The increasingly competitive business environment necessitates the development of an effective Performance Management System (PMS). According to academics, current research on PMS has not yet reached a consensus on the actual consequences of PMS and the inconclusive results are due to inadequate understanding of the antecedents and effectiveness of PMS. Therefore, this research aims to observe the dimensions commonly used to measure PMS in the industrial context, understand the characteristics of studies, and identify antecedents, outcomes, mediations, and moderations in the literature on PMS in the industrial context over the past 7 years using a systematic literature review with the PRISMA guideline. The scholarly articles in this SLR are those included in the Scopus database from 2018 to 2024. The review results reveal that the dimensions currently used to study PMS originate from dimensions built by previous researchers, namely PMS Accuracy. The majority of the included studies on PMS in this research were published in 2018 and 2021, with most employing quantitative methods and the majority being located in India and Italy. Our research also reveals that PMS has a positive impact at both individual and organizational levels. This SLR contributes to explaining the current research conditions of PMS in the industrial context and also provides suggestions for future PMS research.

Tourism villages are a potential sector in the development of an area with very minimal risk of environmental damage. This makes village tourism a leading sector for all villages, including villages in Ciamis Regency. The development of tourist villages in the normative and empirical process needs to be carried out through collaborative governance because tourist villages have multidimensional characteristics. The development of tourist villages in Ciamis Regency is still not optimal because even though it has great potential and is supported by the Tourism Information Center, it turns out that the development process is still carried out separately between all parties involved. The aim of this research is to analyze collaborative government governance in developing tourist villages and find an ideal collaborative governance model in developing tourist villages in Ciamis Regency. For this purpose, Ansell and Gash's government collaboration theory is used which includes four dimensions, namely initial conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaboration processes. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the ongoing tourism village development process has not fully adopted collaborative governance. This is because trust has not been formed in each of the actors involved. The ideal tourism village development model that adopts collaborative governance is the Tourism Development Model. This model prioritizes building trust and sustainable commitment to each actor in tourism village development.

Anal fistula, an abnormal tunnel anal and rectal’s mucosa to surrounding skin in anus or perianal region, has long been considered a complex clinical challenge. This condition often poses a threat in long-term treatment due to the recurrence high risk and incontinence. In this article, we narratively review a number of scientific literatures regarding new treatment techniques which been employed to address anal fistula in the past five years. We objectively evaluate the pros and cons of each technique according to clinical outcomes, and aim to explore the most effective treatment strategy for anal fistula. To date, surgery remains the primary method used to treat anal fistula. However, there has not yet been a single technique that is simple and capable of fully curing complex anal fistulas. In undertaking surgical treatment, both healing outcomes and the protection of anal function must be comprehensively considered.

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Electronic Government policies on transparency and accountability in public services. This research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data from various relevant studies and sources for analysis. The data is processed to identify emerging themes and patterns, ensuring the validity and reliability of the conclusions produced. The research conclusion shows that e-government is significant in increasing transparency and accountability, by speeding up service processes and increasing public participation. However, challenges such as data security and uneven access are still major obstacles. Continuous evaluation and adaptation to feedback from the community are needed to improve and sharpen the implementation of this policy. Further development in e-government technology is also essential to overcome current weaknesses. An inclusive and sustainable development strategy will be key in making e-government a more effective tool for transparent and accountable government.

In Tangerang City, the number of children out of school at the elementary school level is 19,067 people, this is one of the reasons for the launch of Tangerang Cerdas to provide scholarship assistance in the form of cash to meet the costs of school needs so that the number of children out of school continues to decrease every year. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Tangerang Cerdas Policy. The research method used is a qualitative description using observational study data analysis and in-depth interviews. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the implementers have implemented Tangerang Cerdas but it has not been optimal, in 2020-2021 in each semester more than 6,000 children have received Tangerang Cerdas assistance at the elementary school level in all areas in Tangerang City. However, there are still many who have not received assistance because there are budget limitations and there are also process stages and terms and conditions that apply to receive Tangerang Cerdas assistance. The important role of staff at schools or schools in collecting data and submitting it to the Tangerang Smart Center is one of the keys to success, so there needs to be a budget for staff who look for data at each school to be more motivated in their work.

The Constitutional Court was formed to maintain the integrity of the Constitution through a deeper interpretation based on the 1945 Constitution. This journal discusses the influence of CC Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 on the Authority and Dignity of the Constitutional Court as Guardian of the Constitution. The study combines a literature review methodology with a qualitative approach. The research results show that CC Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 is contrary to the Constitutional Court's authority based on the 1945 Constitution. The addition of new regulations that were previously unregulated or not is not outside the Constitutional Court's jurisdiction, but rather the legislative authority. Research examines the importance of maintaining judicial neutrality to prevent abuse of power. The Constitutional Court, as the Guardian of the Constitution, must pay attention to the rights of citizens and maintain the balance of power. With this controversial decision, in the context of the CC authority which should be limited to constitutional review and maintaining the neutral role of the judiciary in fighting abuse of power by the legislature and executive. Even though the Constitutional Court is the final decision maker on laws based on the 1945 Constitution, its authority is limited to reviewing laws and is not involved in the legislative realm.
