Abstract

ABSTRACT Landslide Disaster Management Strategy Landslides along the Pusuk forest tourism route, Pemenang District, West Lombok Regency, are very important to reduce the risks and impacts caused. This area, which consists of hills and steep slopes, is very prone to landslides, especially when rainfall is high. From the results of research on the causal factors, in the landslide disaster management strategy at the research location, where data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests using SPSS Software, researchers can conclude the following: The factors causing landslides vary, but in this study, several main factors have been identified. soil type 90.67%, High rainfall 89.33%, additional load on slopes 88.67%, inappropriate land use 88.00%, and vibrations due to earthquakes are the main factors that increase the risk of landslides 87.33%. For disaster risk management strategies, the proposed steps include increasing community understanding through counseling on landslides, strengthening slope infrastructure with terracing, installing retaining walls, and improving drainage systems to prevent erosion. Proper land use planning must also be implemented to reduce pressure on vulnerable slopes. In addition, cooperation is needed between the government, community, and private sector to ensure that the management strategy program runs effectively and sustainably. With this approach, it is hoped that the risk of landslides along the Pusuk tourist route can be minimized.

Abstract

Aikdewa Bathing Pool, located in Pringgasela Village, has great potential to become an attractive tourist destination in East Lombok. One of the much-needed facilities is clean and comfortable toilets and changing rooms. The condition of the toilets and changing rooms at Aikdewa Bathing Pool is very concerning. The existing facilities are only made of spandex and are not well maintained. Seeing the condition of Aikdewa bathing pool which is increasingly in demand by visitors, the author together with VLOK Foundation Holland took the initiative to improve the quality of facilities at the place. The steps carried out for the toilet and changing room facilities development program are divided into 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the post-development stage. The toilet and changing room facilities construction program at Aikdewa Bathing Pool has successfully built 2 toilet units and 1 changing room unit. The construction time is 1 month. Abstract

Pada era modern, perhatian terhadap fasilitas pendidikan yang memadai, termasuk fasilitas ibadah seperti tempat wudhu, sangat penting bagi pengembangan masyarakat, terutama di lembaga pendidikan usia dini. Artikel ini membahas pendampingan pembuatan tempat wudhu ramah anak di TK PKK Ijobalit, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang dilaksanakan oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas Islam Al-Azhar bekerjasama dengan VLOK Foundation. Proses pendampingan melibatkan tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas wudhu yang dibangun berhasil meningkatkan kenyamanan dan keamanan siswa dalam menjalankan ibadah, serta mengajarkan kebersihan sebagai bagian dari pendidikan karakter. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan turut menciptakan rasa kebersamaan, sementara pelatihan berkelanjutan diusulkan untuk memastikan perawatan dan keberlanjutan fasilitas tersebut. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil menciptakan dampak positif bagi lingkungan pendidikan dan komunitas di sekitar TK PKK Ijobalit

Abstract

Koperasi produsen Bumi Tani Lestari Indonesia adalah koperasi produsen kopi yang berskala provinsi dengan anggota yang terdaftar sebanyak 37 orang. Koperasi produsen ini berada di Dusun Sajang Desa Sajang, Kecamatan Sembalum Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Koperasi masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam tata kelola manajemen koperasi khususnya manajemen keuangan, seperti manajemen koperasi belum berjalan secara baik, petani kesulitan menghitung biaya dan pendapatan usaha tani kopi, dan koperasi kesulitan melakukan pencatatan transaksi dan pembukuan usaha yang baik. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dalam menegelola koperasi khususnya dalam bidang manajemen keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pelatihan yang berbentuk penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan bantuan material (fasilitasi) dengan melibatkan mitra secara aktif dalam perencanaan, pelak- sanaan, dan evaluasi sesuai kebutuhannya dan mampu mandiri setelah kegiatan PKM berakhir. Perumusan masalah dan penggalian solusi alterna- tifnya dilakukan secara FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dasar manajemen keuangan koperasi dapat memberikan manfaat terhadap meningkatnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan manajemen keuangan koperasi secara konseptual dan teknikal. serta diterapkannya pada studi kasus yang sedang terjadi pada koperasi.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Batulayang mendapatkan sertifikasi sebagai desa wisata berkelanjutan dari Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, yang menunjukkan bahwa Desa Wisata Batulayang mampu menyelenggarakan aktivitas pariwisata yang lestari dan memberdayakan masyarakat setempat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Desa Wisata Batulayang sebagai desa wisata berkelanjutan adalah belum optimal dalam mengolah berbagai potensi lokal untuk dijadikan makanan dan minuman. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diadakan pelatihan cara mengolah potensi lokal seperti sayuran dan buah-buahan menjadi makanan dan minuman yang mengusung kearifan lokal. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi; memberikan pelatihan pengolahan bahan sayuran dan buah-buahan menjadi makanan dan minuman yang mengusung kearifan lokal; penerapan teknologi berupa penggunaan alat-alat yang digunakan untuk pembuatan produk; pendampingan proses pembuatan produk, dan evaluasi pelatihan dengan mengadakan pre-test dan post-test; dan keberlanjutan program dengan menyajikan makanan dan minuman bahan sayuran dan buah-buahan kepada wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Desa Wisata Batulayang. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 27 peserta anggota Pokdarwis Desa Wisata Batu Layang. Seluruh peserta mengikuti kegiatan secara antusias dan kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat dirasakan manfaatnya bagi peserta. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta tidak hanya mendapatkan keterampilan baru dalam bidang kuliner, tetapi juga didorong untuk terus berinovasi untuk meningkatkan daya tarik Desa Wisata Batu Layang.

