Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The purpose of this study is to: (1) describe the form and meaning of hate speech by netizens in the comments column on Instagram BEM KBM Untirta in 2022, (2) describe the language units of hate speech by netizens in the comments column on Instagram BEM KBM Untirta in 2022. Data sources on this research is the language in Instagram social media that contains elements of hatred, the social media is Instagram BEM KBM Untirta from July to August 2022. Other sources include books, journals, which are relevant to research, and can corroborate data. The instrument in this study was a form of documentation using the screen capture method, literature study, reading and note taking. The data analysis method used in this study is the equivalent method. The collection of data used in this study uses investigator trigulation. Based on the analysis, the forms of utterances of language hatred on the Instagram social media of BEM KBM Untirta in 2022 are insults and defamation. Based on the form of language, grammatical units that indicate hate speech in a text can be in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. Lexical meaning is the meaning of linguistic form which is free from context. Grammatical meaning is the meaning of a linguistic form that is bound by context. The meaning of words, phrases, clauses and sentences will be different if the context is also different.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile is one of the efforts to improve the quality of education which prioritizes character building. LKPD can be used to develop process skills. Learning activities through LKPD provide enthusiasm for students to Think Positively and Act Positively, or a more general concept known as Learing By Doing. So that to understand the concepts learned by students better and not easily forget This research is designed using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) model, an effort to improve and / or improve learning services more professionally, Based on the results of this class action research, it can be concluded that the Student Worksheet (LKPD) in grade IV SD Khadijah Wonorejo Surabaya which is carried out in accordance with the stages above and can improve the profile of students Pancasila in students. In accordance with the formulation of the first problem, that the implementation of LKPD based on the independent curriculum to improve the profile of pancasila students in the dimension of mutual cooperation in the pancasila education subjects of grade IV students of SD Khadijah Wonorejo Surabaya there is data on the first cycle value of the first meeting of 68%, increasing in the second cycle to 86% with an increase in value of 18%.

Abstract

Background extracurricular PS Pencak Silat. GOPSU at SDN Sidotopo Wetan IV Surabaya is very popular and in demand by students, as evidenced by the 643 students, all students take part in the extracurricular Pencak Silat PS. GOPSU. In the process, the Pencak Silat extracurricular PS. Aside from being a forum for developing the talents of Pencak Silat extracurricular PS students, GOPSU is also a place for developing talent. GOPSU also helped shape the character of discipline and self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Pencak Silat PS extracurricular. GOPSU in shaping the character of discipline and self-confidence of students at school. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results showed that the extracurricular Pencak Silat PS. GOPSU has an important role in shaping the disciplinary character of students. This activity trains students to be disciplined in time, action, and practice. Students are taught to arrive on time, not skip classes, obey rules, be polite, and not lie. In addition to the character of discipline, extracurricular Pencak Silat PS. GOPSU also has a positive effect on increasing student self-confidence. Through structured physical and mental exercises, students can overcome fear and gain confidence in facing various challenges. They are also taught to have the courage to practice movements, lead prayers, and participate in events or competitions. Conclusion This study shows that the extracurricular Pencak Silat PS.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand the forms of language attitudes and the factors influencing the language attitudes of students at STKIP PGRI Pacitan towards the Indonesian language. The approach used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods in this research included observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis method used Miles and Huberman's analysis method, which involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the majority of students in the STKIP PGRI Pacitan campus (93%) exhibited loyalty and pride in using the Indonesian language in various aspects, including communication on social media, entertainment, and daily interactions. They were aware of the importance of the Indonesian language in maintaining national unity and considered it attractive and sustainable in the era of globalization. This positive attitude was influenced by factors such as students' knowledge and experiences, a supportive campus environment, emotional aspects as Indonesian citizens, the influence of mass media, and the role of educational institutions. In this increasingly advanced digital era, it is important to continuously enhance understanding, create a supportive environment, and provide resources that promote the use of proper and good Indonesian language to maintain this positive attitude consistently.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the relation of the student's spiritual intelligence to the attitude of learning education in Islam. The learning of Islamic religious education can be said to be successful when learners are able to master the material and use its learning to apply to everyday life. Success in learning learners can be measured by assessments of results. A low learning attitude is characterized by many students who still want to play, distracting students who are learning focus, not enthusiastic, not serious about attending study activities, sometimes getting sleepy in class and not sure of the importance of learning. This suggests that students are less motivated in learning about Islamic education. The study uses quantitative research, this research is conducted to explain, test links between variables, and determine kasalities of variables, test theories and search for predictive value generalities. A sample of this study is citizen SMK city of bekasi. The study uses a data collection of literature and questionnaires. The spiritual intelligence of learners is also implemented into everyday life, it is in the can from the indicator of spiritual intelligence 'I am patient and do not complain when going through trials' there are 53.3% highly approved learners, 36.7% approved, 6.7% disagreeable and 3.3% trainees strongly disagree, And the attitude indicators for learning the 'islamic religious education education need to be studied because it benefits world and afterlife' are 73.3% of the students who strongly agree with this.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the relationship between the intensity of carrying out sunnah worship and the self-control attitude of MTs students. Al-Uswah Bergas, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. In this study it was determined that the population was students of class VII and VIII with a total of 397 students. Henceforth, the samples in this study were 60 students from class VII and VIII. The methods used to collect data are questionnaires, documentation and observation. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis method to determine the relationship between the intensity of carrying out sunnah worship and students' self-control by using the SPSS Statistics 21 application. The results showed that: 1) The intensity of the sunnah worship of students from 60 respondents who were in the high category were 28 students or 41%, the medium category were 21 students or 35% and the low category were 11 students or 18%. Thus the intensity of students' sunnah worship is in the high category. 2) The attitude of self-control of students from 60 respondents who were in the high category were 11 students or 18%, the medium category was 23 students or 38% and the low category was 26 students or 43%. Thus the attitude of self-control of students in the low category. 3) There is a significant relationship between the intensity of carrying out sunnah worship and the self-control attitude of MTs students. Abstract

