Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethics, job loyalty, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Binjai City. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The research sample consisted of 65 employees, covering the entire population of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the institution. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially, work ethics have a positive and significant effect on performance (t = 6.785; p = 0.000), job loyalty has a positive and significant effect (t = 2.828; p = 0.006), and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect (t = 3.527; p = 0.001). Simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (F = 45.042; p = 0.000), contributing 67.4% (Adj. R² = 0.674). These findings indicate that improving the performance of government internal supervisory apparatus requires an integrated approach encompassing strengthening ethics, fostering loyalty, and creating job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of compensation, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. The research population consisted of all employees at the study object, and a census sampling technique was applied, resulting in 60 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that compensation, leadership style, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style and work motivation significantly affect employee performance, while compensation does not show a significant effect. The coefficient of determination reveals that the contribution of the independent variables to employee performance is relatively limited, suggesting that other factors beyond the research model also influence employee performance. These findings imply that improving employee performance requires a greater emphasis on effective leadership practices and the enhancement of work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability, and solvency on financial performance in the Autonomous Agent of Indah Logistics Cargo Pajak Melati. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal research type, using secondary data in the form of corporate financial statements for the 2020–2024 period. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 22. The results showed that the liquidity proxied with the Quick Ratio could not be further analyzed because it experienced high multicollinearity (Tolerance 0.011; VIF 87,266). Profitability proxied by Return on Equity has a regression coefficient of –0.568 with a significance value of 0.167 (> 0.05), so it has no significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, solvency proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio has a regression coefficient of 0.149 with a significance value of 0.013 (< 0.05), which shows a positive and significant influence on financial performance. Simultaneously, profitability and solvency had a significant effect on financial performance with an F value of 37.352 and a significance of 0.026 (< 0.05), and an Adjusted R Square value of 0.948. The conclusion of the study shows that the stability of the company's financial structure, especially from the aspect of solvency, has a more dominant role in supporting the improvement of financial performance than profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of company size, profitability, free cash flow, and liquidity on debt policies in cosmetics and household goods sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with a panel data regression method on 5 companies. The selection of the panel data regression model was carried out through the Chow Test and the Hausman Test, which showed that the Fixed Effect model was the most appropriate model to use. The results of the study show that simultaneously company size, profitability, free cash flow, and liquidity have a significant effect on debt policy. Partially, profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on debt policy, while company size and free cash flow have no significant effect. The value of the determination coefficient showed that 77.15% of the variation in debt policy could be explained by independent variables in the model, while the rest was influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of leadership, organizational culture, work facilities, and reward systems on employee performance at PT Jumaku Berjaya Sentosa. The research was conducted in 2026 using a quantitative approach. All 46 employees were included as respondents through a saturated sampling technique, resulting in a sample size equal to the research population. The data used were primary quantitative data obtained directly from respondents through the distribution of structured questionnaires. Data processing and analysis were carried out using SPSS version 24.0 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis indicated that leadership, organizational culture, work facilities, and reward systems had positive and significant effects on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The regression equation obtained in this study was Y = 1.125 + 0.166X₁ + 0.272X₂ + 0.318X₃ + 0.168X₄ + e. The partial test results (t-test) showed that each independent variable had a calculated t-value greater than the t-table value with a significance level below 0.05, indicating a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test results (F-test) showed that the calculated F-value was greater than the F-table value with a significance level of 0.000, meaning that all independent variables jointly had a significant effect on employee performance. The work facilities variable was the most dominant factor influencing employee performance, as indicated by the largest regression coefficient and t-value. Overall, leadership, organizational culture, work facilities, and reward systems contributed 94.7% to employee performance, with a very strong relationship level indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.975.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Image on Consumer Buying Interest of Lenovo ThinkPad products at Lasitech Computer Stores. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 96 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 22, accompanied by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study showed that partially Digital Marketing had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (β = 0.165; t = 2.053; Sig. = 0.043). Product Quality also has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (β = 0.167; t = 3.627; Sig. = 0.000). In addition, Brand Image had a positive and significant effect and became the most dominant variable (β = 0.312; t = 3.693; Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (F = 44.205; Sig. = 0.000). The value of the determination coefficient (Adjusted R²) of 0.577 indicates that 57.7% of the variation in Consumer Buying Interest can be explained by all three independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. The results of this study confirm that the increase in consumer buying interest is not only influenced by product quality and brand image strength, but also supported by the implementation of an effective and targeted digital marketing strategy.

The training has a regression coefficient (B) of 0.538 with a t-value of 4.821 and a significance of 0.000, which means that it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a regression coefficient (B) of −0.283 with a t-value of −2.968 and a significance of 0.004, so that it has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous test showed an F value of 27.253 with a significance of 0.000, which indicates that recruitment, training, and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance. A determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.518 indicates that 51.8% variation in employee performance can be explained by the research model. Training is the most dominant variable in improving employee performance.
