach to literature.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the steps of the cooperative model in the implementation plan of the third grade thematic learning at State Elementary School 02 Rasau Jaya. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. With the form of case study research. Sources of data in this study were third grade teachers at State Elementary School 02 Rasau Jaya and 3 lesson plans. Data collection techniques in this study are interview techniques, observation techniques, documentation techniques, triangulation techniques. In this study, the researcher acted as the main instrument and the interview was used as a supporting instrument. The analysis technique in this study uses four steps, namely data collection (data collection, data reduction), data presentation, and the process of drawing conclusions. The results show that the teacher has not displayed the six steps of the cooperative learning model completely. groups, conduct learning evaluations as the final assessment in the learning process and provide rewards if students get good results.Keywords: cooperative learning, learning implementation plans, thematic.