Performance is very important in determining the quality of a person's work, including a teacher. Teacher performance is an important factor in determining the quality of education in a school. There are many factors that can influence teacher performance, including the academic supervision of school supervisors, the leadership of the school principal, and teacher achievement motivation. This research aims to determine the academic supervision of school supervisors, the leadership of school principals, and teacher achievement motivation on teacher performance. This research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The research population was State Elementary School teachers in the Target Area 2, Kembang District, Jepara Regency. Sampling used a total sampling technique with a total sample of 77 teachers. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) the school supervisor's academic supervision has an effect on teacher performance by 13.9%, (2) the principal's leadership has an effect on teacher performance by 12.3%, (3) achievement motivation has an effect on teacher performance by 35,5%, (4) school supervisor academic supervision, principal leadership, and achievement motivation together influence the principal's performance by 61.7%.

Abstract

This study examines student perceptions of administrative staff services at UPT SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang. The purpose of this study was to describe student perceptions of administrative staff services which can be seen from the six indicators of measuring service namely; ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility (accountability). The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative survey method. The research subjects were class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang with a total sample of 81 students determined by the sampling technique names Purposive Sampling using the Slovin formula. Test the validity of the research instrument using Product Moment and test the reliability using Cronbach Alpha. Development of instruments through expert validators by supervising lecturers and entrusted lecturers. The instrument used was a questionnaire with respondents. Methods of data collection in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that students' perceptions of administrative staff services at UPT SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang seen from six indicators were as follows: (1) Ability was in the good category, the highest percentage was achieved by the statement that administrative staff provided ideas or services new. (2) The attitude is in the good category, the highest percentage is achieved by the statement that the administrative staff is able to provide excellent service. (3) Appearance, the highest percentage was achieved by honest administration staff statements in providing information. (4) Attention, the highest percentage was achieved by the statement that the administrative staff respects the opinions of others. (5) Action, the highest percentage was achieved by the statement that administrative staff can make information system services and student administration reporting. (6) Responsibility (accountability), the highest percentage is achieved by the statement that administrative staff are objective and fair in providing services to students. The results of all indicators are in the very good category.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing academic supervision on improving the performance of high school teachers in Subulussalam City in teaching. This type of research is experimental research with a pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were all SMAN teachers in Subulussalam City, totaling 268 people. Meanwhile, the sample in this study consisted of 20 teachers whose performance was still low. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The instrument used to determine teacher performance in implementing the learning process is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon test. The research results show that the implementation of academic supervision has an effect on improving teacher performance in implementing the learning process. This is illustrated by the results of the Wilcoxon Test which was carried out with the result obtained Jcount = 0. With α = 0.05 and n=20, then based on the list, Jtable = 52. From these data it can be seen that Jcount is smaller than the Jtable value, so Ho is rejected. This is reinforced by the Z formula equation. Because the calculated z value is -2.803 and this value is smaller than the table z value, namely -1.96. Therefore, Ho is rejected so that the teacher's performance in implementing the learning process increases after being given academic supervision.

Abstract

Within the framework of community empowerment and sustainable development, this study presents a novel model for harnessing the potential of village tourism in Surowiti Village, Gresik Regency. The model pivots on the exploration of local wisdom to engender an authentic and sustainable tourism ex- perience. Employing a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, this research illuminates the substantial existence of a rich reservoir of local wisdom, encompassing traditions, culture, and sustainable practices, that endures within Surowiti Village. The proposed village tourism development model adeptly interweaves constituents of local wisdom into the tourism experi- ence, yielding palpable positive ramifications for both the local populace and the surrounding environ- ment. The implications of this study underscore the pivotal importance of fostering local community empowerment, preserving cultural heritage, and advocating for sustainable tourism promotion. The model proffered herein exhibits substantial potential for adoption by diverse communities and govern- mental bodies in their pursuit of cultivating enduringly sustainable village tourism, yielding significant positive socio-economic impacts.
