Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development, because apart from playing a role in economic growth and employment, they also play a role in distributing development results. In the economic crisis that occurred in our country several years ago, where many large-scale businesses experienced stagnation and even stopped their activities, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector proved to be more resilient in dealing with the crisis. However, there are also weaknesses in MSMEs, namely accessing information is suspected to be directly related to the condition of the internal factors of MSMEs, which are overshadowed by MSMEs, which actually have a large market share internationally, and are not widely known by consumers.

Abstract

The vast territory of Indonesia makes Indonesia rich in various foods. However, the irony is that the distribution of staple foods such as rice does not fully reach remote areas in Indonesia. This resulted in rice prices soaring and difficult to obtain. People don't care and try to switch to rice substitute foods such as bread, noodles, corn and other foods. This study aims to determine what factors influence the change in food habits from rice to non-rice. The research was conducted in Tanjung Pasir Village, Sei Merah Village, Lubuk Kertang Village, which is in Pangkalan Susu District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The research model used is a descriptive quantitative research model. The data analysis used was Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis assisted by AMOS 20.0 software. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study indicate that the factors of social access and public facilities influence changes in people's consumption patterns towards non-rice foods. The conclusion is that people in this area are experiencing diversification, changing consumption patterns to non-rice foods. The community prefers to look for food, especially for breakfast, to the stalls to look for non-rice foods such as bread, instant noodles, some corn and cassava. The reasons are: 1) The education factor can change people's food habits because it has an impact on the difficulty of getting a decent job, the quality of life is below standard, one of which is the difficulty to get rice; 2) The location of the market which is far away and difficult to access has resulted in soaring rice prices and this is one of the problems with public facilities; 3) The natural condition of the coast which lacks the availability of clean water and also poor sanitation makes it difficult for housewives to cook food at home.

Abstract

In the era of regional autonomy, an interesting phenomenon has occurred, namely the minimal absorption of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in most parts of Indonesia, both at the provincial, district and city levels. The lack of absorption of the budget arises amid demands for more transparent and accountable management and accountability of state and regional finances in the framework of good governance and demands for effectiveness and efficiency. This phenomenon also occurs in the Karimun Regency Government where there are delays in budget absorption in quarter I to quarter III which in turn results in low realization or absorption of the budget at the end of the year, therefore the authors are interested in conducting research on the author's thesis entitled Effects of Human Resource Quality . , Budget Planning and Organizational Commitment to Budget Absorption by Using Information Technology as a Moderation Variable in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Karimun Regency.

Abstract

Until today, there are still factions trying to turn Indonesia into an Islamic state by imposing a caliphate system on how the government is governed has always been one of the issues that has complicated the development of constitutional politics in Indonesia. This article seeks to examine the applicability of the fundamental principles of the Republic of Indonesia, which has adopted the concept of statehood in accordance with Islamic teachings drawn from the Qur'an, the Sunnah, and scholarly Ijtihad. This article reveals that there are five principles of statehood from Islamic teachings that have been adapted and implemented as national ideals and guidelines for the Indonesian nation, including: (i) The principle of state life must be based on common interests and not individuals (deliberation); (ii) the principle of equality before the law; (iii) the principle of self-government; (iv) the principle of accountability for the head of state; and (v) the principle of justice, equity, equality. The Pancasila precepts have been adjusted to include these five concepts. Indonesia is therefore Islamic, reflecting the kindness of Islam via Pancasila as the Basis of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia without becoming an Islamic state.

Abstract

The fourteenth century of the Christian period was a time of significant transition. The social and political environment was undergoing changes. Strong, centralized empires were erected in the east, while the middle classes in the west started to seek and obtain a part of government. Islamic control thrived during this period, bringing people from all over the globe together via trade and business. There were such powerful and centralized Islamic empires as the Mongols, Ottomans, Safavids, and Mughals. The Mughal Empire was made up of the conflicted, cooperative, and inventive relationships between the imperial dynasty and individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds in the numerous Indian territories that it was in charge of at the time. Three centuries' worth of rule might be attributed to the Empire. The Empire reached its zenith as the most powerful and prosperous state in human history