Abstract

Fenomena menghargai kebhinekaan adalah isu yang sangat strategis pada saat ini. Hal ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi masyarakat secara umum dan mahasiswa secara khusus. Tantangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam berinteraksi dengan sesama, seperti stereotip, diskriminasi, dan polaritas pemikiran, dapat menghambat pemahaman dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Dalam era globalisasi, mahasiswa diharapkan menjadi agen perubahan yang mampu mengelola perbedaan dan mempromosikan nilai-nilai toleransi. Berdasarkan pemikiran tersebut, menanamkan sikap menghargai kebhinnekaan tersebut dianggap sangat penting. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa tentang kebhinnekaan. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pretest untuk mengukur pemahaman awal peserta, diikuti dengan pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan refleksi. Setelah kegiatan, posttest dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai kebhinnekaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa tentang pentingnya kebhinnekaan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial. Diskusi ke depan menekankan perlunya program-program berkelanjutan yang mendukung pendidikan multikultural dan dialog antarbudaya di lingkungan kampus. Dengan demikian, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat berkontribusi secara positif dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih adil, damai, dan inklusif di masa depan.

Abstract

This community service was conducted in Penampen Village, Karo Regency, as part of the implementation of the Community Service Program (KKN) for the KKN course, accompanied by field supervising lecturers. This article aims to explore sustainable village development strategies to achieve Indonesia's advancement. By involving the community in the development process, it can become a driving force for national economic growth. The activities focus on enhancing local residents' skills and education. By involving the community in training and educational programs, it helps them acquire new knowledge that can improve their living standards. Teaching basic technology skills opens up new job opportunities or increases efficiency in daily work. Introducing technology to children at the elementary, middle, and high school levels is an important step in preparing students to face future challenges. The community's enthusiasm is evident from their active participation, both in material and non-material support. This shows that the programs implemented are relevant to their needs and can foster a sense of ownership towards the program. Good cooperation between KKN members and the village community is key to the success of this program. This synergy creates a conducive environment for learning and growing together. With all these activities, it is clear that the KKN program not only provides short-term benefits but also has the potential to bring long-term positive changes to the village.

Abstract

The Association of Indonesian Catering Experts (Ikaboga Indonesia) is a social organization with 28 DPDs in 28 Provinces, providing many courses and training in Catering. It is not easy to control; it requires organizational communication competence because it is essential to lead and maintain the organization's running and effectively achieve organizational goals. In the 4C Model, competencies (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity) are 21st Century Skills. So that Ikaboga Indonesia's activities are widely known and trusted, this can include using social media as a branding and reputation-building medium. Moreover, it is known that 60% of Indonesia's population uses social media. Branding is essential because it can place an organization's name above other competitors, and reputation is critical because it can carry positive attributes and provide sustainable profits. This is the urgency and background of this training. The aim is for Ikaboga Indonesia Chairs to improve their organizational communication competence and the 4C Model, both for branding and building reputation through social media. This activity was carried out hybrid (offline and online) on February 6, 2024, in the Hall, Fl. 7 Tedja Buana Building, Menteng, Central Jakarta. It uses presentation, question and answer, discussion, practice, and simulation methods. One hundred fifty-nine participants participated, 44 (27.8%) offline and 115 (72.2%) online. Get positive responses, rated as needed, helpful, and engaging.

Abstract

In today's industrial landscape, companies must enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainability while integrating traditional Lean manufacturing principles with Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, AI, and data analytics. Despite the potential benefits, there is a significant gap in understanding and implementing Lean 4.0. The Lean 4.0 Workshop aims to provide a comprehensive and practical understanding of how Lean principles can be integrated with Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance industrial performance and sustainability. The event, held at Pusat Industri Digital (PIDI) 4.0, attracted representatives from many notable companies. This paper focuses on the benefits this event provides to the community. The workshop presentations disseminate ongoing research as well as theoretical and practical concepts in various areas of Lean 4.0. The exhibition of industrial tools and processes allows participants to become more familiar with advanced technologies and their practical applications. Considering the event's performance, the Lean 4.0 workshop was a success, with over 80 participants showing great interest and actively participating, along with effective and efficient knowledge sharing. Based on the satisfaction survey, 42.9% of respondents were very satisfied with the workshop, and 64.3% found it met their expectations, though not to the fullest extent.

Abstract

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an attempt to restore spontaneous circulation through high-quality uninterrupted chest compressions combined with respiratory support. A 2010 study by the American Heart Association (AHA) reported that adults who received compression-only CPR from a person survived better than those who did not receive any type of CPR. Other studies have also shown that the survival rates of adults who have cardiac arrest and are helped by someone who is not a health worker are similar, both Hands-Only CPR and conventional CPR (AHA, 2017). The purpose of this PkM is to increase knowledge, and skills in helping cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest in lay people before health workers come to help the methods used are starting with registration, pre-test, heart health education, cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest education, hands-only CPR education, and ending with a demonstration of hands-only CPR and post test. In the results of the pre-test and post-test education, the mean pre-test was 64 and the mean post-test was 83. The value added after the training was around 19 points for the seminar. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that this education increased knowledge and understanding of hands-only CPR.
